the machine get power supply, but not starting. today’s complaint is fourth one, first i was complaint on[protected],[protected],[protected] and today also to[protected] and talk to Mr. Satyam who is working at customer service center, he saying that, they have facing man power and unable to attend service today also. then i was tried to contact the Manager Mr. Srinivas with no [protected], but no use, that call also taken an employee. the service center maintenance is very poor.
finally i am requesting that the IFB management, are you selling second hand Machines or outsource machines. you are advertising very high qualities. but not in service and maintenance.
i am very sad to saying that you have improve your customer service not the price. do not mugger the middle class people of India.

i have registered a complaint on 27.08.2011 vide complaint no. 7033976. The complaint was attended on 29.08.2011. A bill of Rs. 270.00 was paid by me. but when i next used my washing machine the same problem was coming as before the complaint. I again lodge the complaiont on 03.09.2011 but complaint no. was not given due to server problem. I agian contacted IFB Customer care on 05.09.2011 the complaint no. 7092888 was gfiven. The complaint is still un attended and i have already paid for it. Co. is claiming to attend the complaint in 24 hrs but 84 hrs has been passed but no response from your co.
IFB Washing Machine — not working at all
The washing machine has worked for four years with out any complaint.But one week back the machine is not responding even the supply is given There r no local numbers available for making a complaint. We could not get a local number to complain..Hence, we request the concerned to attend the complaint forth with. I hope there is no need to emphacise the need of immidiet rectification.Early action is solicited.

I bought an IFB 6 Kg digital washing machine in April 2007. In Apr 2010 the machine suddenly stopped working. Ever since. in a span of one year all possible PCBs, the door lock, condenser etc have been changed at least once and the mother board twice. However, the machine has been giving problems at regular intervals. Recently the machine again stopped working and once again the mother board was replaced (third time in a little over one year) at a cost of Rs 3000/-. Before I could get over the shock of the exorbitant cost of repairs, the machine stopped working again (just after the fourth wash). It developed the same problem !!! It took repeated complaints for the technician to come and declare that the other card also needs to be replaced. However on running the test cycle the machine again started working without any card replacement. Two washes and it has again stopped working. I got the complaint registered on 09.9.2011 but after several calls no one has come to repair the machine till today (14.9.11). Nos of local customer care office in Lucknow either remain busy or are not picked up. On most occasions the line is disconnected. Mobile Nos of Asst Managers given are promptly disconnected by them . I agree that IFB HAS THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND THEIR PRODUCT IS ONLY GOOD UPTO THE FIRST FAULT. My advise "NEVER BUY AN IFB PRODUCT".
IFB Top load washing machine — IFB is a useless product
IFB provides stupid service. Nothing to comment on. Frustrated a lot. My machine has been idle for more than a month and I have a useless AMC with a useless service provider.... I have paid for service and IFB has been cheating me since a long time after taking my money... I want the service for which I have paid... I will ensure I publish this in all possible forums... I work for one of India's leading news magazine..If my complaint is not resolved in the next 2 days I will take this to the consumer court and will also have this published across India.... I gave a complaint on 20th June 2011 regarding my IFB Washing machine repair (Complaint No.6576046). After 3 months, making nearly 30 phone calls, September first week a service person came to my house and do some work and gone without telling anything. So, we don't know whether the machine is working or not. He is not get our signature in his complaint register. This incident reveals very worst behavior of the service person belongs to IFB. i made a complain regarding noise in my ifb washing machine.at sahu agancies no [protected] about one week ago...no body attend ...three days later i remind...then came to know...no complain registered by person concern in register or complain book...direct strictly not to repeat it and take action...very shameful...on 23.09.11 again complain made in the morning at about 11.00 hrs...again no body came till today i.e 26.09.11upto 21.00 hrs. i mean upto four days...its really my mistake only...why i selected ifb machine...very shameful for public like us...rrakesh lko

IFB Washing Machine — Not responding to service request
We have an IFB washing machine. The product is excellent but the service is of very poor standards. We had a problem with the machine 8 months back, the machine was making a lot of noise in the spinning mode. After 3 persistent days a service executive came home and claimed that the bearings have gone bad and replaced it for which i paid Rs.1480(bearing cost - 800, service charge - 680). In 8 months the machine started making noise again and after lodging another complaint the service executive and said that the executive who had attended the machine earlier had not installed the bearings properly and the water from the machine had leaked out and had damaged the bearing and that it again needed replacement.The service exe. suggested that we could join their new scheme through which by paying Rs. 1858 yearly we could get all the maintenance done without paying extra. So we took the scheme but had to wait for 25 days for the scheme to activate. We waited for 25 days having no other option and then called the customer care and was expecting immediate action but nothing happened. I spoke to various executives including the area manager Mr. Satish but none of them bothered to attend to my problem. I have been calling them from 3 weeks but no action has been taken yet.
We are also facing the same problem. We are in chennai and its 1 week since the service person said he will replace the motor. The service of IFB has become a big problem and i will advice the people who are planning to buy IFB, not to buy as these fellows don't bother to attend the service even though it is in AMC. IFB sucks...

we purchase front load washing machine from date of 15/08/2008 from rajdeep electronics( stadium road, ahmedabad. gujarat) retail invoice no- 20516.now a problem is at the date of 16/9/2011 our machine stop a work and i was complaint by custmore care .

and your frenchesor aditya enterprise come and replace some part of machine and they start the machine. after one hours machine was automatically stop with big noice. once again technician are come after 2days and they tell big damage in a machine and first time come technician is not come and another technician is come and say our technician is not repair properly so that machine big damage in athore parts and open it now a days still machine is open in at my home and your frenchise not anser properly so give me proper service. if you are not able to our complaint solve please back our 2140/- rs back and our old part. and machine to be refited to us. if our complaint is not solve in 2 days i will go next step to consumer complaint and also registered fir in police station also.plz give a support properly. thank

I AM USING THIS MACHINE SINCE 2001 AND WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT BUT THE COMPANY SEEMS TO BE TAKING THEIR CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS AT EASE OF LATE.I HAD MADE A REQUEST FOR AMC ON THE 9TH OF JULY2011REQUEST NO 175172 SINCE THEN I CALLED UP SEVERAL TIMES FOR THEM TO COME TO MAKE THE AMC I SPOKE TO ZAMEER, SAMEERA, PRANIT, SHAILESH, LAXMI,ETC THEY ALL SAID THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME IN 1HR AND NEVER BOTHERED TO RESPOND BACK.FINALLY THE MACHINE BROKE ON THE[protected] AND I MADE A COMPLAIN TO SARABJIT NO 7065572. THIS COMPLAINT WAS ATTENDED BY NILESH ON THE 05TH OF SEPT. AFTER SPEAKING TO PRANIT HE REGISTERED AMC CONTRACT ON THAT DAY AND REPAIRED THE MACHINE IT DID NOT WORK EVEN FOR 1HR. SMOKE CAME FROM THE MACHINE. I INFORMED NILESH AND HE CAME BACK AFTER 2 DAYS AND SAID THAT THE MOTOR IS BURNT AND HE WILL BRING ANOTHER ONE TO REPLACE IT BUT HE HAS NOT ATTENDED THE COMPLAIN TILL DATE.
ON 13TH OCT I SPOKE TO PRANIT HE SAID HE WILL SEND IT ACROSS TOMORROW SEEMS LIKE HIS TOMORROW NEVER COMES. SO ON THE[protected] I COMPLAINED AGAIN NO 7409805.
TODAY IS[protected] TILL NOW NOBODY SEEMS TO BE BOTHERED I HOPE I GET TO USE THE MACHINE BEFORE THE AMC CEASES.

IFB Microwave Sr2c1 — pathetic service and non availability of microwave parts
i really regret to have purchase IFB microwave because it has the poorest service. 11 months back i purchased SR2C1 microwave.6 mnths back while shifting my house,one of the two door hook made of plastic was damaged ,i informed service centre in lucknow. The service centre people came after 3days and then the hook was not in the stock so i had to wait for almost 1mnth for its door hook to get it repaired! 2 weeks back again i had the same problem and again the hook in not available in lucknow stock!!! service centre people are telling me it will take another 1 week.Moreover the engineer came after 3days and he didnt have the clue what was wrong! Everyday i have to ring and ask service centre people to send their men, and service man never comes on time. IFB Washing Machine - wm-digital 6Kg — Not attending to complaints
Our machine is not working since 28th August, 2011. Made complaint to Antek Services, and the mechanic visited once and told that he will visit again with some spare parts. No response after that. Personnel at Antek is not attending to our calls. The toll free number is also not respnoding.Plese take urgent action
