I HAD BOOKED VALENTINES GIFT ON FEB 7TH, 2012, WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED ON THE PROMISED DATE OR THE DAY AFTER THAT, HENCE I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE TO CANCEL MY ORDER & REFUND MY PAYMENT. BUT TODAY IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH BUT STILL NO REFUND HAS BEEN DONE & NOBODY IS RESPONDING WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT & GET MY REFUND.

    Very poor and reticules delivery and customer service. I have ordered and still facing issues. After more than 2 months of placing order I have not received parcel yet. Don't will they deliver the same or not. Every time I call to their customer service they told me parcel will reach within 48 hours and never send it. So my suggestion is to not order any thing from Indiatimes Shopping site other wise you face the same issue I am facing right now.

    I have received email from them that your order has been delivered but I have not received my order still.

    Parcel — no receive parcel within 2 months

    i m in hong kong. i no receieve my parcel which send to me before 2 months.& nobody is telling the ststus of parcel .so please tell me about it parcel no cp[protected].

      On 7th January,Times of India published a Advertisement regarding a Jewellery set which they were providing for free with P& H charges of Rs699/-. We've ordered for the same.But when we received the product it was completely a faulty product.The quality was not good,finishing was not good,the beads are coming out from the pasting.I have also complaint to the manufacturer which is Variation Jewellery & also to the Indiatimes shopping from whom we have procured the product.Now the situation is they are not taking any action & not returning my money also.Instead of providing the details of my order,they are continuously asking for the details & I understand the strategy that they will not return the money ,only they will waste my time & after few months they will say that the warranty is over.

      my name is paras someshwar. i want to bring to your notice the online fraud carried out by indiatimes shopping. i had ordered a cell phone a month back. till now i havent received my phone. this fraud company has been buying time in the pretext of solving the problem. they have been duping consumers and misleading us. please may i ask you put up a fraud notice against this fraud company so that more innocent people are not duped by them. personally i will make sure that they will pay for this harassment.
      THE BUYER OBVIOUSLY TEMPTED WITH THE OFFER. THIS IS MNC CULTURE. EVEN TIME MAGAZINE DOES THIS OFFERING ATTRACTIVE MERCHANDISE FOR SUBSCRIPTION.       Hi,
      I ordered a cell phone LG G Pro 2 from the website "Shopping.Indiatimes.com" on 1st July and the product got delivered to me on 03rd July 2014. After receiving the product I noticed that on the box there is a label which says a flip cover is free with the phone which i didnt receive. I then called the customer care of the website on 04th Julu 2014 and spoke to Monica about it who was a customer care executive. She gave me a email id and asked me to send her a screenshort of the box which i did immideitely but after that never received any reply. After my several calls and emails I got a reply from the website via an email saying that they cannot entertain my request coz I informed that after 1 week which they are lying and doing fraud with me. I have all proofs as emails sent to their website on next day itself after I receive the product.

      ey are doing cheating. I called them again on at around 3 in noon and the person who picked up the phone said you do wahtever you want but we wont entertain you.

      I would like to sue this company for doing fraud and for mental harresment. Please request you to assist me on the same.

        On[protected], I placed an order for supply of Foldable Laptop Table (in response to advt in Economic Times). The item was not delivered on promised date of[protected]. On my follow-up, it was delivered after a delay of 10 days, on[protected] but in a damaged condition. The matter was immediately reported on the same day followed by weekly follow-up from my side as every time it is promised that the item will be replaced within 3 to 7 days. Even after more than two months nothing is done.

        shopping.indiatimes.com robbed me off Rs.2198/- paid in advance and lot of time and money wasted in follow-up.

          This is Abhishek Kumar Jha, cheated by Indiatimes shoping.
          once i saw an advertisement in news paper Delhi times, i called customer care of Indiatimes they assured me for the product that it will be in proper condition but when i got my phone, i opened it and then find that the application of the phone was not working. also there were lots of problem in the phone. battery was not original, memory card was not supporting etc. when i complained about it they give me an offer of replacement. but again when they send the phone the battery was not in the box when i asked about it they give me an online 1000 rs. coupon for it but that was useless, its been a very long time and m tired of it. i have wasted too much money and time on calling them but they are not solving my problem and they do not want to refund my money when there was an option of cancelling the product within 6 months.
          please kindly help me.

            I placed a order for Samsung galaxy ace duos(Order# [protected] ) on 28-Feb-2012, When I placing page was dectating that it will be delivered till 07-Mar-2012. but still it is not delivered. I have checked the status on my order section but still the order status is "to be shipped" which I am seeing from the very first day of placing my order.

            Customer care service of indiatimes is very poor, I have placed this order because Indiatimes is a big brand but this kind of fraud was not supposed by a big brand.

            I am requesting to the peoples don't go with this brand name these peoples are fraud they have poor customer care service. this is why online shopping is not successful in India.

I MADE A ORDER FOR HTC DESIRE S PHONE & PAID ONLINE IMMEDIATELY...BUT ITS SUCH A COMPANY THAT IT SHOWS THE PRODUCT IN STOCK BUT CAN NOT DELIVER BCOZ ITS NEVER IN THEIR STOCK...THEY TAKE ORDER & MONEY FROM PEOPLE ONLINE FIRST & THEN PLACE THE ORDER WITH VENDORS. HENCE IF THE VENDOR IS NOT ABLE TO DELIVER SO THEY CAN NOT.

              I am frenchiser of First Flight Courier Pvt. Ltd from Kapurthala Branch. After a couple of week a recd. a parcel of blackberry mobile bought from indiatimes shopping through order no.[protected] on the name of Mr. Raj Sharma. But unfortunately the box is stolen from my shop. But the policy of our company i pay all money because it is C.O.D parcel. Then i contact to India Times Shopping by mail 3-4 times i want to know IMEI NO. nut not reply then contact on facebook page they gave me [protected]@indiatimes.co.in i sent mail but they reply after 36 hours they send me Duplicate copy of bill there was IMI NO. NOT MENTIONED. Then i call to customer care no. [protected] they gave me another contact number It is [protected] i call him and iask for IMEI No. and then he ask me wher i find his number i said from indiatimes shopping customercare gave me. He said very rudely that i am not able to gave you IMEI. NO. and disconnect the phone i called him again and again then he pick up the phone I ask way to find IMEI No. and he said very badly,"Go and complaint Any where i not able to gave you IMEI. NO." AND DISCONNECT THE PHONE.

                  My name is Rohan Prakash and my order number is [protected]. I must say, I am highly dis-satisfied and sorry for the wrong word, but highly pissed of with the services offered by shopping.indiatimes.com. First, my order was delayed. And all the while I wanted to know the status of my order, the server was down. The customer care people were not just blunt but rude and insulting. Then I got the wrong item delivered. After that when I asked for cancellation and refund, I was told that first, a courier guy would come to give me a kit within 2-3 days and then after another 2-3 days, another guy would come to pick the item. For over 10 days, no courier guy came and when I called again after two weeks, I was told that they have run in dispute with their courier partner and that I should courier it myself. Was it not even their responsibility to even inform me of this? Anyways, I couriered and had my AWB number attached to my complaint. Now, its been more than 15 days and I have no update about my cancellation neither have I received my money. The online chat doesn't work because nobody replies and the phone is forever on wait. And no whenever I call they either say to wait for 24-48 hours or they say that there is some technical error and they cannot help and I should call after 3 hours.

                  Besides this, their facebook page is also nothing more than fraud. Whenever you post a message or comment in which you write about your problem, they would delete the comment and then block the user from writing again. This is highly annoying. Yesterday I received a mail that I should update the AWB number again. I didn't remember and I took the AWB number by calling their customer care number. I don't understand how in 1 record they have my AWB number and in another they don't. Not only this, yesterday it was the fifth time that the person said he has cancelled my order and it would be done in 10hours maximum. Its been more than 24hours and there is no update. The person today said that it is not cancelled and it will be taken up by the complaint department and then they would cancel.

                  I never thought that indiatimes.com are nothing but thieves and scams. I am never buying from this useless worthless website again. I have been tyring to get my money back since more than a month but it seems, i should forget it now.

                  Indiatimes — Wrong product sent & money not refunded for more than a month

                  I had ordered the product from Indiatimes, Order number & had received the wrong product .
                  I immeadiately called Indiatimes for a replacement but they said talk to the vendor, the contact number of the vendor provided by Indiatimes was wrong, after calling the courier company they gave me the vendor number, when I called the vendor, he said send the product back. I had to spend my money to courier the product back to the vendor & he received the product next day & promised me to send the correct product next day
                  That did not happen & I did not receive the product, again I called the vendor & he said that he does not have the product.
                  WHY DOES INDIATIMES DISPLAY THE PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE IF THE VENDOR DOES NOT HAVE STOCK!!!!

                  I told him that I want my money back, he said cancel the order with Indiatimes & I will get my money back
                  Called Indiatimes & they gave me cancellation number 230656 & told me that I will get my refund in 3 days
                  Did not get the same & called Indiatimes so many times everyday & got assurance that money will be refunded
                  Until 7th May, when I called, I was told that the order cannot be cancelled
                  I was not told till then that order cannot be cancelled, I wanted a refund as I had ordered the product for gifting to my husband on 23rd April, in absence of which I bought another product from the market
                  WHY DOES INDIATIMES GIVE WRONG INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMERS, IS YOUR STAFF NOT QUALIFIED ENOUGH??
                  On 1st of May I received a call from the courier company that there is a parcel from Teknix which I refused as I had already cancelled the order with Indiatimes having also received the cancellation number 230656
                  Again after a few days I received the same product which I had sent back, still not the correct product, anyways I don’t want the product now!!
                  Since 7th May I have been speaking with Mr Amit Kumar & Vikas Jha & they kept assuring me that the order will be cancelled & the vendor will arrange for a pickup & I will get a refund in 3 working days, but still on 5th May, I am receiving a mail stating your order is shipped
                  INDIATIMES IS JUST TRYING TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS AND FOOL THEM
                  Also, several times I spoke to Amit Kumar & he told me that I will get an update in 10 minutes
                  His 10 minutes are still not completed & I have still not received any call. Every time I call on his number, he does not pick up or disconnect the call. same is the case with Mr Vikas Jha
                  INDIATIMES KEEP ON GIVING WRONG INFORMATION AND PROMISES TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION

                  14th May, I spoke to Mr Alok & he told me that I will get a call in 30 minutes & was unable to reach Mr Amit Kumar even after so many phone calls.
                  Still not received any call & hence sending this mail as a final escalation
                  Again sending this mail as I have still not get a response from India times
                  When tried to contact Amit Kumar & Mr Vikas Jha, they are never reachable

                  If Indiatimes has even little bit of dignity & self respect then at least reply to mails or call back
                  Just now I called Indiatimes number & asked the person to put me on to Vikas Jha or Amit, he reverted he cannot transfer
                  What the hell does Indiatimes think customers are??????????????
                  Also, he was not speaking a word & put me on MUTE after sometime & then disconnected the call
                  I was promised on 27th May by Mr Vikas Jha that I will get my money back & the order has been cancelled & the stupid person on the call today(customer service) number told me that the product has been sent to me!!!
                  I have still not received any update from Indiatimes on my money & everytime I call, they say they will update me, but never update me. Now they are not even picking the calls
                  It has been more than a month now & there is no update from indiatimes & have not received my money back
                  Also mails sent to them are not replied
                  Still not received refund & now indiatimes state that order cannot be cancelled
                  & the CSRs are so rude that they do not even talk to us & disconnect the call
                  If there is someone from Indiatimes reading this or this message going to Indiatimes, its a shame on them
                  Indiatimes shopping is totally fraud and cheat.

                  I send mony for Sigmatel S400 handset, but different, defective, non-working, dead mobile was sent by Teknix. As per advice from Indiatimes, I sent back the mobile 4 times, but each time Teknix returned the box without opening it. The pesons do not respond to phone call.

                  Now the dead phone is lying with me !!! Everyone is advised to avoid the trap of Indiatimes Shopping.
                  I have also sent numerous mails to all the email addresses that they gave me, excalations, customerservice and operationhead but their has been no response whatsoever.

                      No access to Indiatimes mail

                      Are we gonna be able to ever access the emails. Its an extremely unpredictable behavior to take the email server offline by Indiatimes with no prior intimation or estimated time of resolution.

                      Indiatimes email is widely used by students, professionals for their academic and professional interests. This type of downtime is hampering a lot. Although it is a free service, Indiatimes earns a lot of revenue through the email banners and through advertisements. Don't you think it is a mutual responsibility to at least keep the users informed?
                      I am also facing problem. Indiatimes is not opening on firefox. google crome.It does open on internet explorer but very eratic. I have kept indiatimes ID as my prime email being used for all my business. I donot know to whom I should complain.

                      Please let me know the way out.

                          we had ordered a VOXX Room heater after we saw an in India times offer with buy one and get one free for rupees ,as per their schedule the product was delivered and as soon as we made the payment the courier person dissapeared, when after i opened the box to my surprise the whole product was in broken stage and not suitable for use , immdtly when i called the courier person his first responded and next he switched of the phone , later when we tried to contact the customer care after several talks they agreed to take back and replace it , and came a new courier person whop came to us and took back the product damaged and gave an acknowledgement.but now its almost 2 months i have not got the product nor i am answered by the customer care , nor they receive my call nor they are replying my emails sent ..plz advice what to do..

                            I ordered 4 books for Rs. 1132 on 31st Jan 2012 at Indiatimes.com and order no is [protected]. The expected delivery dates for the books were 11 Feb 2012.
                            I didn't receive the books by the dates and then called their Customer service. No response waited for 5 minutes and then disconnected. I thought I will never receive the books.
                            Today (21Feb), I received a mail saying 2 of the books are shipped and gave a tracking number( AWB No. [protected]) of Blue dart express. When I checked the Blue dart site I couldn't get any tracking details. Talked to their customer service and they also told the tracking no is invalid.
                            Then I called Indiatimes customer service and waited a good 2 minutes before call is answered. The person says that the order is cancelled as none of the books are available!!!! What a DISAPPOINTMENT and also SHAME ON INDIATIMES.COM.
                            First of all why they took the order if they don't have them in stock?? Why they didn't inform me before earlier?
                            Secondly, if the order is cancelled why did they send an email today saying my order is shipped and gave me a tracking number which doesn't exist??? Is it a joke or Childs game??? Are they not into any serious business??
                            I ordered the books for my wife add she started accusing me that I didn't order them. How can I tell her that we ordered the books from a NONRELIABLE website that just promise the order and NEVER deliver?
                            Thank God. I didn't pay the order by credit card, rather I opted for Cash on delivery option. Otherwise I would have to run behind them to get my refund.

                                  hi ,I ordered a cake with a bunch of roses on 10th of feb 2012 to be delivered on 11th feb 2012 as it was my moms birthday.

                                    INDIATIMES – WORST ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITE


                                    We had recently purchased a Blackberry 9810 via Indiatimes. We received the product on 27th of January, 2012. On 28th of Jan, We realized that the phone is a problem as it gets heated and Battery gets over in 4-5 hours. This appears to be a manufacturing defect and requested Indiatimes to refund our money as we didn’t want a defective model.

                                    Our order number is [protected] and order date is 16th of January 2012.

                                    After trying a couple of times on Indiatimes support numbers, the Customer Support Executive said we would have the Blackberry picked up and refund process will start in a matter of 4-5 days. There has been no pickup of the blackberry ever since. Then on talking to Customer Support, every time we mentioned our Order Number, we were told the Systems are down and call later.. This went on for 8-10 days and we realized this has been done on purpose. We had been emailing Indiatimes Customer support and Operations Head.. but no reply.

                                    Finally on posting this complain on Facebook, we managed to get a response. That too we were told that we should take the Blackberry to Blackberry Service Center for any issues.

                                    As the new product is faulty, it’s the responsibility of the Merchant to ensure refunds or replacements. We have not been getting any response from India times since then.

                                    Online shopping support needs a long way to go and we all need to be careful of Online shopping Portal like INDIATIMES who bring in refurbished or old products to cheat the Indian Consumer.

                                    Hope our complain is heard and acted upon

                                    I ordered a sewing machine and food processor. Both failed at first use. Placed a complaint with Times of India. They promised to replace...no action taken. Sent escalation mail. Still no response.

                                    Its time to realize that TOI is polluting our country with cheap China goods (both the products I ordered were made in a village of china). This is affecting our Indian industries. Their after sales support and response is zero...their standard answer is "in 72 hours we will have someone pick it up from your doorstep". Also realize that, all you have is a call center number and a mail id...there is nothing you can do to take penal action on them.

                                    Beware and stay away!
