[Resolved]  Indian Railway — Miss management at AC coaches

In all the pantry cars of Indian railway pantry car ,they are nit providing biscuit with tea.The qulity of food is aldo extremely bad.

I regularly travel by train, and my observation are, the tikit vigelence officer catch traveller, without tickit, or travelling in unauthorised coach, and penalise regularly. But it is well-known that tickit conductors in train take bribe from people for vaccant birth. and they are never cought and railway wait for someone"s complain and proof for action againest them.
what hell can you expect from railway-ministery, Please do not complain and waist your time

Today Early Morning My Father Goes To ambala cantt reservation Counter 6:am .for booking My Tatkal Reservation ticket. From ambala cantt to basti (u.p) His age 55 to 60 near. but 9:30 am Came indian railways staff and r.p.f staff. Check Reservation From and all documents. but one old lady she’s name pushpa ranga designation of c.r.s she’s come towards my father and she asked give me your form and extra money than you ticket collect first all to people .after this matter my father calling me i am asked my father u complaint to r.p.f she is broker but my father replied me she is railway staff not a broker . i am shocked. i am told my father what was her name.then my father asked her lady.what's your name? she angry on my father and asked him get out from the reservation line and she says that this form is not your and this form only self person submit not any person but my father told her i am avinash sharma father and check my driving license and check my military hospital card but she cant believe my father and through out from reservation office help of r.p.f soldiers. Sir I am not tall rate my father’s insult .I want strictly action on my complaint against this lady. As soon as possible

Indian Railway — misbehavior of tte

mr vijay kannan tte at rajdhani experss not allow me come train with comfermed resevation .he throw my luggage and pulled my family out off tarin .he misbhaved with my friends and try said i will pull chain and call police and get you in jail.

today morning me & my frnds going to take ticket .but i mistakly write wrong train no he give me another train no ...when i go to aksed to why he write another train usne bola piche se office me aao & jane ke baad hame dhamki di...aur rudley baat karnelaga
Nawal Kishore Sinha aged 78 years having pnr number-[protected] travelling from ranchi to patna in class first ac on 27th may was alloted upper berth number-2.I was the oldest person travelling in this class on this date in train number-18624.Is it the indication of ACHE DIN AA GAYE OF MODI GOVERNMENT.May I request Mr.Sadanand Gauda, the honourable railway minister to take appropriate actiion for such negligence on the part of officer preparing chart in drm office hatia, jharkhand and expect that tis will not be repeated henceforth.
Respected Sir/Madam,

Indian Railway trains to south india (Kerala). All the coaches for Netravati, are in worst possible condition and full of harmful pests. the charges are very high as compared to other means of travel specially to distant places like Kerala where we pay high price for travel and risk health.

If we are paying for a 2nd or 3rd AC we expect the facilities to be in par with the money we pay, surely not to be in the cockroaches and rats museum. Food has no standard. So does the pillows and bedsheets provided in them.

The government should take into consideration that the food is for human consumption. Let the railway minister try travelling like us public do on any of these trains under the same conditions, eating the same food being served to general public, he or she will understand what we are talking about.The railway minister should look into these complaints and do the needful.
Recently We travelled from Mumbai To Kutchh on 1 st class AC compartment . While we were travelling we were given the review n rating forms to fill regarding our experience of the maintainance of the coach n other facilities .. Though the form mentioned about waste segregation we could not see any provision on board for the same .When we equired about segregation on bio- degradable n non biodegradable waste we were told that no segregation done as such and most of the times the waste is just thrown on the railway tracks .We noticed that throughout our to n fro journey to Kutchh there was lot of garbage littered on tracks . Shockingly the water bodies were also not spared . We also came to know that rating forms are just a formality n they are not forwarded to the authorities .. Then what is the use of such procedures ?? How will we achieve our goal of ' Swatchch Bharat ' ??

I have booked two e-tickets on 28th February 2016 in Vishakha Express (17016) in 2-tire ac from secunderabad to Bhubaneswar on 1st April 2016 and I have been allotted in a1 coach 46(Su) & 44(UB). My pnr no is [protected]. Sir, my keen request is kindly may allotted side lower/ lower berth to me as my wife is now 04 months pregnant. Please help me in this situation.

On-board railway staff-TTE behavior not good. Yesterday (25th Jun-18) I was on journey with my family to Delhi from Kurukshetra in Train No. 11902 in AC Chair Car. Train Departure Time from Kurukshetra 14:50 Hrs., whereas I board the train at 14:45 hrs., and find that AC not working, Railway On-board Staff-TTE was in front of the train CC coach and we asked why AC not working in CC, he told "Ye to aise hi rahega, agar abhi AC chalwaoge to Delhi tak bhi aise hi le jayunga". This Unprofessional behavior heart us very much. Me and my father told him that there is guidelines/recommendation from railway that AC will start in train before 30min. of start of journey, then He reply "tumhare jaise 73 passenger daily le jata hun sabki sununga to ho gaya, Jo karna ha kar lo" I told him why he was not replay in correct way, That railway staff told "jisko complaint dalni ho daal ho mera name-DEEPAK GOWSAMI hain" jo karna ha kar lo. He was wearing the ID card but hidden in this shirt and only ID card strap visible and "AGRA NCR" written on that strap.
I am totally upset with the incident. We belongs to INDIA, If such incident will happened to any Foreign Tourist, then what will be the Image of our country he takes from here and spread in other country.
This is also not confirming the tag line of railway "A PASSENGER IS THE MOST IMPORTANT VISITOR ON OUR PREMISES".
Requesting to concerned person/deptt. to look into the matter and take the appropriate action. I also raised the complaint on 138 helpline no. at 16:22 (and call time was 5m 17s) during the journey but nothing has been registered and I did not have any complaint no. Whereas Mr. Anil Kumar who attended the complaint on 138-helpline no. told me that I will get the complaint on my mobile no. How can we improve the situation if person responsible for complaint not doing his duty and on the other hand On-board staff continue to misbehave and spoil the railway image due to their non-professional attitude.
