L G Monitor 700E — Faulty Moniter
i was purchased a moniter from M/S Mohit Electronics Kolkata On 21/10/08 and found it not proper working LG MOD, NIT
i purchage a lcd moniter atiny pixcel dot comes in the screen i ask to service center they are said ther is no problem.he said to me that there is two years more warrenty in the lcd moniter but i see the website time will be over
My LG TFT Monitor is not working.
I purchased a 17 inch black monitor (SXGA-700E), 1 pcs of your company on 10/09/2008for my home use from shop named by Technocrat Infotech pvt ltd(23, C.R.Avenue, kolkata-13).When I installed that monotor and put on the switch, saw the screen is not in propershape or as user friendly shape.Still now it is not in proper in shape.
Though it was a new one, I didn't take the risk of shaping it with the help of switches that are in the fron side of the monitor.
So, I made a call at your helpline and some one receive that and took my mobile number & sent me a message on 11th October, 4:27 pm, -"Your requesting id is N8CA1107880".and within a week you send an employee who was totally USELESS.
Again I made a call to your service centre on that[protected], but no response from your side.
Suddenly, on 06/02/2009, one LG employee called back me and said "Are you satisfied with our service " I answered no, when I said all the previous incidents relating to your goods and service employee, he again asked me about that person to whom your company sent my at place that" was he sitting at your place aminimum of half an hour ?", I answered no.He also told me within 48 hours we will send another EFFICIENT person at your place.
Since then ther is no response from your side.
Now my request is send an EFFICIENT Employee within 7 day counting from today, else I
will compell to suit a claim to CONSUMER FORUM.
But 3 times i send the mail and 3 times it failures

LG TFT 18.5 moniter — No feedback from Lg service centre

Complain logged on 26.10.09 , commited to complete the job within 72 hrs,
But till today no such a action has been taken from a LG Service centre.
WE HAVE BROUGHT OUR LG FLATRON MONITOR MODEL NO. L1515S SERIAL NO. 609NLFD060443, LB(IN) 2 YEARS BACK FROM MUMBAI. NOW IT HAS DEVELOPED SOME ERROR IN DISPLAY HENCE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT THE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED . AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT THE SERVICE CENTRE SITUATED AT AGRA(UTTAR PRADESH)..

LG E700SH Flatron Monitor — No on side warrenty service provide
sir,I already have a complin for my LG monitor on 17.12.07 .My complain No. is C1701367 register at[protected] .They said your service provide within 24 hour.But no any service provide till date.After a week from the register of complain I call the same number and they said that call to [protected]. I call the no. and they give my address for service provide but no any service I get till date.Then I call to [protected] and he said you call to[protected].I call that number but they give another no which is[protected].I call the number. They said on side warrenty not provide you have come with this monitor to the Asansol Service center.Sir this is customer Harassment. Please take any step about this froding.
