indian railways catering services — tea prices

in all trains, it has become a practice by the company to charge Rs, 5/- per tea with tea bags, whereas the railway time table specify the price of such a tea only as Rs.4/-. When will this corrupt practice be stopped.

thanks for the info, I cant understand how can a immersion rod work on DC power supply.
This is very bad, Govt should take strict actions
