Dear Sir i have purchased one watch by online shopping with above company.I was supposed to give gift to my sister.As i have booked my items on 8/10/12 and date of delivery was 13/10/12 but till now i have not recieved my booked items. Inbetween this i have contacted their customer service centre but they always tell that you will get your item within 24 or 48 hours but so many times has passed till not i have not got my items. as i am providing my booked items details. I have a lot of respect towards your company.But as a customer i need good service but i don, t know whether your service is not good or my expectation was high from you.But i am comletely unsatishfy from your esteem service.
If i will not get my items within 24 hour.I will go to consumer court for my justification.
