Dear Sir / Madam

I have entered in to A.M.C on 01/04/08 and LG had provided servicing on the same day by handing over the cheque. The second service was due in July -08 and 3rd in October 08.
However I regret to inform that your technician did not carried out the servicing as per AMC, Hence I have complained to your Mumbai office in send weak of october on telephone. Since nobody came for servicing, i have registered complaint vide W8CA 2200400 on 22-10-08. One technician has visited my residence on[protected] but he did not carried out service in absence of AMC paper. I have to mentioned here that, I have not received from you inspite of several follow up.
I there fore request you to please arrange to carryout servicing immidiately.

Dear Sir
We have bought a split A/C from Rahul Electronic, Dahisar on 28/05/2008 and after one year entered in to A.M.C. with L.G. since last four months A/C has got leakage problems, service person says that he has to re-install the A/C, as initially it was not installed properly, and for that we have to pay extra money.
We are ready to pay the money but he did not report again

Till date we have not received any help from the customer care in spite of several follow up.
We there fore request you to please arrange to carryout the re-installation immediately.

    I have a problem with the transformer of my microwave oven.On registering a complaint, the electrician checked and informed us that the transformer was required to be changed.But there was no further attendance or service from the LG Customer Care inspite of many calls made by us.
    Its been almost 3 months now yet the transformer has not been changed and the LG Customer Care here, in Hyderabad, are giving us false excuses.please take this into notice.

      I HAD PURCHASE A LG WASHING MACHINE NO WM WF7066MN ON 26 10 2008 FROM NEXT RETAIL INDIA LTD., GALAXI, SAHIBABAD FOR RS. 11800.00. SINCE THEN WE HAVE BEEN CONTINEOUSLY MAKING TELEPHONE CALLS TO THE SELLERS, BUT ENGINEER FROM THE COMPANY HAS NOT TURNED UP SO FAR.

      IN CASE THE REPRESENTATIVE DO NOT VISIT US BY MONDAY, I WILL BE FORCED TO APPPROACH A APPROPRIATE FORUM FOR REDRESSAL OF MY GRIEVANCES, THAT TOO ENTIRELY AT YOUR COST AND EXPENDITURE.

      I purchased LG washing m/c on date 27.06.2010 from Raigarh(C.G) and my request id is C[protected] but till date no representative from LG has yet reached my place to give a demo of the m/c purchased.Inspite of repeated assurance from the Customer care to provide us with a demonstrator we have not received a postive co-operative response.

      This worst service I have not seen before. If I would have been aware of this type of service before I would have never purchased LG Product.

        I have purchase lg tft model no.L1615s .Tft has some problem i called up coustomer care they gave rms technolgies pvt ltd number. I had given tft for sercvice they made ready and told par no:6871TPT282E they has charged rs 1200 for the repaire after 6 months again lg tft monitor has gone bad they r telling again you should pay 600 rs for same part they r telling no warranty they r cheating me first they charged 1200 rs and now they r telling for same part 600 rs they have duplicate part it think early lg logo was coming now differnet logo was coming after replacing the part

        respected sir, i have a lg laptop, model XNOTE RD400, and i conveince my two freinds to buy lg laptop, im satisfy from my lg laptop, his quality is too fine,
        problem is this-- my laptop charger wire have a cut, i go to lg customer care, sri ganga nagar, rajasthan, i saw charger, customer executive says this is not repairable, u must buy new charger worth rupees 1500/-, i tell him, charger is ok dear wire have a cut only. but they neglecting me, only says buying new charger.
        then i go to market. go in shop bahadur electronics, and showing charger, he says this is repairable, i cut this wire from this area and joint here, he repair my charger in rupees only 30/-. now this charger doing work properly.

          I have purchased this LG KE 330 Mobile Handset from a dealer at Nagpur a few months ago. There is no voice clearty no clear availibilty of receiption several compaints made to company dealer they agree to defective technology of the company but could not solve the problems.
          Suggest tough remedial loss measures.

            sir/madam i am a user of lg kg195 handset. i am using the sim card of airtel. when i bought the handset i used to call the settings of airtel live and after saving those settings in my phone, whenever i have tried to access the home page i.e., "http://live.airtelworld.com" i always get the message "connection failed". then i went to lg care center, there they formatted my phone for this problem. After that when ever i call for airtel live settings in reply, instead of getting the settings i get the message "this service is not currently enabled on your phone". when i talked to the customer care service (airtel), they told me that your handset is not compatible. I want to know sir/madam that "WAP" is one of the features of lg kg195, so why they (airtel customer care) are saying that my phone is not compatible. And also sir/madam, before formatting, i used to get the settings, but that time also the handset was unabled to open the homepage. HOPE YOU LOOK AFTER THIS COMPLAINT AND REPLY SOON.
            u go to wap after that go to setting then ok after that go to edit profile select profite then edit profile then ok.setting provide by airtel put it there is a mistake .In connection u ok on http after that u see proxy address that provide by airtel put here after that proxy port hrer is 0 change it 8080. i m sure ur gprs work .HAVE A NICE DAY

I have the operator's settings(Airtel Live).I can browse the web and open other web pages.But I am uanble to open operator(Airtel Live) home page"http://live.airtelworld.com" and can't able to surf anything in Airtel Live.My phone's browser indeed displays a blank page when I open Airtel Live. I often get the messages like this "Request timed out" or "Gateway timed out".All the GPRS Settings entered in my phone is accurate. How can I solve this.can this be rectified?

                i bought an lg mobile phone model -p7200 on 10/07/2006 costing rs.13400/- FROM NOKIA WORLD NU-YORK, , TELE WORLD, OPP LALBAZAR HQ, KOLKATA,
                SR. NO.-602KPJP109876, battery no-SBPP0013302, IMEI NO-[protected], CHARGER NO-TA-25GD2 DATE OF MFG.-02/2006. THIS WAS ONE OF MY BIGGEST MISTAKES I DID IN MY LIFE... WITH IN TWO MONTHS PROBLEM STARTED WITH BATTRRY. WHICH DISCHARGED TWICE A DAY . I CONTACT TO CUSTOMER CARE KOLKATA.. THEY SAID IT WILL BE OK AFTER 4-5 MONTHS.NOW THE BLACK COATING OF FRONT OF THE MOBILE GOT OFF GIVING IT AN UGLY LOOK. SOME HOW IT WAS CHANGED AFTER SOME DAYS.. BUT THE PROBLEM WITH THE BATTERY CONTINUED.. AS I LEFT KOLKATA IN THE MONTH OF JAN 2007. AFTER THEN I AM LOOKING FOR NEW BATTERY . BUT ITS NOWHERE AVAILABLE. I TRIED COSTUMER CARE IN BIHAR SHARIF, PATNA, KOLKATA, NEW DELHI.. BUT EVERY BODY WAS SORRY AS COMPANY HAS STOPPED MANUFACTURING IT.                 I have got a LG P7200 mobile in 2006. After 6- 7 months i found that my battery is completely damaged. I have visited the service station several times in Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkatta, Bhubaneswar but they said, this model is stopped . This is the most worst experience with LG in my whole life.
                I also purchased LG P7200 MOBILE IN 2007 at Hyderabad. Now I am not bale to get the battery. The LG company should supply the batteryies for these mobiles.

                  I had launched a complaint with LG customer care on 10th October 2008. Next day a person from Gennext, Goregaon W, Mumbai visited my office to check the A/c. He informed that the A/c will have to be taken to their service center for some repairs and gas refilling. The A/C was picked up after 4 days. That too after repeated follow ups with the Service Center and customer care. After this it was returned back. However the machine didn;t even work for more than 30 mins. The service center again picked up the A/C after 3-4 days (after repeated calls) on 20th October. Till now we had wasted around 11 days. After this no response from Service center. Again repeated calls to service center. today till 25th Ocotber, the A/c is still not with us. The person we contacted at service center was Mr. Vimesh.

                  We tried speaking to one representative of LG Mr. Vaibhav ([protected]). he too was same. initially 1-2 days he spoke, however next day onwards he started avoiding calls and even after tring his no for 25-30 times, he would never pick up the phone.

                  We are horrified with the kind of service LG is providing and how come they don;t have a quality check of kind of work their service center is providing.

                    Me and my husband were running around since morning to CSd depot and submitted the draft of 10500 rs. for our microwave oven purchase. We went Aerovision LG product shoppe in Rai market in Ambala Cantt and we were told to pick up our product from the godown. We went to the godown and there was an old gentlemen sitting there we were told that they dont have the product. Also we were told that they were doing defence officers a favour by selling the product as they dont make much profit and if they wanted they could make us wait for 30. days. It seems that our respect as defence personnel is lost and i felt very small as i was told these harsh words by the properietor.

                      ibought a lg l1552s monitor 16 months ago and it in the warranty period. it got some black spot in upper corner and now the whole screen gets black after af ew seconds monitor is turned on iwent to the service center of lg in patna bihar but iwas not entertained could u explain the situation

The dealer told me that demo of the product would be shown within 2 to3 days by lg experts, but it has bee 5th day they had not shown the demo.                           Whenever i got the gprs setting to my lg kp220, the mobile asked pin code for save the settings. Ple. anybody have the pin code forward to my mail.

                          how can i transfer my data from pc to mobile and then to pc when i connect with usb it gives two options when i select 1st one phone will simply shutdown and when i select 2nd one it just charging continuously

                            I have a CRT monitor. In the month of august I faced some display problem and register a complaint on 4th of august N8C80401120 . Your Engineer visited and did some troubleshooting but after few days it again started giving same problem. So, I register more complaints N8C82304726, N8C82304899, N8C83007936. Last sunday your engineer again visited my place and did some troubleshooting, unfortunately since then my monitor has completely gone dead.
                            I spoke to that engineer and he said the parts are not available. Before your engineer visited my monitor used to trouble me for around 2 or 3 hours, but sisnce your engineer's last visit it has gone completely dead which is doing no good to me.
                            I am sorry to say but its completely unprofessional and careless atttude wchich was not expected from the firm like you.
                            I therefore request you to do the needfull as soon as possible.
                            I also would like to know about the procedure to get a stand by monitor.
                            I would be greatfull to you.

                            I received the call from your service center that the part that is being damaged completely at the time of service by your engineer is not available to them & hence my monitor is completely dead since then. I am sorry to say that no I am really feeling very bad that I deal with LG India. This would be last product of LG in my life. I really don't want to deal such a company who do not care about its customers. My monitor was at least in working condition before I avail the service from you.

                            I am sorry to say but its completely unprofessional and careless attitude which was not expected from the firm like you.

                              I bought LG Double Door Friz IPC Ref n-Gk-244 Gnu s-711NLL

                              G003384 at JEMINI PLAZA KAKINADA Vide Bill No.86/61 on[protected].Till

                              now I filed TWO complaints
                              1.S8C40104445 on 01/04/2008 and
                              2.S8CA10001746 on10/10/2008, Both times Iam experiencing

                              some kind of trouble with your Technicians. This time Your Technician

                              Mr.Srinivas told me that heis not acquinted with the spare parts and I

                              was told to wait for 3 days and contact him on Wednessday 14th OCT

                              2008. Accordingly when I contacted him by phone he said that he has to

                              go to the office to take the delivery of the courier. But he didnot

                              turned up. I contacted him today and got the same reply. Then I told

                              him that I am going to lodge a complaint to your Head Office. Then he

                              replied that By Tomorrow mornig he is going to attend on my work.The

                              same has explained you by Phone to your LG Service

                              No[protected].Your representative took my mobile No-[protected]. and

                              assured me to convey the action taken in this regard.I also told him

                              that there is no other go for me to lodging a complaint in the

                              Consumers Forum if this doesnot work.

                                  LG — shabby service

                                  i had purchased a LG front-loading washing machine model no.wd-8001c1, serial no.0005tw-003510 on[protected] in mumbai from an authorised dealer. it was in perfect working condition. meanwhile we shifted to bhatkal- karnataka in 2003. the machine was working fine till 2006. then all of sudden, it was not working. after innumerable calls to service centre in udupi, a service personnel came and informed us that drum groove has been damaged which has to be repaired. we agreed to get it repaired at our own cost. after this, there was no news from the guy, who just vanished. our calls were not recieved or just neglected. this followed for around 18 months when ultimately we had to give a complaint in the customer care centre, who promised of action within 24 hours(complaint no-s8-c[protected] the service personnel who did visit to check the machine informed us that the required spare part is not available in india and that it has to be procured from korea. we agreed to pay the cost for that too and requested him to get the spare part and have it repaired. after yet numerous calls to the service centre, they claim that we had to check before puchasing the product whether the spares are available in india or not, and that it was our mistake and they will not be able to procure the spare part from korea and adviced us to sell it off. we went to lg dealer in our town who says that the machine will fetch only rupees 800! what an offer! we beg to differ, but we were not informed of any such would-be problems if we purchased that particular machine. how are we supposed to know which machines are produced in india and which are not? we would like to know whether its the death of our machine or still something can be done to revive it?

                                  Inspite of lots of reminders and communication no action has been taken date. I am very much surprised that a in a big multinational company LG there is no one to look into the matter as already two months have passed till date no one from top to bottom is taking interest to solve the problem of a customar. If you are unable to replace the product then you directly say no. Then i can go for other options.This is my last reminder please take it seriouly. As i am exhausted by making many calls and sending lots of mails to concerned brach office and head office.

                                  Dear sir, Inspite of given complaint to you no progress has been taken place regarding my problem. It is embarrassed to say no one is properly responded from chandigarh office. Chandigarh peoples says that there is no piece of 19" TFT available at any of their store and it will not be provided without giving proper reason. I have lost faith on your company as no action has been taken till date from Head Office.Hence I request you once again kindly look into the mater and make it replace LG 19" TFT immediately.
                                  I had bought Split AC from Dass (Kothrud) in Feb 2008
                                  As per the manual there are free servicing done from LG
                                  Till date[protected]nobody had come and serviced the AC
                                  I had contacted LG and Dass and they have given me the request id W8CC2301685
                                  One person called me up and said that the service person will be coming on 25 Dec and will do the needful
                                  But the person didn't turned up

                                  I called him up and there was no response from his end. he is not picking up the phone

                                  As per the above scenario there are queries from my side
                                  1. Whether LG maintains any data of the services to be done?
                                  2. There is no central agency which can answer the call of the customer.
                                  3. The customer has to dial up the service person and run pillar to post for the service which LG has to give as per the commitment
                                  4. What about the free services which I am entitled in the first year, as the year will be completed in Feb 2009?
                                  5. What will be the course of action if there is problem after 1 year which may be due to lack of servicing not done during the first year?

                                  This kind of approach has a negative impact on the name of such a reputed organization like LG...which states that Life's Good with LG
                                  but mine has become worse.

                                  Lg pc are third class product.they selling thier junk in india. i purchased a computer 18 months earlier during these this period of 18 months i got my computer repaired for 28 times .i have all complaint numbers. even on the last day of warranty my computer was with the company for repairing, and their didnot worked for more than 9 days . this is my life 2nd worst experience with lg. i only want to never trust these korean or chinese blood easily they will always betray.
                                  Betrayal is not limited to Chinese / Korean blood. This behavior can be traced back very origins humanbeings irrespective of their locality.

                                  I have made a complaint about a Lg washing machine fully automatic vide complaint no. N[protected] dt. 22/06/09 regarding non-functioning of timer.
                                  The authorized representative of service center informed about the change of motor and promised to come again with the motor and related parts.

                                  It is regretted to mention that none has reported for rectifying the complaint till date despite daily reminders on the BPO [protected]. I was feeling proud o[censored]sing the Lg products but the behavior of service centers is not up to the mark and they're forcing me to think otherwise against the Lg electronics.

                                  I, therefore, request let the matter replaced before the CMD of Lg electronics so that corrective manners be taken at the appropriate level for directions to the concerned authorized service center for taking immediate remedial action.

After coming back to India, although several people warned me that i must not try to buy LG products as they are not only inferior, their service is even worst.                                   i totally agree wid mr.yogendra singh i bot a lg projection tv for rs.85000 some part got defective in january and lg people say they cannot repair the part as its unavailable .my tv has been lying in lg workshop for the last 8 months in lucknow which has led me to drag them in consumer forum .we indians should really boycott these inferior and cheap electronics their service is soooooo pathetic

                                  LG Electronics — LG windows ac complaint for last 26 days

                                  I have own a windows ac of your esteemed brand for last 3.5 years. The AC was working fine, (time to time some problems occur) but for about last 25 days the ac has created lots of problem . I have made around six complaints ( one complaint and other are recomplaint) started from 18/07/09. And last complaint I have made today (13/08/09) .But as one problem solved, other problem occured. I do not know that how the service engineers work in LG Service. They repair the AC, make sure that now AC will work fine and again after one day or two some new problem or old problem arise.Are engineers in LG Service not capable to repair the AC properly? If yes then LG needs to say something or to do something against these engineers because these activities leaves a bad impression on LG name.
                                  The details about the complaints made by me are given below:

                                  So the last complaint i have made to the customer care (it's again a recomplaint) is on 13/08/09 and the no of total days in problem are 26. days.So you understand the behaviour of your service staff and also understand the problem that I am facing for last 25 days.It also required to come into your noticethat the summer season is going on and it is not easy to leave without AC for even one day. But the service staff does not respond properly about the time and date of AC repair and keep AC with them ( in service center) for 5/6 days.
                                  So it is my request to resolve my problem within two days so that I can use my AC as soon as possible.

                                  I fully agree with the various views expressed in this forum. LG is maintaining agolden silence and unfortunately there appears to be no follow up from your side. The whole thing appears to be an exesise in futility. These foreign companies are here to make money at the cost of innocent consumers and the Govt and other controlling authorities are watching helplessly. Afterall these are the days of globalisation and the sufferers are the helpless cosumers. Why run a site where you do nothing to help the consumers.

                                  MY complaint no CEPFO/E/2009/09260 is till unanswered.

                                  My PF for Rs 18990 from ITC ltd to LG electronics has still not been transferred from my PF no DL/19501/8847.

                                  The dept has only transferred the LG amt to my new Vodafone PF account without the old amt transferred from ITC ltd.

                                  This issue is pending since 6 years now.

                                  I am (daughter of Mr HK Suri) writing this email with lot of frustration after recieving a poor customer experience from your service centers.
                                  I called your call center on ph#39010909 and [protected] on 23rd Sep and logged a complaint regarding my television not working properly. The representative who answered the phone promoised that I will be recieving a call within 2 hours from the engineer and he will be visiting my place in 24 hours. I waited however nobody called and visited and placed. I called called back on 24th Sep around 2 pm and spoke to a different representative to express my dissatisfaction. The rep promised me the same thing and I waited for another 24 hours however no phone call and no visit from your engineer. I called back today (25 Sep) to follow up on my complaint and I still get to hear the same story. Today i requested to speak to a manager and the rep disconnected on me and called back again and Spoke to Dominic (Supervisor) but he was no no help as well. Your representatives gave me a runaround giving me different phone numbers to reach. They gave me[protected] to speak to the service center directly where nobody answers the phone. And your other rep gave me the number for Mr. Sunil Raina ([protected]), who said that I have to speak to Customer Services and he cant help me as well.

                                  Its been an extremely dissapointing experience with you guys. Your product has given us less pain than your representatives and their fake promises. I can go out in the market and get my TV repaired however its the brand name with whom I wanted to stick with.
                                  I feel its the responsibility of LG to take care of its customers even after the product is sold to them.
                                  I have spent lot of money on phone calls and lot of my energy talking to your people who dont even understand the customer's situation and read the same script given to all of them. I would like LG to fix my TV and reimburse me for all the pain I have gone through.

                                  I have brought LG 29" colour T.V on 28th Sep 2009, with in a warrnty period it has give trouble and now after 1 year and 2 months again same issue. Service guys says all the electrical componets got burnt. I have never come corss the product like this.

                                  L G 22" LCD TV — AGREED FOR REPLACEMENT

                                  Dear Sir, We have purchase LG 22" LCD TV from Sony Mony Vileparel Mumbai, vide invoice no.600732 dt 20/06/2010. After constant complaint to inspect the TV, engineers from LG visited three times and agreed for replace of the the TV. How ever no proper reponse from L G TV INDIA.
                                  I bought an LG refrigerator 414lt capacity and a microwave oven of 30 lt capacity from LG Shoppee on SG Road, Ahmedabad and sad to say am disatissfied with both. The microwave makes so much noise that it appears that you are standing on a helibase where a chopper is preparing to take off and the fridge a double-door where everytime you close the fridge door, the freezer door opens in sympathy with the air pressure (and then keeps sounding till you close it) indicating that the elecronic magnet is weak.

                                  Pl instruct your dealer/service centre to address the complaint fortwith unless you want to fill the market with second rate stuff and then booted out lock stock and barrel.

                                  After reading all the above views and myself experiencing the same, I fully agree that LG's customer services are the most pathetic. All the personnel, from bottom to the top level, whom I have interacted with, are least bothered about the customer. They just keep delaying the matter and very smartly try to make sure that the warranty period expires by just giving false assurances that they will look into the matter and get back to you. I am so disturbed and annoyed with their response that I feel like personally going to their office and bashing them up.
                                  It is becoming tiresome to deal with LG electronics to get a simple AMC rekated request registered. Frustrated.

                                  Now I request you to please look into the matter and instruct the company to replace it only on immediate basis and no more repairing required for this product. Because after its warranty period I cannot bear so many expenses only on its repairing, as I am a lower service class staff.

                                  LG Windows AC — AC is not repaired on time

                                  I have launched the complined against my LG Windows AC (RNA[protected] which is under AMC on 22nd June 2012.
                                  After that no action taken by the companey we called then up contonuously then on 26th they picked the AC from home and said that GAS is leaked.
                                  After 3 days I personnaly went to service center and they comitted that they will send it by 30th June 2012.
                                  My family is suffering now they did not send my AC till now.
                                  I am not in India and I am calling on the numbers given and waisting my huge money on phones but those ediots are even not picking up tha dam phone.
                                  This seriously a harrasement for me and my family.
                                  If you you can help to get my AC bach from those peoples I will be very thankfuly to you.
                                  I also wanted to take some legal action against this comapney when I will be in India.

                                    The Ref was purchased by me in Oct 06 from Allahabad. Presently I am posted at Gandhinagar. I had lodged a complaint 40 days back for Ice formation in Deep Freezer. The Engineer from LG visited in the 2nd week of Sep 08 & he told us that Rubber Gasket of the Deep Freezer is the problem & it will be changed. Then the Mechanic visited in the first week of Oct 08 with wrong Gasket. Again I have informed the company thrice in between but in vain.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have a lg microwave oven. Its grill has stopped working. I gave a complaint at the lg call center on the 06 oct 08. The service engineer came and diagnosed that the heating element of the grill needs to be changed. He promised to return the next day for replacement of the heating element. Till date he has not turned up. Repeated reminders to him on telephone and to the complaint call center have not yilded any results. Its a sad state of affairs. For a weel rputed company like lg and after sale support in such a disarray it is really disappointing.
