I HAD BOOKED VALENTINES GIFT ON FEB 7TH, 2012, WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED ON THE PROMISED DATE OR THE DAY AFTER THAT, HENCE I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE TO CANCEL MY ORDER & REFUND MY PAYMENT. BUT TODAY IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH BUT STILL NO REFUND HAS BEEN DONE & NOBODY IS RESPONDING WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT & GET MY REFUND....

Very poor and reticules delivery and customer service. I have ordered and still facing issues. After more than 2 months of placing order I have not received parcel yet. Don't will they deliver the same or not. Every time I call to their customer service they told me parcel will reach within 48 hours and never send it. So my suggestion is to not order any thing from Indiatimes Shopping site other wise you face the same issue I am facing...

On 7th January,Times of India published a Advertisement regarding a Jewellery set which they were providing for free with P& H charges of Rs699/-.
