With due respect, I myself Rashmi Srivastava book ticketfor four person
from LUCKNOW TO AHMEDABAD and from AHMEDABAD TO LUCKNOW.The bookingreference is KBZWCA.

Date of booking is 09 Jan 12.

One passenger Mr.Adesh Kumar cancelled his return ticket.

The cancelled ticket reference is PNR - JCI5CF.

It is requested to refund the cancelled ticket amount andoblige.

URGENT
Our reservations for the flight from Delhi to Jammu by Flight No.6E551 (PNR No. J29HRP) has been cancelled and now pre-poned by Flight No.6E554, as per the PNR No. A2CZPL.
The above cancellation was done through your Customer Care and they had promised me that an official intimation would be sent to me about the cancellation. They would also intimate to me the refund details and the amount which the Bank would credit to my account.
Two days have passed and I have not received any mail about the cancellation and refund letter to my Bank.
Kindly confirm the above immediately.
Please expedite. Thanks.

INORDINATE DELAY IN REFUND OF CANCELLED FLIGHT

6E 109 flight from NEW DELHI to BANGALORE was cancelled on 12th January 2014 for no reason.Refund was to be done within 5 to 10 days it is now 20 days still no refund.and NO information and response to Complaints...repeted enquiries
