[Resolved]  Karbonn Mobiles — Warranty Service not done for more than 3 weeks

my cell phone was offf & but not on ing pls tell me where is the service center

Dear Sir, I have purchased this phone (Karbonn K 1212) from NANO MOBILES Menaka, Ernakulam, Kerala on 21th Sep 2010. From 10th Jan 2010, the phone was not working (Touch is not working ) . I was directed by the seller to contactGallexy services, Second floor, Erumbayil complex, Ernakulam, for Warranty Service, who duly declined and informed that he is no more the authorised service centre for Karbonn mobiles. I again went to the seller and insisted that they take the mobile and get it repaired on 15/01/2011. And the promised delivery date was 01 Feb 2011. Since then each day was passing and there was no sign of delivery. I have been diligently following up with then every day for the past 21 days. Today, when I contacted the seller, their rep happened to be at Karbonn authorised service point at Palarivettam . He gave the phone to the service person who said that it will take 10 more days as he has to send it to Delhi for repairs. Now I am really annoyed about the whole episode - I do not have my phone for the last 3 weeks and I have to wait for 10 days more !!! The service person was insensitive to any of my queries and requests and kept repeating the same thing. Now I rue my decision of going in for Karbonn as suggested by one of my friends. But now, as I am already into it having purchased this mobile, I am wondering what to do. The Karbonn site for registering complaints is not working. No other support available whatsoever from the company.

Karbonn Mobiles — Service very poor

Dear Sir,

Myself Munna Chauhan one of your mobile customer. I have purchased 3 months back your brand name mobile i.e. Carbon Mobile.

Model: KD10

Problem during 3 months:
1) Hanging problem for few days.
2) After hanging mobile become switched off.
3) One day mobile become permanently switched OFF mode.

Then I have given to repair dated 11/04/2011 your authorized service center i.e. AXE COMMUNICATION. Computerized mobile repairing & authorized service center, 371/1, Shastry Colony, Old main Market, Faridabad near Mulch and Medical Center. Service center member informed me till he is not received mobile from your side; even he has no any date for receiving my mobile. I am suffering lot due to become your customer. Either refund my money or replace new mobile if it is not repairable because right now I don’t have any mobile for my communication. Try to understand my problem.
