My self Rajiv Upadhyaya,

Purchased Home theatre promissed Philips HTS 3155 on phone and placed an order on phone.

They delivered cheaper home theatre 3316 which was old model.

Beware of this Leaving media marketing.. and dont buy such things on phone promos,

I booked a order vide no OGA 10066632 on 27.7.2010 & on INVOICE no ORA[protected] dated 29.7.2010 a packet videTRACKING ID 2010-[protected] was sent and sent by courior was delivered on 3.8.2010 and so called membership no ITBC 10420043 was mentioned theweight mentioned was shown as 1.770 shown persummally can be compleate pakage weight in kg though not mentioned and the invc Amt of Rs 3298.00 was paid for following items
Item RO 811 reebok shoe 9 ( Booked 10 item no R0745 Reebok Track Suite XTRA LARG 9 Booked XXL)item No R0781 REbok Bag item No R 782 Reebok Towl ( But sent Napkin)
item No R 081After opening the packet, the items were found quite sub standered and under specification and found all the products very much disappointing one can work out with the quality withreferance to total weight including more then half of packings
Without writing any more I suggest INDIA TODAY TO WORK FOR THEIR BASIC FUNCTIONS OF PROMOTING AS BOOK CLUB NOT TO WORK AS BAD BUSSINESS ORGN.Please rufund money & collect back the product S P BHALLA [protected]

I happened to visit my earlier complaints after a long time. Prettu shocked to see that India Today has responded as complaint being resolved. All viewers please be updated that there has been NO calls or from India Today let alone any resolution. I still have the cheap replica somewhere in one corner of my house.
