My name is vivek Gupta I am from allahabad utter Pradesh. Sir I purchase a karbonn titanium s5 mobile phone from market date 6 may 2013 , IMEI NO [protected] at 11900rs after using one month the touch of that phone not work without any reason. I am sending it to service centre at allahabad date 11 June 2013. Service centre tells me that phone will be send to company for rapairing and U have to come after 15 days. After 15 days they tell me that phone not repair yet and U have to come after next 15 day but there is no any guarantee that phone will ready. So i am requesting U please will U follow this. The job card no is KJASPUP140613K10777 and attached job card picture with this mail. If they R not able to repair early then they can give me extension in warranties for these period which going in all this.

I gave my karbonn A26 mobile phone to their service centre on 6th october 2014.The problem is I need a backdoor.Still I have not recieved my phone in hand.They are postponding the dates for giving my phone .I faced a bad experience about Karbonn company.Still the reason they give is the backdoor is still not yet ready.please help me to get my phone back in hands.
