[Resolved]  Indiatimes Shopping — Product not received

I ordered a Ultrasonic nebulizer on 13-Jul-2011 and still waiting for the product to tbe delivered. Whenever i call customercare of indiatimes shopping, they say they have noted down the complaint and ask me to wait for 48 hrs. This happened 4-5 times. I paid indiatimes through ICICI netbanking(full payment) Rs. 4740.00 including shipping charges.

On the website it is updated as "Delivered" with AWB #[protected] Blue dart. I called up the Blue dart customer care quoting the AWB bill number. Thye told me that the AWB # is for a different person and different address. I again called up indiatimes customercare. Again the same answer...wait for 48 hrs. I aked them write the enite update in an email and send me...till now they have not sent me any mail. I feel like got cheated. Now that the order no says "Delivered", i dont know how to take up this complaint. Can you please help?

Indiatimes.com — Not receiving prize

Sir i have won a prize (Nokia N73)on 3/12/2007 in a compitation run by indiatimes.com ,thats bidding the prize of mobile. It has been announced in Vijaya Karnataka Kannada News paper dated on 3/12/2007 till now i have not recieved the prize. Please help me in this regarrd

Indiatimes.com — useless subscription of vallu added services

I want to unsubscribe a subscription of actress per day, but this company doesn't provide any info about that. Also they give link to unsubscribe the subscription,but it's useless. why would I pay 30Rs pm unnecessarily?

Indiatimes.com — Overcharging for the DVD

This has refernec to my Order no[protected] for the DVD of 'The Last Emperor" . In the order, I've been charged Rs. 390/- for the DVD while its MRP is only Rs. 299/-. I have brought this fact to the notice to Indiatimes thru online feedback system and Helpline and requested for the refund of Rs. 91/-, but my refund has not been made yet. I'm even sent the scanned Incoive copy and DVD Cover in the pdf file Messages were sent even to the Operation Head but no response was received..

My complain ticket nos are : SHOP-358791 and helpline ticket no 31754.

Iam VIVEK CHATURVEDI from bhopal and iam regular customer of indiatimes shopping. On 26/03/10 i have placed an order for three cologne against order no:[protected] ,[protected] and[protected] order value 8269.00. I had received perfume against order no:[protected] and[protected] but still order no:[protected] is pending from INDIATIMES SHOPPING which cost of 3595.00. When i speak to their customer care executive he noted my complaint against complaint no:211580 and told me that his customer executive will call me in between 72 working hrs its already more than 104 working hrs and when i gave call to customer care they cant give me satisfactory answer they always told me to wait.

Kindly suggest me what to do..??

all online selling website are ment for making profit and maximum product are from china or duplicate, the mobile you get in 2000 in any city market you buy in 5000 rs from online selling site like indiatimes shopping, ebay, naptol.com and so on, actually most of the produc is sold by the people form local market only, like if you wantto buy battery for your mobile (nokia) it comes in 30 rs its duplicate and they sell it in 450 online, once buyer get the product nobody cares, so NEVER PURCAHSE PRODUCT FROM ONLINE WEBSITE ITS NOT AT ALL GOOD .

Refer to above subject I would like to inform you that this was a very bad experience for me by buying a product from your company.
My Name INDERPREET SINGH working as an AGM in a reputed company buys a BlackBerry Storm 9530 Mobile. First when I received Phone there was problem in charging. I try to manage few days but after some time it’s started HANG during calls also. Screen gone black and you have to re start again which takes minimum 15 minutes.
And after few days it’s not charging. I made a complaint and received a long replacement procedure.
Ok I manage I follow the instruction and send my phone by Aramax. After two weeks I received a set which was send by a customer for repairing his details enclosed in the phone box. I am surprise to see in which standard you people were working.
This all exercise effect so much my business so please I request you please Take your product back and give me my money back. I have no more patience for having more bad experience after spending a such big amount.
And if possible please give me one of your senior most person number so that I can explain what kind of experience I am facing.

So please help me and do the needful.

Today, i got a call from Indiatimes shopping (escalation desk) from Mr. Ashwin Rajput. After investigation, they found that BlueDart has delivered the product to a wrong address. Mr. Ashwin gave me two options - delivery of the product or refund. As this was a medical equipment (Nebulizer), i had to buy it from a shop because of the urgency. So i asked him to refund the money. I got a SMS from LM-ICARE stating that my order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded in next 4 - 6 days. I am waiting for the refund and will update this blog the status after 4 days.
Today, when i login to indiatimes shopping website using my userid and password, the order status shows "Refunded" after cancellation. But i didnt receive the money in my account. I again called up customer care. They told me to check with the bank. I asked him give me the ref # i can give to the bank to verify. He said he dont have any reference number and i have to wait for next 24 hrs to see the amount in my account !! I dont understand if the amount is refunded, why can't customer care give me the reference number !!!

I just got a call from Mr. Ashwini Kumar from Indiatimes shopping escalation desk. He was kind enough to followup on the issue with me twice today and co-ordinate with the indiatimes shopping for resolution. The update is he is going to check with his finance team and get back to me on the refund status as the amount is still not reflecting in my account.
Sorry for the typo. I had got a call from Mr. Ashwini Rajput (Indiatimes shopping escalation desk) on this issue.

1. Compact Vegetable & Dry Fruit Slicer.( Rs. 148/-)
2. Lock & Lock E-Z Lock Set. (Rs.729/-)
3. Kadai + Pan. (Rs.399/-)

Out of 3 above mentioned products two product are received at my home premises. But the Lock & Lock Set is not received till date. Every time when I call on indiatimes shopping helpline ([protected]).
1.First Time i call on the helpline the agent logged a compliant with number 372843. But i did not get the result and don't even a single call is received from indiatimes shopping for the same.
2. Second time i call on the helpline agent gives me the details of the Order number that your is shipped through Aramex courier with Tracking number ([protected]) and is received on your premises at Saturday( 8-Oct-2011). which is not received.
3. Third time i call again at the helpline on Sunday(9-Oct-2011) i.e. Today the executive is saying that your order is delivered at your premises on 3-Oct-2011 and after that when i irate on the call fro the same that how come my product is delivered even i didn't received the same the agent disconnected the call.

Please help me to get my product delivered.

After almost two months of follow up, still I could not get my order cancelled and my money refunded. Every time a person calls me asks for the whole story in-spite of having email communications about why order cancellation is required. Every time they apologise and tell me that I will get the refund in 2/3 working days. Please help. If you need I can pass on the email communication I had with customer service desk.
I bought a mobile phone in July 2012. I was charged octroi which was not mentioned on website. After calling Indiatimes customer care i was assured that it would be refunded. However refund never came. IO have calling their customer care literally every week for 4 months to get my refund. However, they just say it will done and we will call you back. This is worst of customer service i have ever seen. I tried emailing their escalation email id. But as i expected it git no response. One of the worst customer service experience i have had in my life.
