We too have an IFB Washing machine. I placed an complaint with the IFB Customer care on Monday and was immediately given a complaint number with assurance the problem would be resolved within 24 hours. As per their word a Service Engineer came to my house on Tuesday to take a look at what the problem with the machine was. As the drum had to be replaced, he told us that their Technician would come and get that done.
Wednesday passed by no Technician and no communication from the Company to inform us about when the replacement would be done.
On Thursday, I was in regular touch with IFB Franchise Neo Services, however, each time they kept on giving me vague replies and finally
they told me that the Technician would not be able to come to replace the part.
If IFB does not care for their Customers why should we care for them. We have now decided to discard the old machine and go in for a new one.

My ifb machine is under (AMC) warranty complaint id No is[protected] past one month my machine is under problem. I made complaint to customer care for Past 2 weeks. They are Simply saying that ur complaint has registered and our technician will come within 24 hours but still now no one has came to repair it ...i do no why ur company has started this customer care facility to take the complaint or time pass with customer complaints...here after we wont buy any ifb manufactured goods and also we will prescribe others not to purchase ur products...and i will publish this issue in magazine to safeguard others from purchasing ur products...

I had bought a IFB Washing Machine (Elena Model) 2 years back. From then I have placed numerous complaints regarding the below issue. While in running condition, the machine vibrates a lot, gets displaced by a long distance, sound is un-tolerable and also does not spin well.
IFB service engineers have came at least 5 times but of no use. They just provide a new reason and some unworkable solution. Never ever tested it as can't wait for full washing cycle. Its of no use at all.
20 days back one such person came and replaced parts worth Rs.2000, but what is the use, the problem has just increased its magnitude. This is just pure cheating, which I had never expected from a company like IFB.
It has become a pain, I am really very frustrated using this machine and sorry for the company and the product.
Requesting you to kindly look into this matter seriously and provide me with a concrete solution for this long overdue issue, or else I will be forced to take this matter legally.

You know these kind can be solved by the company if they have a very tough and ruthless service head who does not have a heart to listen to his employee problems but be good to customers. Most companies which have such problems have employees who are somehow related to each other or have joined on reference. All of them collaborate and bring down such good organizations. ultimately all companies are made of people!!!

HiI would like to register my anguish and despair at the way Service Request are handled by your company
We have been using IFB washing Machine Executive Plus since 2006 and thee have been no major problems I must say
Our ordeal started when we tried to get a call registered for first time for this machine
1. Call Center System is mostly down they are not able to register complaint most of the time, they direct us to technical staff.
2. Technical staff's only intention is to replace the parts at hefty price without bothering to resolving the issue permanently.
3. Call center gave the numbers of Mr Ravinder (Engineer) and Supervisor (Deepika) but of no use
4. Even 2 weeks after registering the complaint getting my Drum and bearing changed my Machine is still not working
5. I have another IFB front loading washing machine at my home in Rohtak Haryana which we are using for 12 years without any such problems like replacing drums bearing etc.
Need your Intervention to resolve this issue and ask your engineers to do their duty properly

Serial number: WTSENDX B - 042740 from GIRIAS Crosscut Road, Coimbatore.
I logged a complaint Complaint ID: 2411777 that my machine is not working. They attended it after a week and they came up that the board needs to be changed but they have not yet changed its almost more than 10 days that my machine is not working. The customer care people in Coimbatore - [protected]/0 are not giving any proper reply when i call them. They tell me that there is no response. The service is worse.
Even when my machine was under warranty noone came to service. Inspite of me calling them for service on 29/11/10 they charged me around RS.350 even during the warranty period.
Kindly send the representative immediately to change the parts of my machine as it is more than 10 days that i have logged a complaint.
I request you to do full service - free service as i have already paid Rs.350 even during my warranty period.

MY IFB DISHWASHER IS NOT WORKING since 8/ 1/ 12 i have been ringing up local customer care office every day no one is taking care of my complaint causing much inconvenience to a working proffessional like me, this machine has been not working or under repair most of the time since i purchased it 6 years ago with the same problem that is power board not working or sensor not working .these people either put bad replacements or the problem is something else
My complaint of dated 11/01/2012 complaint no 8049879 not attended so far inspite daily request / reminder. only assurance is being given . It is for washing m/c model senator.
We are purchased IFB made machine approximately 1.5 years before, We are disappointed with the performance of these machine, as this is under breakdown 3 times from last 1 years,
