[Resolved]  Koryo AC — Split AC problem

Koryo AC — AC problem not solved

I purchased 0.8 Ton AC 7 months back.In first 3 months it was working fine but when we switchen on in April 2010 i came to know that Gas is leaking and they have taken for refilling it.Now when they fitted my AC , again it creates irritating noise. I called up KORYO they sent a techinical person and he said its all because of vibration.I really dont understand why suddeny it happend last year it was working fine .

I am still looking for resolution from KORYO ?

CALLED UPON 1ST GENERAL SERVICE,AGST COMPLAINT NO 266534 LODGED ON 13/10/2010. ON REMINDERS TWICE A DAY NOBODY HAS TURNED UP TILL DATE, EVEN AFTER SPEAKING TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITES NO ACTION TAKEN . ONLY FALSE PROMISES EVERYDAY. I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND THE REASON BEHIND THIS, PLS EXPLAIN.....................
