[Resolved] LG AC 1.5 TON — LG AC and LG Worst Customer Care Support in the world | |
We are having facing lot of problem and extremely dissappointed with LG AC and LG Customer Care Services both. We purchased the AC in september 2011 and is under gaurantee by LG till september 2012. Problems with AC AC doesn't cool sometimes it gives code error H1 for about half an our or more. AC is not at all cooling the room less than temperature 30 degrees. AC is throwing water many times. We logged a complaint with complaint number RNA[protected] for the AC on the 30th May, 2012 with executive Raj at customer care . He said engineer will approach you within 24 hours. 3 days have been passed, no body even called us. On, 2nd June, we called customer care again, and informed him again with the exisiting complaint number, the executive, Happy, said I am putting your complaint on urgent basis and engineer will reach you soon. After waiting for around 1 hour in room with has non-cooling LG AC under warranty, we have not received any call from anybody from LG. We called back again to the customer care, and there was a new executive sitting there to fool the customers, he given us mobile number-[protected] of LG, Ghaziabad, which is always coming busy for last five hours. We called again to the customer care, and asking to give us exact time, when the engineer will reach us? He said you can speak to our senior named Pooja Mathur, her number-[protected] is also going busy since 5 hours.In a day we had called 'n' number of times at your customer care number but no response. Summer season is going on, not winter that we can wait for such a long time for your service person to come. Name of your executives to whom we spoke today- Raj, Kuldeep, Happy & Priyanka. We want our issue to get solved today itself at any cost. On, 2nd night around 1.30 am, when the heat was intolerable, we called [protected], [protected] number many times but no one picked up, in the morning we received a call from [protected] and he told our engineer will reach you at 9-9.30 am surely. But it was all waste. Now Customer care executives are putting the call on hold always and the above numbers are not picking up the phone. We dont know from where we can repair this AC, should we go to any repairing shop and pay money for a gauranteed AC by LG. Where should we complaint as no one from LG is interested, where is the higher authority than LG? Was this information helpful? | |

LG 1.5ton AC — Customer Care
I have lodged a complaint regarding the LG 1.5 ton Ac last month.A service representative visited my place and repaired the AC and charged me 3 thousand. Even i have applied for AMC on paying some amount.
But with in one week of time, the Ac again encountered same problem.
On 9th of this month, I have lodged a complaint.
Complaint No : C[protected]
I have called them 12 times till today but no one visited my house and yesterday i.e 14th April, i got a message saying that the complaint is closed
and the reason is 'Customer Dont want Service'.
Even after recieving the mesage i have called the customer care but got a very rude answer from them.
