I PURCHASE K560 FROM BOON ELECTRONICS JABALPUR (M.P.) ON 31/12/2009 ,AFTER PURCHASING MOBILE SE THE BATTARY BACKUP WAS ONLY 1 HAOURS TAKTIME AND 2 HOUR STAND BY AND THE RECCIVER WAS NOT CLEAR ,AS I RESIDE IN GURGAON AFTER SEARCHING LONG TIME IWAS ABLE TO TRACK MR TARUN REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR COMPANY WHOSE MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] AND HE PROVIDE MET THE SERVICE CENTER ADDRESS OF ISU MOBILE OF GURGAON NEAR KAHNDSA ROAD ,YOUR SERVICE CENTER PERSON IS REPAIR MY RECIPTOR PROBLEM AND REPLACES BATTERY WITH OLD STOCK ACCORDING TO HIM HE HAS NOT RECCIVED NEW BATTARY FROM COMPANY SO HE HAS PROVIDED USED ONE ,AFTER 10DAYS THIS USED BATTERY IS STILL NOT PROVIDING LONG BACKUP AND ON 20/4/2010 AFTER COMPAPLANING TO HIM, HE AGAIN PROVIDED A BATTERY THAT LOOKS LIKE USED ONE AND THIS TIOME THE BATTARY SUPPORT ONLY FOR 1 HOURS STAND BY TIME ,I COMPLAIN THIS TO MR TARUN AND HE HAS NOT RESPONDING TO ON THIS MATTER.
Irequest you to kindly change my battry of repair set for power comsumption.

I had purchased karbonn K 10 handset on 16th Feb 2010 form one retailer end. After one and half months I had faced some complaint (Battery backup) and approached your Calicut service centre. They told that it will take 20 days to clear the issue. So I asked to give a standby phone for using between those times. But they don’t have that facility. So I forced to use the same phone with complaint.

On 22th April I had given the phone to your service centre with lot of problems (Battery backup issue, camera and video not working, front glass problem, and voice clarity). After my several follow up they return the handset after clear the camera video issue and say that software also reloaded. So your battery back up and voice clarity also resolve. But I am not happy with their voice.

Again I am asking regarding the front glass issue, suddenly they say that we didn’t receive the accessories yet. So they can’t change the front glass. They didn’t have any idea about when they received the accessories. (Service centre kept my handset last 17 days). I don’t thing they order the accessories?

Now I am totally frustrated your service, when I heard these types of words coming from your service centre.

After used the handset one day I have faced the battery backup issue, front glass and media player problem. So please do the needful ASAP...
karbonn know only sales after sales not any type of response from sarvice centre.

Hi, I Bought Karbonn KC750 and its in service center Hyderabad for last 2 months. They found PCB issue and not rectifying it. I dont understand whats wrong with Karbonn. But i want to know does this site works out. Is the complain posted on this forum is answered anyway. Do we get response from karbonn?? I fedup with your kottayam service centre because my mobile give to repairing in your ktm service centre on 4th august (Recipt no:6718,Name:Geethesh) they will cannot repair my mobile, so many time i call your service centre at that time he cannot give the convence reason i hope you will solve my problems

i have bought a new karbonn mobile phone from poorvika mobile world chennai in the month of november after two months the phone`s display became blank and unsable i gave it to service centre mobile india authorised service centre for karbonn after nearly a month they returned saying it is rectified after comming home the same problem persist after fifteen days without using the phone i gave the phone to the same service centre on 16/05/2013 till date 17/06/2013 there are no proper answers from karbonn service centre even mail the complaint to [protected]@karbonn.com nothing constructive happening they import cheap chinese mobile phone for meager and not providing warranty when i call every time the they say that spare not received from head office after one month
all the service centre people will talk to you filty and keep on asking sorry i just want to know what is karbonns idea ...they should have said there is no warranty in future...
the same phone without warranty @ ali express will cost you only 40 dollars we buy because of warranty but they screw on the same...
i pity the people buy their high end phones these days and think on their service and service centre peoples answers
this could only happen in india since nobody to help consumers they make huge money by selling cheapest

mera name ASHVANI KUMAR hai, mene ek karbonn a15 mobile date[protected] ko liya tha .mene handset kebal do mahine hi chala paya aur usme pahle to battry bacup problum aaya aur ab uski main key(on/off) kam karna hi band kar diya .to mene apna set karbonn servise center par date[protected] ko diya .aj 10 din ho gye par mera handset muje nhi mila .aur servic center bale bhai sahab khate hai ki 25 din aur lgege isliye apse nivedan hai ki meri problum ko solve karne ki kripa kare.

I had Karbonn A18 on which i had problem with respect to display regarding this issue i am visiting your service center in chandra layout and jayanagar from past 2 1/2 months they use to say no stock each time and finally your service center in jayanagar Mobile Care Center received for service and said you will get back your device within an hour... 2 hours later they said not yet finished so you can collect in the evening but later on they said we need 2 to 3 days and issued a receipt with workorder number KA[protected], after 3 days they said they need 3 more days and now they are saying that they need 7 to 10 days more to resolve the issue as they are running out of stock(spares)... regarding this i had updated a complaint earlier for which till today i have no response from your side, i want to know the exact status.

When I bought the Karbonn A26 it was good till 10 days after that minor
problems started in the phone.
After some days I submitted the phone to service center which was
located in Nasik dwarka they resolve the problem and gave it to me
after 8-10 days.
Then after some days again same problem occurs again I submitted to
service center which is located near Annapurna hotel Panchavati main
road, Nasik they gave me mobile after 8-10days by changing RCB in my
phone.
Then after some days again same problem occurs then the service center
near Annapurna hotel Panchavati main road, Nasik send my phone to Delhi
service center the send me phone after 3 months and problem was
temporary resolve where the phone was again facing same problem after 3
days o[censored]se.
So again immediatelyi went to service center near Annapurna hotel
Panchavati main road, Nasik then gave me my phone in 10-15 days after
changing the motherboard.
But still the problem was not resolve completely again the same problem
happen in mobile so again I submitted to service center in andheri,
Mumbai but they suggested to submitted the mobile to Nasik service
center where the change the motherboard, but the service center people
said that this handset stop in manufacturing so there is no spear parts
available so come after some days.
After some days the mobile was completely dead.
Now it is high of delaying and I cooperated with your company.

I want new phone in compensating of the trouble which I face with the
current phone.
Now I want a new phone.

mobile internet not working

i brought karbon titanium s19 and getting trouble for internet connection and internet error occured.
