I purchased SPLIT AC of LG Company on dt.[protected] from Nishant Sales, Akola (Bill No.751 Dt.[protected]
AC is still in Warranty Period. From last 2 Months I am facing various problems in AC such as NOISE, LESS COOLING.
I made complaint of these issues to local LG Service Centre on 02-06-12 but I did not got any responce from Service Centre.
then I made complaint on LG Customer Care No. [protected] on 14.06.12 (Complaint No. RNA[protected] Dt.[protected]. After 4-5 days, Technician Came but he was not able to resolve the complaint and said that He will come back again in 2-3 days but no one came.
I made complaint for 2nd time on[protected]Complaint No. RNA[protected] Dt.[protected] then after 2-3 days technician came and said that the Blower & Bush of AC need to be changed but we don't have any of these spares in stock. Local service centre incharge said that they forwarded order to company but they are not getting any responce from company. Also He said that they did not received any payment from LG COmpany since last 3 months, so he will solve the complaint after confirmation from Company.
My complaint is not solved till date. Please do the needful. thanks.

Hi,

I have a complaint with LG pending for more than a month.Thsi is wrt my TV which was not working. LG replaced a part worth 2000. However the TV is still not working. LG personnel again visted my house and took the part and have not returned or provided any positive response. Its been more than amonth now.

i have gave my microwave oven for service at service center at pondicherry on Jan 10, 2009. But they returned us without any service saying spare-parts are not available on Dec 7, 2009. i request you to concern my complaint as much as possible.

    I am dismayed to find that L G is not interested in giving after sales service to its customers.I bought L.G`s F8068 washing machine on 06/09/11. It broke down within 10 months of purchase i.e during first week of June 2012. I registered 4 complaints at regular intervals. Till now ( 10/7/2012) L.G has taken no steps to repair the machine. No body cares at the service centre at thiruvananthapuram to answer my phone calls especially the Customer service complaint Number([protected]).
    This raises a big question. Do L.G is interested only in selling their products. Why don`t they take steps to improve their image by giving better service.
    I have been trying to get my fridge fixed for over a year. I've lost track of how many times I've called LG for help only to be told they can't even find a record of me making the purchase. Once they find it they can't find any reocrd of service calls so they refuse to replace it. I've had so many parts break on it and it freezes up to the point where I have to empty it, unplug it and leave for a couple days to unfreeze. No one returns phone calls and they never let you speak to the same person twice. Truly the worst service ever and because I bought it at the Brick (who has also been of little help) I will never purchase LG or from the Brick again.

    LG — Poor customer service

    I bought one LG split Air Conditioner to my house but within a month the oscillator was not working I came to know that the product was damaged during the errection and complained about this i was said that it has to be replaced and they have no stock at that moment and fixed it with the glue. three month back i contacted them with the same complaint still the same reply no stock . For the past three months they are giving me the same reply. I don't know what those people are doing without attending they the faults. Iam really fed up with their attitude.

    I introduce my self I am one of your customer ( LG ) past five mostly my all home appliance are LG only, I have three 1.5 window A/C, one 2ton sprit A/C, 29inches TV, refrigerator after this incidence I buy one auto drum type washing machine, we really satisfied cost & quality, but unfortunately my 29 inches cooler TV was busted due lightning in this rain season, many times I register my complaints to your toll free number, for your reference I give your service engineers mobile no and my residential add below, lot of struggle back your service engineer just come and take a report of my TV only, there after no response form LG, several time I touch with your customer care hot line numbers, poor feed back .

    L.G — Monitor goes physical damage due to lack of engineer awareness.

    Dear L.G Team,
    This is regarding the complaint regarding the Complaint no.N9C52303765 was logged by me on 23.05.2209 for the monitor button problem while opening the monitor the monitor locked was broken by the engineer visited I have same told to the engineer to get that rectified but they told me that he will update me for the same later on & fill the customer feedback form for the signature but I never signed that form. Than after I called the engineer on 30.05.2009 but his response is to rude with me said that told me after one more week. Then I call to the L.G customer care on[protected] they again provide me another complaint no. N9C53007799. I don’t understand why they provide me another Complaint no. if one complaint is already running with the same user for the issue.
    Now my monitor is not in GOOD condition locks is completely broken. So please rectify my problem ASAP. Waiting for the prompt response toward your customer.

    And request you to please don’t this kind of engineers to the customer visit those not able to resolve the issue but increase the incident.

    L.G — Aircondition

    have purchased an AC-LG( bearing model no-LSA18TWASI,Serial no-803DXKD000767})from SANDHYA ENTERPRISE, Silchar , Assam ,on dated 18.9.08. Since installation no engineer has visited. As I got 3 free servicing. But it s a matter of great sorrow that no one is willing to attend the complaint.The AC has stopped working properly. I have passed my whole summer season for want of cooling. This is the worst product i have ever bought. I m frustrated a lot and sincerely speaking wants to get legal help in the case.

    Hi,

    From the day1 of window AC purchase we are facing the problem,
    Date of purchase : 13-sep-2009, and under AMC for 2 years .
    Window A/c , Model LWA3EW1DF1

    We are very frustrated with LG service , very very worst service. I have booked the complaint on 14-june-11, but got the call on 15-june and we was informed that the same problem exists that we got last month it has been repeated so it needs to be taken to workshop, which is leakage of gas in cylinder.
    But till this date & time (21-June-11)we did not get any response from any of executive neither the AC was taken to workshop.

    I would address this issuse to the concern top management people to take the necessary action needed.

    L.G — hanging and battery problem,multitasking

    2 montha later i have purchase l,d optimus 2x. I thought this mobile would be the best mobile as compared to sony and samsung in performance.. but from tha first day im getting new problems day by day with this handsets.. battery charging problem ,batterry backup problem ,poor camera ,multitasking problem,and in the end the handsets got hanged and that's it....

    i have horreble experience with l.g customer care in lucknow,they don't show me no expected estimate,no due date ,simply add one by one in bill,worst service experience in my life.
    even they don't ready to pick my phone.
    l.g. very poor services like a roadside service centre,really shamefull for a big tag name L.G.
    compalint solved but this is not enough from L.G, should take some disciplinery action against l.g service center for poor services given to their customer's.

    I have a LG TV that I bought new a few years back with the above model number and serial number. It started to have some problems and I called the LG customer care on 26/04/2012. The Coimbatore customer care technician showed up at my house two days later to check the TV. But sadly he did not bring the right tools to service the TV onsite and when he tried to replace one of the faulty chips, he caused damage to the PCB tracks as he did not have the proper tools to solder the chip to the board. (Who is going to take responsible for that track damage?) So after he changed the chip, the TV was not working and he had to take the circuit board back to the service center for further servicing. He brought back the board after a few days and when he installed it back in the TV, many of the features stopped working. So this time he wanted to take the TV back to the service center for further repairs as asked me to deliver the TV.
    So on 12/5/2012 I delivered the TV to the LG service center. It has been more than 2 weeks since I gave the TV for servicing at the center and I am yet to get a proper response on when my TV will be fixed and delivered back to me. I tried calling your customer care but to no avail, they also did not provide me with any proper response or what should be my next steps to get my TV fixed. I was particularly very offended by the response from your customer care. When I once again tried talking to the service center people, they said the company doesn’t provide the right tools to fix to make the repairs quickly. I am very disappointed in the service that LG has provided so far and regret my decision to have purchased your product.
    I hope that you can help get my TV repaired ASAP. Hoping to hear back soon with an update.

      L.G TELEVISION — CHEATING

      MY SISTER PURCHASED A L.G TELEVISION IN SHRIRAM FINANCE IN DUE BY GIVING POST DATED CHEQUES.LAST TWO CHEQUES WAS BOUNCED AND SHE PAYED THE AMOUNT TO THE SUB AGENTS WHICH IS ARRANGED BY SHRIRAM FINANCE IN THE YEAR 2006.TWO DAYS BEFORE MY SISTER RECEIVED ONE LEGAL NOTICE FROM SHRIRAM FINANCE STATED THAT SHE WAS PURCHASED A TWO WHEELER FROM SHRIRAM FINANCE.

      WE DON'T KNOW WHO IS PLAYING IN BETWEEN, ANY HOW WE ARE GOING TO MAKE A BIG ISSUE OF THIS MATTER.

        Hi,

        I am writing this post with a feeling of terrible pain which has been inflicted on me by LG servie centre. Your partner Fair Deal services have left not stone unturned in making my life miserable. It is a very bad company with very third class service. Neither do your people have empathy nor courtsey or decency to talk with customers. Whenever I call the call centre all i recieve is a fresh omplaint number and empty promises of getting it done at the earliest. I atleast expected a call from the Nodal Officer-Pooja Mathur but haven't recieved any. I have been trying your number too but haven't managed to get through.

        I would like to know if there is a TAT for LG service centre to close a call, if yes then what it is?
        I am writing in reference to complaint no. (RNA[protected] & RNA[protected] same complaint-same product). Please find the chain of events as mentioned below:



        Call registered with Call Centre:19-Jun

        Engineer Visited:22nd Jun, he asked me to send machine to workshop for chemical cleaaning as dust was coming out of machine,he assured me machine will be picked up next day

        Machine picked up:26th Jun, I asked for estimate, estimate on phone was revised from 1000 to 5000plus stating that along with cleaning, drum and gasket would be replaced

        Estimate sent to me on:02nd Jul ( in 6 days) Fairdeal services engineer claimed that he sent it to a wrong e-mail id, again i was promised that machine would be returned within 4 days

        I approved estimate on e-mail on 3rd Jul'12.

        Called Service centre on :06th Jul, eng promised machine would be given back on 07th Jun as they have shortage of manpower who could repair the machine

        Again I recieved a call on 06th Jul evening stating that they have recieved a wrong part and need to reorder it. Hence it would take another 4~5 days
        I would like to ask you people if you understand the pain a customer goes through if he is without his machine for as long as 3 weeks with no guarantee of when the machine would be returned. I have had a very bad experience with LG service and I assure you that I would never buy a LG product ever again nor would advise anyone to buy it. If you guys have to upkeep good name and reputation you must take strong action against service centres like Fairdeal which are playing with customer's emotions and money. Thanks for your THIRD CLASS SERVICE and WRETCHED service experience with your service centre!!!!

          The AC was working good for the past two months (April and May). Suddenly there was some degradation in the cooling performance. So I Contacted your Customer care and complained this issue yesterday( 11-Jun-2012). Today(12-Jun-2012) the engineer cam and inspected the AC and Replied back that there is a Gas Leak in The Indoor Unit. My Concern is It is just 2 Months now from date of purchase and why I am getting this Gas Leak issue. So, Please Kindly replace this Indoor Unit with a new one. We are suffering here without AC in this Hot summer for the past one week and so far nothing has happened. This makes me to lose the Trust Which I have in The Brand LG.           LG Brand Split Air Conditioner — Leakage

          We Purchase 2 Air Conditioner from Endee Sales & Services Pvt. Ltd.Dt.29.01.07. After two three months the leakage problem will start up to the till date.

          LG SPLIT A/C UNIT — GAS LEAKAGE

          Dear Sir

          I have purchased a LG Split Airconditioning unit for my resindential house and the dealer has installed the machine in July 2011 from a local dealer Raju Eloectricals, Lake View Road, West Mambalam, Chennai. Since its installation, there was a gas leakage problem as a result, the a/c is not working now. After several attempts to call your service center in chennai, no response as of date. The service technician inspected the machine and promised to resolve this issue but until now, nothing has been done.

          If the problem is not resolved today, I have to resort to book a case in Consumer Court for the hardship we have been experiencing. If you cannot resolve this problem, i request you to kindly replace the a/c unit with a new one without charging any additional cost.

          Kindly confirm your immediate action.

            I had purchased an LG split AC (Model No. LSA5MP5S) on 17/03/2011 from Juneja's Circuit Mall Pvt. Ltd., Chandigarh, and had got it installed by a local authorized service center (Ganpati Electronics, SCF 12, Sun City, Rupnagar), after calling LG customer care for installation. I had paid for it accordingly. A few months later, I discovered a water leakage from my indoor unit. I called LG customer care. They had sent a technician, through the same ASC for repair. The technician simply wrapped the pipes to prevent leakage. This year, I again discovered the same problem from the same AC. I called LG customer care again. The technician from the local authorized service center (Hightech Engineers, SCF 12, Sun City, Rupnagar) and said that the AC was wrongly installed. I would need its reinstallation and I would have to pay for it.

            If the original installation was done by a authorized service center, I was not responsible for its mistake. I suppose, LG should accept the responsibility. Why I should pay for a reinstallation, if the fault is on the LG side ? I again called LG customer care and was advised to talk to Mrs. Kiran Sharma. who told me that I do not have to pay for reinstallation. However, when the reinstallation was done, the technician asked for the payment and asked me to call the service center owner for further clarification. I talked to that person, who said that Mr. Chopra, another customer care person, told him to settle the matter with partial payment. I was forced to pay the same.

            I further talked to Mr. Chopra, who simply does not have any proper explanation for any of my questions and dropped the phone call all on a sudden. He said that as I have paid for it now, nothing can be done. I asked him why he is talking in favor of the service center and not in favor of the customer. He could not answer. He believed that I had installed my AC with an unauthorized person, and did not call LG for the problem within a few months after the purchase. Both his allegations are simply wrong, which he cannot now accept.

            I had lost my good faith in the customer service of LG. Now, I wish that LG should return my payment (Rs. 600 + Rs. 450 for service charge) for the reinstallation and the necessary compensation for this harassment. LG should take the moral responsibility of the mistake that its authorized technician had done and should do the needful for its reversal to retain my trust and faith in the company's policy.

            Please note that I am a loyal customer of LG. I have a 2-door refrigerator, a microwave oven, two split ACs, a LCD TV, a DVD player - all from LG.

              MY PRODUCT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS LCD TV SINCE 2 YRS BUT RECENTLY ITS CAUSING ME TO TROUBLE, BY AUTOMATICALLY TURNING OFF AND ON. I HAVE CHECKED MY HOUSE POWER SOURCE BY AN ELECTRICIAN AND ITS 100% FINE FOR THIS APPLIANCES. BUT WHAT I GOT FROM THE INTERNET RESOURCES THAT THIS IS A COMMON MANUFACTURING DEFECT BY LG, AND HAVE ALSO FOUND A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE ON WHICH THE POWERS SUPPLY BOARD INSIDE THE TV WAS REPLACED FREE OF COST BY LG, AS IT WAS THEIR FAULT, AND OVER THE PERIOD OF 2 AND HALF YEARS.                   I have an LG Split AC Model LSA 5 ZG 5 NTY 1,
                  The first complaint with regards to AC not cooling was made in May'12.
                  First one team came which said there was no Gas and hence will need to send someone to replace GAS. Post that the service team said Indoor unit needs a part that will need to be procured. This took almost 2 weeks plus.

                  Then once this error was corrected, Another fault with the outdoor unit was located within a few days. Fault registered RNA[protected] dated 16 June. SMS were sent, tried contacting area manager and Service centre, No response.
                  Email sent, again no response.
                  Latest response, they have ordered Compressor and are waiting for the procurement.

                  I have had to rent an window AC for which i am paying 3000/- per month rent, which was installed and removed twice.
                  In the month i used the LG A/c in between faults, the electricity consumption went up 3 times,
                  Hence, almost 1.5 months of heat, multiple calls, running after LG, getting an Ac on rent, paying double the electricity bill.....
                  the best part its been 20 days and LG HASNT BEEN ABLE TO SEND ONE COMPRESSOR....

                    LG Fridge — BAD SERVICE

                    For over a year we have had issues with our refrigerator. The indian customer service number was called and the technicians came and advised us that the gasket is faulty. This was replaced and after 2 Hello,

                    For over a year we have had issues with our refrigerator. The indian customer service number was called and the technicians came and advised us that the gasket is faulty. This was replaced and after 2 months we had the same problem of the frexxer not freezing and the refrigerator both up and down were leaking cold air. The uneducated technicians kept blaming the gasket and told us to change it again after 3 months. The actual problem lies with the hinges of the door that is affecting the alignment and contact of the gasket. This i had to figure out. Yet the foolish technicians could not figure this out. Its been over 18 months while calling the call center speaking to the manager called Deepak and Saurav and they are unable to get the parts. No action has been taken just excuses and told to call one department to the other. Please treat this as urgent because with this lousy service I will never buy LG again.
                    These are the numbers we have been calling and we refuse to pay for gasket every 3 months. If it works we will pay. The problem is the hinges which they cant get J[protected]A PART NO.

                    This is to inform you that i am totally dissatisfied with lg service of my refrigrator . I am facing problem since the day I bought this fridge that is 1 year earler and informed about the same to the dealer and LG cusomer care . But inspite of regular complaints and engineers visit the problems are not resolved till date and lg customer care has been closing th calls on its own without resolution of the problems . Some of the latest complaint nos. are N9C20301820, N9C11605533, N8CC1907552 etc. Even the same were not resolved even after LG area head of Haryana (
                    Ms. Sukriti at gurgaon) . Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problems urgently . Otherwise i will have to register the case with consumer court .
                    I had purchased a double door LG refrigerator on February 20, 2008. From December, 2008 black rust like circle started appearing on the door of the fridge. Upon Complaint made by me, the local servicemen carried it to their factory and got it repaired. They asked me to make an Annual Maitenance Contract with them. I denied for such a contract for such a new fridge. Surprisingly, as soon as the warranty period is over, problem started. The fridge has ceased to cool. today is 23rd february, 2009 and had the problem started 3 days back I could have availed the benefit of warranty. Considering the service of my earlier fridge with which I got the present one exchanged, the problem is too early. The serviceman is demanding money as the warranty period is just over.                     Its a disgusting phenomenon for a reputed company like LG.

                    LG Fridge — bad quality of service

                    We had given our refrigirator for service at your Calicut service centre. They had told me that the compressor of the fridege has to be changed and it has to come from central office. After about 2 months and repeated coaxing a few days back they braught back the fridge saying that it is now working and if you want any further service contact some other service centre. Now the fridge is working like an old steam engine. As for me, I am one of the reputed music director/ lyrics writer of kerala and has won various state/filfare awards. If this is the state of affair happenign to me I wonder what will happen to the common man.

                    All I say is that your centre should be totally rewamped to give genuine service

                    I had purchased a Refrigerator from Bansal Electrovision Pvt Ltd, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. The Refrigerator supplied to me on 3rd August 2011 was DEFECTIVE. I complained on the very next day of delivery & installation. The Engineer came & repaired it. The Fridge started giving trouble again. The engineer checked it and confirmed that it was a defective piece and agreed to have it replaced. I also contacted the supplier Bansal Electrovision Pvt Ltd, who said in a matter of fact manner that our business is to sell and not to repair or replace!! (Sic!)
                    Since no response was forthcoming from anywhere, I registered a complaint on 12th August on your Customer care no [protected] and again through your website on 23rd August 2011. Its been over 10 days now and no response as yet. The Customer care no [protected] only forwarded a reminder on 24th & 25th August. The Customer Care Office at [protected] did not pick up the phone nor did the officer on cell no. [protected].

                      I had called LG Customer care on 30th June for Window AC servicing. Service Request Number was RNA[protected].I was promised Service Engineer will contact me within next 24 hours. I called up LG customer care again on 2nd July as I didnt recieved any call from Engineer. LG customer care was pathetic and there response was they will send reminder to engineer team and gave me number of someone called pooja. That numuber is never picked by anyone as that is always busy. I called up LG customer care on 4th July again as no engineer called me. Again there response was they will send reminder to Engineer team.And surprising was they told me "you know LG service is bad why do you buy LG products".Still after 96 hours no one called me from LG team and i am planning to get AC serviced from local vendor.

                          I have LG split a.c model no. LSA5MB3NL1 under AMC . Problem with drainage leakage and low air flow have mad complaint made on 23/06/2012 comp no. RNA [protected] and RNA [protected]. After numerous time but my surprise no technician come after several reminder to service centre today is 04/07/2012. LG is very bad in AMC contract so please guys you should not go for AMC after expiry of normal warranty or garrenty and please be noted not to buy LG product .

                            Last year (Oct’08) I had bought LG Refrigerator (250 Ltrs) at Vivek & Co, T Nagar, Chennai. Six months back my refrigerator had a problem (No cooling effect), I called LG customer service immediately technician came and repaired the fridge and it was working fine.

                            Last month (15 days back) my refrigerator had a similar problem (No cooling effect) again I called LG cust care, but no one turned up we got a call from a technician and he asked the problem over phone and he instructed to remove all the stuff out side and he told us to rotate the control knob to number 3 position and keep the fridge open for half a day, we’ve done the same cooling was ok.

                            Again last week 25th Sep’09 cooling was not there again I called cust care on 26th Sep’09 and I explained the whole problem we had faced, this time they registered the complaint (ID S9C[protected] same day technician came and checked the fridge and told us gas level is low I’ll send a person to fill the gas. On 28th Sep’09 one technician came and opened the fridge back side and checked the gas level, then he checked the freezer and told there is problem with cooling coil it’s not working. He told us some one from LG service will come tomorrow and take your fridge and repair cooling coil and we’ll fill the gas, we’ll take two days time to rectify the problem. 29th Sep’09 again I called Cust care and quoted the ID no. the person responded told me our technician will call with in 2-3 hrs but NO one has called (or) came to take the fridge.

                            My concern is…
                            Why the technician is not identified the problem at the first instance.
                            Why two different technicians telling us two different problems.
                            Why I should do follow up with cust care so many times to attend this problem.
                            And till date NO one came to house, fridge is lying as its where condition for the past 15 days.

                            Note:
                            Before I bought LG fridge I had Godrej fridge and I was using since 1998, but I never had this kind of pathetic/unsatisfactory service issue which I am facing with LG. Now I regret why I bought LG fridge.

                            LG refrigerator, 320 litre Frost free, lotus red bought on[protected] from Kohinoor Tele Video( A unit Of Ganesh Tele Video), Thane. Only the freezer is working but a lot of frost accumulating in the freezer. No cooling in the lower part where food is kept. Fault recurring even after repair. Request made for replacement, but no response from Company/Dealer, and no replacement made till date. Customer is made to suffer even after paying the full price of the product. Immediate action needed.

                              I had ourchased one LG double door refrigerator from snehanjali Bhayander
                              west - Maxus Mall Mumbai on 29th June, 2012. I just want to tell about their pathetic service that till today 3rd july ,
                              2012, 9pm no body has come for demo / installation as Snehanjali people had told not to use it without demo. We got delivery
                              on 1st july and request ID for demo generated (Req. ID RNA[protected] and we had disposed off our old fridge on 30th June.

                              Snehanjali people told that LG person from Mira road service centre will come for demo within 48 hours. One Mr. person started calling ([protected]) to come for demo on 2nd June.

                              we told him either you can come in the morning till 11:30 or after 6:30pm. On 2nd he called at around 4:30pm that he is coming but he did not come. when I called him at 7pm, he said that he is coming but nody came. when I called again at around 8pm he said its
                              raining and I will come in the morning before 11:30am. In the morning again on 3rd July, I called up to enquire, he said that
                              he got busy in the office, so he will come in the evening. Evening he called and said he is coming and we kept following
                              with him and he kept saying that he is coming. Finally when I called at around 8pm, he said that he can't come as his cycle got
                              punctured. We told this to Snehanjali person who promised to call within 10 minutes but nobody called. So now we have taken enough ot it. We are without fridge for the last 3 days.Please let us know what is to be done? Shall I use the fridge or throw it. Really Pathetic.
                              I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING OF LG Make and never from SNEHANJALI RETAIL BHAYANDER WEST MAXUS MALL.

                                I bought a LG washing machine (FL WD -80490NP) serial numbered:W-80490NP on 1.12.2010 at VASANTH & CO ,T.Na gar , Chennai BILL NO:2153 in the name of DIVYA .
                                I have registered complainant on 25.05.2012 to LG Customer Care, LG service engineer attend call on 29.05.2012. He analysis and suspected drum may be faulty due to that water leakage and noise occurring in washing machine, then he logged an request to LG service centre (contact no:[protected].

                                LG service people came and collected washing machine on 29.06.2012 to service centre by providing Job sheet - AC, Job No:[protected], product serial no:707PN-312,Model:WD-80490NP.

                                They have delivered the machine on 3.7.2012 without any change in machine with the same faulty machine.

                                Remark found in washing machine not yet resolved till date.

                                LG — cheating in service providing

                                sub" regarding compalint agasint the lg service centre ahmedabad

                                i have purchased a side by side refrigerator before 4 years back and having compressor in warranty and fridge out of waranty

                                before 3 months i have faced a problem that fridge working in okay condition but the ice goes melt in any time without any fix time.
                                so i logged the complaint to lg customer care (complaint no:rna[protected] on 13 /8) but no one has taken care to come and to see the problem
                                then after i have made second complaint on 26 8 ..(complaint no rna[protected] then after that complaint a person came and said that there is a problem of pcb and it will take more than 10 days to get the pcb and at that time i also called a local repairer who said that it will be okay by gas charging
                                then after that local person has filled the gas in compressor total 3 times but the problem was not solved

                                so i made another complaint to lg customer care on 17 10 (rna [protected]) to chjeck and solve the problem
                                after 5 days making so many calls and make the co ordination with local lg supervisor miss. nisha she arrange a person to visit my fridge and he says that it has having pcb problem..
                                and he told to solve the problem by installing the pcb ... at that time the diwali festival was nearby but he promised to install it before divali

                                after diwali also he was not contacted and when i called to nisha she made confernce with mr fransis of microcare he took more 2 days to send a person and he was not able to get the pcb no.

                                after 3 days i call him then he was not sure to having the exact pcb that it needs

                                so i called her and asked her to send a senior technician

                                so she arrange a another guy who said that after refilling the gas the problem will be soilved at that time i told them that i have refilled the gas 3 times but the problem is not solved so i[censored] r sure than and than only i go for refill with your company
                                than they said and was sure to be solve the problem by installing gas the problem will be cleared

                                at that time i make confirmation that the gas refilling is in warranty with my other person so i[censored] think that they have not work properly then and then u can fill the gas other wise i can tell them to refill the gas.. but they were sure to solve it and i also confirm with nisha that i will not pay other money if the problem not solved with this installation

                                after installing the gas by mr,babubhai ([protected]) after 2 days the problem starts of melting ice .
                                so i told nisha on 11th to loged the new complaint if the old is closed by her (11/11 rna[protected]
                                from that day to today the problem is not solved by your persons and i m suffering with the same problem
                                now they r asking more money to solve the problem
                                so total money i have paid is
                                2000 to retailer gas charging
                                2050 to lg person babubhai for gas charging
                                and now more 2000 they wants to solve my problem

                                After my complaint the service engineer came to my home.. He did something. After that there was no water leakage.

                                But after that, the washing machine is not taking enough water to wash and rinse the clothes.(taking very little water) We told the engineer about this.. He came and changed the board. We put the singnature in the form with the comment "under observation" (he didnt come after that)

                                Till now the problem continues. We compained again. But they are not properly responding.

                                Problems are coming frequently.
                                In the past one and half years we registered complaint so many times (different problems). We are not happy with our washing machine.
                                We want replacement of our washing machine.

                                  I have bought a window AC 1..5 ton LG on 08.05.11, I have already done its extended warrenty for one year.But from April-12 its not working / cooling at all. I ahve already lodge a complaint regarding the same in LG Customer Care Service almost 10 time from April to till 29.06.12. Every time they fill the gas and after 10 days the gas is empty. Thery haver charges transport charges on every visit . Last 2 times they have chrged me for foaint in AC but nothing was done. I have lodge last complaint regarding the same is on 29.06.12 vide complaint no.RNA[protected],but till now no one has to resolv the problem,I am very much upset from LG service. They have so much for extended warrenty and transport charges but give nothing servie. I have request you people pls. help me out from this and change my AC.

                                  Attended by your authorised service dealer he told thAT THE FAN MOTOR OF AC become deffected and required to be replaced on PAYMENT of Rs 1385/ plus Rs 300/ services charges because warranty of FAN MOTOR is beyond the warrenty period . The deffect in fan motor with 2 summer seasons show the quality of your product is very poor or manfacturing defect .
                                  Kindly arrange to replce the deffective fan motor free of cost as soon as possible

                                  LG AIRCONDITIONER 1.5 TON window — WARRANTY REPLACEMENT DELAY

                                  Sir,we have lodged an on line complint on[protected] ,complaint id:C[protected],SERVICE PEOPLE visited our premises on 16/04/10 ,detected compressor failure but the appliance is still lying in our place because the reason is non availability of replacement compressor at their end. MOREOVER there is no firm answere when it will be repaired . We had purchased the AC ON[protected] ,MAKE SRIAL NO:902NLKL006573.
                                  Sir can u make it clear when it will be done.Since my old parents are at home ,i request u to do the job immediately. Your service centre is only 500 mts away from our place i think we deseve the best service from your end.

                                    i sachiin raval had purchased Air conditioner from M/s Vijay Sales Pvt. Ltd.Borivali(w), Mumbai India.
                                    on24/9/2012 against invoice no.06-BR09-11SIAO 558. Ac Code is (LWA3ER2D ) LG AC 1 Ton.
                                    my complaint no. is 1206B251717.

                                    i would like to say that i had problem with the cooling of the AC. and i had complained on 25th of June 2012.
                                    on 26th of June one of the technicians had attended the call and he opened the AC. and said that the ac wont work unless i installed a stabilizer. on hearing this i told him to give in writing that after i install the stabilizer the AC
                                    shall work properly.
                                    he didn't do so.he left the ac open( the grills and other part ) and left without preparing a report
                                    and not mentioning the problem.
                                    after that i had called the vijay sales person and your toll free no.every day.
                                    but everybody on phone tells me that Sr. Technician will come and solve your problem in 24 hours.its been 8 days( i.e.192 hrs.)but nobody has attended the call .if my ac doesn't start working by tommorrow morning i m going to the CONSUMER COURT & file a suit against the company as well as with VIJAY SALES for selling such inferrior qlty products. and not to mention ofcourse very very poor service from LG Company.

                                    my fatherr has a high bp and cannot sit in the office w/o AC. he has not attended the office since than .
                                    pls see to it that the ac starts working by tommorrow morning or pls give me a replacement.

                                    henceforth it is decided that no more LG products should be bought due to poor response of after sales service.

                                    LG Window AC — AC NOT WORKING

                                    WE HAD PURCHASED TWO LG WINDOW 1.5 TR AC FOR OFFICE USE. AFTER EXPIRY OF WARRANTY PERIOD WE HAD COVERED THE AC’S UNDER AMC FOR TWO YEARS FROM JULY 2010. THE COMPANY HAS NEVER PROVIDED PREVENTIVE CERVISES SO FAR. THE AC’S ARE NOT WORKING SO WE HAD LODGES COMPLAINTS AS UNDER :

                                    I 'm a distressed , bereaved customer of LG .I have a window type AC that I've trying to get repaired by the authorised service center at Noida Sector 10. The people who came to address the problem were absolutely incompetent , inept and useless and left saying that theres a problem with the pcb and they'll come fix it whenever they get the part. It's been almost a month now and theres no sign of these people

                                      i have bought a new lg refrigerator on 17-jun-2012,from Maloo Sales, Gwalior,
                                      till the 1st day its not working properly even its not cooling properly,
                                      i have already done the complaint against the problem 3-4 times to the LG Customer Care. and they visited at home but the problem is not resolved.
                                      even i have told to showroom manager and they told they can't do anything.
                                      i am very tired now, thats why i am going for consumer court, please help me to get solution of this problem.
                                      its really bad for LG ELECTRONICS they are failed to satisfy their customer, and their product are bad.

                                      L.G.REFRIGERATOR — REPLACEMENT

                                      PURCHASED A NEW REFRIGERATOR ON 31ST AUGUST, 2008 FROM NEXT SHOWROOM AT CHANDIGARH ROAD, LUDHIANA.
                                      AND IMMDLY WE STARTED FACING PROBLEMS LIKE --

                                      1. WATER TAP LEAKAGE

                                      2. NO PROPER LEVELLING, SAY THE GAP BETWEEN THE TWO DOORS IS NOT SAME ACROSS THE WIDTH OF THE DOORS.

                                      3. TOP DOOR HAS TO BE REPLACED AS CONFIRMED TO ME BY THE NEXT SHOW ROOM DEALER AS IT HAD SOME DAMAGE DENTS.

                                      3. THE LOCK OF THE BOTTOM DOOR DOES NOT WORK, SO THIS DOOR ALSO MAY NEED REPLACEMENT.

                                      LG Refrigerator — 3 blank cheques

                                      I have cleared the loan amount on 5th december, 2008. But till date I have not received the 3 guarantee cheques.

                                      LG Refrigerator — Replacement

                                      We bought an LG Refridgerator 240Ltrs. G1-255 VM4, on 23rd March, 2009 in GruhaVaibhav, Bangalore. We were delivered with the fridge with a huge dent on right side back leg, we asked the delivery boy the same. He was not ready to accept and said some one from LG would come for installation. We lodged a complain with LG, Complain NO. S9C32406960 and also informed the Gruha Vaibhav, they said the fridge would be replaced with a new one but today is 31st March, till now no one has come replacement. We have calling up the customer care of LG as reminders, they reply back as tomorrow our people would come and replace with new one.
