I bought a Karbonn Mobile (Model K445) from Big C (Panjagutta, Hyderabad) on 18th Oct, 2009. After bringing it home, I kept it for charging. But even after 2 to 3 hours of charging, the phone did not get charged fully. The phone had a poor battery back up of only 2 hours. Purchase mobile of Karbonn K 450, mobile suddenly got switch off and when i am trying to switch it on mobile is not openingm and also when i giving the mobile charging the mobile is getting very heat up.

your hand set an invalid IMEI as per govt rule directive handsets with invalid IMEI will not work with any telecom services.
