Respected Sir,
I have purchased a Senator washing machine SR.No. 13426 bill no. 15292 from Aligarh Electronics in Aligarh. No doubt the machine is good but the now the service is very poor since Mr. Chandan gone from Aligarh. Since one month ago machine was malfunctioning while operating, so I complained to the service station in Aligarh. A person named Mr. Sanjeev came and changed the bearing. Since then I could not make a single wash because machine is making a chirping sound so again I complained him as well as to the service station but after 5 days he attend the complain despite of many calls and said that your MCU card is defective while on the same card he tested the machine after fitting bearings. Then I change the card which was fitted by the same person. After fitting card he again tested the machine then tells me your timer is defective. Now I could not under stand before my first complain my machine was working perfectly. Since he changed the bearing, why these problems are occurring?
So I request you kindly make a solution of my complain as soon as possible or let me know what will be the alternative solution of my machine. Otherwise I have to do some thing else and no use to by such an expensive thing of IFB.

We have purchased ifb washing machine as on time my friends and relatives told us don't buy this ifb washing machine due to this is very good product, excellent product, and they may give very very excellent-bad bad bad bad bad bad customers service to give. Either you should purchase samsun or whirl pool may be product star level may be vary but customer service is to much good.
now i feel we wrongly purchased this ifb washing machine. This is for my advice to every body please please don't purchase any of the IFB product specifically washing machine. how can we tell this? you may thing we made a customer complaint for drier is making sound, noise, ie daamal doomeel sound. so, we dial toll free no through bsnl they never attend out call, after 10 days one of our friend gives another pay number through mobile we dial on 19/07/2011 time 7.15 p.m. and made a complaint to ifb customer care executive. he told us they should attend the complaint with in 24 hours. but today date is 21/07/2011, 11.45 pm till time they are not ready to call us due to they sold this product and they don't to maintain ifb reputation. finally we concluded that we did wrong choice of ifb washing machine. so please don't purchase this ifb washing machine.

I have a similar problem.. I have an AMC on my IFB front loading machine and i lodged a complaint of breakdown.. The technician visited to assess the fault and assured of repair in 2 days nothing has happened in last 20 days .. and the answer is they dont have the part. which is a pretext and it will just keep happening.. a total waste of money on AMC with this company..

Dear sir / madami m user o[censored]r product from last 2 years bt i m not satisfied by ur services coz machine created prob for me in gurantee period 3 times now there is same problem again The P C B is not working properly.

I bought an IFB washing machine DIGITAL SX . After 2 days they came to my home to install it. They did not have the connecting adaptor because of which they were unable to install it. they only gave a simple demonstration and left. after sometime they called me and told thay have got an adaptor in somebody's house which was actually disposed as it was broken. they came and installed the machine with the faulty one and left.
As i found the fault later on, i called them and told to reinstall it .after a 5 days they came with the new one and installed.after that they started demo with the water connection. and we found a severe water leakage. thay then dismentled the machine fully. rectified the fault and assembled it. it was a new machine. ...

IFB Washing Machine — non attending the complaint
till date my complaint no. 6801514 dated 23.07.2011 has not been attended, inspite of reminder dated 26.07.2011 and 27.07.2011. I have made a complaint to IFB custumer care no. [protected] on 23.07.2011 regarding non working IFB washing Machine 6 kg senetor,. i also made a request to Mr. Mohit, head of a frenchie of IFB service center at phone no.[protected] on 27.07.2011. but nothing fruitfull happened.IFB/ washing machine — non attending my complaint dated 23.07.2011
wat about my complaint no.68011514 dated 23.07.2011 made to customer care 24hrs service no. [protected] of IFB Idustries ltd. I too am a victim of the poor customer service from IFB. I have been calling them since several months for getting the AMC renewed and descaling powder. Everytime I am told that their person will come within 1 day but in the last several months that has not happened. It is frustrating to keep wasting your time and banging your head against the wall.
I strongly suggest that no one should buy IFB products to avoid such post purchase problems. There are many other better brands who care for their customers and will extend beyond expectations to satisfy their customers. Better avoid the trouble at first place.

IFB Washing Machine — not getting repaired
sir,i got my IFB washing machine repaired from Dhanu service on 19 Aug 2011. I paid Rs 4360/- for the same. However next day when I used my washig machine I noticed that the machine wasn't repared properly as it was not spinning and rinsing. I called up the service center. They promised me to send the technician, who hasn't reached till date. The phone no given to me is also not replying. My husband is a serving Army Officer and I myself is an ex army officer. The attitude of the service center is highly irreponsible and un proffessional.
I am from chennai. and this is to bring to your notice that on 14.7.2011, i had registered a complaint that my Washing machine needs a service as no one had turned up for past 10 months from the date of purchase (October). I had also requested to send a person on saturday or sunday as we are working. I have also requested to get an water outlet pipe since it has some damage. I have called up thrice for this but no one have turned up yet, its almost a month. The complaint no is 6740507, and as if i have called up several time for service they have not yet turned up. Is it that my machine is in warranty period they are not interested to turn up.
Hope atleast this saturday they would be attending this complaint.

Dear Sir/Madam, my washing machine inthe name of N D MISHRA address- 1/161, khurbura Dehradun Pin -248001 phone no[protected] mob no[protected] is sent-dx slno 009014 dated 29/08/2008 extended warranty from 29/08/2008 to n28/08/2012 is not working since 03/07/2011 and despite repeated reminders is not being properly attended . the service is not only inept but irresponsive.Looks like will have to take to legal recoarse if not corrected withine 5 working days. IFB WASHING MACHINE — inept and unresponsive service.
IFB washing machine senorita deluxe under warranty till 08/2012 is not working for the last one and half a month but despite repeated requests reminders not being attended properly.IFB Elena Model — Defective model
I have a IFB Elena machine in 2008.Since then the machine has been giving regular problem of excessive vibration and rotates to almost 90degrees. One has to manually hold the machine to prevent it from rotating.
Due to this there has been regular damage to the pipes in the machine and then it starts leaking water.
This has been replaced many times and still the problem continues.
The authorized service center executives inform us about the problem in this model due to which the company has discontinued the model.
We hereby want the machine to be replaced by the company.
Please help us in this matter
IFB Launderette — Poor service and not compensated for the lost shirt
Sir, I want to register a complaint regarding the services at IFB Launderette, Ballygunge, Kolkata. I had given few clothes for dry cleaning at the above mentioned shop on 08/06/11. It was due for delivery on 20/06/11.After 2 to 3 times of going to the shop for taking the delivery I finally got some of the clothes delivered with one new shirt missing. I haven't yet got the compensation for the lost shirt even after visiting them for 4 to 5 times. I request you to do the needful so that I will be compensated for the loss incurred.
