[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service persons not attending

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

I have given complaint on dated 20.08.09 for IFB machine under AMC is not being attended, I have reminded them everyday ay lacal service contact no-[protected] ( mr devesh ) & [protected] ( mr santosh karre, manager) and call center says it will be attended today but nobody comes. What action can we take?.My contact no is [protected].
IFB does not have properly trained technical staff whio can identify the problem and sort them out. i bought a new machine 8 months before and the machine has malfunctioned many times. i had to complain 5 times withing this small duration,

ln the last 7 days i registered thrre complaints, every time this was attneend by the technical staff .but they could not right the issue . still my problem is not solved.

I feel cheated because my machine is not working properly and the service back up is very poor.
I have IFB Washing Machin which is one year old a(Digital - EX)nd still under warranty. I have logged the complaint with IFB call centre on Friday i.e. 4-Sep-2009; my Customer ID - 1471214 and my complaint ID - 3453083. When I logged the complaint I got promise from IFB call centre that within 24 hrs. the service person will come. Till Saturday no one turn up. Then I fired call centre executive on Sunday and then one Technician came on Sunday i.e. 6-Sep-2009 during afternoon, since he was not carring any tools he resolve the noise issue problem with resolution of SKF ball berings needs to be change. Now, I things after 3 - 4 days IFB service centre people will come with resolution of since they don't have parts thats why they didn't attended the call. Can we take this to consumer Court?
my ifb washin machine is out of operation from march 2009. it is under amc. what should i do.
i will wait for repair till end of september then i will move to consumer court.please for your action.
3 weeks ago have purchased this IFB washing machine from Dass electronics and this was for Panchgani house and we have mentioned that we will provide travel expense and with company also 2 to 3 times we have put a complain that they have not come for installation
and also at dass .i just want to know that from last so many years we are using this brand machine personally if i install it than what happens with the gurantee!

At last your people came on17.05.2009 and the next day after 12 days of continuous persuing my complaint. Power Board was changed and Rs. 3060/- were paid hoping that now the machine would work well. The machine is not at all functioning and is making sounds like a tractor is running. The mater has been reported to the local staff Mr. Sidiqi Mob. No. [protected]. We were informed that on 20.05.2009 the fault shall be repaired. But no body turned up. Is it what is called after sales service. Do I need to lodge my complaint through the news papers?
I see a long list of complaints and it is shocking...( do these guys at IFB really know that something exists like this..?) or are these guys blind or a bunch of blood suckers. My experience is NO different from what all u people face..i live in chennai and took AMC for 2 years ...these guys fixed five appointments and never turned up...! i had to cancel my appointment with patients and wait ...( i am not complaining about the monetary loss...the agony and suffering of my patients matters) and every time i reminded them they were not even apologetic ...( wish i could use a few adjectives) one of their executives call me on my mobile confirms my number and tells me that the address given to him by his office is wrong and therefore he would not attend to my complaint...SUCKS. How i wish there were more LAWS with teeth. And guys have you read their manual ...the language is pathetic. Is there anyway i could have my money BACK...B******S.
IFB these guys sell u the machines and the next thing that they never forget to pass on to you is their extended warranty ..(because they know that there machine would always remain sick) and there after your not assured of service but they sell you packets of chemicals at regular intervals...( sure it is chalk powder)
how i wish we had more stringent laws like the ones in the Arabic countries...i am sure i would like to chop their D**K. I have a dumb machine which just stares at me.

ONE OF THE WROST SERVICE IN THE WORLD
I have lodged a complaint about the poor service of IFB service centre, surat. As I have given complain on dated 20/08/09 whose complain number is 3394950 & informed to Mr.santosh karre, manager, about this and till today the problem is unattended. I find the chandigarh service centre totally incorrigible. My complaint has not been rectified since past 3 months. I have a strong feeling that these people are waiting for the AMC to get over. It is indeed shameful for such a big company to behave in this manner. I am also contemplating legal action as well. I am also planning never to buy another ifb product ever in my life.
My IFB washing machine is under warranty and I am in Gurgaon. My complaint No. is 3460510 on 06/09/09. Mr. Shanawaj came on 08/06/09 at 1.00 P.M. with old motor. Motor fitted, did not work. I lodged again complaint on 10/09/09 at 15.35 Hrs. to Ms. Poly. He said that please call on this phone no.- 4080531. I talked on phone no.[protected] Ms. Neeraj. She said that the motor will be installed on 11/09/09. Then I talked on 12/09/09 at 14.35 Hrs. to Ms. Neeraj. Now she said that the motor will be installed on 14/09/09. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine.
my washing machine is not working properly since last one month.my machine is under AMC.No one is picking phone after calling number of times at toll free number for last two weeks.kindly make arrangement for repair at the earliest.

IFB Elite Dx — Get Current shock

Hi,

I purchaged a IFB Elite washing machine and it get delivered after 15 days. The service person came and ready to install the machine while doing the demo he found that washing machine get power supply through the machine body, current shock accurs while tuch the machine. Finally he went out and he said another person will come and sortout the problem.

Not yet come any service person. I again logged a complaint but there is no response.

Very very very poor service in kondapur at hyderabad city.

I strongly recomended that, dont buy the IFB products

i have been complaining to the call centre/so called help line at bangalore & they register the complain & give a no. every time we call but no represntative attend, i have been having a very bad experince with IFB Washing machine
We have been using IFB washing machine for past 2 years (Digital) and are consistently disappointed by the service. Every 3-4 months we have to call the technician for repair who turn up after many calls/followups. We always keep the machine under AMC and now dealer is not even renewing the AMC!
I purchased a washing machine model Elite.From the date of installation on 25th January, 2009 the machine is not working properly .I find it very difficult to get their technician from the Bangalore service centre.Everytime I have to route the complaint through their call centre and follow with local service centre. My complaint no. 3479491 dated 11-9-09 for IFB machine under waranty is not being attended, I have reminded them everyday and call center says it will be attended today but nobody comes.With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician three times during the last 7 days, still they could not identify the defect and the machine is not usable.
My complaints to local marketing person is not useful and he is trying avoid the complaint calls.
The bangalore branch is not at all attending the phone calls.
There is no response to my complaint through at service centre also.
Very very poor customer service.I am unable to get their higher officials' contact nos/E mail ID to proceed further.
