Launched the complaint on [protected]@lge.com but no response
My Self Arom Agarwal from Allahabad I had purchased Lg Ref (FF)-GL 408YTQG4(TI) on 29.03.2012 from Mega Electronics (Authorized LG SHOPEE) SL No. 109PRXB010506(U.E). this is the worst refrigerator I had ever purchased many parts has been broken in just 4-5 months whts the life of the refrigerator the cooling of this refrigerator is very poor all the items get damaged in the fridge.

Previously we have Godrej FF refrigerator it goes for 18 years with no trouble and mainly no parts broken till 18 years and the very good Service of the company too.

The service of LG is also very worst I had launched the complaint on 14.06.2012 by 10.am with mobile no [protected] (for ur ref to check) and the complaint get attended 2nd day by 1.30 pm and the service engineer yesterday called me and told me that he will come by 5pm and didn’t came and he reported the customer care that I was not on my mobile that’s why the complaint not get attended that day and one thing he don’t know how to talk to the customer the tone he is using is very high and don’t have any manners to talk to customer no greeting nothing very worst and poor service engineer I ever met.

Utility basket had broken and came out as I told him to fix the basket he told me this is not of this fridge may be it’s a spare one the company had given.

List of parts got broken.

1. utility basket
2. door locker
3. cool air vent

all the parts just broken in 4-5 months this is the live example of worst quality product.
ur engineer saying door locker can not be changed and I need to change the door and the door will go for denting painting company is not giving the warranty for fiber, rubber, glass wether most of the parts are of fiber and above mentioned all the parts are of fiber if the company is not giving the warranty on fiber then why company uses fiber this is the worst experience from leg that is never expected the worst product and the worst service with the manner less service engineer I will never purchase any of the LG product ever and never suggest any one to go for LG company has loosed not me even many more customers because of this poor product quality and worst service.

This is just to intimate u that ur product is so worst that’s it.

Not satisfied with this refrigerator so replace the same with the new one 3-4 part get broken in 4-5 months the after warranty what will get left in the refrigerator.

Get in touch asap otherwise I had to take any strict actions against this worst product and service.

    I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction of poor customer service.i have purchased LG washing machine Model no 8068LDP on 14th of this month from "SHRIRAM SHOPPE No 318 M.G road,Puducherry[protected]. we were informed that the customer care service would provide us the demonstration on yesterday i.e(18th). we are still waiting for the demonstration but till now there is no such response. It would be kind of you to please take immediate action.

    No after sales service, ignorance of complaints, customer cares gives false information
    I bought a LG washing Macine with a 2 year warranty.
    It stopped working in 6 months time, i called their customer care and they
    gave a complaint number S9C20403016 and said it will be resolved within 24
    hours time, no one turned up. I called them again and they gave me another
    complaint number S9C20600699, yet no one turned up.

    LG Washing Machine — poor customer service

    sir,
    we have a washing machine, MODEL No. WP-950M, we gave our machine for service at BEETA SERVICES, 50, Geejgarh Vihar, Hawa Sadak, Jaipur-302006, on march 30, 2009. The service people told that it would be returned within few days but it has not been returned till yet, when we call to confirm the stage of service they don't attend our calls and if they do then they make some or the other excuses to ignore us.
    kindly take some strict action in this regard as soon as possible.

    i agree to u Mr. Nawalkha that the lg washing machine services are very poor as the same problem has been suffered by one of my relatives and finally when bugged up they had to go for buying another washing machine.
    One of the best product available in the market - One of the worst after sale's support experinced...I can say this not once, twice but a thousand times...a pathetic after sales support experinced in my life time...Since 23d March 2009 till date, my fully automatic front loading washing machine (Model code WD - 1055F) is lying idle - reason - PCB malfunction - part not avilable...authorized service engineers (Mansur / Santosh) offered an offmarket non genuine part, say it'll work as equivalent to an original LG spare..they also offer a 500/- rupees discount...& 6 monts warranty but in case of failure I need to contact the engineer on his personal number & not the LG customer care helpline..see the guts...(Same case happened a year back) After reporting this to the workshop Manager (Mr. Majumdar), Ast. Manager (Mr. Sunil) and the Zonal manager, Mumbai (Mr. Harish Soni), surprising but true...NO CHANGE in the condition of the complaint...even now i'm only promised that i may recieve the part only after two days...Till now I own a LG Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Micro Wave, 29" TV & a DVD MP3 player...but i'm convinced that these are going to be the last products i've purchased of LG...I pormise NO MORE LG PRODUCTS IN MY & my relatives / friends HOUSE ANY MORE...i dont want any one else to suffer the way i did...

      Sub: New LG AC 1.5 ton not working for Last 25 days.

      Dear Sir,


      This is to inform you that, we have bought one 1.5 ton AC last two month back, after One month latter it’s stopped working, and then we have logged the complaint to LG Customer care against for our recently purchased 1.5 ton AC. They have provided us the Complaint no as RNA[protected], DT: 23.05.12.

      But No one can go there to attend our complaint, after many calls we have again logged the complaint on 28.05.12, and discuss the entire problem with Mr. Satender (AGM of LG air conditionings Noida branch), they gave us the assurance about our above complaint and to send someone to attend our complaint immediately, & our AC can start working very soon.

      But the same thing happen again no one go to attend our complaint, And again we have logged our complaint to LG customer care, (complaint no RNA[protected], DT 13.06.12), now you can see till date no one can solved our problem. Again Mr. Stender gave us next commitment that our AC can start working within three days. So where has gone all the previous commitments’. It means we have done a biggest mistake to buy the LG Air conditioning for this summer.

      As you know during the summer’s months May, June & July is very hottest months of the year, and also you now these days the temperature of the city is very high, it is very difficult to work without proper cooling in our office & factory, where our all imported press & printing machinery planed over there. It cannot worked without decent temperature And we have facing so much inconvenience.

      LG is a very big, responsible & precious company. So why we have facing these kind of trouble again & again. We hope that you have understood our situation and solve our problem immediately without any delay.

      LG WINDOW 1.5 TON AC — AMC DINE WITH LG BUT NO SERVICE FROM THEM

      AMC DONE ON 1ST MARCH 2011 BY LG PEOPLE FOR MY WINDOW AC MODEL NO LWAI8AIRAE1 AND SERIAL NO 501DXOOO818IN BUT WHEN I CALLED LAST WEEK THEY SAID THIS AMC IS NOT REGISTERED IN THEIR COMPUTER WHEN THE GUY VISITED US. HE FURTHER SAID THAT THE LG GUY WHO DID THE AMC SHOULD BE ASKED TO REFUND THE MONEY BUT I INSISTED WHY SHOULD I ASK FOR REFUND ? DESPITE MY REPEATED QUERIES NO ONE IN LG COULD ANSWER. I AM PLANNING TO TAKE THE MATTER TO CONSUMER COURT AS WHY SHOULD I BE PENALISED FOR ANY MISTAKE ON LG PART (THE LG GUY SHOULD HAVE UPDATED THE COMPUTER RECORDS) I HAVE THE ORIGINAL LG AMC RECEIPT. IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME IN THIS I WOULD BE THANKFUL

        WITH REFERENCE TO MY COMPLAINT DATED 5.6.12 MY A.C WAS TAKEN FOR GAS REFILLING ON 7.6.12, AS RECOMMENDED BY UR ENGINEER WHO VISITED MY PLACE .
        ON 14.5.12 THE MACHINE WAS AGAIN RE INSTALLED AT ABOUT 11:25AM BY MR.SONU WHOSE MOBILE NO. IS [protected] AND HE ASSURED ME THAT THE MACHINE IS FULLY RECTIFIED. BUT TO MY UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT THE MACHINE IS STILL NOT WORKING.NOW THAT AFTER TWO ATTEMPTS OF GAS REFILLING OF MY MACHINE THAT TOO AFTER RECOMMENDATION FROM UR ENGINEERS I BELIEVE THAT MY MACHINE HAS BEEN CHANGED AND I AM NOT GETTING THE PROPER MACHINE.

          I have purchased LG fridge230 ltrs from BEST PRICE Bhopal around 45 days back which is not making ICE since i perched, Also I made complained to BEST PRICE and customer center of LG , complained no RNA[protected]on 24th may 2012. and till now fridge is not operational.

            Hi, I never expected such a poor response for a complaint filed with LG customer service.
            I switched from a reputed electronics Company to LG products, because of their competitive advantage to the consumer.
            I have hometheater, laptop,3D LED TV,Microwave,Fridge - All being LG Products.

            My Blu-ray player (purchased on 31st Dec 2012 and under guarantee period) is not working properly. When any CD / DVD is inserted, the disc is not readable and a rattling sound is heard. I lodged a complaint in[protected]LG Customer service) on May 1st week (RNA[protected]. I did not receive any message or phone call from anybody. When I enquired the status after one week, I was told that my complaint was auto-closed and the status was that "I did not pickup the call and did not inform the location of my house". I am not sure of this, as the first question they asked me was my address.
            When I asked the same person as to why this was updated, when I never received the call, the response was that "Your address was not reachable by the service person". I was really confused since, my house was very much opposite to Global Hospital, which is very famous in and around chennai.

            I lodged another complaint on 25th May 2012(RNA[protected], and till date, I still have not received any call. I directly called their customer service center[protected] and told them my problem. For the past one week, I was guaranteed that a service person will come for service, but till today nobody has visited my premises. I am really frustrated with your service, and going forward will not buy LG Products. I warn all the other customers who want to buy LG Products - Please be aware of their customer service. They never ever will come and service your products.

              I have called for service regarding some technical problem such as water leakage in indoor unit and low cooling in my ac for past two weeks from 1st June .I have arise four complaint regarding theis to LG customer care and the ac machine is in AMC which is end by 15the June .once theeir service executive has closed thee complaint by door lock witheout coming to house after theis I register theree complain no response for service.very worst and poor service .LG totally 0% in customer service very poor .

                Actually we had a manufacturing defect in our refrigerator. And the service center persons and the mechanics said they will replace it but at the end they said we will give you cheque. After a long quarrel with the show room owner they said we will fight for you with the service center personal. We registered the complaint on 24th February 2012. Till now we had not got any positive answer from them or any replacement. i had to run, call them weekly thrice. I am totally harassed by the service and behavior. And one more thing instead of the service center taken the refrigerator to them they said go and submit the refrigerator to the transport company after that we will give you the cheque after 4 days.
                but still unable to get any good experience by them.

                    I had purchased a LG LCD (FULL HD) TV model 32LD650 from your esteemed dealer M/S LG SHOP, MADINAGUDA HYDERABAD 1 year back. During the initial stage after installation display was failed (hahaha) what a product quality.....then they have replaced my TV (about 50calls around 2weeks took) with new one. Now same display problem araised. I have raised complaint on 09th June 2012 (complaint no : RNA[protected] said that with in 24 hours will be resolved the issue. After that daily i was called and asking about service engineer....still till now not attended. then i have raised new complaint no also i'e' RNA[protected]....
                    I have contacted below persons from customer care[protected]
                    Mr Supreath, Mr Kamalesh and Manager? : Mr Krishna
                    always bluffs.....No action...
                    Please help us To resolve the issue as soon as possible......I will never recomend LG products to anyone...poor quality and poor service.........

                      1. 31 May 2012 - Purchased a washing machine Model No.7222 from M/s Perfection Bhopal.
                      2. 01 June 2012 - Received SMS that your request id is RNA[protected].
                      3. 05 June 2012 - No one from LG came to install the machine.I contacted the customer care toll free no.I was told that the machine will be installed with in 48 hrs. No one contacted me.The request id is RNA[protected].
                      4.10 June 2012- Received a message from customer care that " LG Thanks you for giving an opportunity to service your product,Send 1 if Dissatisfied 2 if Satisfied "when actually no one came to my place to even open the machine it is still lying in my Drawing room as a show piece.I contacted the customer care the person told me that you will be contacted with in 48 hrs.( RNA[protected] No one contacted me.
                      5.12 June 2012-Complaint logged with M/s Perfection Bhopal regarding Installation of LG washing machine he contacted on phone the local LG office.They took my mobile no. and told me that you will contacted today.No one contacted me the machine is still lying in my Drawing room Packed.Please help.

                      LG Washing Machine — NOT INSTALLED

                      PURCHAED WASHING MACHINE ON 17.11.10. ID NO.C10B1903146. INSPITE OF REPEATED CALLS TO YOUR TOLL FREE NO. NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO TURN UP FOR INSTALLATION . ON 18.11.10 YOUR SERVICE PERSONNEL CALLED AND ASSURED TO GET IT DONE. AGAIN ON 24.11.10 THEY CALLED WITH THE SAME ASSURANCE. NOW , HAVIING WAITED FOR 8 DAYS AND AS IT IS SERVING NO PURPOSE OTHER THAN BEING SHOWCASED, I AM RETURNING IT TO THE DEALER WHO HAS GOT A BETTER PLACE FOR DISPLAY. IF HE REFUSES TO TAKE IT BACK, I SHALL BE LEFT WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO APPROACH THE APPROPRIATE FORUM .

                        I bought LG split AC in 2010. It is not cooling the room. When I complained, service engineer visited and told that compressor is gone and needs to be replaced. Since it is under warranty, LG suppose to replace it. I have registered so many calls and have been calling serice center people. They are keep postponing the problem saying that compressor is not in stock. This is the worst service or response I ever had. I wanted to know how to approach ombuds man to file a complaint about this.pls advise.

                          Hi,

                          I have written lots of email to your LG Customer Care department,but no body is listening.

                          I have tried many contact nos which is given by your customer care.

                          01) Mr Engineer - [protected] : Only one day come and take Rs1130 for AMC, and now he is not picking the phone.

                          02) Mr Sandeep Kumer ( Area Supervisor) - [protected] : Just one day he pick the phone and saying that I am sending the engineer and talking in rudely and never again pick the phone.

                          03) Ms. Shobha Pandey - Customer Care Officer - [protected] : She never pick the phone.

                          04) Mr Amit Rathore - Service Area Manager - No response

                          05) Mr Sumit Bajaj - Branch Service Manager - [protected] : I have tried so many times, but he did not pick up the phone.


                          I am so surprise to see that in LG, no body is listening against my complaints - RNA[protected] , RNA[protected], RNA[protected].

                          I am in army and presently posted in Akhnoor, J&K. I purchase this washing machine at Saugor, MP. Recently I have been posted to Akhnoor. I called up customer care and your rep visited my residence on 04 Jul 12 for installation of Washing Machine. I would like to apprise you that how the brand name of LG is spoiled by such inefficient and thoroughly unprofessional persons. The individual gave me a call before coming and asked me if everything is ready. I told him that its a installation and please come with the required manpower (Electrician/Plumber). He came and fitted the washing machine with one of the tap (cold water tap)directly and connected the naked wires to Power point about 3 metres away. Thereafter he asked me to pay Rs 350/- When I asked him how will a person take bath with only hot water tap (connected to geyser)? He had no answer.
                          I shall be grateful to you if you can look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                          Freinds Pathetic is the word. They really have to wake up and do some introspection and improve otherwise god save LG

                              1. I Squadron Leader E Jani serving in Indian Air Force do hereby states a complaint against LG Electronics customer services. I have purchased an air conditioner on 30 July 2011 from M/s Modern Sales Chandigarh. The problems which I have faced will cover in point wise
                              (a) The dealer was not ready to put his stamp on the warranty card. He told that the bill is sufficient for getting the warranty on any items. Since I am not permanently posted at Chandigarh, this bill will not be valid at other states and shops. So I need a clarification on this point.
                              (b) The A/C filter cleaning was under free maintenance for 3 quarters from the date of purchase. Despite of calling and informing at the customer care address none of your representatives have turned out for the servicing till date.
                              (c) Recently during the third quarter, I had lodged a complaint No. RNA[protected] which is very well before the expiry of the date of free maintenance. The LG customer care personnel spoke to me and told that he is on the way to my place and will be reaching within 01 hour. I had waited till evening 1800 hrs leaving all my service requirements and busy schedule.
                              (d) I had lodged a second complaint No. RNA[protected] dated 5 May 12 taking reference of the first complaint. The customer care executive also ensured that the job will be done within 24 Hrs from the time of complaint.
                              (e) Now my A/C is not under the free maintenance scheme from the date of purchase. Since the delay is happened from the customer service centre administration part, I need a complete clarification and solution for the unwanted delay occurred from the India’s Biggest Electronic dealer which in turn made insulted and wasted the precious time of a commissioned officer of Indian Air Force.

                                Inspite of our repeated requests and calls, the above referred Complain No. has not yet been resolved.

                                Initially the problem diagnosed by their service people was that the compressor of the AC has some problem and hence it was taken to their service centre. It was supposedly rectified and was brought back to us but the same problem continued. It was again taken for the second time to their service centre and was again brought back saying that now it is perfectly OK and would run properly. But again the same problem persisted. Till now the problem is not resolved.

                                We have tried speaking on the following contact numbers given by their service people but none of them have cooperated with us in resolving the problem: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]

                                We are not asking for some charity from LG. This AC is under AMC and the problem is not yet resolved.

                                  Our Company and even for personal home use i have got total 55 Air Condition Machines of LG. this includes split Ac and floor standing ac. we have complained several times from last 10-12 days for repairing my AC's at least of the office. Due to really high temperature here the employees are not able to work. Although we have been calling LG customer Service Center continuously they have been asking us next 24hours each and every day. but to our disappointment we are not receiving any calls back. No response at all. Again on calling we get local service center number but even the local person doesn't come to the spot and always give a next day date or don't even receive our call. We are really pissed running after them and getting no response at all. This time I have been waiting in vain for their technician to call me after booking a complain . I was promised that a technician would call me. The dealer from who we had taken the AC "Mohapatra Dealers", Bhubaneshwar is also not responding.
                                  Although i have complaint numerous time but they have no track of complaint no.

                                      I had contacted several times your LG Service Centre and have spoken to LG Officers at Jaipur and regret to inform that categorically informed that they will not be able to help to replace the Vegetable Basket which I had purchased Single Door Refrigerator Model No. GL265GL (AMSQEBN-(IN), the Vegetable basket No. 043390JF1017 has broken and i had approached service centre at Jaipur and LG Call Centre . On contacting I was informed that they have discontinued the above model and as such it will not be possible to replace. PLEASE NOTE THAT AS LG OFFICERS INFORMED THAT AFTER 5 YEARS THEY REPLACE THE MODEL AND DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPARES/ACCESSORIES.

                                      Please note that we in India do not buy a product for 5 years and replace the same we people take for life time which can run atleast 20 years.
                                      We have requested several times to send the above model vegetable tray to your Jaipur Service deptt. Office so that the same can be replaced and for this we are ready to pay the amount.

                                      Unable to slide in veg tray, with cover-acrylic cover does not sit on the veg container.

                                        I am a LG customer, located at Walchandnagar, Tal-Indpaur, Dist-Pune,Maharashtra. I have purchased a LG refrigerator Model No. GL-254AM5/2011 from LG dealer named "Pandhare Electronics" A/p-Natepute, tal-Malshiras, Dist-Solapur, Maharashtra. I have purchased the refrigerator on 23/4/2011 and i was using the same at my home. Meanwhile the refrigerator malfunctioned and stopped cooling on 26/1/2012. Thereafter I orally complained about the problem with the LG dealer but he paid no attention to the same. Thereafter again I lodged a complaint on 15/3/2012 with "Pandhare Electronics Natepute" and reported about the cooling problem of my refrigerator. The shopkeeker assured me that he will complain with LG electronics and arrange for the LG service as the complaint was well within the warranty period. Thereafter about a period of 15 days a LG recruit named Mr. Raju Kamble serving at Hadapsar office, Pune, visited my house and tried to repair the Refrigerator. That time he told that there was need to refill the gas which incurred a cost of Rs. 900/-. I paid him Rs.900/- and Mr. Kamble did some sort of repairing and went back, while going back he assured me the "Now your refrigerator will work properly and it will start cooling after few hours". Having faith in LG Iagreed with him.
                                        But soon Irealized that my refridgertor is still not working and the same cooling problem persisted. Thereafter I called to LG customer care and reported the above history, after that the same person came from LG Hadapsar office and he changed a coil at the back side of the refrigerator and assured me that now the refrigerator will work ok and went away. But I saw that the refrigetor was still not cooling so i called him back on phone, and complained about the same problem, he told me that "Iwill visit you house again and this time I will surely solve your problem". But since then untill now nobody from LG has came and solved the problem.

                                        Please kindly pay attention to my case and get my refrigertor repaired as soon as possible or I unwillingly and unfortunately I will have to take help of consumer court and media.
