Hi,
I had complain regarding my AC which is working , not geting ON , but no response from LG service, what we understand poor service or monopoly that once the customer purchage the product then they can do nothing.
I had given a compliant on 04.05.2012 for our company A.C which working with more sound. Call log no is :RNA[protected]/04.05.12. We have given some amount (towards AMC ) to Sujatha Technologies, Sangareddy (Rep.by Mr.Kishore).Iam trying to his number from last 45 days but he is not responding.And also we make several calls to customer care some body responding, confirming our compliant and address but no any technicial come here to solve the problem till now.Almost summer is completing. Why this much poor service providing for customers with having good brand image .Let me know the further process or required immediate responce in this regard as we are going to giving colmpliant in Consumer court / any .

    LG Air Conditioner — not working properly

    we have purchased a LG airconditioner at Madurai, Tamilnadu
    state on6-5-08. The model is LSA 18TWAS1AE44DR1 .
    From very beginning of installation the split AC unit is not
    maintaining the temperature [ie cooling].I made complaints
    at least four times within this period, but some mechnics have attended and no fruitfull result. Still now no service engineer
    is attended the aparates, equipment.The warrenty period is
    in current.We request that the full unit may be replaced with a new one.

      Dear Sir,
      We have purchased a LG refrigerator(Model No 365YMQG4) on 17th March 2010 from Kolkata (Bill no-2530/09-10, Channel Four Agencies,12 D Chakraberia Road (North), Kolkata).
      The compressor is under warranty for 5 years, but the part stopped working from the 13th of May,2012 and I have
      contacted your customer care about this several times. Technical experts from your company visited my residence in Kolkata where the refrigerator is currently located. He claimed there was ‘gas leakage’ from Compressor. On the second visit on 14th May 2012, he said that the compressor needed replacement and contacted his Noida office about the problem in our presence. Our registered complaint is:

      After repeated calls to Kolkata office (Mr. Prasad and Mr. Subir Pal) and the floor supervisor Mohammad Umar at the Noida helpline number, there is still no resolution to my problem. They keep claiming that the part is in transit and would be replaced soon, but to no resolve.
      Thus, we would like the fridge to be replaced immediately to avoid further harassment. Unless this is done, we are left with no option but to approach the consumer court and seek compensation for the unacceptable service lag and defective product sold to us.

        I purchased an LG split A.C. in Varanasi (U.P.) in 01 July 2010 and after 2year my AC is not working properly
        I call the service engineer & come and check the AC he said that your AC is working there is no problem and he want away but they haven't resolve my problem After long time follow up they didn't resolve my problem so i call outsider AC engineer when he check my AC he said that some part are damage and that part u will get from LG service canter only now when i call in service center , they are not giving that part, and even they are doing that service them self

          LG Refrigerators — noise

          I have complained via phone (Complain no L[protected], L[protected], L[protected]) . The complain was too much noise coming out from Refrigerator (Model No GRL1217w7Q) . LG people attended 3 times but nothing was done to solve this problem, FInally they told that they would replace the refrigerator. But as on date nothing happened. This is Korean product for you.

            I have a LG refrigerator model 462 PLC purchased from ABHI ELECTRONICS,J-138,sector-10 FARIDABAD vide receipt no.681 dt. 24.01.2005 in the name of WIPRO LTD.

            It developed some problem of noise so we called MAA BHAGWATI AIRCONDITION booth no. 26 sector-21D who replaced FAN motor & charged Rs.1100 /= on 23.11.2011 vide their receipt no. 130
            It again gave trouble of no cooling in fridge section & low cooling in freezer section in april 2012.Again person from MAA BHAGWATI was called who charged about Rs.1500 /= & fixed up new fan motor in fridge, but no improvement was noticed.
            so I called xpert service centre whose Engineer Mr. Sanjeev filled up gas on 09.05.2012 & charged Rs.1550/= vide receipt no.1412. No improvement was noticed .Again on 10th may 2012 Mr.sanjeev engineer of xpert service centre was called who changed one sensor and charged Rs.950/= vide receipt no. 1415 dt. 10.05.2012
            Again no improvement is noticed and it is HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY.I called xpert service centre again but Mr.sanjeev is not responding.
            My complaint no. is GH 619082 K at xpert serAAvice centre. on 09.05.2012

            I'am now making a request through this mail with copy to LG to rectify the defect,otherwise i will report the matter to consumer court. I have all the records to fight the case.Hope for an acknowledgement & quick redressal of my complaint.

              I had raised a compliant on 15th May regarding my Split AC not working with LG Customer Care (complaint No. RNA[protected]. The technicians visited the same day and found that the outdorr units compressor is faulty and need replcement. Since than till date I am not getting any proper response from customer care and everytime a new complaint number is raised. technicians come and find the same fault and go away. There is no senior person in the hierchy whom this can be higlighted. I have never faced such useless service from any other company and this is very common for LG. The customer care executed have very less technical knowledge and does talk non sense sometimes. I am totally fedup and would request that action be taken towards LG services and improve its promptness.

                  Since 6th may I am behind LG customer care. On 9th may I got the complaint registered as
                  RNA[protected]. I am running almost thru organization chart and trying fetch support but of no use. The call centre staff passed on the customer support number as [protected]. This is just an formality or dummy number LG office is using to fool around customer.
                  Than comes second number as Pooja Mathur [protected] it also of Dummy mechanism just for fooling customers.
                  Than comes Samir Dhiman: [protected]. These all are not supporting. What next???

The Service Engineer informed me that Compressor of split Ac is out of order.Now 4 days have passed and it is being told that compressor is not available with service center.If in this peak summer season compressor is not available with LG Service center then how one can say Life is Good with LG. I talked with Mr. Deepak senior executive also and he assured me to get the grievances set right soon but all in vain.LIFE IS BAD pl. tell the LG.

                    No use for transferring complaint to service center because they simply reply that compressor is not available . Your area representative Madam Shobha pandey mobile no. [protected] has no satisfactory reply just putting off the complaint rather she threatened me to do what I can, i requested her that I am a senior citizen but her reply was same. All staff is getting higher salaries but pays no attention to any complaint. LG Services are worst then Government department services.
                    I only want answer from your side that if compressor shall be replaced or not, if replaced by what time.

                      I purchased and LG 1.5 tone A/C for Kohinoor Electronics Thane on 12the April 2012, thee sales representative was Altaf. As soon as I received the delivery at home and installed I was getting the sound in the A/C and also the cooling was not happening proper in it. I complained it to Kohinoor and they said LG representative will be coming at home to check and they said to replace the booster inside it as it was having a defect.I called kohinoor electronics and said the new A/C had a defect inside and LG is telling to replace a part inside it. Kohinoor said we cannot replace this A/C for such a small issue it may be in delivery there could have been some minor fault inside it and they forced to replace the part instead of the complete unit. I even insisted Mr. Bhagwan the head of Kohinoor electronic Thane, but he still said they cannot send the replacement of the unit LG says and said me to replace the part. I agreed and on thee second day of installation thee booster inside thee A/C was replaced.Sound problem was solved but cooling problem still exist. I called thee LG and Kohinoor guys to visit thee home and check. From simple technical of LG Thane (Imran and Hussain) to the main Area head LG Thane Vivek came and checked the A/C and found that 1.5 ton of A/C is not actually making 90 s.q.feet of room chilled where for more then 1 hour it is working on 18 degree and thee room temperature comes till 23 degree.My flat is in the middle of the building, no heating device like Computer, Fridge, microwave etc, this room has 1 bed of my kid and 2 cupboards. I even recorded their voice (where they in conference were not aware I was recording thee conference call) they were taking to some south Indian person who was head of LG from Noaida (Delhi) agreed about the issues in A/C (But that is different part that LG service is the worst service that I ever noticed and till date I am fighting for it now Marketing executive Janak Doshi also involved in it) I took this voice recording to let Bhagwan from Kohinoor listen this, the response that I got was shocking, he said that in our letter we say "we only provide service underwarrenty, so we said this to LG and they will provide the service to you, we have no concerns after sales of this service". I requested them to replace the peace they said to check direct with LG and Kohinoor does not plays any role after sales of thee product, I even said I'll take action Mr. Bhagwan clearly said to take any action that I like but replacing or refunding of product if faulty is not their lookout. It is about 1 month that I am facing this issue. I feel now a days customer (specially we Indians in India as customer) are treated like a dogs, where we are not able to get the satisfaction for our own money on product that we purchase.Please do not get me wrong that I am some competitor or any other person just is talking about Kohinoor you can take my order number of product purchased in Kohinoor and have a check. My name is Zafar Khan and the order number is ORD1301249. If any of you by mistake visit Kohinoor just ask them to check this order number and see thee customer name and product. You will realise that this all things are true and not a fake story or so. Please do not ever go to Kohinooor, go anywhere else with through study of Shop and Electronic item and never Trust LG service.

                      LG Electronics — Worse Appliances and even more worse is after sales service.

                      Hi,

                      I had purchased LG Flat TV 29" for cash, However exactly after 13 months the televisions stopped working. when i asked about the help from an authorised service center, they charged Rs 400/- as visiting charges and they even made me purchased some IC for Rs. 800/- which did not work as well. My television was not working for about 10 days...

                      Later a senior technicians from LG told me that the tube of the TV Sets is malfunctioned... need to be replaced costing me Rs. 8600/- Ha Ha Ha.

                      I took a chance of calling a local technician home and surprisingly he fixed the TV for only Rs. 150/- Now its been 10 months the TV sets is working all fine.

                      This is the most pathetic and clumsy after sales service from a company which is not even Indian. Its pure parasitism on indians part... I hope you guys can publish this grievance to the entire 1 billion people.

                        Hi,
                        My window AC was not working and I called upon a representative to check the problem. He checked it on 2nd May 2012 and said that the compressor was faulty and will have to be replaced for which he told that the AC has to be taken to the service centre. I agreed upon it and my AC was taken away on 3rd May 2012 with an assurance that the AC will be given back within 3 days. He had told that the model is old and since old compressor is not manufactured any more, hence rotary compressor will be fitted. I had no problems with that. Now, its 15th May, and still no news is there about my AC. When called upon on 11th May 2012, he told me that the AC would be positively delivered on 14th May 2012 but in vain.

                        I am fed up with the followups and very dissatisfied with the service. I guess I will have to use the AC after the peak season of summer is over.

                          we are presently shifted to Mahanadi vihar,cuttack,it so happened that,a man (named Surya)from LG Service center,voluntarily came to our house to install our 2ton Ac machine,and it so happened he broke our machine,charged Rs 2400,and also made wrong fittings of the external pipes(pipes are left hanging improperly leading to draining of water indoors.
                          Since we are new to the area,we are left nowhere,now when we approach a alternative mechanic,they are again demanding exhorbitant rates as they need to reinstall,we request you to guide and take action immiediatly.

                              Hi,

                              I want this complaint to be escalated...to a senior manager.

                              From April 13th Onward I have registered 3 complaints for the same problem where in the service engineer had a look and said that the compressor needs replacement. Now I have received two calls from your executives saying that there is no stock of compressor and it will be delayed by two weeks or so.
                              Each time I have accepted this delay and have been patient....But not any more...!

                              IF YOU DON'T HAVE STOCK OF COMPRESSOR - HAVE YOU STOPPED SELLING NEW AC's...I think your priority should be to first satisfy existing customer and then get new one's.

                              I urge you to fix my compressor issues ASAP.

                              I should also be waived from service charges due to the delay which you have caused until now...!

                              I don't understand when you don't fix the first complaint number - what is the point in closing it and raising a new one...!

                              I had a lot of regard for LG - But now you have a very unhappy customer. Turn around time for fixing a compressor cannot be 1 month.

                                I lodged a complaint to LG Customer Care center on[protected] vide complaint ID no. RNA 120511 regarding non functioning my split AC due to some fault in Compressor . The AC was purchased in April 2009 and is within warranty period. The customer care executive assured me on[protected] that the engineer from LG shall attend me on same day and my complaint shall be attended latest by[protected]. But it is very sorry to mention here that till today no one has even contacted me regarding complaint till now i.e 2:00 PM but customer care number is also not responding since morning by replying all lines are busy. Is LG cheating customers or LIFE GOOD turning to LIFE BAD.

                                LG Split AC — LG -Cheating with Customer - LG - Engineer - Call close without support

                                में लखनऊ निवासी जिसने 19 मई 2012 को split A.C. कि A.M.C. करवाई थी उसके बाद माह कि अंत में मेरे A.C . ने कार्य करना बंद कर दिया मैंने दिनांक 01 June 2012 को इसकी काल ऑनलाइन लिखवा दी , जिसमें 1 काल A.C. not वोर्किंग (RNA[protected] कि और 2 - A.C. Service (RNA[protected] कि थी | आपके कंपनी के अधिकारी आ कर देख कर गए कि उसके P.C.B. में दिक्कत बता कर चले गए और कहा कि 2 से 3 दिन में दिक्कत दूर हो जाएगी और service वाले A.C. कि service कर गए | फिर एक सप्ताह के उपरांत फिर आये और बोले कि मैंने गलत पार्ट नो नोट कर के भेज दिया था अब फिर से दूसरा पार्ट मांगना पड़ेगा कह कर चले गए कि 3 से 4 दिन में पार्ट आ जायेगा और हम आकर ठीक कर देंगे | आज फिर मैंने काल का status जानने के लिए फ़ोन किया तो पता चला कि आपके येहाँ से काल को बंद कर दिया गया है | ये बेहूदा हरकत मेरे साथ क्योँ की गयी ? बिना बताये बिना support दिए बिना A.C. को ठीक किये हुए कॉल बंद कर दी गए यदि आपकी कंपनी में Vigelance Department है तो कृपया ये जांच करवाएं की कौन लोग कंपनी के नाम को बदनाम करना चाहते हैं| इसके साथ साथ ऐसा कौन सा उपकरण है जो की LG 23 दिनों में नहीं लगा पा रहा है | यदि आप लोग सुप्पोर्ट नहीं दे सकते तो support की दुकान बंद क्योँ नहीं कर देते | और ऐसे बदतमीज़ और वाहियात लोगोओं को क्योँ रखते हैं की support देने में मक्कारी करते हैं और अपने मन से कॉल बंद कर देते हैं.|

                                मेरे घर आ कर कॉल को पूरा करने का आश्वासन देने वाले मक्कार अभियंता का Cell No - [protected]

                                जिसने बिना कॉल को support दिए कॉल बंद कर दिया और उपभोक्ता को भी ये नहीं बताया की कॉल किस वजह से बंद की जा रही है |

                                मेरे एहन उस दौरान मेहमान आये थे और उन्हें गर्मी का सामना करना पड़ा और A.C. खराब होने की वजह से मुझे आत्मग्लानी का शिकार होना पड़ा | मैंने उसी कॉल को आज पुनः दर्ज करवाया है जिसका नंबर है : RNA[protected]

                                तो क्यूं न मैं LG के विरुद्ध मान हानि का दावा कर के रूपये 500000 /- ( पांच लाख ) की मन हानि की भरपाई की मांग करूं? जिससे LG या अन्य कोई उपभोक्ता का शोषण न कर सके |

                                और कंपनी ये बताये कि कब तक वो मुझे सुप्पोर्ट दे पायेगी ?

                                I lodged a complaint to LG Customer Care center on 19.4.2016 vide complaint ID no. RNA[protected] regarding non functioning LG split AC due to some fault in Out Door/Indoor/Compressor . The AC was purchased in October, 2015 and is within warranty period. That the engineer from LG shall attend two times & two days. But it is very sorry to mention here that till today no one has even contacted me regarding complaint till now on 26.4.2016 i.e 5:00 PM . This AC installed in Ministry of Human Resource Development, Central Govt Office in Room No. 336-C, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi. Once again requested to you Please look into the matter seriously.

                                  I have purchased LG refrigerator(model no. 335VF5). It stops working. I have booked complaint many times at LG customer care. The technician come after one day of booking complaint, rectify temoprary. But after 3-4 hours it again stops working. On callin cosumer care, everytime a new complaint no. is given as previous compaint closed without asking for customer feedback. I have also send mails to LG service ( as given on LG site), but no reponse from them. This is being repeated from last 5 days. Due to this many food items also get spoiled.

                                  As the items has been purchased only 5 month back, it is very disappointing for me. I think companies just keeps thier complaint record right so as to claim good customer care record on papers, but actually the customer care is very bad. Such companies should be exposed.
                                  It is way of working of such reputed companies which claim best consumer services. It is very disappinting for a person whose problem kept pending for so many days & what is more disapponting is that complaints cleared without taking feedback from customer.

                                  The LG consumer care head should investigate such incidents & take action/corrective steps at the earliest incase they want to keep thier good image.

                                    THRICE I HAD REGISTERED COMPLAINT WITH LG CUSTOMER CARE AND TWICE THEY SENT SERVICE PERSONNEL AND THE PROBLEM REPORTED WAS NOT CORRECTED. THIRD TIME THEY EVEN DID NOT RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT, REQUEST ID IS[protected].DATED[protected]. THE COMPLAINT IS THAT ON SWITCHING ON THE AC IT WILL NOT WORK AND FAN WILL WORK FOR A SHORT TIME. IT TAKES 1-2 HOURS TO FUNCTION THE AC AFTER SWITCHING ON THE AC.
                                    THE SECOND TIME SENT PERSON INFORMED US OF AC GAS LEAKAGE AND IS 25% SHORT AND ADVISED US TO REFILL AND CHARGED 1498 FOR REFILLING. EVEN AFTER THAT ALSO THE SAME PROBLEM SUSTAINS. WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

                                      Dear LG,
                                      I consider myself very unfortunate to be a buyer of LG's product. I am sharing my horrible experience with this reputed brand here. In 2009, I bought one vacuum cleaner (model No. V-CP743NDN). After 3-4 months one fine day it stopped working suddenly. We called your customer care no. and got to know that we have to take our cleaner to your workshop by ourselves and nobody will come to attain...that time it was in warranty period. But due to some really unavoidable circumstances, we are not able to reach you. Now from last month we are continuously trying to get it repaired by your so called engineers and see how we face height of reluctances, lagging, harassment from your customer care service. We called again and again with every time new commitment of visiting time by your engineers...finally after visiting, the engineer said the motor got damaged and needs to be replaced and will cost ~Rs 1000, even without opening the machine!!!Then as usual he assured us that, on very next day or day after he’ll come and replace that, but that next day come even more than a week, and that to again after repeated calling. And now the height of drama, the new motor he brings, that itself found faulty. It was 28th of April 2011. He supposed to come on 3rd of this month…but again no response…Now we are really hopeless about this brand and don’t know what to do next.

                                        I raised a complaint for my LG window AC (RNA[protected] on 6th May 2012. The engineer visited our home on 7th May and told us that the AC need to be taken to workshop for Gas refilling and will be picked within day or two.

                                        Since then there is no response from the service centre. I have followed up with the customer care 2 times and they have provided me with the Noida service centre phone number[protected] calling on which do not respond.

                                        What is use of taking AMC when the response from the LG service is so horrible. If I would have approached local service, gas refilling would have been completed till now.

                                        LG Window AC — NO RESPONSE

                                        I called up LG customer care for repair of my LG Window AC whose gas is leaking. I got a call from the mechanics after 03 days (normally it should be 24 hrs) and after that the mechanics checked the instrument and informed that they have to take this machine to the workshop which I okayed. After that again 03 days passed and no body came to pick the AC - again I registered a complaint at LG Customer care and after that another mechanics came and told that the machine would be picked tomorrow i.e. the next day. So after 02 days finally the machine was picked up and after 10 days again no response from LG as to what happen to my AC. In this intermediary period I have called the LG Customer care for more that 10-15 times and everytime i was assured that senior would call me to take care of my complaint and sort it. Finally I got the service centre number which is [protected] where my AC is lying for so many days without any proper reason or intimation and when I tried to speak to them - no body picked up the phone. Even I was given the phone of the customer care head whose number is [protected] but never the phone was picked up by the conerned person.

                                        I am really worried about my AC as what is going on with same and would strongly voice out to all my friends not to take any LG product which would be nightmare for you once if it is of any problem. Thanks Abhijit Das Gupta, Mobile [protected]
