[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — Service
The most waste service I have ever experienced in my life.
Either you make your products with good quality or provide us good service center with better people.
I have a K330 phone of karbon, I bought it from univercell on Jan 2010.
I’ll never buy any product from Univercell as well.
Till date, I had around 5 complaints with the phone and the service was too poor.
I think you have outsourced your service to one of waste service center like United telelinks.
They will ask us to fill the forum with mob number and they will not call us back. Even if we are calling Most of the time they won’t pick cal and if we got connected, they will say no stock, sent to head office and it require one more week etc.
My last experience was brutal… I asked lady that, it’s been over 2 weeks, she simply hung up the call.
