last year feb 2009 i had taken ur franchise, My irctc password & agent code has locked.How can it remove?i already informed ur service agent, but ur service is very poor service, ur service agent is very irresponsible person. He is not receiving calls.what can i do?1st thing is i dont know ur office in Bangalore. will u give me ur corporate office address or phone number send on my e-mail id please.
I hope& humble request u to may solve this problems as early as possible

Sir, mai[protected] ko Khanna Varanasi se Mr.ajay( [protected] s/e) ke netritwa me Rs-4000 ka itz sadsya hetu diya tha.Abhi tk hume koi jankari nhi di gye.[protected]se kha gya ki aap [protected]se bat kare.call karne par pata huaa ki Jugal kishor agrawal, robertsganj.sonbhadra.u.p.(231216).ka koi mail ya kagaj hume prapt nhi huaa hai.mai kya kru.

I got a ITZ Cash Card and I am not very happy to buy this Card because after purchasing this card I am not getting any kind of help from the person whom I bought from. Most of time When I tried to call him, he didn't bother to pick the phone even. Whenever he picked the phone, he used to give me the number of the other person for the help. I just want that some one should come to me and give the proper training to use this card for various purpose as I am using this card for my shop. I have also applied for the Railway portal but I didn't get any proper response about it. I didn't get the ID for Air Ticket as well. Tell me what should I do? If you guys wish I Can tell you the name of the person. I am from Delhi and running a shop namely Niar Telecom opened recently.
