Charged wrongly on Excess baggage

I was returning from Bangalore on the 30th of May with my sister. When weighing our baggage at the check in counter I had a doubt that the scale was already reading 12kgs before they put any of our bags but I did not stop them thinking they wouldn't do such a thing and also there was a crowd at the counter still when they loaded out baggage.
To our shock we were informed that we were 40kgs overweight, which was very unlikely...

Perjury by Indigo airline staff

Early this week , I bought a indigo airline ticket paid the full amount, including air fare + surcharge + taxes.,but during check in procedure they asked me buy the ticket again(airfare + surcharge +taxes) because of some software problem (typical execuse) :)

In summary I paid twice for a single journey. This is a strategy employed by small time airlines to cheat innocent people

Missing baggage

While taking boarding passes, my suitcase left aside at the counter of Indigo Airlines which i came to know after reaching GOA.
