I bought LG P500 (Android Phone) in June 2011. After Dec 2011, my phone started giving problems. It started hanging, response time was also very high (there was time lag). While typing messages, the alphabets were displayed after 2-3 seconds, after selecting some option, the window opened after 4-5 seconds. I went to service centre and my phone was formatted. It worked nicely for 15-20 days. Again the problem started. Recently phone developed network problem. Whenever there is an incoming call, the network goes off. From the last 3 months, I have been going to the LG Service centre every 15 days, Every time my phone is formatted. All the problems still persist. Last month the motherboard was also replaced, but that did not help either. I am fed up from the phone. Please assist me at the earliest.

    I had made a complaint regarding the non cooling of my LG A/c on 03/05/2012 by which their engineer visit on 04/05/2012 and told me that their is a leakage in the coil due to which machine is not able to cooling,i told him to take necessary action and next day 2 workers of LG had taken my a/c from my home for repairing on 12/05/2012 they bring the machine in same condition no cooling is there we again lodge a complaint in LG customer care next day engineer visited my home and told me that the problem is in Compressor we again told him to repair or change it and the very next day they had taken up the A/c and after 6-7 days on 26/05/2012 they bring up the machine by saying that we had change the compressor now your A/c is perfect but still there is no cooling.It's a humble request to u to take up the necessary action so that we can relax at our home.Kindly look into the matter at the earliest

      Kelvinator — NOT GOOD AT ALL

      Hi,
      I am Riyaz. I am using kelvinator refrigetor from last 1 year I am not at all satisfied with the product . More over i have been trying to contect with Call center i Am not getting any healthy answer from there. As i am one of the regular customer kelvinator, If I will not get any help from the company i will not buy any thing from the same company & and would insist to other also no take anything from this company.

        Washing machine top loading type developed repair in the bowl spin . Spinning was not uniform and it wips . The Machine was sent to their authorised service point by name M/S Lakshmi tronix,Indira Gandhi Road, Fair Lands Salem, Ph No.[protected]. The machine was taken for servicing on 19th May 2012, and until 25th May 2012, they have not done anything to the machine. When followed up we got the feed back that no service person available . As I got frustated with the service provider, I have asked them to return the machine. The machine is available for dumping in the garbage. Lousy people!!!

        LG Electronics/washing machine — no service

        I purchased LG washing machine model WD 8001 CI 10 years back. I had lodged complaint on 16th of June but till date nothing has been done to rectify the same. Technicians who visited were useless. LG has shown inability to rectify as they cant locate diagram of 10 years old model. No washing machine requires such service before 10 years. If LG cant locate details of their own product then who will purchase LG products with this kind of service
        Me too lodged a complaint to LG regarding the same model purchased during 2000. Service people say no parts available (rubber washer at the front door needs replacement)

        I have the same issue. Washing machine model WD 8001C parts are not available as per the service centre.
        Not sure how to raise this issue with LG.

        On top of this, Service centre says that they will charge for visit charges and transportation...dont they know by looking at the machine if the parts are available or not?

        This is ridiculuos from a organization like LG.

            I had purchased LG window AC MODEL NO.LWN1865BC on[protected] . Last year in around June the Gas got leaked & we got it repaired from LG service center which took around Rs.1700/- .Now this year also again the Gas leaked on[protected]. I booked complaint via Job NO. RNA[protected] and the company's engineer (Mr. Waseem Akram )came .On checking the AC he said that the Gas leakage is their & it needs to be sent to service center ,no other problem ,as he checked the AC 2-3 times. The same day AC was taken to service center. Next day I get call from the service center & being told that coil is also damaged & charges for that is around Rs. 2000/- apart from refilling of Gas which is around Rs.1900/-. .that is total around 4000/-. (with a guarantee of three months for leakage only).
            When a comp. charges too much for refilling of gas & every year we had to get it refilled that it shows very poor service of the Brand.
            An engineer checks AC , finds a fault ,updates customer & after sending the same set to the service center ,new problems / defects are told & being asked to pay more .It shows that their is Comp's system fault , as the different persons are giving different defects for the same set.
            The customer is having no other option but to get it repaired from the center.

              I have raised a complaint for my LG window AC (RMA[protected] on 18th May 2012. The engineer visited our home on 7th May and told us that the AC need to be taken to workshop for Gas refilling and will be picked within day or two.

              Since then there is no response from the service centre. I have followed up with the customer care 2 times and they have provided me with the Noida service centre phone number[protected] calling on which do not respond.

              Now I am planning to get it repaired on a local vendor.

              I will not recommend any body to sign their AMC servicing contract as their service is really pathetic.

                LG is not a reliable company at all. I have purchased two door refrigerator last year and it stops working now. I have registered so many complaints to LG corporate office, service centre in Greater Noida. While talking to them numerous times, they had this new story everytime, spare part out of stock... and order...., engineer will come...., what the the engineer didn’t rang you...., wait I connect you with him……long hold for approx.. 20 min, yes, it’s true that I have waited for 20 min to trace whats going on. Later I told the guy to provide me Managers contact number as I was too annoyed with the system. He gave me his number, after ringing the manager(Mr. Ram Chandra, Greater Noida) he assured and promised me that he will call me after investigating the same, but he didn’t rang (SAT 19 May). After when I tried ringing him his mobile was switched off. This shown how hardworking they are. I again rang service centre to get senior managers number this time, they hesitated to provide the same, but finally gave Mr. Atul Wadhwa (Branch Service Manager), after ringing him, I didn’t understood my problem instead listening he said I am driving, I am in a meeting, finally I got a call from someone assuring that he is delivering one standby fridge after a day (Mon 21st May) . Still now I have not got any standby fridge or any problem sorted. AT THE END THAY ACTUALLY DON’T WANT TO LISTEN. NO SUPPORT, NOW THEY ARE DISCONNECTING MY PHONE. TELL WHAT TO DO. THIS IS REALLY AWAFULL.

                  I have bought a 42 inches LCD of LG in Jan-2008 for Rs 76000 and it has all of a sudden stopped working.When contacted the LG people, they refuse to do anything as they say that the product has become Obsolete and I was advised by the LG dealer Ms. Maximo LG service to sell the 42 LCD to them for Rs 15000.

                  Please help me to get my LCD repaired or Replaced as i was promised 65000 hours of back up by the LCD and also 15 years of functioning.

                    This complaint is regarding our LG window AC service .I logged the complaint regarding the Ac Cooling,under complaint No. RNA[protected] .Two Persons came from LG at our residence and they told us that there is a gas leakage from our AC for which they took the AC out with them to service station to rectify it .But when they came after 10 days to fit the AC back,then they didn't close the AC lid properly and it was open (which I saw later when they were gone) .They charged me Rs1640 for repairing the AC gas.I logged the complaint again under complaint no. RNA[protected] ,after doing several calls for my AC open lid.Two executives came who told us that the AC lid clip is broken by the executives who came to fix it earlier .Now ,they have put a cello tape to close it .Is this a way that a Professional company is dealing with the consumers complaints ??Pathetic services by LG as nobody in the service station is ready to respond to the clients complaints after doing several calls.Moreover ,nobody is picking up the calls in service station .I am a senior citizen (62 years old) ,they have tortured me badly .Now I want an answer as what should i do as after coming from LG service station my AC lid is broken by LG executives only & who will repair it??

                    LG — Broken AC during Service

                    Sir/Madam,

                    On 10th April, 2009, I called LG service engineer to service my Air Conditioner. During service, the engineer broke the digital panel of the Air conditioner. As a result, the Air Conditioner stopped working. When I told him to repair the AC, he told me that he did not have the part with him at that time. He assured me to get my Air conditioner repaired on that same day. I also logged a request at the LG Service Call Center.
                    The Complaint Number is: C[protected] and the LG service center name is: Newcon Air, Tri Nagar, Delhi.
                    After that I did not hear even for a single time from LG, Even I complained for the same many time, but no response from them.
                    I also sent mails to LG Customer Care many times, but no response received. My AC is not working. Please help.

                    LG Window AC — POOR SERVICE

                    I have bought LG window AC in 2006 & continously taking its AMC from last 3-4 years.This year in first week of May i made a call to cutomer care for servicing as well as for renew of AMC , but no person came . I called the same again many times (every time a new call id is given) but no one came & one day phone of Mr Shaurav came & he says that i am not having Form for renew of AMC so not coming & May month gone neither servicing nor AMC renewed.
                    On 17 th june , Ac gone out of order i called again & Mr Girish came & said compressure o[censored]r AC has to change & it will cost Rs 7500/- bcoz ur AMC has not yet renewed. Now tell me AMC is not renewed bcoz o[censored]r fault then why should i bear it.Girish has given me the contact no of Ms Shewta

                    After that i called Ms Shewta at service sentre , she took 2 days to say me no & gave me Mob no of Ms Nikita.

                    then i called Ms Nikita , she says i will talk about the same with Shewta & revert back. after that i hv not yet got any response from them . If i called them they don't pick the phone

                    Service Request No.: RNA[protected] on Friday 1st June 2012!!!

                    I have a Window AC and wanted to do a service for the same, as the AC is tripping off very frequently, I have an AMC going on as well for this window AC No. 018110 for the same.

                    I am really surprised, that after getting the Service Request no. on Friday and an SLA of 24 hours nobody till date called me for the service even though again today I called up the helpline number (which again is a pain, as I have to try atleast 15-20 times to get hold of the customer care guy) to ask about the status and he informed me that somebody will be coming today to do the service.

                    I am holding all the products of LG and really very surprised and pissed off the way the service of the AC is handled even though I have the AMC.

                    Can somebody look into it and send somebody urgently as I need my AC to be working !?!

                      I had purchased LG P970 on January this year. Within two days the display damaged (dark line in display) and the shopper (Mobility, TVM) replaced with a new one. This again damaged in two weeks and I submitted to LG Service center TVM (kesavadasapuram) and got replaced with a new set from company, after waiting for three weeks. Now (it is 5th month after purchased) the display damaged again and when I presented to the service agent, they replied that nothing can do. Told me that there are water presence inside the mobile so that they are helpless and no warranty also. I was handling the set with more care as it is expensive one and didn't wet in my knowledge.

                      The service agent says that the main board want to replace and this costs almost similar to a new set. The mobile was bought with 1 year replacement warranty on damage or stolen.

                        I bought a LG AC back in 2008 which is under AMC since last 3 years.

                        From the day i bought it, there were signs of water leakage and condensing of ice. Every Time i complain about the water leakage problem, some technician comes and does a quick fix, but the problem again pops up in few days. I have made n number of calls for this issue which still persists,

                        I am fed up with the AC and the leakage problem. LG has a bunch of good for nothing technicians who cannot resolve a simple issue.

                        I would never recommend anyone to opt for LG products given its low product quality complimented with even worse customer service.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had bought a 42 inches LG LCD ( 42LC4R ) from Cams Corner here in Kolkata. The LCD is now 4 years old and it has all of a sudden stopped functioning. The service people of LG was called and they came and checked the same and they communicated the same that a spare part of the TV is not working so it has been ordered and they will replace it. But now a month has passed that no one came and instead I receive a call from the Service centre that my LCD has become Obsolete and the spare part is now not available. Please help me as my LCD costed me Rs 76,000. Kindly help me to contact the LG electronics senior people and kindly get my LCD replaced.

                            I have bought my AC in a finance scheme for Reliance Digital at an out-let in Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 18th, May, 2012. The representatives/sales men in out-let had specifically committed that my AC will be installed the very next day. However till now no one has come to install the same and the AC is laying ideally at my place. Not only the company personnel have deceived me into buying the product from them on the pretext of false commitments but they have resorted to unfair trade practice in so far as that they have falsely represented, that the standard, quality and grade of services shall be as per best industrial practice. I have been inflicted with immense inconvenience and mental harassment. The injury and loss has directly flown from the negligence of the Company and has effected my legally protected interest, thus it pertinently attracts Section 14(1)(d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and an award of compensation is sine qua non.

                              i HAD PURCHACED A LG AIR CONDITIONER TWO YEARS BACK..ON 2-4-2011 IT WAS DETECTED WITH WATER LEAKAGE AND THE COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED WITH LG CUSTOMER SERVICE.[JOB N0-RNA[protected]],A TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY HOME ON 4-4-11 AND AFTER THE PRELIMINARY CHECK UP,TOLD ME THAT WATER LEAKAGE COULD BE RECTIFIED BY DOING MAINTENANCE SERVICE.ACTUALLY THE LEAKAGE WAS DUE TO THE BLOCKAGE OF DRAINAGE TUBE,INSTEAD O[censored]NBLOCKING IT,THE TECHNICIAN DID THE WHOLE SERVICE AND HE DID CHARGED ME FOR THAT .BUT THAT COMPLAINT STILL PERSISTS ,,,i HAVE FREQUENTLY CONTACTED THAT TECHNICIAN ,BUT HE IS REFUSING TO TURN UP..HENCE I URGE YOU TO INTERVENE IN THIS MATTER URGENTLY AND ASK THE LG AUTHRITIES TO GET IT REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY

                                My name is adesh kumar, I have LG TV at home , which is causing some problems, but companies agent at concerned place who is supposed to provide service is not at all entertainig our calls, He do not receive calls & even if he receives, only promices to come but havn't shown his face till now. We have never expected this kind of service from LG, I want to raise this issue to higher level.And i am anticipating some kind of action.
                                Service is very BAD and from 10-11 MONTHS not get TV repaired
                                i registered a complaint LG TV before 10-11 months from LG customer care in muradnagar ,
                                So LG service man take away the TV kit for testing and now we are tired to call them to fix our kit to TV. They are just pushing us saying that some more days required, From 10-11 months that guy is repairing our new branded TV's KIT. This is so iresponcible service given by LG sERVICE CENTRE MURADNAGAR.

                                We have purchased LG TV before 4-5 months from LG showroom in Chinchwad, and now TV gets problem of sencers and picture fluctuation.
                                So LG service man take away the defected parts for testing and now we are tired to call them to fix our parts to TV. They are just pushing us saying that some more days required, From 3-4 weeks that guy is repairing our new branded TV's parts. This is so iresponcible service given by LG customer care.

                                  I HAVE PURCHASED LG DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR LAST YEAR ON[protected]. IT HAS THE PROBLEM IN THE FREEZING SYSTEM. THE FREEZER DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. FOR THAT I HAVE COMPLAINED TO LG CUSTOMER CARE, AND THE EXECUTIVE HAS COME FROM LG CARE. HE CHECKED ALL THE THINGS., HE FOUND NOTHING DEFECTIVE IN THAT. BUT MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED TILL NOW. THE REFRIGERATOR HAS COST ME 18000 LAST YEAR, AND IN SUCH PRODUCT, I AM FACING SUCH PROBLEM WHICH MAY BE PRIMARY REQUIREMENT OF THE CUSTOMER.
                                  I WANT SOLUTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. OR I HAVE TO GO FOR LEGAL.

                                    I have given the complaint on around 10/Apr/2012 my window AC is not cooling properly, after that they have taken that AC to workshop return back after 3 days. At that time i am not running my AC since the weather is ok , but after 1 month I started my AC and again it was not cooling properly , Engineer came and told me compress is not working again my AC went to workshop and yesterday it came . But again it was not cooling and even now the temperature setting is not working properly. Please help me on this ASAP.

                                      I would recommended not to buy LG products, I have purchased the LG fridge & washing machine from Croma reputed shop.
                                      After 1-2 month we noticed that there is an issue with fresh zone tray of the fridge which falls down when we bring it out.
                                      We make a complaint the service simply comes and check says you could put even 1/2 kg because of it falling and you have to puch tray slowly so it will not fall ..this is something we are not expecting It could be an minor thing but irritates us as we remove and falls down sometime.
                                      I make another complaint on this on june 2012...Again service guy come and told us that model is that u need to pull out fresh zone tray completely ...again surprised both answer is matched ...It is a 190 lts fridge purchased at around 11000. Now we this its an manufacturing defective piece they have send to us.
                                      Even Croma where we buy did not help much and ask us to check with them only
                                      I only want to say do not go with either of LG product...

                                      Don't buy whirlpool fridge I had too much problem with it. After 2 years It stooped working. I was without Fridge for three months in summer.
                                      for 3 month I was complaining them. After fighting I got some refund back. Now I decided to buy LG fridge.

                                        I PURCHASED A LG MICROWAVE(MJ3281CG-DDRQEIL) ON 1ST WEEK OF APRIL. ALONG WITH THAT I PURCHASED REFRIGERATOR AND WASHING MACHINE. MICROWAVE IS NOT WORKING FROM THE FIRST DAY. CALLED TO SERVICE STATION ON THE SAME DAY BUT ITS MORE THAN A MONTH. NO BODY IS RESPONDING FOR MY ISSUE. AFTER SPEAKING TO SO MANY PEOPLE STILL NO RESPONSE. NO BODY IS GIVING ME THE COMPLAINT NUMBER ALSO. AFTER A MONTH A TECH GUY CAME TO MY PLACE AND BREAK THE CHASES AND SAID MOTOR IS NOT WORKING NEED TO REPLACE. ON A BRAND NEW PRODUCT NOT EVEN COOKED FOR ONCE AND SOMEBODY SAY PART IS NOT FINE IT SHOWS THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT. BEING A CUSTOMER CAN UNDERSTAND IT A ELECTRONIC PRODUCT CAN GO BAD BUT ON THE FIRST DAY IF ITS NOT WORKING FINE SHOWS THAT IT WAS NOT CHECKED IN FACTORY BEFORE SHIPPING TO CUSTOMER. NOW CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY HIS TIME TO MAKE IT WORKING. THE WORSE PART IS NO BODY IS RESPONDING IN PROPER MANNER. MY TRUST TOWARD THE BRAND IS BROKE. PEOPLE WHO PUT A COMPLAINT ON MY CASE LATER STOP PIKING THE PHONE ALSO. THE BIGGEST IRONY OF THE SITUATION IS ITS A WORLD BRAND NAME. IT HAPPEN THAT THE PRODUCT CAN GO BAD BUT WHAT BOUGHT THE SERVICES, HOW ANY SERVICE STATION CAN STOP GIVING THE SERVICES OR NOT EVEN BOTHERING BOUGHT THE SERVICES. I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THE NAME OFF ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ALL DENIED TO SUPPORT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. KIRAN FROM LG SERVICE STATION INDUSTRIAL AREA PHASE 2 CHANDIGARH. SHE GAVE ME HER ASM(SAHIL) NUMBER TO CALL BUT HE DID NOT PICK MY PHONE CALLED 5 TIMES. I CAN UNDERSTAND PERSON MIGHT ME BUSY BUT CAN CALL BACK BUT NO RESPONSE.
                                        I'M COMPLETELY DISSATISFY WITH PRODUCT COMPANY AND SERVICES THE MAIN. THIS MY HUMBLE REQUEST PLEASE CONSIDER MY PROBLEM AND LOOK FORWARD FOR IT.
