I bought Split wall mounted 1.5 tons AC of LG. Model # AAA74133202 on 23rd March,2012 from Metro Cash and Carry Kolkata. After that, upon repetative request finally Metro sent electrician to install the AC on 31st March. They charged us Rs 2500, did a lousy job, stole parts provided in LG package, no earthing was done and cannot switch on the AC. Wires are hanging all over, and there is a danger of short circuit if I switched on the AC. The people who installed were from Sree Tara Electronics who claimed to be authorised by LG. When we went to complaint to LG service center, they said only LG personnel are suppossed to come and install LG AC, and that Metro has cheated me big time. I want an answer, as to why a store like Metro cheated me this way and what are they going to do to overcome that.
When LG personnel came, they were shocked to see the defective way the AC was installed and that these people stole the switch, wires and so many things provided by LG. They said they cannot do anything right now, and will come in a month for servicing. In the meantime, they advised us to get in touch with Metro and have them sent electrician to install the AC properly, so that we can use it in scorching heat of summer. Please help.

LG / Window AC — AC Service
I purchased LG window AC from soft vision(LG Dealer, Faridabad), as my AC doesn't cool properly, Instead of giving so many follow ups Since Purchasing in 2006 and registering so many complaints to this dealer and Customer Care Executive, no body is entertainning, everytime customer care People keep on saying that it will be done shortly and then they are lying that our executive came to your Place but shop was Closed, The Nature of Business I have, I cant keep my office closed in working Hours, Literally making fools, then why the hell I will keep on calling them again and again...am I so idle.These Cusomer Care People Keep on Putting me on Hold for more than 15 min in order to forward my call to Senior, but everything no body turns up, call gets Disconnect.I cant recall all the names but some are Sahil, Ashish, Deepak, Shambu, Zaheer and Rohan the Supervisor who is always busy or not on the floor.I seriously want action to be taken.
