Dear Indigo Team,
PLS FIND THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINTS FACED BY ME BECAUSE OF YOUR FLIGHT:
1. Myself SATVINDER SINGH, I'd booked my flight from Delhi to Bhubaneswar for 24th Feb'13 which I later got changed to 26th Feb'13 same flight. My Booking Refereence was DW7ICT. I did not get any mail from your side confirming me the changes made, it was again when I'd called up the callcentre on 26th Feb'13, that the mail and SMS was sent.
2. There was an amount to be refunded, but till date there is no amount returned back and no communication made on the topic from your side.
3. I'd reached the Indigo checkin counter at Terminal 1A at 3.35 PM on 26th Feb'13 and requested the lady that I've to board the Bhubaneswar flight which will departure at 4.25PM, but the lady did not support me and asked me to get in the que wherein there were almost 8-10 persons standing. It has happened many times earlier and the staff makes lot of calls and requests and take their customers to a seperate que to help them close but they did not do so.
The individual who made my check in said that the time is 3.52PM and you've missed the flight. He sends me to the customercare executive who again says, "Pls Wait", After a lot of discussions, they tell me that now since you've missed the flight, pls take a new ticket and make arrangements to travel.
Since it was very important for me to reach the destination, I'd to take the tickets for Indigo flight to Calcutta, Booking Reference IWQ9BSC and then the train to Bhubaneswar. An additional cost of Rs 10000/-.
I've been flying very frequently on this route, for the last 3 months, almost evry 15 days(you can check my status in your data) and this is the treatment, then you can well understand the dissatisfaction from your customers.
The total experience was extremely bad, both in terms of time and money. Hope you would understand. Despite of being at the checkin and still missing the flight.

This is to lodge a complaint against Indigo Airlines for not allowing me to board the aircraft and for leaving me un-boarded, shell shocked, frustrated, baffled, puzzled and stranded at BLR airport in-spite of possessing the boarding pass.
The incidence occurred on December 6, 2012 for the flight no 6E123 leaving BLR for Lucknow at 3:50 PM. I checked-in timely; I was issued the boarding pass and my luggage was booked for destination on the said flight (Exhibhit-1). Subsequently, I proceeded for Security Check. Due to rush, I was not allowed to jump the queue. On sensing the delay in boarding and requesting the Security Personnel to jump the queue, I was advised to be in queue as they said and I quote “in case o[censored]rgency respective airlines rescue their bonafide passengers with boarding pass to facilitate entry into aircraft”. Thereafter, I reached the Boarding Gate only to learn that I was late and was left un-boarded. The airline staff neither helped me jump the queue at Security Check nor made any effort to reach me on phone in spite of the same printed on my boarding pass and thus its deemed availability in their records. At the boarding gate, the counterfoil of my Boarding Pass was stamped cancelled without any request for cancellation and my luggage was deplaned.
On approaching the Indigo Manager who was not available, the Indigo staff was requested for accommodating me on any of their next flights or endorsing me to other carrier to reach my destination Lucknow on time, Instead, I was advised for the only choice of buying another ticket at increased price. I felt compelled to buy another ticket from Indigo after paying Rs 5392 extra to the fare paid earlier.
I make the Airline accountable for this mess and demand compensation for the damages due to the incurred loss on my health and suffering from the trauma."
