IFB Washing Machine — Fwd: Fw: E-SSR Service Request
We have been purchased a Washing machine from IFB and we have continues problems we are under Service contract and the Tiruchy IFB Service center sends people and they are not sorting out the problem for your kind information the service person who comes to attend the problem he is not able to find out what is the exact problem in the machine. Please note that this problem is going for last 6 months and there is no response. When we informed the IFB Tiruchy manager saying that we will take a legal action against him he told us to proceed with legal procedure. Like when we go for buying the product in the supper market the representatives promise so many things and we don't get any of their promises.We want to proceed with further to take necessary action and we don't know how to proceed further and we need any of you to help us in this regards.
I lodged complaint about my IFB Supremo Deluxe Machine, capacity 6 KG, with local Serice Centre at Bathinda (Punjab) on 27 Jan 11and has been reminding every day since then but there has been no response since then. Request you to direct the Service centre to attend the complaint at the earliest. I also feel while your machines are very good but the customer service is pathetic. Would never like to buy IFB Product again because of very poor respose of your customer care / Service centres.My brother bought the same machine on my recommendation and is suffering because of the same problem in Jalandhar.

IFB / 30src1 (Rotisserie) Microwave — Microwave has been giving constant problems
Hi,We have been constantly complaining about our microwave for quite sometime but till date the problem remains the same. Earlier the microwave used to make so much of noise and now apart from noise even the glass plate has started giving problem. We had recently complained about the same problem on 21st Jan'2011 but till date nobody has visited our place. Even after repeated reminders we were given assurances but no one has come to rectify the problem. We are really fed up with the services and would want some serious action to be taken against them so that no one faces the same kind of treatment or behavior from the company, technicians and the customer care executives.

I bought an IFB Digital 6 kg Front loading washing machine 2 years before.From the first day itself the machine started to Make problem.I had complained to IFB so many times.They came and repair it when the power cut time but after they went the same problem is occured.After that An IFB mechanic not visited to my house. Since then I have made so many calLs to find the status of my complaint and each time I am told it will be done the next day. She also promised to get it repaired the next day just like the others did ! As usual no one turned up to repair the machine. IFB HAS THE WORST SERVICE STANDARDS I HAVE EVER SEEN. I AM NOW WRITING A COMPLAINT TO THE CONSUMER COURT TO DEMAND A REFUND OF MY MONEY / REPLACEMENT OF THIS FAULTY MACHINE WITH A NEW MACHINE. IFB SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF thieR SERVICE QUALITY. they CHARGE EXORBITANT PRICES FOR A PRODUCT THAT NOT EVEN WORTH 1/4 TH ITS PRICE.

IFB Maxi Dryer — not working
It has been 2 weeks since your representative had come and seen our drier and has not turned back since then to repair the drierThe drier works for 10-12 min and becomes hot and shuts down , The technician told us the there is problem with sensors and that he will come back and replace the sensors with in 2-3 days and now it is almost 2 weeks he has not turned back , is the way you give service to the customer? I am not at all happy with the service of IFB as compared to samsung or LG where in they solve the problem with in 2 days , now I am thinking I should have brought some other brand
Your company only thinks about money like that day some body had called up and told to get annual maintainance contact and even if I get the contact renewed what is the guarantee that during the contact you will give service very fast ? It is better if I change the drier and get a new one instead of rely on IFB to come and repair the one and that I will defined tell others not to buy IFB products as they do not give service in time
does it happens only in India or all over the world?
IFB Washing Machine — NOT WORKING IN SPITE OF ENGINEER ATTENDED

My complaint no. 5822660 dated 31.01.2011 for IFB machine under AMC is not being attended, I have reminded them everyday and call center says it will be attended today but nobody comes.The Asstmanager Mr.Durai at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this way your customer service. kindlysetrigt my problem.

Where can I buy the washing machine cleaning powder. I guess it is available only with the service persons. We live in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. do not go to IFB Serivce, they are the worst service, u would end up paying of other spare parts. They only sale spare parts
IFB Maxi Dryer — not working since purchase
I purchased Ifb digital 7kg washing machine and dryer on 14.1.11. Since installation the dryer is ot working. Icomplained to the call centre and to the dealer and senior personnel of IFB. On November 30, 2010 I made a similar complaint regarding the sound that the machine was making when on the run. The service engineer who came to attend the complaint told us that the trolly built by the company for the machine is defective, hence the sound in the machine and insisted to purchase the new trolly launched by the company recently. He further asked to add a water filter for improved washing. We bought the water filter and he attached it to the machine itself However, no receipt of the filter bought has been given to us till date. He also changed the start button as there was some problem with it also.
The very next day when I put some clothes to be washed, but the machine did not budge and showed E-7 error. We again lodged a complaint with customer care and posted a mail on December 3, 2010 for the same (reply to which is still awaited). The engineer came to see the machine and said that there is some problem with the Digital Board and he changed the Digital board of the machine. But as soon as he went off the machine is not working at all and showed E2 error i.e. insufficient water supply. From that day we actually learnt about the E2 errors mentioned in the IFB manual.
After that many verbal complaint has been lodged with your Branch Service Head in New Delhi (Ms. Deepika ) and Franchise Head (Mr. Hari), as the machine has started giving me problem of E-2 at every wash.
The Service engineer during one of his visit took out the filter and I hoped that the machine would now work properly, but in vain. The Engineers who come to visit are now saying that the water pressure is not appropriate and hence the E-2 error is showing. Since I was attaching the pipe of the water supply with the tap of my overhead tank (approximate height is about 10 – 12 ft.), he suggested I should go for the fresh water tap. Here I would like to mention that the water supply in our area is only for a hour and none of the programmes in the machine is within the time limit of the water supply (except for quick wash).
I would like to mention that I do agree with their deliberations, but my logic is that if that is the case why did the machine not showed such an error in past, as the machine is kept in the same place and the same circumstances for the last two years. If it is so then was the Digital Board put earlier in the machine was defective, because all these problems started occurring after its replacement.
Talking to the service engineer has proved to be futile as they are so rude and discourteous that at time I feel guilty to have even bought the reputed machine like IFB. I would like to ask that whether Service Engineers are only for selling different products of IFB or are they for complaint redressal? Company claims that the complaints are to be attended / rectified within 48 hrs. But I am sorry to say that inspite of my several complaints as evident from above and several delebrations that too for the last 75 days my problem has not been solved.
I therefore request you to intervene into the matter urgently, so that my faith in IFB remains intact.

Third Time they informed having tub problem and replaced. Still the vibration occuring and complaining and today-16.02.11 again Mr. Manoj Singh from Mumbai visited and informed infuture no problem. Also noticed from the technicians never bought the complaint sheet and afterwards the technicians close the complaint sheet and again we have to complaint fresh. Advise how this is happen spoken several times to head of IFB - Mr. Rajendra and Mr. Param Yadhav.
Informed will wait for next few days and check, incase of noise / loud & vibration, then need immediate replacement without further notice.

DOES IFB KNOW WHAT IS QUALITY AND WHAT IS SERVICE.
I am facing similar problem with IFB service center. I too located in chennai and they are not even listen to our complients once I signed AMC contract with service company. Before I took AMC contract they used to attend in the next day. I felling bad for taking AMC.
I am George, I have registered a complaint on[protected] with complaint no:5856745, even after repeated calls to coustomer care no one is there to repare my ifb washing mechine with AMC in force. It is a BIG FRAUD Now I am repenting for buying IFB products.So be carefull with IFB products.There is ZERO service from IFB.One day will all here that happy news THERE IS NO MORE IFB COMPANY IN THE MARKET because of the currept employees and services. So beware and don't bye any more products of IFB

IFB / Microwave 20pm1s — registered complaint not being attended
I purchased IFB Microwave 20PM1S on date 2/06/2010. It was not working when it reached home and i called for an IFB executive. An executive came and declared it as adead product and referred the case to some senior executive. The scenior executive came and did something and it stsrted working somehow. It worked for few days and again stoped working. I logged a compaint for the same at the IFB website. Following which a service person came and said itc PCB is not working. He assured for replacement of the same in few days as the oven is in guarantee period. He does not responded for long hence i again loged a conplain on IFB customer care number dated:30/09/2010.(Complain no.5200041). No one came despite of repeded reminders by call on cutomer care. Again when i called on 18/02/2011 they regestered another complaint and assured of servicing in 24 hours.(complain no. 5920085). But nothing was done. I a fedup of lodging complaint at IFB again and again and nothing is happening . Please help SIR,
