I HAVE PURCHAGED IFB WASHING MACHINE 2008 SINCE THEN WORKING WELL EXCEPT LOT OF SOUNDS AND VIBRATION CAUSES ONCE FALLEN/SKID FROM THE UNDERNEATH FLOTFORM.I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT THE TOLL FREE NUMBER MORE THAN 7DAYS, SO FOR NO ONE ATTENDED CALL.COMPLAINT NO.1564934.YOU SOULD NOT ONLY SALE AND MARKETING, BUT ALSO GIVE GOOD SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER. .

The complaint for non-working of the washing machine was registered with Customer Care, complaint no.4831587 dated 24.07.2010. The engineer, Mr. Vishal checked machine on 26.07.2010 evening and advised that motor of the machine is not working properly and motor needs replacement. Have spoken to Mr Agarwal, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi office on phone no. 22438182 to advise me status of motor replacement. Have explained him that we have a small baby in the family and lack of washing/ drying facility is unbearable in the rainy season.
However, Mr Agarwal told that motor replacement will take about a week and your machine shall be operational hopefully by next Monday, 02.08.2010 .He further said that in your case not even a week has passed, and I have complaints where machine/s are not operational even after 21 days.
The whole attitude towards customer complaint shows callousness, lack o[censored]nderstanding and concern for customer's discomfort, and based on this input, have again registered another complaint on 27.07.2010 bearing no. 4844675 to escalate the matter further with a request to kindly get motor replacement on priority.
I was advised that the complaint is attended and washing machine is made operational within 24 hours, but to my utter disappointment, the complaint was attended after 2 days . I continue to suffer, more so, because of non-washing of small baby''s cloth at the home.

A technician came to my house after looking at the machine said that it has to be taken to the workshop and repaired. But before that he was trying to sell a water softner to me for RS.1800. I said after the repair ha been done, I will get the softner. But fter that no body turned for the past 1week. When Called customer care center, I get one standard reply, " sorry for the inconvience"
I got fed up with making calls. So I have decided to go for the consumer forum for registering the complaint and get the IFB industires to Consumer court.
I suggest all to do the same so that these kind of industries will face the strenght of the consumers.

IFB washing machine service is the worst we can see. My service centre M/s Sangeetha enterprise never attends telephone calls not do they take any action. I had complained about 2months back about the error in my machine to Perambur office and they in turn tranferred the case to sanheeta enterprises. They came and saw the problem and changed the digital frontboard and told me that the back penal board has to be changed .
The machine which was in working condition has not worked after the front board was changed. It is nearly a week still nobody has come to rectifyit and i am not able to wash my clothes. It is pathetic that there will be no response from the technician not from the head of the service company. Yesterday i was told that by evening my problem will be attended but nobody has turned till now. This is how customers are treated.

IFB Washing Machine — not attending service request by amc
I have taken an AMC from IFB, franchisee M/s. Dhandeep Services. I have lodged a complaint with them vide complaint no. 4745417 approx 2 months back as my washing machine has developed some problem. Inspite of several follow up the concerned have not yet turned up for services. The franchisee had visited to inspect the machine around 20-25 days back but they were unable to resolve the problem and told us that an expert from IFB company would come and attend us. Since nobody turned up so far, on 07.08.2010, I personally visited the office of the franchisee to enquire on the status. They assured me that the IFB personnel would attend us on 07.08.2010 itself without fail. But till now they have not turned up. This has led to mental agony & frustration due to the above narrated fact. IFB WASHING MACHINE — No response from the company for change of part under warranty
Dear Sir,I am facing problems with my IFB washin machine(Model no.-Elena series) since last 1 month.
I have registered a complain with the IFB people(complaint no.[protected], but there is no response from them inspite of me calling them again & again.
I have complained to the Indore's IFB head regarding it but then too there is no response from their side.
I want them to repair or replace the machine since it is under warranty period still.

We brought IFB washing machine one year back in Bangalore, two months back machine started making lot of noise and raised a complaint towards call centre. one person attended telling that we need to replace drum, this issue is accuring in many machines and left the place telling that "he will replace once the stock is available". We are following up in regural basis one fine morning he stopped lifting phone calls. We rasied second complaint and from one week onwards we are any following up. Our IFB machine completely stops working, still people are not attending to replane that drum.
I had launched a complaint in June of this year and one person came after a lot of follow up however that person asked me to sign a paper after just looking at the machine. Asked me to come home at 5 PM because the customer care visits closes at 6 PM. I went home early taking short offs from office but my machine is still not repaired. This is really poor service. I repent taking a machine of IFB brand...

IFB Washing Machine — No service offered
Has raised a service request for the IFB Digital washing machine repair - 4934108. Was promised a resolution within 24 hours. But even after raising the issue with Fathima - [protected], Rajesh - [protected], Ravi Ganesh - [protected] and IFB office at[protected]; the washing machine has not been repaired yet. One guy came, opened the machine. He asked me to take AMC, which i refused and he left the premises without repairing.

Dear Sir
With ref. to our complaint to you dt. 14/07/2010 for my washing machine Supremo dx 2900
Which is out of warranty, after two / three reminder to you & owner of service provider friends’ service,
Noida, they send a service engineer he advice to change the TIMER and we were agree for that, he was asking for service charge and cost of Timer in advance . I think it’s a cost for after complete the job.
Even after I was ready to give him a post dated cheque but he was not agreed.
When we discuss to Mr. Shuderson (owner) next day for the same he was not ready the provide the service and he was asking for the service charges also for that job which he had not completed the job.
Also we want to tell you the persons who are sending by the service provider are in interested to change the maximum parts more than the damage parts and make money more.
Kindly do need full and provide us the service as soon as possible.
