Requesting you to not to buy any IFB Machines in future, since they have incredibly poor customer care.
My washing machine is not working from 3 months, & customer care is unable to help me from last 3 months.

I have 5 kg front loading washing machine which is not working from last 2 months. IFB customer service people are very slow and keep on giving some excuses.As a customer I am highly dissatisfied with IFB services. In future I will not buy any product having IFB as brand name.My machine is under AMC contract. HiI have purchased new washing machine of 5.5kg digital on last year .Since form 1 year it was working fine ,From last month its started to give problem.I have given complaint,but i never seen these type of worst service in my life .The engineer who is visiting my place is not having any experience to repair the machine.
Please iam requesting you people not to cheat like this by giving very very poor service.
I need the machine repaired immediately or replaced if the complaint is out of manufacturing! This would be my last complaint and if i dont get a response for this too, i have to take legal actions against the company for my money refund for the machine!

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in Trichy.In a week time thaey attened the job and found requirement of spares. they informed now spares not avalable and we are arranging spares. Now already one mont over and every call they will refer new no to contact.I am unable to under stand your AMC service policy.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine, The manager at Trichy not properly attending the compliant also response iis very poor..I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No hogher officials telephone numbers are available for hte redresal. This happening not only for me, In trichy our relatives more than 5 got the response in this service center.We are totally disoppointed by your service persons attitude

Before coming to Calicut, I had made a call to the toll free number [protected] and registered a complaint on 03.08.10 about the washing machine Senorita. The request Id was 4882521. We are badly in need of the washing machine as my wife is suffering from chest pain and could not do any heavy duties. As soon as I come to Calicut, I had called to various numbers and on 05/08/2010, some body from IFB came and repaired the machine. Our complaint was about the burn smell and the unusual sound from the washing machine. After their repair also same complaint remains. They told to purchase rubber sleev and hose tube for the repair. We tried again with some of your franchisee numbers and nobody has turned up till date.
I request your kind self to interfere in the matter and do the necessary things to make it repair immediately.
Though I have complaint 1 almost 1 month before, the IFB franchisee is telling that the corresponding part has not yet reached from their head office and the problem is still not solved. Kindly rectify the matter immediately.

IFB / IFB Eleena Dix — there is crack on the body of the machine.
Hi,I had taken IFB machine on 19/12/2009 , there was no stock so the co gave me the machine in 5 Jan 2010 . after that this is the second time i have repaired the IFB machine
The enginer who repairing the machine second time showed me a handkerchief which was in the pipe,
I couldn't understand while washing the cloth in the machine how did the handkerchief reached there.the enginer had no answer.
Know there are creck on the body of the machine for which they have no answer.
The ddealer Kirti Radio & Television center is not taken and interest on the complaint . I want the washing Machine to be replaced or give my money back
ifb washing machine model excel — technician not attending
My washing machine is under AMC AMC no. 6226. The machine was making lot of noise and I made a complaint. One day the service engineer came and identified the problem as a bad bearing. After 3 days he came and tried to remove the bearing . That day he couldn't. After 3 days he came and removed the bearing. But after assembly the machine is stuck and not working. That was on 24th october after that nobody came . when I called by tele phone they are answering that they will be attending within 24 hours. But I am not able to use my washing machine for the last two weeks. My complaint no. 5339936 dated 29-10-10 for IFB washing machine under AMC is not being attended, I have reminded them everyday and call center says it will be attended today but nobody comes. What action can we take?

IFB / 7 Kg Fully Automatic Washing Machine — NO ACTION SINCE 22 AUG 2010
I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT NUMBER 4977589 FOR REPAIRING MY IFB WASHING MACHINE WHICH IS ONLY TWO YEARS OLD. THEN IT HAD COSTED RS 26000/- . SINCE MY COMPLAIN:-1.THE SERVICE CENTRE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO REPAIR IT.
2.DURING LAST TWO MONTHS THE FAULT HAS NOT BEEN IDENTIFIED.
3.TWICE THE MOTHER BOARD HAS BEEN REPLACED
4.NOW THEY HAVE TAKEN AWAY THE MOTOR SINCE LAST TEN DAYS FOR REPLACEMENT BUT DID NOT COME BACK AFTER PROMISING FOR CHANGE THE NEXT DAY.
5.THE DOOR LID SWITCH HAS BEEN REPLACED ONCE.
6.THEN IT WAS TOLD THAT THE MACHINE WILL HAVE TO BE SENT TO OKHALA FOR REPAIR AND LATER SAOD THAT IT WILL BE REPAIRED AT HOME.
7. THE COST HAS BEEN TOLD AROUND RS 15000/- TO 17000/- WHICH IS ONLY RS 7000/- LESS THAN A NEW MACHINE.
NO ONE IS EVER AAVAILABLE EXCEPT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. TELEPHONE NUMBERS OF CO-ORDINATORS ARE NOT ATTENDED EVER WHICH HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES( NOs OF SOME MONA AND SONA{GOD KNOWS WHO ARE THEY}).
CAN SOME ONE HELP ME TO SOLVE MY AGONY
IT IS PATHETIC THAT REPUTED COMPANY LIKE THIS BEHAVING IN THIS MANNER.

Same problem I was also faced. Customer care people not at all lift the phone I spend more money for making calls to IFB Customer care. POOR SERVICE. If it is continuing the same I am planning to go to Consumer Court

The said washing machine manufactured by IFB Industries Ltd, East Calcutta Township, Calcutta-700 078 is refusing to sell me the door hinge of the said machine which has broken and they are insisting that they will sell me the same only if I engage their representative to have it fixed which is unethical and unfair. While I need only the spare they are forcing their service on me which is not required by me. My repeated mails to their address [protected]@ifbglobal.com has been completely ignored by them and please therefore take steps to sell me the DOOR HINGE alone to me by them and oblige.N.KRISHNAN

Trivedi I had complenent of my machine complenent No.5168085, On Dated 26.10.2010 Mr. Nitesh Kumar Attand this complenent an charge Rs.-3000/- (Three Thousand Rupees) after replacing a part of machine but till now problem is same as before nobady consider this complent from 26.10.2010 to today. Now i am helpless what to do.

IFB Industries Limited / Amc — Harassment and Delay
I registered my complaint no. 5228466 on 5.10.2010 on the Helpline. Since then I have been calling the helpline, the service office and the technician repeatedly. On 9.10.2010 the technician came for the first time. He is rude and uncooperative. My washing-machine is still out of order as he can't find time to get the part that needs to be changed from the office.It is a horrible experience as I have just returned from a holiday and there are literally piles of dirty clothes.
Is there a way of making these multinationals keep to their promise? I was told that he complaints are addressed in 24 hours.
