I registered a complaint on 28th October regarding my inability to start the TV.I had to push the on/off button 20 times to get the TV ON.Service Engineer came on Monday 29th and said that he has to chabge PC Board.Despite several calls on a daily basis he was unable to service my TV.He has left the back panel open with no screws to hold the screen.

I purchased LG 32 Inch LCD TV in 2008 and it developed a snag in 2012 July. LG executive repaired it and worked well and at the same time he asked me to take AMC which will be useful by LG under the plan HApply Living . I gave a cheque in the name of LG customer care of RS 5000 for 3 yrs AMC. The cheque was processed and so far has'nt received any receipt/document related to my AMC. We bought an LG 350 Litre refrigerator on 13/11/2011 from LG Shoppe (Shri Mangla Electronics) Janakpuri. For the past one month we have been registering our complaint at their call centre. But, such an appalling state of affairs at LG customer service that every time we lodge a complaint, LG people tell that our address in their records is one of Paschim Vihar, and they have already spoken to one Ms Promila, and have hence closed the complaint....

From July 2011 I used a LG-Washing Machine but they getting only one free service last year(2011).Why they not get any free service next without calling. I am highly obliged to this company but 100% upset to there free service.Please see the mater.

Dear sir/madam,I had purchased a Lg refrigerator 250l 254 am5,imei no is r146316 on 4/7/2011 .but after the use of 2 months it has lost the coolong.I complaint again and again but there was not any response from Lg service centre.I had purchased new fridge during these days.
