Am trying to connect to the Customer Service Numbers for Mumbai and its not existing all of them. I wonder how come the company isnt bothered to provide good Customer Service as it plays a very integral role in enhancing your product.
IFB Washing Machine — Duplicate motor
We are using IFB washing m/c for six years.Four years back drier was not working & now the motor has gone.When we cheked the service personnal in chennai Viveks, they have given a local motor without any IFB name plate.When we cheked the bill it showed a different name.They we tried to contact the service head but the service guy was threatening that he will not do service again.We fixed duplicate motor for 2900rs.If any problem arises IFB should take full responsibility.If company like IFB didnt have good service & if these duplicates are serviced then one day IFB will be out of market.I sincerely advice my friends & collegues not to buy IFB

We are residing at Kovaipudur, Coimbatore. We have complained to the service agentM/s Star Engineering, Coimbatore.Ticket alloted NO: 3272099/17.07.09. We regret to inform even after lapse of 9 days the problem is not solved . very poor response. Complaint made to Mr.Jayakumar, Mr.Shankr and Mr.Marison adn Even complaint made Mr.Venkatesh G.M. But the result Zero. Very worst service and poor response. Request to intervene and solve once for all.

my washing machine door is not locking properly, when i asked the service person, he told me it will not come under the warranty, you must pay the parts price, my point is why i wants to pay the parts price while under the warranty period. nobody not said this parts are come under warranty, this parts are not come under warranty.yesterday i spoke in ur toll free no.somebody soke to me and he told me we will contact u with in 30 minutes. but no reply. i waiting for ur answer.my mobile no.[protected].ph.no[protected].
The FBI person took over the motor of the machine saying that it was faulty. while taking the said that they will replace the motor within 4 days and now they are not attending the calls properly & on asking they say that it will be given the other day or the next week this process is lasting from 10days that is from (19/07/2009).
i have booked a compaint on 23.07.2009.but still my machine is not repaired.my machine have a waranty.i don't know to whom complaint to given..

IFB WASHING MACHINE — service engineers not attending complaint
i am based at ludhiana. Imade a complaint for my washing machine on 29 july. my ticket no is 3312267. I was told that it will be attended to within 24 hrs but even after repeated calling no one has come.This is not the first time I havr faced this problem, last sept my cmplaint was attended after 10 days. I M REALLY FED UP WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE, & I WOULD NEVER SUGEST ANYBODY TO BUY THIS IFB -WASHING MACHINE, BCOZ ITS SERVICE IS VERY BED, I HAVE NO WORDS

At least two-three reports have been made so far. Mr.SUNIL came to check the machine and still the machine is not working properly. It is creating ABNORMAL SOUND during washing & spinning.
Please take an early action.

IFB Washing Machine Sl.no.58195 — Water coming out from the front side
Dear Sir,This complaint was sent by me to the e-mail id that was available on the AMC document, but it has bounced. Even though I had sent made the complaint over phone on 25th July, 2009 and spoke again to one Mr.Dailp Kumar and requested him to come on Saturday, no one did turn up. Mr.Dalip Kumar was repeatedly asking whether we would enter into another AMC. Is it compulsory that we should have an AMC for your service engineers to attend to complaints? I would like to inform the following for your consideration.
I have purchased an IFB Washing machine while we were at Chennai.The machine sl.no. is 58195.As long as we were at Chennai we had excellent service provided by your personnel, during warranty as well as during AMC that we had entered into susequently. However, after we moved over to New Delhi in May, 2008 we had contacted your Delhi unit and entered into a new AMC No.172362 w.e.f.[protected] to[protected].
In this connection it is to be stated that at Chennai your personnel used to visit our house regularly, once in a quarter, whether we had any complaint or not.When the Amc was about to expire your man would promptly come and advise us to extend the warranty, which we did promptly and regularly. But in Delhi after we had entered into the AMC on 7th June, 2008 not a single person did bother to see whether the the machine is dead or alive! Even after the AMC had expired on 6th June, 2009 your personnel at Delhi are just Not bothered to even remind us over a phone call. Having experienced the taste of good customer care from your Chennai people, we do not certainly want to come to any conclusion on the level of the quality of customer care provided by your esteemed Organization.
Only when the machine did develop some fault this morning we did check up the AMC and hence this mail. As for the fault, I had lodged complaint under ticket no.3296458 and I have already received SMS confirming the receipt of the same. Kindly arrange to do the needful in the case.Enclosed please find copies of relevant documents.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — No service personnel
On a problem I called up service centre, from where I didn't get proper response. Later I got the central complain centre number and they did send a person. On coming that person said that it will be better if you sign a annual maintenance contract then this following repair would be free of charge, you have to just wait 1 month and then register a complain. So I went for it and now after nearly 1 and half months since last 3 days I am calling up customer service and non of their people are coming. After Sales service is the biggest issue in India and needs to rectified with each and every company.Now it seems we have been cheated just to sign the AMC.
Complt. no.71067 dt. 28.07.2009. was lodged with your customer care cell for renewal of AMC but unfortunately till date, the needful has not been done.
It would be proper to bring to your notice that my washing machine stopped working on 18.07.09(tkt.no.3269196 and a complaint was lodged with your office/customer cell on the same day.Thereafter numerous calls were made to every person concerned but to no avail.Not getting any relief, I was compelled to escalate the matter to HO via the website and online complaint site.(finally resoved on 28.07.09)
The above irked the local personnel of your branch(Mr.Siddiqui([protected])Ms Nidhi([protected] & [protected]) Toll free [protected](Saumitra, Arvind, Pooja, Guddu, Pranjeet) and now nobody is responding to our various requests for AMC renewal.
We are also informed that until Ms Nidhi does not approve, AMC cannot be renewed and Ms Nidhi does not come on line to attend our calls.
Please look into the matter as the same is only getting aggravated.We do not expect such behaviour from personnel of reputed companies like yours.

Sirs, On 24th June I received a message from IFB CARE that "Warranty of your WM will expire on !st july for attractive AMC offer call IFB Care [protected]/39004321 or SMS IFB to 58888" I sent message and after my continues attempt on 15 th July I received another message " Thank you for your interest in IFB, one of our customer care representative will get in touch with you shortly". IFB Washing Machine — No service in spite of AMC
A complaint was lodged with IFB Customer Care at the Phone No.[protected] on date 22 July 2009 for the repairing of my washing machine. The Complaint no. is "3291352". An AMC for my washing machine is in force.We are a working couple and hence it was requested that the executive from Ifb should come in the evening hours. However the complaint has not been addressed till now, and I am facing lot of problem with a non working washing machine in the rainy season.
The sole intention of a washing machine is being defeated; and especially the contracting of AMC is proving of no use.
It is requested that the matter be looked into at the earliest and my machine be made functional at the earliest.
