Money not Refunded

I had got tickets done from Bangalore to New Delhi. And later got the tickets cancelled.
The cancellation was confirmed by Indigo on 21st December and the customer care executive informed that the money will be credited back to my credit card account within 8 to 10 working days.
I wrote a mail to them again on 8th January and there was response.

Refund for Booking Ref; FRWBDD

Money refund

Excess baggage charge

I was travelling from Bangalore to Pune on 10th Nov 2012 on Indigo flight 6E-108, I had a check in baggage of 16.8 kg (weighed at home) but the weight machine at the Indigo counter at Bangalore airport showed it to be 26 kg and I was made to pay Rs. 1260 as excess baggage charge of 6 kg.
