i bought a mobile hand set ( lg touch screen worth Rs.4790/-) now i want to exchange it but the store person is not listening, he didn't informed me that he is not going to exchange it and didn't even took my sign on the terms and condition part of the bill, as on 2 Oct 2012 it was a holiday so i went today i.e., 3 Oct 2012, but now he is showing me the attitude and says it cannot be exchanged.If it is in the terms and condition...

We have renewed the service contract of our AC. The renewed contract was to be delivered within 45 days. But even after 2 months or so, the contract was not delivered to us. Finally, my son Vivek Kesarkar called over telephone and was told that the contract will be e-mailed to him. The contract was e-mailed to us (in the form of an invoice). There was no signature on the e-mailed document. Then we received another copy of the same invoice...

I filed complain for my refrigerator for not working to LG customer services on 27th Sept 2012,But till date there is no response from service center.And whenever I call to customer service they provide different no of service center which either does not work or they don't pick....

I had bought an LG TV from CROMA shop in East of Kailash on 21st sep.`12.the person sent by LG one Mr Irshaad tel [protected]
was not only rude but did not install the TV at the correct level.When I told him the its too high he refused to correct it and said that nothing can be done now and if i wanted it fixed then i`ll have to pay 550 rupees- which i refused to do.when i asked for the contact number of someone senior in LG he flatly...

I have logged complaint with RNA[protected], resembling problem with poor video quality for TV. The LG technician came home and repaired the said part by charging 7.5 K and service charges extra. this part came after one month, an now we were not able to get Intelligent Sensor option after this part change. The senior Technician came in and did something with the part. The next day we came to know LCD panel is dead.

I had purchased a LG washing machine aboutthree years ago and recently had a problem and lodged a complaint to their Cutsomer helpdesk and I was told that a person from Sree Electornics from Navi Mumbai ( thier authorised service centre ) will visit my place. They never did and despite repeated complaints nithing happened and then finally on calling customer help desk and eqnuiring on the status they say that the complaint was rejected !...

Me and my family used to be a patron of LG Products, starting from Washing machine, microwave, refrigerator ..and our new 42 inch LCD Flat screen TV, but recently we are really facing great issues with the companies after sales service..
Our front loader Washing machine was giving some trouble for which we logged a complaint its been 3 months and following up regularly - but the service section seem to be too reluctant to listen to...

I was an Employee for teamlease in Lg electronics in Hyderabad. I have resigned 4 months ago, I hav got a mail regarding my employee code and password back later, but now i need to submit my pay slip and joining letter etc. to submit for my P.F. I registered my complaint on 19th September and till date the issue isnt resolved, even after 10 days. I have to live without nonfunctioning refrigerator.The complaint number is RNA[protected]. The service response is pathetic and I had to send my family member to the service centre daily for response.Customer care is useless, they always says complaint would be attended within 24 hrs and never bother to verify if its done or not. Bought LG LCD Tv , model LGCS560 from shoppingindiatimes .com and after I received it I found that TV is having a panel problem and a motherboard problem where I am experiencing a black spots on screen and also tv goes off anytime.

I m saikat, i buy a LG TV 8/09/12 but within a week this color have been changed, and sound quality up and down, i complain this product where it buy and one service man came and he maintain it but one day past my TV color same !...

I am using lcd tv of LG electronics, they have replaced P.C.B during warranty now after few days same problem came again now it is under warranty and company is replacing but how we can trust on product for future. I want my whole product should replaced rather THEN CHILD PART.

I have a LG window AC 1.5 Ton, it is 4 years old now so i took a AMC for next 4 years from LG itself. i had a problem at the time of mid of May 12, Service center guys come and collect my AC and said that they will return after a week as its compressor is not workings, so that's why they have to change it, but after several reminders i got my AC after a one and half month after paying transportation charges...

I HAVE BOUGHT TV FROM DUBAI AND GIFTED TO MY BROTHER, MODEL NO 32LK330, IN JUNE 20111,COMPLAINT WAS LODGED TO LG CUSTOMER SERVICES AGRA,
FIRST THEY REFUSED TO TOUCH, AFTER SHOWING THE INVOICE, THEY SAID MODEL IS DISCTONUED AND THERE ARE NO SPARE PART IN INDIA.

Someone from the LG visited us on 17th September 2012 and said one part is faulty in the instrument and he will come back with thee part to be repaired on the same day. He did not revert...
