Indane Gas — no one picks up the phone

MY NAME IS ASCHIN VIG AND RESIDING AT 3201 , ATS GREEN-2 SECTOR-50 , NOIDA AND I HAVE GAS CONNECTION FROM AGNIHOTRI GAS AGENCEY NOIDA AND I AM TRYING TERE NUMBER FOR LAST 10 DAYS AND NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE HONE MY INDANE GAS NUMBER IS 04720 AND NOW I AM GOING TO THEIR OFFICE WITH GAS CYLENDER AS NO OTHER WAY TO REACH THEM , THIS IS SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE .

    Hi!

    THIS MAIL IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE NOTICE OF INDANE GAS REGIONAL OFFICE MANAGER (IF AT ALL THEY CARE FOR IT) .

    MY Consumer no for Indane LPG gas is 26073, add- 176-G, mayur vihar, pocket -IV, phase-I, delhi. My service provider / agency is TANUSHREE GAS AGENCY, Acharya niketan Mkt, Pocket IV, Mayur Vihar. Ph no[protected].


    Am hereby writing this complaint because I've finally thought of not reconciling with the situation. Firstly I would request the authorities to check and question the agency as to why do they keep their telephone busy by putting the receiver down ( this has been confirmed by me and I also had put back the receiver on the cradle so that they feel ashamed of their act) .It was because of this act of theirs that I had to buy a cylinder in BLACK last month.Finally i got a cylinder booked on personally visiting them. Now the second complaint is that I took only 1 cylinder out of my quota of 2 in a month in Jan. When asked for a fresh booking today ,4.01.2010 , they simply refused saying that I can't do that as the 21 day margin was not over. I fail to understand two things
    1. where has this 21 day margin come from?
    2. This is the 1st booking of Feb , so how can it be related to bookings of Jan, even if it was so I had not taken the second cylinder in Jan , so what did they do to it?
    3. What will a person do in case the cylinder empties in 15days?????????? if this is the attitude of the agencies ?

    I would certainly request some action against them or else I'll have to lodge a case in consumer forum against the company and agency for mental harassment and duty negligence in a weeks time .

      Worst service & supply of Gas in the name of Shivanika Enterprises the Dealer of Indian Oil Company. All the times the phone remain busy or not eager to pickup the phone. The Online phone is not working. Moreover it is useless. The Agency did not keep the track record of the gas booking. It is disgusting that the Indian Oil has appoint such a Worst distributor. Whereas other distributors are supplying the gas regularly. The Employyes remain busy on personal talk so that no body can able to get the phone line. Sometimes the phones are ringing they didnot bother to pick up the phone. It is disgsting.

      Gas Booked on 9th June 2017, got a message that with in 4/5 working days it will be delivered, Till date it is not delivered, they provided two nos,[protected],[protected] which they never lift otherwise put in engage tone. owner no. is [protected], We made a call and made a request, he said he will inform his son to look into. From next day on wards, they stopped lifting phone and cell phone. with a great difficulty, we got him, he says his Auto driver is not coming since last two days.So Indian customer has to depend on such worst, irresponsible distributors.

      This is not the first time, earlier also this type of service complaints faced by us.Auto driver demands extra service charges Rs 25 to RS 35 on every delivery. There is a tel No.[protected] IOC secunderabad office, which is for fancy only, go on ringing but no reply.This is all due to ...
      I am a retired service person of 70 years, can't run around your offices.

        Hi,

        My Gas connection is with INDANE Gas Agency (Agnihotri),sector-37,Noida.They have supplied me the cylinder with the water inside it.
        The Gas run for just 6 days.We complained to the Agency and their engineer checked and found that their is water inside it.Ther delivery boy(Manish) came and charged Rs 130/- against the replaced cylinder.They said we can deduct the water weight only.

        This is just a tip of the corruption of these delivery man.
        Respected Viewers/ consumers of Indane gas Agency Padmarao nagar,
        I would like to say that this agency is owned by the Late.Gongi Reddy Mohan Reddy, Freedom fighter, domal guda Hyderabad.
        He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi, (2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.
        But Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, Mrs. Indira Devi, Mrs.Neeraja Devi were the daughters of the late. G.Mohan Reddy fradulently and cheating the Mr.Satish Reddy taken over this gas agency and running under the name of Mrs.Chandrika Reddy. Mrs. Chandrika Reddy is a daughter of Mrs. Indira Devi daughter of Late.G.Mohan Reddy.
        The property is acquired by cheating and booking a criminal case on Mr.Satish Reddy. By all the above daughter and sisters. The details are Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, W/o.K.Prabhakar Reddy Addl.S.P.police department at habsiguda, Street no.7.[protected]. Mrs. Neeraja Devi daughter of late. G.Mohan Reddy Cell:[protected] and her son Mr.Sushruth who is working as a captin in indian airlines cell:[protected] and His father name is Mr.B.Surender Reddy [protected] R/o.1-2-597/26, domalguda, Hyderabad and Mrs.Poornima Reddy, daughter of Mrs.Indira Devi : Cell.[protected].
        So I request you to note down these cell numbers for your kind consideration for further contact .
        Lastly the main kingpin of this problem is lies with Mr.B.Sushruth [protected] and his mother and father Mrs.Neeraja Devi [protected] and Father [protected]. further future correspondence please.

          I am an Army soldier serving in H.P. My family is staying at RZ-C1, Gali No 13, East Sagarpur, New Delhi - 46. I am having indane gas connection (consumer No 18712) with Neelkanth Gas Care, G-1/12, Vashisht Park, Opp Janak Cinema, Pankha Road, New Delhi - 10 who is the distributor of that area. My family is trying to book gas on given phone by the agency over 15 days but there is no response over phone from them neither they pick the call nor any response from them. My family also visited the gas agency twice but their shop remain closed.

          May I request you to kindly look into the matter and direct your distributor to answer the call of the customers and set their system for booking of gas over phone.

            I am consumer of Indian Oil Gas under Consumer No. T-655 with dealer Trimurthi Gas Service, I could not lodge the refill complaint on any of their given phone nos. as either the nos. keep in ringing nobody responds or not available every time. Since I could not go personally to their godown to book the refill the only way left with me is phone. I am facing this problem since many years with this dealer no improvement. I expect by submitting complaint through this website some sort of relief for my grievance.

            ioc gas cylinders — delay in delivering cylinders

            My customer id is 51979 .My name is s.r vijayalakshmi.I booked for cylinder on 8/2/2011.My waiting no is 5210.So, far i did not receive my cylinder.for who those who booked on 12/2/2011,they have got delivery.there is no response from the office if we call them and also no response from customer service.kindly take necessary action.

              SIR

              My LPG gas connection No. is Riju Dutta 13501 at Pragjyotish Gas Agency , Dispur G.S.Road, Guwahati-781006. But thier service is very poor and they have been doing illegal services towards the coustomers. Today also their all mobile and telephone nos are not responding. There is no parking area in the gas agency campus of Pragjyotish gas agency.They does not follow the proper guidence in connection with gas booking and delivery timings.

              Please investigate the matter and request to do the needfull urgently because i am the not only person for which suffering a lot, the whole consumers are suffering but there is no alternative.

                My ailing mother is being put through lot of hardship by the Indane dealer at Parakode (Poornima gas agency,Parakode.)The refill was booked on 21/Nov,till date she has not received it.Inspite of her health, she has been to Poornima gas agency several times and was assured it will be delivered next day.On each of those instances my mother has to carry the empty cylinder to the main road,only to see the truck drive pass without stopping.They do not answer the phone & very arrogant in person.They are selling the cylinders in the black market while leaving the genuine customers in trouble.We hope necessary action will be taken on this issue.

                  Aarti flames service is not satisfactory, they will not dispatch the cylinder at said time, my cylinder was empty on 24 jan 2010, i have called to aarti flames to book the cylinder they told me call after 29 jan 2010, if my cylinder was empty on 24jan, why i will wait for 29th jan, this is not the first time, they are not behaving and attending us properly. always says that their is shortage of cylinder, so many people is in the que??
                  if they have any function at home than they will arrange 50's of cylinder.
                  please take some action at the earliest

                      so there is lots of crisis of gas in the home kitchen
                      so please take some strict action against supplier

                      Indane Gas — Not supplied till date

                      cylinder booked on[protected] but supply not given even after repeated request till 17.09.08
                      Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

                      Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
                      This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

                      Indane Gas — TILL YET NOT DELIVERED MY CYLINDER AFTER REPEATED BOOKING

                      AFTER REPEATED TELEPHONIC DISCUSSION AND BOOKING,TILL NOW MY GAS CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED . MY INDANE GAS CONSUMER NO- R50711 AND BOOKED ON 07.10.2010.THIS IS ROUTINE DELAY PROCEDURE MAINTENING LATE DELIVERY BY THE DISTRIBUTOR OF AMBABARI AREA OF JAIPUR.INTENSIONALLY HE IS DELIVERING LATE TO ALL CONSUMER IN EVERY MONTH INCLUDING ME.

                        I booked my cylinder dated 26/12/09, my consumer no. is S/37473 on Rajasthan Rajya Sahkari Krye Vikre Sangh Ltd,Bhawanisingh Road,Jaipur.I have not received my LPG booked cylinder. I phoned so many times, even I personally went to Agency, but still I have not received cylinder after 33 days. It is not first time, I am facing same type of problem last one year. Every time service provider said next time we will provide the cylinder on same day when you required.

                        kindly help me in this matter.

                        sir, i have booked gas on 25th jan2010 in early morningg with dikshit gas service vide complaint no 363001 at khichpur delhi and till date i could not get gas . theie employes demand extra money which i am not ready to pay . it appears officers of i.o.c are hand in glove with them .pl help

                        I booked my cylinder dated 28/12/09, my consumer no. is VT-2763 on VIKRAM GAS SERVICE, STATION TOWN HALL ROAD, BALLIA.I have not received my LPG booked cylinder. They Told we ar unable to give you home delivery.since than after making daily telephone call they simply said today surely will deliver gas cylinder...while you can see at there distribution point they are openly selling gas on black instant availabilty for commercial use also.

                        it, s daily basis problem so plaese take strong & firm steps to punish.

                        I am a consumer of Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency M/s. Golden Gas Agency, Palam Vihar, Distt. Gurgaon and consumer is 2332. But I did not receive my Gas cylinder till today i.e 23.2.10. I made an enquiry to the Agency for which I did not receive a proper reply. I phoned so many times on telephone i.e[protected] and other phone is not working till date and whenever I phoned to the agecny the reply comes "MAIL BOX IS FULL" on phone no. Eventhough I personally went to Agency for the booking cylender on 6.2.10. The agency informed that the booking of the seocn cylender after 21 days of booked cylender but still I have not received cylinder after 18 days. this is not the first time, I am facing this type of problem from last years. Every time service provider promised to rectify the problesm but not actuion taken till date. I request yuou to kindly look into the matter and providing the cylender at the earlieest.

                        My name is Sanjay Sarkar nad my indane gas connection no is I09164. My gas connection is attached from M/s. Indra Prabha Enterprises, Kagaul Road, Mthapur, Patna. I have booked my gas cylender on date 06/01/12 at 12.45 am by my Mobile no on your telephonic booking service [protected]and received booking reference no.275837. but till now I am not received my cylender.

                        I have talked with the distributor over phone, he informed me that so such booking in his record.

                        Request you to kindly look into the matter please.

                          Respected Sir,

                          I, Karam Chand R/o 7121, Mandi Ghass, Pahari Dhiraj, Delhi-6, Customer No.- 4571-S booked for refill gas cylinder for last 5 or 6 days on Telephone No.[protected] / 23543807 / 23519192 with M/s Khan Enterprises, Code No.-107224, 1407, Block, SP Mukerhjee Market, Rani Jhasi Road, Jhandelwalan, New Delhi-110005. But from morning to evening the above telephone engaged or if telephone bell is going on, but no one responded from above gas agency.
                          On 30.01.2010, my son personally going to above gas agency for booking of refill gas cylinder about 11.00a.m. but the staff of above agency not booked and saying that after 21 days of last delivery we can booked. I requested that there is no rule for booking refill gas cylinder after 21 days. He says that go to Indian Oil Head Office and they are booked your gas cylinder before 21 days.
                          Sir, please let me know whether there is any rule for booking of refill gas cylinder after 21 days, if not, than please instruct the above gas agency not to behaved in rudely manner with there customer and booked my gas cylinder before 21 days, under intimation to me.

                          Indane Gas — non booking of refilling cylinder

                          My gas agency Chandrakala Gas Services at Seema puri, Shahdara, Delhi do not pick up phone nos.[protected], 22357295. I have been trying continuously for last 4 days. My consumer no. is CK-9785. Please look into the matter urgent.
                          My agency name is Jangjeet Enterprises, Ajronda, Faridabad. Whenever i call for refill booking they tell me that they can not book the cylinder before the completion of 30 days of last refill.I would like to know that waht is the policy in this regard. After how many days of last refill can i order my booking.

                            I booked my cylender and got 1 kg less Gas, when I visited there I have seen with my eyes the local labour of the agency were having so many Indane seals in their pocket and opening the wxisting seals

                              my son Anil K Palhas gass connection from Arki,HP, SV No.932945, customer No.745, he got it transferred to Gurgaon where he is residing now which was done vide TV No.[protected]. In the Transfer voucher Anil K Pal has been named as 'Ajit K Pal'.To get the correction i went to the Incharge of the Civil Supplies Corporation, Arki who told that there is no software to do name correction so he did it manually but in the computer it remained Ajit. I again contacted Fiedld Officer of the IOC at Shimla who is looking after the area, he re-iterated that there is no software to make corrections and the name will remain as it is but the Gas Supplier at Gurgaon will give you new connection on the basis of TV and then the name will be corrected there since the Ciil Supplies Corp. office Arki has verified it. But the Mata Sheetla Gas Service at Gurgaon refused to give the connection because of the name error in the database. It is surprising that the such a reputed and huge organisation is harassing the customer for none of their faults. Will you please help to get the name corrected or issue directions to the Mata Sheetla Gas Service, Gurgaon to issue gas connection since the correction of name has been verified by the previous Gas Agency.

                                  I am a consumer of Indane Gas Services and have a connection at Alisha Gas Service, Amritsar. I got my gas cylinder delivered at my home after 13 days of booking and this time again it over a week refilled cylinder has not been delivered yet.                                     I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with mettur Gas agency, METTUR DAM .,SALEM DISTRICT and my consumer number is 23634. I have booked for a refile on 20th JAN 2010 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 29th JAN 2010.. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all METTUR gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

                                    At the time of this complaint we found all over Tamilnadu an irregular supply from Indian Oil. So we regard for this inconvienence. We are now providing the best service around Mettur Dam now-a-days.

                                      I live in patna (Bihar) , i have taken connection of your franchise SUBH CHANDANI GAS AGENCY,B.M DAS ROAD , patna- 800004.His service is very bad, he books gas after 15 days of last delivery, and after that he tkes 20 to 25 days more time for the delivery of the gas.His venders and other staffs selling gas in the open market to hotels and retaurants, The agency is do nothing on complaints.His argument is shortage of gas and less supply from the company.
                                      But the service of other agencies of the city is good. Sir, I hope u understand our problem , and take some strict action against this agency.

His service is very bad, he books gas after 25 days of last delivery, and after that he tAkes 15 to 20 days more time for the delivery of the gas. The agency is do nothing on complaints.His argument is shortage of gas and less supply from the company and also tell the same word area service managner mr. govi.

                                        Myself consumer no M-18267, SV NO - 686503,. I was in ranchi and my gas agency was Bihar State Food Supply Corporation,till september2009. In October i was transferred to Bhagalpur Bihar and my serving gas station is MADHU GAS ENTERPRISES , TILKAMANJHI, BHAGALPUR, where i submitted my transfer voucher received from ranchi , and after i month after verification , i was told by
                                        MADHU GAS ENTERPRISES , TILKAMANJHI, BHAGALPUR that your TV has been confirmed and you come on 24 th to collect your Cyllinder and Regulator. when i go to collect the same on 24th jan , i was told that we have no regulator and cyllinder for
                                        you, and they do not know when they will supply, and when i said its not good you are harrsing me, then they misbeheaved with me, and when i got the Area sales manager MR. SN Mishra, he also told me the same and when i asked about the solution he cut the phone. Ans same day i got cyllinder from market paying 600 Rs.
                                        There are total corruption prevailing over there. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and early resolution of the problem

I have booked for a refile last week, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. SIR, Till date, the same is not delivered to me.
