In all the pantry cars of Indian railway pantry car ,they are nit providing biscuit with tea.The qulity of food is aldo extremely bad.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to highlight you the problem that western side people are facing. I am daily commuter from virar to churchgate and a first class pass holder, every day there are number of people with second class pass get into our compartment, making it uncomfortable for us. There are number of trains available for borivali but very rare trains for virar, bec of which people are forced to break the law and thus we poor people are suffering. We are paying RS.940/- for the first class pass, but what we are getting in return, not to sit also. Its very pathetic, am ashamed of our govt, railway employees and everybody who is part of railway system.

Not a single TC will be available on virar, nalasopara& vasai station neither they are available in compartment, due to which there is no fear among the common people, and we people get harassed bec of this. Its painful to spend so much and get nothing out of it.

Dear Politicians if you are really a human being just dare to travel in virar to churchgate and reverse, you will come to know what problem we go through

Dear Sir,
I like to take your kind attention towards my RAC No-47 in S-5 in train no-11014 journey dated 25/06/12 boarding from bangalore city.I booked my ticket on 14/06/12.Another person was whose PNR No-[protected] was sharing the seat no-47 in S-5.He was alloted a seat no 38 in the same coach which later on cancelled and reallotted to another person from coach S-8 whose PNR N0-[protected] who booked his ticket on 17/06/12 in the same quota.When i came to know the next morning that the RAC in the coach has not beed cleared, but when i saw the berth allotted to my partner and cancelled and given to another person whose WL no. were more than us.If the T.T.E was honest and given the berth no.38 to my partner from seat-47 then, I would have got my berth.I felt cheated by the T.T.E.Please go through the complaint and take action against the abuse.

Respected sir/mam,
We are staying at om nagar, khatipura, jaipur and we are facing a peculiar problem of sound pollution at this area due to the railway track and the constant horns and sound created by the trains.We are facing this problem from the last few years.We have senior citizens and small children in our colony.Also, the sound created is so loud that some people are facing the problem of temporary deafness, restless and disturbed sleep, etc.
I, and everyone else in my colony would be grateful to you if you could find out a solution for this problem.

Indian Railway — Collect additional amt

Dear Sir
Today I traveled from Kalyan To Dadar from sighgarh Express, As i am not aware that our local pass is not accepted So TC told me to pay the fine
Of Rs 500/-, Simultaneously i am ready to pay, But after sometime, He told me pls pay 200 rupees so i can leave you.

He wait me for more than 1 hour for giving the Original receipt , Meanwhile he collect the money from other people, after 1 hour he giving me original receipt & he just told me sign here after that he mention 300 rupees on receipt

When I ask him his name he is very rude & shouting on me,

Indian Railway — money deducted , ticket not booked

My irctc account id swatjnu , Many times ut happened that the booking was not sussessful , money was deducted from my Axis bank account , mostly for Rajdhani Express bookings , Irctc says settlement not done as money was not deducted though every time my money was deducted from my Debit Card . Plz help

Traveling by train has become really scary now a days, we happen to travel with family from pune to Ernakulam by Poorna express but to our shocking no T.T come to check the tickets and a group of male in the age group of 40+ started harassing us and were forcing us to allot our seat to them. when my husband refused to do so they started making noise and also consumed alcohol. Some of the army training people were also involved in this group. whom should we tell all this as railway department is not taking action. Passengers keep suffering in trains. One more issue is bedbugs, rats and cockroaches in train which is really irritating. No proper trains to south from pune. we hardly have 1/2 train that to runs late night by 2am. why cant their be some more trains with reasonable timings rather that this very late hour train?

Since the normal ticket booking has been made 4 months, and tatkal just 24 hrs before getting tickets has become very difficult for those who want to travel in case of emergency. We need to change a lot in this Indian Railway system. instead of just increasing the fare the railway minister can consider to see that on the facility part too. Am sure if the facility are well provided public never mind in paying the said fare. people those who travel long distance should get proper facility. we expect to see some changes soon. Hope Indian railway Improves.

My self Ankit Agrawal. Few days back I have booked four tickets via (IRCTC) E-Ticket.

When I actually booked the tickets they were in waiting list but as soon as chart has prepared one of them has been confirmed. But due to some reason nobody travelled from that reservation and I filled the TDR for only confirmed one and tried to cancel rest three tickets but due to some network problem I was not able to cancel them as I was traveling that time.

Now today when I am trying to file TDR for rest three tickets as I do remember I have 30 days to file TDR. But I got to know about your new policy that TDR can be filed with in only 7 days now.

Now my request is as at the time of booking I had provision to file TDR with in 30 days and this new policy was not previously mentioned so that I can made a note and took action in 7 days. Kindly refund my reservation amount after deducting applicable charges.

Also, please let me know the status of confirmed one that TDR I have filed as I have not received any refund yet.

Indian Railway — Money loss on ATVM card of kolkata zone

Sir, I was trying to take a ticket from the atvm machine of Balangir(blgr) station by card no ER0097560 on Dt[protected] between 5:30 to 6:30 am. But ticket not comeout from machine but balance of Rs 130/- was less..So sir kindly help me to get my money back.

Sub: Complaint for cleaning the railway track near platfrom. (Mumbai- currey road station)

I will daily traveled from currey road to thane.

The last Friday i will seen the dead body of dog at railway track near platform towards cst at currey road station. After five days the dead body as it is over there, but it is very dirty condition & very smell these area.

No one responsible person taken responsibility of destroyed the dead body...Why not?

I am hope ful for the action taken against my complain.
