[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — washing machine not working

our ifb fully automatic w/m is not working its taking the water inside but the inner drum does not rotates.

Washing Machine IFB model T- 29 Sr no.4580 is having problem of automatic system not working.

1. Washing machine is not taking water inside the machine in its switch position B, C, and D.
2. Waching machine is vibrating abnormally while spinning and often move away from its position.

The machine is covered under AMC. Customer care number "[protected]" could not be connected to get the fault registerered. The customer care number is broadcasting pre-recorded message which glorifies IFB products and going on glorifying its products at the cost of customers and does not give required instructive message such as "your are in Q - Please wait", etc. I am tired of contacting service personnel through customer care Number [protected]. Local dealers, on contacting, simply advise us to register the fault-service through the customer care number which is not at all customer care number but an advertising source for IFB products at customers' expenses.

My washing m/c is not working properly . I have given complaint to Chennai service office. But until today there was no response.
I do not know what is going on. Please tell me your customer service and customer care e-mail id to enable me to send my complaints

I am very disappointed to purchase this IFB Machine. ON 31ST october I registered first complaint no. 2366915 and followed by complaints no. 2399976 dtd 8th november and 2425601 dtd 15th november. finally one technicia from power mac company visited and advised me leakage is due to damaged rubber packing. we will change in 1 or 2 days. after nobody came.then I called and requested IFB personal mr. rajesh burman sitting in okhla office but response was very poor.i asked mr. rajesh to give sr. manager but he refused to give. also i called owner of power mac. always got reply coming tommorow. yesterday one technician visited my home from power mac and after some repair he told me to use machine tommorow.now i used the machine is in the worst condition.my room got flooded and machine was not box packed properly.
for ur info i bought this machine last year and under 2 years warranty and also i took 2 years extended warranty. I am residing in Delhi at Ashok vihar phase iv

I have made a complaint to your office in Chandigarh about five days ago. My House No. is 19, Sector 27A, Chandigarh. The AMC is valid upto 1-3-2009. One person came to insepct the washing machine . He told me that some instrument has to be changed. He promised to make the change on the next date. But to my utter surprise, he has not come to repair the machine even after three days. My phone No. is [protected]. I hope that some measures will be taken to repair the washing machine immediately. Hoping for immediate cooperation and early action

I bought the IFB washing machine (Fully automatic, 5 KG) in 2004 from M/s Super Electronics Krishna Puri, Ring Road(near Vikashpuri, New Delhi). The machine worked for about two years without any complaint. Thereafter the soap dispenser didnot work. I made a call to IFB call centre no. and two persons turned up. The two so called service engineers did nothing and just sold some bars of soap saying that the machine be run using the soap without loading it. I complaint again after about six months two so called service engineers turned up and again sold soaps. Now the machine has stopped working alltogether. There are no service centers available.The machine bought with my hard earned money is lying idle.

PLEASE HELP.

While using the washing machine, some smoke coming from machine and coil burning smell coming.
Hence kindly check and correct the machine.

Just one year back, I have purchsed ifb washing machine. From tne begning more sound in machine was observed. I have already complant but your representative says that there is more sound in ifb machine.Now again 20 days back there is sparking inside the machine and machine is not working . I have complants to your service centre dehradun and toll free number but even after 20 days no corrective action is not taken so far and from where I purchased, that fellow advice me to go court.

My washing machine is under warranty. I have complained through Dealer on 10-72012.They given the ticket no for service.. They have sent one service engineer and he found the problme in solinoid coil.He assured to replace solinoid coil. Inadequate calls there is no response. The complaint is not yet closed.Whenever i contacted through the ifb customer care website toll free number for bsnl [protected], they charged Rs.5 to Rs.10 without answer(Your call is important to us wait:Automatic answer voice only).
