In all the pantry cars of Indian railway pantry car ,they are nit providing biscuit with tea.The qulity of food is aldo extremely bad.

I am travelling in train no 18312 on 10-3-11 with my family by pnr no [protected] in train at sasaram in my cotch ac 2tier A- 1 some students come and making nusanse etc giving gallis and other there is tte in cotch but he not taken action and no any security is there and this type bed things all ladies is in very asamemm TTe is n omplain book he giving colmplain book he is telling go to guard his name is b.k das of barkakana .

I WENT TO BUY A VODAFONE SIM FROM BEHALA SAKHERBAZAR VODAFONE MINI STORE, THEY DID NOT EXPLAINED ME ANYTHING AND GAVE ME A SIM FOR WHICH THEY WERE CHARGING 63 RUPEES I ASKED THE REASON AS AT OTHER PLACES OUTSIDE THAT MINI STORE THE RETAILERS ARE GIVING IT FOR FREE BUT THEY EXPALINED ME THAT THEY ARE CHARGING THIS MONEY AS ACTIVATION CHARGE BUT WHEN I ASKED TO SHOW THEM ON THE SIM CARD PACKET I NOTICED ONLY 49 RS WAS WRITTEN THERE AND NOT RS. 63 FINAALY THEY SAW THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO ACCEPT THINGS EASILY SO THEY SAID THAT THE SIM IS NOT FOR SALE AND ASKED ME TO LEAVE. THIS VODAFONE MINI STORE JUST OPPOSITE TO SAKHERBAZAR PETROLPUMP, ON DIAMOND HARBOUR ROAD IS ROBBING PEOPLES ..SO ANYBODY CONCERNED PEOPLE PLZ JUST SEE TO IT...

I had made my family's booking in Delhi Garib Rath for 12th of April 2011 From Bandra to Hazrat Nizzamuddin through internet three months in advance and had got RAC tickets which were later confirmed.MY PNR:is [protected], my family bookings had six passangers which included three childrens two boys aged 10 years each two ladies, and one male.unfortunately the seats were scatered i think the railway should try and allot seats together in such cases as the passenger, s do not make adjustment.
I think in such cases the railways can make artrangements of bookings passangers with family in a sequence rather than troubling them by alloting seats here and there seperately.
Please do the needful so that other families travelling dont face problems as my family is facing.

dear sir, I have traveled with reservation on train DURANTO starting from jaipur to MUMBAI on 12th april at coach no B4 and seat number 25 and 28 with my mrs.The train is said to be equivalent to raj dhani express. It is very surprising that the BAITER deputed had turned up after two hours. When I asked for tea he had refused and replied that no tea will be served. when I contacted asstt manager base kitchen he also refused.
now my contention is that when there is no stopeg then we can not get tea from out side, and all o[censored]s remaiend without tea. sir can we suggest that evening tea is very very imapartant at leat for sinior citizen. I also request to extend and improve the HOSPITALITY SERVICES, as theway they talk was very rough.
Hope for proper action at your end.

Sub: THEFT CASE IN AC II TIER

Sir,
I Mr Sumit Kumar Sarkar travelling in AC II TIER by 18645 EAST COAST EXP. on 03 Apr 2011 from KGP to SC vide Ticket no.34192159 PNR [protected]. While journey at midnight before ANKYAPALLI Rly Stn my wife ladies bag stolen in which we lost 5 grams gold, 2500/- cash, two costly mobile, my Defence ID Card, Driving Licence, Defense CSD Card, Voter ID, our PAN Card, five ATM Card and some o[censored]seful things. I registered a complain with Conductor Mr CTYK Singh and inform same time Attendant B Srinivas Rao. As well as I made FIR in GRP at Secundrabad Rly Stn. Neither I got any assistance from Rly staff nor from GRP. If this is the situation in AC II Tier then how we will expect, mostly attendant or pantry people could do the offence. Specially I suppose to get my all IDs. What compensation/action taken by Rly? My phone no [protected] email [protected]@yahoo.co.in. I need reply from your side for my next complain regarding Rly servant on train and GRP.

Dear sir,

I made a reservation of Train no-12431 from station Madgaon to New Delhi on dated 22/4/2011 and the booking status was Waiting List (Booking Status: W/L 82, RLGN). Almost five days has been passed out, until the date it is not yet confirmed.

my ticket not confirmed. But other W/L 83, 84, 85 ticket is confirmed. How can possible???????

Indian Railway — Charged more than M.R.P

Didi few days back we went to Jaipur from Burdwan via sealdha Ajmer express.
One interesting thing we found that when we brought some soft drinks,cheaps, cakes & Biscuits
from the station counters at all the big station like Mugalsarai, Agra,Kanpur etc they all charged us
near about more than 20% of MRP. we also asked them not to take more than MRP.
But they told us it is the system,if we are not ready to pay then they will not sell the products to us.
We are requesting you to stop this system for the shake of consumer specially at station counters

I made a reservation from Guwahati to Delhi of train no 14055(Brahmputra mail) on 28.03.11 and due to traveling without ID proof in train i had payed the Rs 3200 amount again to TT but when i filed complained to IRCTC for refund the rejected it. although there is provision for refund .

Indian Railway — Painful Journey

Dear Sir,

Sub: Complaint against two reservations in one seat and absence of T.T. E. in Sabarmati Express, Train No.19168 dated 27/04/2011.

I have booked three tickets to travel with my family from CNB to ADI vide PNR No.[protected] on 12.04.2011 departure date 27.04.2011 by Sabarmati Express (19168) and all the three berths were in wait list 6/7/8. On traveling date one berth was confirmed in S-5/24 and remaining two were in RAC S-4/15 as per detail shown in reservation chart as well as communication received on mobile.

While journey, I found that the same berth was allotted to ‘Mr. Mahesh Pandey’ from LKO to BRC on 26/04/2011 vide PNR No.[protected] according to ticket. I tried to search the TTE in all coaches of the said train but no one was found till Ujjain. Therefore, my family and I were SUFFERED instead of SAFAR till Ujjain Junction. Thereafter one TTE examined both ticket and told that how comes it happen, I don’t know but he allotted me the same berth and transfer him to another berth.

The slogan may deem fit for this type of arrangement for passenger:

“MAMTA KI RAIL OR RAIL KI MAMTA – SEAT EAK AUR DO KI SATTA”

Sir, this happen gives my family painful journey and me because no one TTE was available while journey. So many questions arise about this happen.
1. Why has not checked the train by TTE?
2. Where TTE was?
3. Do TTE staffs avoid checking the Sabarmati Express?
4. TTE was sleeping elsewhere.
5. TTE was absent without or with information.
6. TTE has left the train after making his attendance.
7. TTE has left the train after signing the chart.

You are requested to kindly expedite the matter to solve the problem.

Sir, few photographs are also attached herewith for your kind information, which are showing the story itself that the vendor is making the tea by using the water from toilet tab in western railway with electric rod. Is it hygiene or not? Any one can assume.

Hope you will take up the matter seriously to avoid SUFFERING and serious SICKNESS of passenger, while journey in future.

Indian Railway — rush at platform during boar

Sir I am small businessman and I have to travel frequently to Surat . While returning we have to board amd puri exp. While boarding there is lot,of,rush at platform and there is no ticket checker or police . And the people of puri are rushing and fighting to enter the train even the peoples who came there to drop them - enter the train..The persons who have tickets are unable to board . This thing is happening since years and nothing is done by railways. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
dear madam, i was traveling from duronto bhubaneshwar . the service was average but before 1 hours the station arrive the waiter and boy came to cabin and asking each man to give some money as tip wht is this madam . we allready paying so much money for doronto train.why should we give them tip thats realy bad. kindly look after this matter.

Indian Railways — illegally harassment by TT

hello sir ,
i am saurabh chaurasia , i was traveling from delhi to kota on 8th may 2011 in the train 2060 (kota jan shatabdi express) in coach D2 seat no 5.

actually i booked the ticket online, but i did not get my e - ticket , but i was carrying my original pan card (AMYPC7059F). so as per the rules the TT can provide me a duplicate ticket with a fine of Rs 50/- . but he refused me to give so and allegedly collected money as fine and harassed me in front of co passengers .

so , i kindly request you sir to take the necessary action against the concerned TT.

train no16346 dtd 11/05/2011 coach no b4 not disinfected having cockroaches and rat. Feels untidy to find out running cockraches everywhere running around while travelling . Please clean up coaches and seems money spend is not worth for travel.

Indian Railway — TRAIN LATE AND AC COACH BETWEEN SLEEPER COACH AND NO DISPLAY COACH NO,

TRAIN WAS VERY LATE OF THE SCHEDULE TIME IN CHAR BAG RAILWAY STATION TRAIN NO 15707 ON DATE 11.05.2011.THE SCHEDULE TIME OF TRAIN 17.45HRS. TRAIN ARRIVED AT 21.10HRS. IN BETWEEN THE TWO SLEEPER COACH AC COACH WAS ADDED. ALSO BOGIE NO. WAS NOT DISPLAYED ON COACH ie THERE WAS NO BOGIE NUMBER PLATE. BOGIES WERE NOT SHUNTED AS PER PLATFORM DISPLAY BOARD(REVERSED SHUNTED).
BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE PROBLEM I WITH MY FAMILY HAD TO BEAR A LOT OF PAIN. ALTHOUGH HAVING A CONFIRM TICKET I WAS NOT ABLE TO REACH TO MY SEATS.

Latur railway station is the worst railway station i have ever seen. there is no proper entrance and exit for passengers. For Ladies and small kids it is dangerous to enter and exit from station. please do needful.
