I'd LG Service Engineer visit me 6-7 months back for a dead LCD TV complaint (Model Jazz 3280FR). without even checking the unit he point blank mentioned that the LCD Panel is dead & needs to be replaced (charge of 12k+ labour etc) which i did not agree to knowing how the units function - none of the buttons on the TV itself were working. with nothing done about the TV still had to pay the darn visiting charges...

Wepurchased a microwave 8091 on 14.08,2012 from lg circuit mall, sector 8 ,chandigarh and when the engineer came for installation it was not working properly and he made some changes and even changed bulb of this said product. After that after every 2 months
a major part of the appliance stopped working and had been replaced but when it was repalced 4th time I requested the company to be kind enough to replace this product as after...

Myself Dhiraj, had purchased a Refrigerator model no: GL-278VA4 on 08th July, 2010 from Big Bazaar, Netaji Subhash Palace, Delhi. We got, Refrigerator was faulty and it can’t able to cool. I had informed Mr. Manish at Big Bazaar and he suggested me to call LG customer care, I have done and registered a complain at[protected] on 09th july, 2010.

A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and filled gas....

I PURCHASED A LG REFRIGERATOR MODEL LG GL 195 SL 4 IN KOZHIKODE (KERALA) FROM ONE OF THE REPUTED DEALER M/S NANDILATH G MART VIDE INVOICE NO CLT 4272 DATED 23/7/12. THIS WAS FOR THE USE OF MY AGED MOTHER WHO LIVES THERE.

we repeat the complain on[protected] as our product was not repaired.
till now they didnot attended us.

I purchased lg refrigerator 5 months before which is not cooling properly from the first day. I complaint many times in lg customer care about this but they didnt rectify my problem yet. My latest complaint no. In lg customer care is RNA[protected]. Please help me i m very helpless....

i had purchased a micooven in oct 2009 and since jan 2012 it is not working . I have been complaining to the lg callcenter /local branch /lgservice india id but no body listen laslty after i wrote in the facebook they call me and assured me they will rectify within 3 days but again 10 days have passed but no one is bothered .

Pathetic service .

I Had purchased LG Micro Wave Oven during Aug 2010 with 2 Year extended warranty from Croma (Offered by Croma). Product stop working in july 2012.
