I purchased karbonn k25 mobile from SINGH ENTERPRISES PVT.LTD.Invoice no 21990.with IMEI no [protected].on 26august2010.but after 7 months it curser started giving problem,the mobile get hanged and dont work.i gave the mobile to the authorised service centre of karbonn.{APEX THE PERFECT SOLUTIONS,UG-29/30,VISHWADEEP TOWER,DISST CENTRE,JANAKPURI,N.DELHI58}. i submitted my mobile on 1 april 2011,under the job sheet no KJASPDL008411K10.With assurance to be repaired and returned under free 1year warranty ,after one week.After 1 week the problem was still not solved and attendent requeted to resubmitt and take back after one week . IN the meanwhile i contacted the zonal service manger Mr.GIRISH [M.no[protected]] to please take respective action regarding the mobile. but sorry to say no action was taken even by such senior person.its been complete one month i have not recived my mobile back.For last one month i have suffered both mentally and physically due to this

My mobile model KC 475 (KARBONN) has been malfunctioning for a couple of weeks now - the signal just goes off / absent. This was given at the service centre on 18th April. I was told that the 'board' has to be changed. I had to make too many calls yesterday and today to know the status of maintenance. No useful information is forthcoming. The service station number is[protected]. Most of the time they would not pick-up the call, adding to your frustration. Anybody can check the same! I do not think I would ever buy the Karbonn, again, based on my current expereince. I wish some higher-ups in Karbonn take note of it and improve their service.

Dear Sir, I have purchased this phone (Karbonn KC 441) from M/s Vasavi Communications, Velachery, Chennai on 8th April 2009. From 10th Nov 2009, the phone was not getting charged. I was directed by the seller to contact Accel Frontline in Greams Road for Warranty Service, who duly declined and informed that he is no more the authorised service centre for Karbonn mobiles. I again went to the seller and insisted that they take the mobile and get it repaired on 28/11/2009. And the promised delivery date was 2nd Dec 2009. Since then each day was passing and there was no sign of delivery. I have been diligently following up with then every day for the past 5 days. Today, when I contacted the seller, their rep happened to be at Karbonn authorised service point at Choolaimedu. He gave the phone to the service person who said that it will take 10 more days as he has to send it to Delhi for repairs. Now I am really annoyed about the whole episode - I do not have my phone for the last 3 weeks and I have to wait for 10 days more !!! The service person was insensitive to any of my queries and requests and kept repeating the same thing. Now I rue my decision of going in for Karbonn as suggested by one of my friends. But now, as I am already into it having purchased this mobile, I am wondering what to do. The Karbonn site for registering complaints is not working. No other support available whatsoever from the company.

I was given my handset (Karbonn model number kc750) on ayushi electrical to mr. Vijay (Mobile number [protected]), indore (Service centre of karbonn) on 16march2011 for mistake in speaker, but after 15 minute, service centre engineer told me ur mobile handset sent to banglore for changing speaker, but i told him, that mobile not neceserry send for repairing speaker and return my handset without repair, then service centre engeenier told me, that in open ur handset, my fault that some problem also in screen, so please leave ur handset. I was shocked. But i was given handset for repair, now after 45 days, karbonn service centre person told me that ur handset misplaced by courier, what we do? I was lots of time talk with harishji (Banglore) and rijeshji (Banglore) on mobile number [protected] and [protected] resp. But their is no proper solution regarding this metter.

My name is Zia Mohammed Khan. I had purchased a Karbonn K415 mobile from "The Mobile store Ltd." santoshnagar, Hyderabad on 10/07/2010.
The Invoice No is A.P./03046/0001/5159. The IMEI number of my mobile is [protected].
The handset started troubling me after 5 months of purchase. I got it repaired several times(6-7 times) at "Prime Tech Services", Abids, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
Every time I get it repaired under warranty, the person asks me to come back after 10 days. When I turn back after 10 days they return me the handset saying that it is in working condition. But, again after a day or two, It starts troubling. When I asked him to repair it properly so that it does not trouble me again, the person started shouting at me rudely. He even threatened me that he will tamper my motherboard so that I cant get it repaired again under warranty. I am frustrated with the service of Karbonn Mobiles. After hearing all these I tried with another branch of Prime Tech Services. But they refuse to take my mobile saying that it has to be repaired at the same place where it has been done earlier. After a very hard research, I found the email address of Karbonn care.
I kindly request you to replace my handset and do the needful to Prime Tech Services so that other customers do not get into such trouble and spoil the brand name of Karbonn mobiles.

I purchased a K-770i mobile from M/s Mobily, Statue, Trivandrum (Bill No. 4336) on 21-08-10. As the mobile showed a joystic complaint, I gave it to the service centre (Karbonn Service Centre, Opp. Sub Jail, Attakulangara, Trivandrum-9, Phone[protected] on[protected]Invoice No. 5128). They said that I would receive my mobile within 3 days after service. But I have not received my phone till date[protected]. They never answer the phone and on personal inquiries they sent me back saying that the mobile will be ready within one week. Now its almost one month and the mobile is still not ready. I am really fed up with the poor and irresponsible service. Also the email id ([protected]@karbonnmobiles.com) shown in booklet received with the mobile is a waste of time as the mails sent to that id always bounces back and the "Contact Us" option in the Karbonn Mobiles Website never allows any message to pass through. So I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Hello all,
I am Saurabh from Nanded.

I was in search of a good Dual SIM mobile handset that has Hindi/Marathi typing.
My search ended after seeing Karbonn K30 at a local mobile shop.
The dealer said that this handset is dual SIM and supports Marathi/Hindi typing as well.
That was my main concern, so I purchased Karbonn K30 for 4,000 INR.

The next day only I realized that I cant type compound words of Hindi or Marathi.
I mean it can type only simple words like अजय, सफल, खबर etc, but it cant type words like विफल, बेबुनियाद, अथर्व, सौरभ etc.

Without wasting a moment, I called on the customer care number given at Karbonn Mobile's website. (i.e.[protected]
They told me to contact the local service center of karbonn mobiles, so I had contacted the Karbonn service center of our city.
Those guys said that they cant do anything about such problems, they can only repair the mobile if any part is damaged .
After hearing this, I again called the number[protected].
Then they had given me another number saying that it is of Delhi head office. (i.e.[protected]

I am calling this number every now and then, but they are only saying, "We have understood your problem and we will call you back in few minutes."
But they never called me.
I am still waiting for their call.

Now from last 2-3 days, I am facing another problem.
I am unable to hear anything from the caller end or to whom I call.
If I put the loudspeker on (hands free), then only I can hear the caller.


After all this 'convenience' caused to me by them, I dont have any kind of hope from them now.
Rs. 4,000 is not a small amount for me. :(


But anyways, aaj ek nayee sikh mili k Dikhawe pe mat jao, apni akl lagao.
I will now see that no one of my friends and relatives fall victim to such false advertisements.

I MR.Surajit Barua,Service Head,North East,Karbonn Mobile would like to inform you that from last one month i have asking for two POD copies from your Guwahati Branch Shree Dolphin Courrier,Tip Top Gali,Lakhtokia,guwahati,Assam,,,But not yet getting any response from Guwahati Branch office people even our company tie up with your courrier,,Actually they are neglecting every time,when i m asking for POD copy.In December 4th 21 handsets consignments to Bangalore,but not yet received in Bangalore bearing Dock No-11645(Sended to Banagalore on 04/12/2010) and 11638(Sended to Bangalore on 30/09/2010)..

So now i m very disappointed from your service that i m going to give you this complaint..I requesting you to give me a proper solution for the same..Waiting for your valuable response....

hey i got karbonn k451m past 1 year before....... it stopped working since past few weeks . and servicing people are saying that whole body has to be changed. its costing about the cost of the mobile almost.

i purchased Karbonn K336 mobile on 13.07.10 after 2 weeks problem on that mobile came with automatic striking of button number 4 i had given to the service and got bavk after a week having same complaint Again i given for service got back after 1 month with same complaint without attention. Again i given for service and they sent to chennai for keyboard replacement . i received on 15.11.10 after 2 days problem on that mobile came with automatic striking of button number * Again given for service on 19.11.10 and after a month still my mobile was not serviced return back i kindly request yourself to take necessary action for this please

purchased karbon k-1414 handset on 3-11-10 not charging complaint lodged at blue wave communication davanagere on 8-12-10 vide job sheet no3154 .set handed over to me without repair told to contact supplier. supplier not responding.

Karbonn mobile model: KC750 puchased by My sister-in-law (P.Kameswari) on 16th March 2010 from Lakshya infocom, A.S.Rao nagar, Kapra municipality, secunderabad.
This mobile first started troubling by switching off automatically in April10 onwards. In April10 this malfunctioning mobile wa shown to Karbonn service center at Banjara hills, but they have done some temporary repair.

the malfunction becoming severe by automatically switching off frequently, shown to Sri Sai communication on 26th July 2010 - sr. no.2306, but they have done some eyewash repair and returned the hand set.
again approached service center at Banjara hills on 20th Sep10 but not resolved the problem.
the proble of auto switch off / hanging go worsened, again called Service manager at Karbon Hyderabad center at Banjara hills, UTL, Hyd, but this service person promised to replace the hand set with new one while contacted on phone but refused to replace after reaching service center at Banjara hills.
This kind of bluffing by service center is not at all acceptable.
The defective mobile set should be replaced under warranty.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchase one karbonn mobile model number K-343 on 29/09/2010 from Manish Mobile Market Nagpur, but I was getting issue abour charging only in one week & it stopped working. I Went to the authorised service centre( OM Electronics, Nagpur) & my receipt no. is 5751 & Complaint iD is KJASPMH034, where the person said that it will take one months to get it repaired,but Have been completed a month although i havent any reply from Service centre & Karbon Mobile also when i contacted to OM Electronics they said When Mobile will come to us they will be notified to me & You don't need to come our Centre.
Should the customer expect this kind of behavior from such a big mobile company? Or the dealers’ think customers are fool…so kindly sort out the matter on your end and revert back at the earliest.

I have K446 Karbon Mobile , I am experiencing the following problems since I bought. I have given once to the service center in Hosur , But No Improvements.

Phone doesn’t recognize the Flash Memory – very often (Though the Memory card is in the slot , it doesn’t list the memory card) , By remove and put it back Memory card available for Use , again vanish back after some time
Phone re-boots whenever signal / network searching on it own
Very Low volume on the Ring tones

Sub- Karbonn Mobile service center unable to solve Problem



i have purchased karbonn mobile before 4 month, And its Karbonn Mobile Set KC 555 Mobile Code [protected], [protected]. On dated[protected] Through Kalpana Mobile Address F-80, Frist Floor Raisar Plaza, Indra Bazar, Jaipur Vide Vat Invoice No. 883. The Set WasDefective so i went to Vendore to replace my set but Vendore not replace my set & Vendore's Vat Invoice Bill inside clearly mentioned "Mobile ki Warrenty Service Company ke Niyamanusar company ke Service Center par Di Jayegi, Hum Company ke Vikreta hai Nirmata nahi" After that i went to service centre of karbonn mobile. I giving them 4 to 5 times the service center says that to do the complaint our head office Delhi head office phone no. do not response.

Kindly solve my problem

i have purchased karbonn mobile before 1 month, in that mobile one small orange dot became after some days that dot has been expanding so i went to customer service center without looks my mobile he is asking charges 700 rs i said that not my fault its happened automatically he was saying you have pressed the display.
Sir i am really saying that was happening automatically that was company fault not mine please take any action immediately. i have warranty bill.
