I had purchased karbonn K 10 handset on 16th Feb 2010 form one retailer end. After one and half months I had faced some complaint (Battery backup) and approached your Calicut service centre. They told that it will take 20 days to clear the issue. So I asked to give a standby phone for using between those times. But they don’t have that facility. So I forced to use the same phone with complaint.

On 22th April I had given the phone to your service centre with lot of problems (Battery backup issue, camera and video not working, front glass problem, and voice clarity). After my several follow up they return the handset after clear the camera video issue and say that software also reloaded. So your battery back up and voice clarity also resolve. But I am not happy with their voice.

Again I am asking regarding the front glass issue, suddenly they say that we didn’t receive the accessories yet. So they can’t change the front glass. They didn’t have any idea about when they received the accessories. (Service centre kept my handset last 17 days). I don’t thing they order the accessories?

Now I am totally frustrated your service, when I heard these types of words coming from your service centre.

After used the handset one day I have faced the battery backup issue, front glass and media player problem. So please do the needful ASAP...

karbonn know only sales after sales not any type of response from sarvice centre.

i have bought a new karbonn mobile phone from poorvika mobile world chennai in the month of november after two months the phone`s display became blank and unsable i gave it to service centre mobile india authorised service centre for karbonn after nearly a month they returned saying it is rectified after comming home the same problem persist after fifteen days without using the phone i gave the phone to the same service centre on 16/05/2013 till date 17/06/2013 there are no proper answers from karbonn service centre even mail the complaint to [protected]@karbonn.com nothing constructive happening they import cheap chinese mobile phone for meager and not providing warranty when i call every time the they say that spare not received from head office after one month
all the service centre people will talk to you filty and keep on asking sorry i just want to know what is karbonns idea ...they should have said there is no warranty in future...
the same phone without warranty @ ali express will cost you only 40 dollars we buy because of warranty but they screw on the same...
i pity the people buy their high end phones these days and think on their service and service centre peoples answers
this could only happen in india since nobody to help consumers they make huge money by selling cheapest

I had Karbonn A18 on which i had problem with respect to display regarding this issue i am visiting your service center in chandra layout and jayanagar from past 2 1/2 months they use to say no stock each time and finally your service center in jayanagar Mobile Care Center received for service and said you will get back your device within an hour... 2 hours later they said not yet finished so you can collect in the evening but later on they said we need 2 to 3 days and issued a receipt with workorder number KA[protected], after 3 days they said they need 3 more days and now they are saying that they need 7 to 10 days more to resolve the issue as they are running out of stock(spares)... regarding this i had updated a complaint earlier for which till today i have no response from your side, i want to know the exact status.

When I bought the Karbonn A26 it was good till 10 days after that minor
problems started in the phone.
After some days I submitted the phone to service center which was
located in Nasik dwarka they resolve the problem and gave it to me
after 8-10 days.
Then after some days again same problem occurs again I submitted to
service center which is located near Annapurna hotel Panchavati main
road, Nasik they gave me mobile after 8-10days by changing RCB in my
phone.
Then after some days again same problem occurs then the service center
near Annapurna hotel Panchavati main road, Nasik send my phone to Delhi
service center the send me phone after 3 months and problem was
temporary resolve where the phone was again facing same problem after 3
days o[censored]se.
So again immediatelyi went to service center near Annapurna hotel
Panchavati main road, Nasik then gave me my phone in 10-15 days after
changing the motherboard.
But still the problem was not resolve completely again the same problem
happen in mobile so again I submitted to service center in andheri,
Mumbai but they suggested to submitted the mobile to Nasik service
center where the change the motherboard, but the service center people
said that this handset stop in manufacturing so there is no spear parts
available so come after some days.
After some days the mobile was completely dead.
Now it is high of delaying and I cooperated with your company.

I want new phone in compensating of the trouble which I face with the

I have given my handset for service as dust is going in screen, antenna problem and handsfree to be replaced (Handset is in warranty) . It takes them three weeks to solve just the antena problem. Rest is not done and my handset is returned to me without

I purchased K444 model it is candy bar phone. i'm facing problem in display (white screen) from the 6th month from the date of purchase.In service center i did not get any response, and the staffs were rude to us, they are not valuing the money as well as customers inconvenience

We have warranty period still, even though we did not get any support from the service point.
We gave the mobile for service on 21st April 2011 but we got the call from your end only by 8th july 2011 stating that mobile has come from Chennai after service, but the service was not made properly as we faced the same problem while we checked the mobile at service center. So we asked for the assistance with your staffs to solve the issue, they did not give proper response. And thet were really rude while talking to me


What is solution for this. ??

Karbonn K330 — GPRS is not working from the beginning

I'm using karbonn k330 mobile. In this mobile GPRS is not working from the begining when i started using it.

My K10 has stopped working after a month. The service center says the chip needs to be replaced but on my cost. Why should i pay if the device is under warranty? Karbonn sucks, stay away from Karbonn.

my karbonn mobile has no out going voice in other mobiles. but other mobile sound has received the karbonn mobile. when we talk in karbonn mobile the other side mobile have not reached the sound. this is the problem going on the mobile. please give suggestion to change the setting.

I bought a Karbon Mobile(model k661) a years ago. It is a nice mobile i used.During the warranty period suddenly keyboard didn't work.I checked out all service outlets in BHUBANESWAR & CUTTACK in user manual but they refused to give service and denied of taking any warranty service for karbon mobile.the warranty period is over now.I want to rpair it.I will give the charges.

I bought Dual Sim -K66 series in Karbon on April 1, 2010 at Big C mobile at RTC X Roads at Hyderabad on 12 of April my mobile trouble started its mike failed and the life of battery is very low, talking for 5 min on the mobile its getting heated very soon and the heat is unbearable also the clarity of the Camera though 2 mega pixels no clarity I have also approached Big C but they did not agree for the replacement though it is not the fault of mine I am suffering and had experienced a bitter experience from dealers of Karbon i.e. Big C people now I regret and feel sorry for the same and advice other please do not buy this model or any other model of Karbon mobiles this is my genuine Advice.

You are right dude. Even I have the same issue with the Karbonn K560 i bought two months ago. Some times it restarts by itself. Whats Karbonn gonna respond now? I wonder if they take it as an advantage of quoting it as the unique "Auto-Shutdown" feature? What I believe is that Karbonn is now Carbon.. Useless dump!!! Never buy it!!!

its nt with only 1 particular model...its with k10 too.its battery backup isnt that good.and within a month my cell phone stopped recognizing earphones and the other person used to get doubly echoed voice so i gave it for repairment and i got it back after a month(so the service is very bad too) . and now when i have got it back the voice problem has not yet been solved and moreover its camera has gone worse and gives a colourful strip at one of its sides in the image.
and the best part of it is that the phone is hanging again and again now ...n that too it hanges for 20 hours or so...
see it ws 14th feb 2010 when i bought it and today is 10th july 2010...and the list of problems...

i bought a karbonn kc410 model 0n March 10, 2010 and it is not working since July.No response from the national customer service centre, THE EMAIL I SENT RETURNED WITH A POSTMASTER NOTIFICATION. The local service centre refuses replacement and suggests that they will try to repair it.

I bought karbonn K415 model used 11 months afterwards got some problem like no signal frequent switch off mode etc. then i given the karbonn service center they informed me some board problem we will rectify and give but it will take around 20 days they told i agree. after 50 days completion also they telling the same answer of not yet come the spare i advising everyone don't purchase the karbonn mobiles any circumstances

1) In on condition mobile automatecally go in dead condition & not switch on again before 4 or 5 months.then i give mobile in your service center.
2) After servicing 2 months handset is ok, but then same problem found it in handset.
3) Then i give mobile again in your service centre, then him posted mobile in DELHI OFFICE.They takes a lot times(around 2 months)after servicing within 15 days same problem observe in mobile.

2 Mobile had a problem of Blank display and memory card not getting inserted in the position (body problem) with 1 1/2 month of time and given for repair at Karbonn care centre at Bhuj Tele[protected] complaint No 1631 they have given the mobile after 1 Month saying Mobile has been sant to Delhi head office and given the mobile having IMEI No [protected] (Changed)

3. Again after one month on 28/06/1010 complaint No 2091 it had a problem that after insertion of charger mobile get switched OFF . They told we will give you after 2 days but now 1 week had passed saying sent to Ahmedad till date not received.

4 Please tell us after purchasing the mobile spending 5200Rs we have to run after you using others moible, spending again money on pertrol to go to care centre . And service provided is also of poor quality. Please look after it and issue an other mobile as with in 4Months I had used the mobile only for 1Month other time it was under repair . Please do the need full at the earliest

Therefore I request you to please advice him to replace my mobile with new one immediately. Early action appreciated

Dude I am agree with you, I's looking for the screen from the month of january but no use, I inquired about in Chandrapur, Amravati, Akola, Pune & Nagpur itself and I found same answer "We are awaiting for Screen from Company" or they reply that the stock is yet to come. I changed the screen from one of my friend who told me that he has it but its so costly (Rs. 800 /-). but I replaced it paying to him, and few days before that screen got white. The friend informed that the circuts are delicate and you had been looted for paying for this company.

Yes, Me too agree with " Amit S Thakre ." There is poor battery back-up in Karbonn K551. Am not using mp3 player, Torch, camera, FM, .. only Attend incoming calls, but the charge getting reduced within 24hrs( After Completion of Charge).

Anybody have the solution to this problem plz inform me.

I have purchased a Karbonn k 10 mobile phone from Univercell store at Himayatnagar, Hyderabad, today (that is on 31 Dec 09). On this same day, I discovered that the 1.3 Mega Pixel camera in the phone couldn't take 1280x960 resolution photos even though that setting was available in the menu. What happened is this:

I tried the 320x240 and 640x480 settings in the menu in camera. With both those settings, the camera is able to take photos of the respective resolutions. But when I chose the "1280x960" setting, also available in the menu under camera, and took a photo, the photo was very small, stamp size in fact. I opened the memory card on my computer and verified that the photo's resolution was "80x60" rather than "1280x960". But the other photos that I took with 320x240 and 640x480 resolution are of correct size - 320x240 and 640x480. But the highest resolution picture alone is faulty.

Also, Univercell has some inconsistencies with regard to the price. The price is Rs 3,800 online, on their own website. But, when I went to the store, the price quoted was Rs 4,400. But, the other Karbonn mobile phones have same price online and in the store. I want a refund (of Rs 600) and a replacement for my K10 phone!

i also bought a karbonn k10 for 3700 rs from bangalore, I face same problem, it cannot take pictures at 1.3MP. The operating system installed is same as that of some cheaper china sets.

This is cheap china mobile. The karbonn company is buying China mobile selling in India in the brand name 'Karbonn'. The mobile actually cost Rs 1000 in china.The selling in India for Rs 4200. The taking the price for 3 karbonn k 10 mobile so they giving 1yr warranty.

I also get PPP link error while trying to configure airtel gprs Connection using data cable so I purchased a blutooth dongle which makes no difference. I have been trying to configure net connection for last 3 days. Airtel cusomer care agent provided the information that this mobile is not compatible. I get 2 days battery backup for karbonn k10.

ppp link error vanished when i inserted the Airtel sim to sim1 slot.
I have noticed that Airtel gprs works only in sim1 and docomo sim works only in sim2. If we insert docomo sim in sim1, phone will restart automatically.

The headphone shipped with the phone is not that good.
When we connect the phone to an external sound system it's rocking.
Yesterday my headphone was damaged and now i am using the headphone for nokia express music.

i also have a Karbonn K10 and it is making me suffer a lot. i purchased this to browse internet faster after selling my nokia handset and now it is killing me with it's very slow surffing. it is the worst handset i have ever seen... is their any way out plzzz suggest...

Karbonn K10 is a good looking qwerty key pad phone thats all..
1.The OS of this Phone is just like other chinese phones.
2.The 1.3MP Camera is very bad in quality and any VGA camera of other branded phones are better than this 1.3mp cam.
3. No service provider has the GPRS settings for this set.
4 The biggest problem is the internal memory of this phone (it is only 269Kb)
5 the sound quality and Vloume of internal speaker and earphone provided by the company is very poor.
THIS IS A CHINESE PHONE ASSEMBLED IN INDIA...

Saaar.. this is very big problaaaum... this mobil is very bad and iam getting sick.. why this mobile is not good..? i can't see XXX hardcore porrr action in it... very bad.

I also bought the Karbonn k10 in universal show room for RS 4400. Now after 3 months I am unable to do an outgoing call. It is displaying an error message as check your operator service. Please if any one have got this problem and if it is resolved let me know

I bought this phone and it just a worst experience for me now. I tried to contact to this company from their website but unable to post a email from their website.

When I connect the phone to pc it shows three options if I choose the webcam option it got hangs up and not showing anything on the phone.

If I choose the last option modem option it does nothing and not get connect to internet.

Please tell if anyone having any contact numbers of this company as these guys is making fools to Indian consumers.

This phones camera sucks and don’t have a good quality.

1) Bad PC connectivity
2) No Fast keys or fast access to any of the programs in phone
3) Low quality Camera
4) You cant customize the message tones.
5) You have only 7 options to save ring-tone
6) No sales or service center in Pune
7) Cant access the phone memory from the PC
8) Only options shows on the phone but cant use them.
9) Overall dissatisfying performance from this phone.

Please dont ever purchase Karbonn mobiles the quality is very bad and services is worst.
From the day i have taken mobile i am visting the services center for problem.
I get problem when a person call the voice will get echo to him and camera does not work at all.everytime they re install the software.

Just a few days back i bought this phoe but its really damnn irritating when your phone does not ring on time u r really in need of
i.e ringing does not work and only vibrztion works only if on
... But during the preview its really ear blowing, , , , , , , , , , does any others face the same probs or could any help to get a solutioin...

My K10 has stopped working after a month. The service center says the chip needs to be replaced but on my cost. Why should i pay if the device is under warranty? Karbonn sucks, stay away from Karbonn.

No PC suite is been provided at the time of purchase... what should i do now????

KARBONN K10 mobile is a total 0 (ZEERO) . This company is a total flop thinking of making easy money by fooling people. No one should ever go for Karbonn mobiles. I have purchased one and thought of gifting it to someone but this BULL KARBONN mobile is not worth even for a free gift. Nokia was, is and will always remain the best!

If anyone calls in this Karbonn K10 mobile their voice echoes back and this not only bugs them but me indirectly as i've made the biggest mistake investing on this karbonn k10 mobile. Kindly help...[protected]@yahoo.co.in

I purchased KC750, it hangs when I try to take call!!! also battery back-up is only 1.5 to 2 hrs max... worst mobile i have ever come accross... horrible

I am Arindam Roy .I am from kolkta on 5.3.2010 i bought Karbonn k10 but unfortunetly my k10 lence was broken several time i visit in service center but every week they told me that it will be come in next week but 8 months gone they failur to provide me a lence at last i sold my new k10 in 500 rs i am totally fastreated with karbonn service the wastest company ever i see, rubbish.

I purchesed karbon 10 phone in BIG.C IN Hanamkonda on 20 march 2010...but it they told it support the GPRS AND E-MAIL facilities but in this phone GPRS NOT SUPPORTED SO PLS solve my problem

We started a new mobile shop at vadakara and purchased few Karbonn mobiles from Karbonn perambra dealer. He is the person who deal all karbonn mobiles in vadakara. Most of the phones are not working properly and all karbonn mobiles are stucked in my shop.I spoke to the concerned person but now a days he is not picking my phone and he is not comming to our shop.

Karbonn mobiles waste, no servicing, no life, all so customers worried, so don't buy carbonnmobiles

I am one of your ill- faited customer beleiving your enchanting advertisement and with an intension to support new products, I purchaised a KARBONN mobile(K443)(M imei [protected])(s imei [protected]) from"MOBILITY" Trivandrum. The fate of this K443 is to spend its time in the service center. It was in december 2009 i bought the set in july 2010 its display became complaint and after 2 months waiting i got it repared from your sevice center "MINNUS" mobile Trivandrum. After 3 months again the handset showed another problem of BECOMING HEAT. Then again i approached m|s "minnus" mobiles Trivandrum. After 2 month"s study and reseach they found the disease and cured it. Now after 4 months again its display has become complaint and the screen is just a white one. I am ashamed myself to go again to the service center with the same set and same disease. Kindly inform me what to do??? and how to do???. Earlier i have advised many of my friends to buy KARBONN mobiles now i am in a trap. I think that it is your prime duty to protect the GOOD WILL(if any) of your product and to find solve the grievence of a customer. I expect a positive response to this matter or else i will be forced to resort to other alternatives which will be unpleasent for you.
