Post warranty, I am having repeated repairs with my k10 mobile, I have taken it to the service centre at least 3-4 times, but to no avail. I am tired of giving it for repair again and again, more the time and effort. In service I have paid almost the cost of the mobile itself.

What is to be done, it has passed warranty by a year, now what is to be done.

As per notice received, Customer claims that he has purchased the phone from my shop and same was not functioning properly and despite many complaints and even after repair, it was not repaired to customer's satisfaction.

1 [protected] Karbonn Dual SIM Mobile Phone - K433 For Rs.1,499.00 Was couriered to me on[protected] It worked O.K. for a few days & then the slot for the Head Phones wasn't working so After great searching I got the Service Guy's No. B R Mobiles in Mira Road WHo couldn't service it & sent it 2 weeks back to Delhi as it was under Warranty & now he doesn't know when He can expect it back. & I'm stranded w/o a phone AS yesterday I lost my other Dual SIM Card Phone which I had bought a week earlier whilst I was waiting on this one to be repaired. Now I'm broke & cannot go for another one. Pls ask them to replace this Phone if it cannot be repaired. First of ALL they don't have proper Nos. displayed on the Warranty Card Box & after much calling & being misled by the Diff. Nos. I get this in return. Pls help.

I purchased a Karbonn mobile in Big C at madhapur with cost 2600 Rs.After one month it is not working and then i went to their service center for 3 times even though they did not clear the problem.Even the showroom people also not responding properly for all the 3 time and at last they took and kept for 10 days .Even though it was not clear and again i went they told we don't know u go to service center again.Otherwise you do what ever u want with reckless answer.From 3 months onwards i am roaming here and there.So please rectify my problem ASAP.

I bought a karbonn mobile of model k550i with cost 2,600 RS in Big C at Madhapur .After one month it got a problem like S/W and Battery Back up and I went their service center in abids for 3 time even though they did not clear the problem.At last I went to Big C they took the mobile and kept for 10 days even though it is not working.Again I went to Big C they told we cant do any thing again u go to service centre they are playing with me and u do what ever u want they told.So please clear my problem almost from 3 months i am roaming.

I am Kiran Kumar , last year I bought a Karbonn mobile at bangalore, now mobile have a software problem i am unable to open my message inbox. as my native is Tirupati i visited Tirupati Karbonn mobile service center(SV CELLULAR), i explained problem they took one hour time to resolve the issue and charged 150/rs ( without receipt) but problem was not resolved and they ask again 350/rs for another software update.

i denied and asked the price list for service charges . they declined to give the same and said bill also not possible for the same.

unfortunately there is no price list mentioned in the Web also.

My question is

Why payment bill not issuing by the authorized service center?
why service price list is not mentioned in the service center ?

I had given the mobile to the nearest service center CEELAAN ELECTRONICS at Jorhat itself but no response has been given to me. i have given the movile for the past one and a half months.

So I hereby request u to see to this matter as soon as possible.

I purchased karboon mobile K661 on 21.06.2010. just after a year, my moblie wasnt getting charged.
I am not happy with their service. First of all there no authorised karbonn service centre. The service center adresses mentioned in Karbonn site also undertake the repairs of other mobiles too. So how
is the customer guranteed about the after sale serviceI gave to it to the sevrice centre at Abids as given in the karbon
mobile site.They told me that the charging pin of the mobile needs to
be repaired and charged me rs 250. But they could not fix the
problem as they said the problem is with the charger cable too. I
couldnot find a new charger cable. Now I called karbonn customer
care[protected] that was published in a karbonn ad in a local
newspaper. but either the line ws busy or no one attended the call. I
am pissed off and I feel i lost Rs 4000 fo this stupid moile from Karbonnh

My name is Abhishek Jain. I had given my handset Karbonn K433 (under warranty period) to the Karbonn service centre (authorised by Karbonn company - Nikki Enterprise, 17 Opp. Bajaj Showroom, Near 24 char rasta, sector-24, Gandhinagar - 382024 ; Mobile number: [protected] and [protected]) on dated August 24, 2011. For which they provided the jobsheet # 852 to me. The problems reported by me were -

1. microphone was not working (my voice was not being heard to the other party in the call)
2. the charging socket of the phone was not working
3. key pad button #4 was not working properly.

Now, since then I have called up the service center for almost 6-7 times and even I have visited the service center for almost 4 times, they are not giving me proper information on the status of my phone. Initially they told me they are sending to their L3 level of service center in Ahemedabad, recently few days back they told me that the phone was sent to Bangalore L4 level service center. When I asked for the contact number of their L3 and L4 level service center, they simply refused to give me the number.

After that I went to the shop from where I bought the phone, they gave me some contact number of Gujarat distributor and from where I got the number of Mr. Vishal ([protected]), Service Head of Gujarat. I gave him the description of my phone and the service center where I submitted my phone, he enquired and told me on 20th of September that the phone is with them in Ahemedabad and they were going to update the IMEI number of the phone and will deliver in two days. Today again when I called him and asked about the status of the phone, he said the phone is still in Gandhinagar and he has not received it yet.

Please help me get my phone repaired back to me.

i have Given My Moblile "Karbonn K570" to the service centre on 17th-May-2011,Because The touch screen of that handset is not working properly.
They said me that we will Give back my Handset Within A month,But I didn't Get a right Response from them.
its 2nd of august (2011) now.its been a 2 and half month passed,i didn't get my handset back.

My karbonn mobile model no k11 which is in warranty period is not properly attended by their service centre at Varanasi even after giving them 2 times the service centre every time assures that your mobile is repaired and will be in good working condition but out going voice is not heard and network disappears frequently.

i md khasim puchased the karbonn k777 mobile hand set on 20sep2010 after couple of days java gameing strucking and after 6 months the camera also not working .
i was given the handset to service center on 09july2011 they are saying when i go to service center come after 2 days one time they said camera is not avialable and after pcb is not there .

and i called up to call center they said they will call me in some time, from that time onwarards they are not lifting my call,,,,,,,call center no;;[protected]

My Karbonn Handset K336 is not working due to PCB compalint. I submitted for servicing at Karbonn care, Thiruvananthapuram on 13th june 2011. So far it is not serviced as on 15th July. So many times contacted through Phone and e-mail. Always getting same reply 'spare is not available call after two days'. Also contacted Karbonn Office Trivandrum and complaint registerd in Karbonn's wed site( 5 times). No use. Job sheet No.466 dt. 13/6/2011. Model No. K336.

I Took Karbon KC 750, Within 5 months there was problem with Display, Battery, Keypad and Camera.
I went to Karbon Service, they couldn't solve my problem and top of it there service is disgusting.
Though I visited several times they want me to come later by making phone call which they dont answer.
My handset was for 4 months with them for which they couldn't solve the problem. Finally I broke the handset at there service center and came back.

KARBON MOBILES ARE WASTE, I SUGGEST U GUYS NEVER EVER BUY KARBON MOBILES.

I have purchased a new karbonn mobile dated 29/06/2011. Now it got some how. i have tried a lot to avail customer-service.but still i am facing the problem having no solution at all. Also this companies toll free number as well as email-id is fake or not valid. I have purchased this mobile from hello-brother store at sakchi in jamshedpur.
Now what i have to do to resolve this problem.

hi, sir i am nt satisfy with this karbon company phone i brought karbon k1414 from somdutt (kanpur) on[protected] and during 4 or 5 days the ph.effected by some software problem than the salesman of karon phone solve it and than after 15 or 20 days its charger autometically not work than i complain in service office and registered our complain and after that i faced continouse some problems and on[protected] i faced a big problem that my whole ph. were block and i canot take incomming and outgoning calls and the ph were not work wholy i complain many times and the shopkeeper make me fool its not right its a very bad and i have to take some concreet step towards this company with the help of media and court and the company and that somdutt shop will liable for forcing me to take this step so here my problem and also solve it..

This is regarding the serious issue which i am facing due to the fake assistance of the authorized dealer of Karbon Mobile Company.....
I left my phone on Charging at night and in morning i found that its KeyPad stopped working then i took my phone to (Service center Rohini sector 16-Mobifone- [protected])
My Job sheet No : KJASPDL042511k87 And ASP Code: KJASPDL042 Dated[protected].
At that time when i showed my cell to them they said ok its will be repaired free of cost
and now when i went their he said your Keypad has been changed as it was wet due to which it stopped working ....but it was not the case n now he is asking for money so kindly take my complaint against this dealer...

I m not Satisfy with KARBONN MOBILES service, bcoz my mobile KC-750 not repaired since 15 Jan 2010, i was given this cell to Ayushi Elect.- M.P. for repair but he sent to your Bangalore service center office, but till date they can't repair my mobile. I WAS LOTS OF TIME TALK WITH HARISHJI(BANGLORE)AND RIJESHJI(BANGLORE) ON MOBILE NUMBER [protected] AND [protected] RESP.BUT THEIR IS NO PROPER SOLUTION REGARDING THIS METTER. AND TOLD ME PARTS ARE OUT-OF-STOCK.

I have brought one mobile called Karbonn Model:K560 from Poorvika mobiles, Vellore on 2nd December 2010. Within the warranty period the speaker of my phone was not working properly. I checked with Poorvika mobiles and found the karbonn mobiles service center in the following address,

KC Mobiles, No:27, New Shopping Complex, Old Bus stand, Vellore-4.

I went there and gave my mobile for the service to Mr. Kumaran([protected]) on 12th April 2011. He checked the mobile and said that speaker has some problem and he doesn't have spares to change the speaker, only from chennai office he can get the spares and he advised me to come on 15th April 2011 and asked me to give him a call before coming in the following number[protected]. I was trying to get him in line from 15th morning I was not able to get him. So I went directly to see him on 16th Apr 11. He said me that he did not get the spares from chennai yet and asked me to come next week. Again same thing happend he did not responed me in the phone, I went directly again he said he did not receive the spares from chennai. After a long speech I got a phone number from Mr. Kumaran, that phone belongs to the person called Mr. Siva Kumar, Service Engineer,Karbonn Mobiles chennai,([protected]). He gave the above mobile number and asked me to check with him. When I called Mr. Siva Kumar and said all the above information, He said he did not receive any complaints from Mr.Kumaran. When I say this to Mr. Kumaran he his saying that I had regiestered the complainted. I don't know what to do now? Please take action on this people as soon as possible.
