In all the pantry cars of Indian railway pantry car ,they are nit providing biscuit with tea.The qulity of food is aldo extremely bad.

TO ADRM LUCKNOW, TO ALL CONCERNED, SIR I WAS TRAVELING IN TRAIN NO. 12512 ON 1.5.2001 FROM CHENNAI TO GORAKHPUR. MY PNR[protected]. SIR THE CATERNING STAFF WERE CHARGING RS 65 FOR MEALS AND RS 60 FOR EGG BIRIYANI, RS 50 FOR VEG BIRYANI AND THEY WERE CHARGING RS 15 FOR 1 LTR WATER. WHEN I APROPCHED TO PCR MANAGER THERE WAS NO RATE LIST IN PANTRY CAR AND WHEN I ASKED FOR BILL THEY DID NOT PROVIDE AND STARTED SHOUTING.SIR FOR GREAT PASSENGER INTEREST PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY AND FIRM ACTION AGAINST THE CONCERNED PERSON TO PREVENT SUCH A LOOT IN RAILWAY. Indian Railway — Train Ticket

My son Tarun Kumar age-17 was travling from Ajmer to Udaipur in the intercity. The seat No was 22 in coach D-1 with e ticket PNR No. is [protected] on[protected].He show his driving license as ID proof .The TTE was telling the driving license is fraude and he treat as a without ticket and TTE charge a panelty of Rs.350.

Please help me.

Subject - Reservation problem in pune

Respected sir,

I am working in Pune and many time I faced the problem to get reservation from pune to jabalpur, This is really hard to get reservation from pune to jabalpur.Please notice that there is only one train 12149(Pune-Patna), Which is already booked from first day of reservation(3Month).And for tatkal quota the rail site (irctc) is down for 1-2 hrs.

Here in railway booking center there are long lines of brokers they are standing there if I am thinking to go sataion for reservation at 4 AM, Still there are people.

Many times I spent large amount to go by flight (Pune-Nagpur) then by taxi.

Please do the needful.
Its really appriciable if you will provide us better railway facility and even start new train from pune to jabalpur like GARIB RATH.

Dear All please post your complaint at http://www.pgportal.gov.in/Grievance.aspx . select ministry /department as Ministry of Railways ( Railway Board ) and write your complaint below. Give all necessary information like your ticket no, PNR number, Train number and date and also your contact number.

This is very effective way and the concerned department is forced to take action and post its reply. This may take 1-2 months time but some action needs to be taken.

Note down the complaint number for reference.
Leak were very common to some tanks and other water container things, it is because of the soft foundation and materials used while it was still made. they never follow such basement waterproofing systems. It is very important to follow proper procedures in order to have a perfect output.

subject: ticket agents causing harm to common man.

this is to bring to your notice that the very purpose of tatkal quota is not served.
agents queue up in line overnight to book ticket at first place. is it feasible for a common man to wake up entire night to book a ticket in tatkal quota. i know an agent at rohini sector 17 booking counter who does all this mischief. his name is siyaram, contact no. [protected]
he owns a store at gate no. two, suraj park on the division of sector 16 and 18 rohini. the store name is vandana store.this is my request to put an end to such corruption by taking strict action

Subject: Complaint against a TTE who tried to misbehave with me (Female - age 21 years) on knowing that I am travelling alone on 25thMay 2011 from New Delhi to Jammu Tawi on Train No. 12445 Uttar Sampark Kranti.

Respected Sir

As a reponsible citizen of India, I would like to bring your kind attention towards an act of sheer disgrace and shame in the name of Indian Railways. Sir, I have been a frequent traveller of Indian Railways but this incident has left me helpless and I really feel that this matter be looked into on a serious note.
Sir, it was around 10pm when I had just finished my dinner and was on my seat(SU berth no.6) when Mr. Daljeet Singh (CIT) on the AC-2 coach came to my seat and started talking to me. In some time he asked me to come down on his berth and on my refusal he went away. He again returned after some time when I was fast asleep on my berth, he woke me up and again insisted on the same thing. He went on to the extent of saying that he'll stop the train at Ludhiana for sometime for tea and all. I again refused and told him to go off to sleep. This TTE came to me the third time and held my hand and insisted that I come down on his seat for atleast 10mins. This act was very offensive and it infuriated me to the core. On this, I came down and went to seek help from a lady and she let me sleep on her berth. Sir, I slept on her berth for the rest of the night but I would really like that a strict action be taken against Mr. DALJEET SINGH so that such people do not get a chance to exploit young women ever again.
Looking forward for co-operation from your side so that the confidence of the Indian people in the Indian Railways always remains high and we continue to be proud of it.

Indian Railways Platform Std Booth — Cheating

sir, Im Dileep Chakravarthy, working in Indian Air force, chandigarh. Sir on 29 may 2011 at 1220 pm 12807 samatha express reached to Gwalior Railway station. I recharged 100 rs to my docomo number in a STD booth in the platform, my number is also in his records([protected]). bt recharge was not done by him actually, he cheated me and not only me i think so. plz take action on him and plz ensure my 100 rs is to be returned.

I Priyanka Gandhi, is a journalist . I went to the Gomti Nagar Railway station, Lucknow on 31/5/11 but unfortunately the counter for the Journalist /females/senior citizen was closed. On asking the reason it was told that the staff is short as one person has gone for a leave. Sir 3 people were sitting Idell in which one of them was a women who had brought her daughter along with her and was busy with her. There was a lot of problem as senior citizen and womens did not have any separate lines and the youngsters were misbehaving. As told by the female employ that this would continue for a month because their head was on a leave and they have stuck a hand written notice for the same.
Sir, I would be highly obliged if you take some suitable action as for the absence of one employ hundreds off people have to suffer in-spite of having such a vast no. of employs.

Indian Railway — Non refund of TDR

I had booked a ticket for travel from Delhi to Lucknow NR by train No. 3484 (Farakka Exp.) in 3rd AC vide PNR NO.[protected]Ticket No.[protected] for Journey on dated 12.09.2010 the fare charges for the same was Rs.601.00. The same train had been cancelled on that day between Delhi to Lucknow NR. Due to cancellation of this train I made journey by another train in Second Class after purchasing a general ticket and due to insufficient time I could not surrender the ticket at Delhi Railway Station. Just after reached at Lucknow NR I contacted to SS and as per his instructions, I had surrendered my ticket (Unused) in original and got the TDR No. 994867 on dated 13.09.2010 at 10:15 hrs. and the same had been sent by registered post to Dy.CCM Claims, Station Building, Northern Railway, Varanasi with a request to release my fare for which I had not travelled due to cancellation of the train.

But, till date I have not received any claim for my unused ticket.

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to send my claim at the earliest.

Indian Railway — Train timing never been followed

Timing of this train is never been followed. Its schdule time fro Nanded is 10.20 but since few months its starting from nanded after 12 am. On Monday it stared at 5am. Many people has to attend the office and expect this train to follow its schedule timing.Lot of complaints already beed raised at railway station but no action taken place so far.

Prsently i am Travelling from Garib Rath 12212 in am getting Coach no GD1 and this coach is for disables presently we are 4 persons are travelling and this additional coach was captured by IRCTC persons and there is no place to sleep, my ticket is generated on 30/05/2011 and my PNR no is[protected] Railway is getting a huge amount for fare but the arrangement is worst.Kindly help me out and give proper resolution of this issue.

With this complaint box we all just want to make our Indian railways better and better.I m here just to tell u that on date 03.06.2011 i travelled from New Delhi to Amritsar in 12203 Saharasa Amritsar Garib Rath Express in which i felt like no facilities were there.I travelled in G-3 Compartment .The factors which made the train in trouble are :---

1. Train was too dirty from inside and outside too...

2. Windows of the train were so dirty...

3. In 3AC the poor beggars were coming when the train stops at the big stations like New Delhi and Ludhiana.

4. None of the compartment was cleaned by anyone from the department of housekeeping...and those beggars with small brooms cleaned the compartment a bit to earn some money...when i saw the beggar finishing off the cleaning of the compartment i saw a loads and loads dust containing packets of chips disposed tea cups and bottles.

5. AC temperature was not at all maintained by the attendant which made us sometimes too cold and sometimes too hot...

6. The 12203 Saharasa Amritsar Garib Rath Express never comes on time .This train is almost always delayed by more than 2 hrs and i[censored] think i am writing wrong statement then u can go and check the actual expected arrival of this train of last 2 months.

7. I would again like to throw light on the cleaning part i saw small mosquitoes travelling in the train along me on my seat.

8. This train is not at all given priority which is being given to Duronto's and Rajdhani's .Talking about Rajdhani Express the cleanness of these train can be seen easily...and whenever a case of overtaking takes place i saw 12203 being overtaken by a normal express train at Ludhiana when the train was running around 3 half hrs late.The 2013 NDLS ASR Shatabadi Express started off from New Delhi at scheduled time 4:30 pm as our 12203 was running 2 hrs 30 minutes late departed from New Delhi 4:35 pm but the difference of the priority took place and the Shatabadi Express reached safely Amritsar at 22:25pm 10 minutes before its original time and 12203 reached Amritsar at 12:50 AM which went late 4 hrs 10 minutes from its original time...train stood 25 minutes at Ludhiana and Jalandhar.

@ That all i just want to inform u about the things not in our favor happening in our train 12203 .Kindly just sort out these problems and please dont differentiate between Duronto's and Lalu ji's GaribRath...because these all trains now are in ur hand so please make these trains better and better ...JAI HIND!!!

Indian Railway staff will never understand a ordinary person urgency to meet his family or to reach a destination. i was so hurt to know that ghy sbc express my ticket was on w/l 1 but i boarded the train taking a sleeper class ticket. when i went to TTE they were asking me double the price of actual tickets saying we will give u seats. why the hell they didn't allot the seats while my previous ticket was in W/L 1. again now i have booked with the same train from HWH to SBC PNR [protected]. its in W/L5. lets see what game they going to play this time. i kept on requesting the TTE please help me out. i had no one in India as my parents reside abroad. They wont ever understand us cause Railway employees get free travel everywhere, and they dont face the problems we do.

Indian Railway — Regarding reservation & MisLanguage of SS

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform u abt careless of Railway Employee in Kosli (Rewari) Haryana. They don't have knowledge about computer operating due to this coustomer facing problem -like: waiting increasing or nonavailability of seats. But they don't care abt that they should have good communication skill but they don't have talking manners. if any person complaint in complaint book then they react ruadly with him.So please i would like to request you that action regarding the same for better Customer satisfaction.

Indian Railway — WL E ticket reservation should allowed in the coach

Dear Sir,

I am also against the rules of irctc reservation, E ticket WL should allowed in the coach as a counter ticket.
because We are paying extra charge to bank and irctc as well.

If there is no rule for allowing the e ticket WL. then please don't book the ticket of the passenger due this they have a hope that they will get travel.
but it happen a less.

or the passenger before 3 days so that he can book a tatkal ticket for their journey.

against the request of the passenger the Indian railway has taken a step of the stoping the eticket for 8-9 am in the morining.
but indian railway should also should take this.

Indian Railway — sanitization

sir/madam,
I traveled from Bilaspur to Allahbad in train no.15160 on[protected] but the sanitation in the train was worst i had ever felt in any train. I couldn't complaint as no complaint book was provided by the TTE and they asked me to approach the guard in the train.

THERE IS SO MUCH CROWD IN THE TRAIN RUNNING FROM JAMMU TO AJMER(POOJA 12414/12413). BECAUSE THIS IS ONLY TRAIN RUNNING FROM JAMMU AND GOING TOWARDS RAJASTHAN VIA DELHI. IS THEIR ANY WEBSITE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS. ALSO VERY CRISIS OF BOOKING SEATS IN THIS TRAIN.
