I have also experienced the same problem. Whereas on their battery they have given the contact address as [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com. This company for some dubious reasons wishes to maintain its anonimity. Even on their web site there is no contact address, phone number or email id. The pictures of building shown in their website is also not of this company. I suspect fraudulent operators behind this company. If not, why should they bury themselves in anonymity ? Why cant they give proper contact details ??
Better avoid them and their products !!!

The e-mail to the id [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com does not work and the mails are undelivered.

I have purchased Karbonn K505 handset before two months, but now I
am facing the problem of its jogball.
I can not operrates its jogball (finger sensor to move curser up,
down) due to this problem this handset in now on stop postion.

I have tried to contact your service center in pune but the numbers
shown in your service book are wrong.
One service center in pimpri chinchwad told me that Karbonn has
stopped the free waranty service and so we are doing payable to you.

So that I am in troubble to find your service. So please give me the
proper solution to solve my handset problem or I request you to give
me replace handest on the same or another model.

Pls do action as early possible.

I had purchased Karboon kc555 in bangalaore in September 2010. i am basically from Chennai and as my mobiles were not working i had to go in for KC 555 which had CDMA & GSM. i was told Karboon has wide network of service cent res and they are a big company which advertise in a big way in Cricket matches. There was problem right from beginning - outgoing sms were never getting saved- Many times when i try to search Name - it keeps saying the" Address book is being loaded" and it does not happen for a long time. Now it says the charger is BAD-- It has stopped getting charged - The charger given originally itself had problem in fitting into the plug socket i tried to talk to almost all those names listed in the manual as Karboon Service centres - All of them said they are no longer associated with Karboon - as the back up service was not up to the mark and also the volumes were not sufficient. my mobile is in warranty period - can someone suggest a good company authorized service centre in Chennai- Can the company come to my Service?

hello sir, I had given karbonn titeneum s5plus mobile was repair which was under warranty. I had purchased Carbon Titanium S1+(orange) mobile on 8th June 2014 vide bill no. 14-15/AMZ-1/0202 from ADITYA MOBILE ZONE, Munirka, New Delhi-110067.

I want to inform you that this instrument is defective from time of purchased month. The defective is in the set they have automatic switch off in the time of taking any person.

We had get touch many time from carbonn service centre regarding the matters but we unable to touch him. There is not responding from Carbonn Service centre in provide in service booklet. After 2 months we have received his custom care mail-ID from Akosha and write to the problems in mail. After 2, 3days Carbonn had provide me his contact number and service centre address. We have tried to touch his service centre number approx 20 times on this number [protected] but they have not pickup the call.

Again I am Visit his customer personally on 23.12.2014 at Saraswati International Technologies Pin code:110059 Address : H. No. 165, Kakrola Housing Complex, Opp. Jagdamba Sari, Near Reliance Fresh, Metro Pillar No. 789, New Delhi, after creaking my instrument his service centre asked to me this instrument will sent to Carbonn head office for repairs. We had submit the instruments carbonn centre for repairs after 15 days we received the instrument on 06.01.2015.

I have used 2, 3 calls tomorrow and get the same problems, these problems is not resolved. .

I was call/mail to his customer care and share my problems they have asked to me. You have to visit my service centre . I asked to Karbonn Centre we have not able to visit your service centre. we have already visit your service centre 3 day's my salary is cut up approx 2500/- please collect my phone from my address and get done return to me.
I am surprised, there is no response from till date from carbonn mobile.

So I many - many request you to please exchange my mobile from Carbonn.

I am not able to activate or configure WAP Gprs settings for bsnl K444 model is not listed in bsnl Gprs with my IMEI no they identified my set K444 as Nokia 1100 which do not have GPRS settings.

Sir I purchase a karbonn titanium s5 mobile phone from market date 6 may 2013 , IMEI NO [protected] at 11900rs after using one month the touch of that phone not work without any reason. I am sending it to service centre at allahabad date 11 June 2013. Service centre tells me that phone will be send to company for rapairing and U have to come after 15 days. After 15 days they tell me that phone not repair yet and U have to come after next 15 day but there is no any guarantee that phone will ready. So i am requesting U please will U follow this. If they R not able to repair early then they can give me extension in warranties for these period which going in all this.

My Name is Ramaswamy. I brought a karbonn k551 on 08/02/2010. And soon the mobile was not working properly.
That mobile got repaired & entire circuit board having damage.
The mobile warranty is one year of the sale date. But its compleated only six months.
So i went back to karbonn service centre gave back my mobile with warranty bill xerox on 14/08/2010.
Still now they did not repaired back more than two weeks has passed and still there is no sign of my mobile getting repaired...
What should i do? Whom should i inform regarding this?
Is there any way to solve my problem?

Karbonn — Battery Backup problem

My Mobile karbonn k9 is draining out battery by itself. I visited karbonn service center twice but still my problem is not resolved. I purchaed Karbonn k9 only for battery Backup. So pls help me & suggest me how can i get my problem solved.
