[Resolved]  JustDial.com — Breach and Force o[censored]nwanted agreement

Just Dial services has termed a contract with us and then after signing documents, contract terms changed and we came to know that the agent has misleaded the contract.

We disagreed for the ECS and the discontinue of the contract within 24 hours of signing documnets.

We also have Electronic proof of the same, though they are not ready to cancel thecontract.

Kindly help us with the same and their license should be cancelled as this Company breaches their term of Contract and forcefully asking us to keep the contract.

This is a case under section 420 if the services are were activated also. I have never accepted the agreement and also reverted you that I don’t want the services.

Just Dial — Mis-representation of services

False commitments and misrepresentation of expected benefits – Just Dial sales person Imran visited us and gave us an elaborate spiel about expecting a minimum of 15-17 leads a day for the service if we list on Justdial; even when I pressed him for details – he kept saying – don’t worry – that’s the least you can expect for this service under our plan.

2. Another disconnect was our understanding of when the listing would be done – we were told that the listing would take 3 days, it took longer than a week – Mr. Rishi was quick to put the blame on Imran saying that the reason was Imran delaying to deposit the cheque

3. The 3rd disconnect was the incorrect listing the first time round– the details I shall not go into – I spoke to Rishi and Shilpi from customer service to resolve this; Rishi called me and told me that the category we wanted the listing on was unavailable since someone had already paid to have it as his/her exclusive category. Rishi then told me I was welcome to a refund; someone then called from customer service asking for category listing details – I believe that part has been taken care of – which raises the question; was Rishi lying about the exclusive deal??

4. Extremely poor experience with Just Dial sales team – I have to put on record, that another reason for my wanting to cancel my contract is the manner in which Mr. Rishi has been behaving; as can be evidenced with recorded conversations – his behavior has been rude and unpleasant. Examples:

1. I tried calling Rishi this morning 1053hrs – he told me he was traveling and would revert once he was in office; not having gotten a revert – I called him again at 1157hrs and 1613hrs; both times – he disconnected the call without answering; I then had to call your customer service line where Shilpi was able to get him on conference call without a problem! He along the subsequent conversation told me he did not have to explain why he did not return my calls! He also went on to cite some example where I had not returned his call a couple of weeks back!!! Is this the type of childish behavior that is condoned there??

2. When I requested a meeting with Rishi and Imran – Rishi told me I’d have to come to his office to meet him – he was happy to send Imran

3. I must also point out – Rishi has been quick to lay the blame on Imran whenever there has been a contentious area – the sign of a very poor manager! A subordinate is as good as his manager allows him to be!


And now - JustDial is asking me to use the service for the remaining money! Can you believe these people? They mis-represent services and want to take your money for free!

We sincerely apolozise if this has happened and we'll investigate this further for some punitive action against the erring executive.

As the agent of just dial has cheated you you have to file a case against the company in consumer court and they would blame the agent. But it could have been a case of mutual agreement between the company and the agent. The company might have deliberately asked the agent to present an impressive service model and get the contract signed and would have changed the terms of the contract.
First all misrepresentation of services deliberately is a fraud on top of that they have change dthe terms of the contract for their profit.

Such people are virus to the society they should be punished by the law severely for the frauds they have done so that no one on earth repeats such a fraud again
You should have read out all the documents before signing the contract with with them...pls meet with their higher authorities to get your issues resolved...
The terms were read properly by jariwalavi but the terms after being read were changed which is a forgery.
Thats is highly condemned
