i'm satnam singh from ludhiana,maine last deepawali pe karbon ka k1010 handset purchase kiya tha jo last 3 monthes pehle usme signal problum aa rahi thi so maine karbon ke ludhiana authorised care center DHIR ELECTRONIC.pe theek hone ke liye diya tha unho ne 10 din baad wapis kiya jo ki theek nhi hua tha unho ne use phir dobara 6/08/2012 ko delhi bhej diya jo aaj tak mujhe nhi mila jab bhi unse phone ka pata karne jaate hai woh next week ki date de dete hai mujhe usse bahut pareshani ho rahi thi is liye mujhe majboori me naya mobile purchase karna pada (DHIR ELECTRONIC RECIPT ATTACHED KAR RAHA HU JO USNE MUJHE DOBARA 6-8-2012 KO DI THI

pls muje ya to mera ph ekdum theek ho ke mile ya naya mobile dilwaya jaye or jo naya mobile phone is wajah se liya tha usie payment karwai jaye

i purchased karbonn k1515 in Jagdish market from the shop Srinivasa Mobiles in october-11, from the second month itself the problem started, it was given the service for 4time in span of 6months, recently the touch screen was not working, i given in service centre in Abids the assured me to sort out the problem but after 1day they started saying me that water is there in mobile and started demanding Rs.700/- they haven't checked the mobile in our presence i was cheated by them my mobile no. I purchased a Karbon A5 mobile on 17 aug 2012. Within days, the proximity sensor stopped working (on making a call display get off and doesn't come back). I went for repair it on 25 aug2012. After so many today and tomorrows i finally got it back on 06 sept 2012. From the next day onwards again it's proximity sensor is not working.
I want either the new mobile or my money back.

i had purchased mobile handset vide bill no.[protected] dt. 03/05/2012 and my order number was [protected]. i had purchased the Karbonn A1 mobile through star cj. The handset is not good, i had sent the handset twice to the service station and was with them near about 15 days, there was problem of speaker and the charging problem. The battery gets down within half with minimum usage. The ring tone voice is also breaking. There are lots of problem with the handset.
Hence it is a request to replace the handset or give us new model for which i am ready to pay the difference.

i want to tell about my problems,am chandan nayak,from bhubaneswar(odisha),before 4 months ago am ordered a karbon a1 from snapdeal.com,after some day my phone facing some problem of restarting that time i gone to service center in bapujinagar,backside of jocky soroom,,,,he returned my mobile and said that ur bill isnot correct,then am complaint to snap deal and they are send me a another invoice....date-04.08.2012 am go to cutemer care and show my problems,,,,they said to me my mother board will corropt so they repair it within 15-to-18days,now am call them since 5 days but they didnot respons my phone calls,,,,and they dont now about my phone satus,,,,,they said always our sinior maneger will call u soon....but, i dont have any phone from them......they r doing regularly miss behaving me,and am not stisfie from they are answer....plz try to solve my problems.......niether i am complaint against ur custemer care...............contact no-[protected],[protected]........

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Before going to bad, let me tell you that I had purchased a spice mobile for my husband to gift him for his birthday and am very happy with the set and the purchase.

Now, going ahead, I had purchased the above product (Karbonn KT62 Black-Red) via Snapdeal.com. This product was ordered on 29th Jul'12 and was delivered to me in the 1st week of Aug'12. It is not even been a week's time and with no reasons the touchscreen is not working on the mobile and seen the default with the handset.

Requesting you to please consider the above issue and replace a new handset for the same since this product is not even been a week older.

I'm enclosing the retail invoice and the courier detials for your reference.

I Purchased the Karbon Smart Tab on 6th Aug'2012 and I received it on 8th Aug'2012 "taken two working days".

However Adapter is defected and not charging the TAB, so I am unable to check my TAB.

I have already complain multitime to Flipkart Customer Care but they are not providing the proper solution. They are saying, " I have esclated the issue and you will get the working Adaoptor in next 10 days. This is vry frustrating.

I purchased this TAB 10 days before of my travelling data because I have to go out of station on 15th Aug'2012

Flipkart team have ruined my excitment.

Facing problem as mobile is not getting charged,

Visited aurangabad service centre Varad Electronics and spoke with karbonn mobile company representative but not getting any resolution for the same.

I took a Karbonn mobile in homeshop18 whose model no is k662 its optical track pad is not working properly since 90days i have went to karbonn service center they are telling that u r IMEI no should be updated if i call homeshop18 they are telling that wait for 48hours u r problem will be resolved. I am waiting since 90days but no responce please help me thanking u............

Carbonn A1 purchased on 8-0512 from adexmart Invoice No.28440 dated 4-05-12; mobile set taken to service centre on 15-05012 due to non working; the service centre taken the battery for replacement and stated that the EMEI No. of the phone was not updated by adexmart till then. Got the battery replaced on 22-05-12 after repeated visits. But it is not working properly and finally the set automatically shut down on 28-05-12 and not working. The battery in not being charged. I think the problem is with the mobile set and not with battery. The service centre could not verify the actual fault. I am cursing myself as to why I have purchased this Carbonn A1 mobile set. I could not use this mobile while spending the cash payment.

HI All,
Karbonn handset is fake dublicate one which shows Invalid IMEI on handset frequently.
I Purchased Karbonn K25 model handset from Abids,Hyderabad at Romal's Mobiles show on 11.07/2010.

I handset was working fine,but suddenly on 11/01/2012 i seen on my handset Invalid IMEI display and am unable to make or receive call, when i contacted Airtel service provider they said as per TRAI govt rule handset with Invalid IMEI will be disabled and my handset got disabled for the same.

I went to nearest Karbonn mobile service center, they said need to format the mobile and said as the handset warranty expired i need to pay Rs 250 for formatting it.
As there was no other way i paid the amount and asked to format it.

Again it happen, on 7/04/2012, again it shows Invalid IMEI no. on Karbonn handset, am gone mad this time,again i went to the service center asked that recently i came here for the same issue and you have formatted the handset after i paid Rs/- 250, service center people said that yes it will happen and this time also i have pay Rs/- 250 for formatting the handset,

no other way i forced to given them Rs/250.

I say how many times this will happen, evey time Invalid IMEI message coming and making my life horrible, I say Govt authorities when the device handset does not have valid IMEI no. then how come you allow them to sale in India.

I request Karbonn mobile authorities , please check and replace my handset with new one.
Please resolve it soon or else am force to file a petion on your company about my loss of time, money and more importantly contact which was in my handset.

I purchased Karbonn K2 model handset from Big C shop at Daba Garden on: 29.01.2012. After wkg for 7 days, complete white display observed. After 2/ hours on switching, noticed wkg normal. three days wkd normal & again same problem. 7 days wkg & 2 months in service centre !!

On advise of Big C Dabagarden where i purchased the set, it was given for warranty inspection on Feb 22,2012 at Karbonn service centre at Akkayyapalem, Vizag. Till date, set was not repaired & advising to call Bangalore office number avl on handset box. Nearly 20 times tried to contact. No one is picking the call. Mailed to the customer care, then also no response. Pl. kindly advice what to do for getting the new handset inpplace of problamtic hand set ?

my karbonn k9 is showing compatibility problem with GPRS from the day i bought it.i m using tatadocomo sim no [protected].inspite of setting all the things i m unable to access GPRS services.plz help my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

İ have purchased karbon k550i mobile handset. İ am facing speaker prpblem but karbon services or care didnot accept same handset for repairing because 3 seals over the screw hasbeen lost infact 1 seal is still their. Nobel services refuse that case mobile trust me İ an not opening that handset single time also. These seals are so delicate it can be remove automatically just shaking the handset. Please sir solve my problem.

I have purchase one Karbonn mobile K1616 form New A.K Mobile stores, Paithan Gate, Shop No.1, Aurangabad, Maharashtra on 20-3-12. IME 1:[protected].

Sir, I really feel that the mobile has some manufacturing defects.

The Opera program takes 3 minutes to load. The email program says Activate bearer failed, The Snaptu program when starts say insufficient memory to upgrade. The sound recorder has very little sound. The service centre says the the speakers are not connected internally; hence there will be little sound. The Skye and MSN etc. does not even start.

I have shown the mobile to your CIDCO authorized service centre (Mr.Sunil Bhande). He said he changed some settings and it will work. But the problem remains the same.

Your toll free number does not work; email id does not work… What will the customer do?

I will be grateful if you could solve my problem as soon as possible by replacing the defective mobile with a new one.
