Purchased LED TV LGE26LV2130 on 16.06.12from LG shoppe Evergreen Marketing Associates,kalathipady, Kottayam 686010. Invoice No 700345. Cust Code 003281 Breakdown within warreranty period. Reported on 21.12.2012. Local shoppee instructed to register complalint at toll free nyumber . Regd on 22.12.2012 complaint NoRNA[protected]. Still not repaired or replaced. Repeated enquiries at toll free number or toarea service manger has not yielded any result.Company or its service manager is not doing any thing for redressal. Without TV for the last 24 days. LG Electronics — Non replacement in warranty period
Complaint no RNA[protected]Product/Model No. : Window/LWA2DW1AF1
Window ac falling within 3 years, complaint lodged on 12 April 2012, first visit after 4 days after which I was told the compressor has to be changed.
The mechanic came to pick the ac on 22 April after a gap of 10 days.
The AC was returned in the same condition after about a further week, and after complaint was picked up again after about 3-4 days.
I have called more than 10 times to check up the status, I have not recieved any call from any personnel of LG.
I understand that products can sometimes malfunction, but the absolute lack of service and customer support of LG over the last one month reflects the attitude of the company, irrespective of the products they offer.

HI,We have taken AMC for LG airconditioner last year, valid from 11/09/07-10/09/08.AMC No 500748.
Inspite of repeated request to repair the AC, NO one has attended the complaint.
