As per my latest complaint i.e. N8CA0404669, the chassis of my monitor has been changed, the monitor was @ your gurgaon center but I am really sorry to write you that I am having a bit doubt that the screen that is in my monitor is the same one that was before its service. As there was the scratch on the top of the screen & that was due to the first service against my complaint N8C80401120. Now yesterday i.e. on 15th of November 2008 I got my monitor repaired by your Gurgaon service center, now what I noticed that the scratch that was before its deliver is not over there & now there are some new scratches @ the midlle of the screen & a black spot also. I am sorry to say that its highly irresponsible behaviour from LG India, as my monitor goes totally useless infact its really difficult to work on it.

Kindly look into the matter.
Hope an early action in this regard else I would have to move to some senior officials reagarding the same.

LG India — Damaged body in AC

We bought a new air conditioner from LG dealer in yamunanagar haryana
The so called experinced person which was sent by the dealer to install the ac damaged its body.And the Ac stopped to function .
I many times asked the dealer to replace the unit but there was no such replacement
Thus I want to splve my problem thr this forum

LG — Lack of Customer Care

It is to inform you with great regret that your company fails to satisfy their customers which is least expected from a company as reputed as LG.
I have a 42" TV. Model no. LC2R which has been out of order for the past 1 month. I was told by your engineers that the mother board needs to be replaced..Your company has still failed to replace the part..Evertime I call I am told that the part is not in stock..It is hard to believe that the part has been unavailable for this long a period.

I am having LGKG 195.i m having problem with my mobile frm the day i bought. costomer service centre repaired temporarely as i take that to them 3-4 times but till now i have lot of problems with that.i request them to replace my set as it is a manufacturing problem but they refuse to do so.

LG — No show after 1st visit for TV complaint

This is reg. a complaint for my 29 inch LG TV. Complaint no. is S8C90106179. After attending the first time, the technician was supposed to come again with necessary spare parts, but he never turned up. He does not pick up the phone and later switches off. I have read bad reviews about poor customer service of LG. Now I am experiencing it myself.
If someone can help, it would be great.

My Home theater DVD music system is not working and I logged a complaint on 15/11/2008 to LG customer service Center Surat (Sai Service) and the service engineer had visited my house to rectify the issue, after his visit he told me some part is not working and we have to replace it .Accordingly I drop the system on the same day (15/11/2008), Job no. W8CB1500522 HFT8CB1500006, after that I am not able to get a proper feed back / responds from the service center. For the last 2 weeks they keep telling that the part is in transit. So please go through the job no and advice / mail me when can I get my system back. If you are not able to rectify the issue please return it.

I am a Reliance mobile user, I have purchased a new connection on 10.9.2008 with of the Reliance retailor, with short period I found that I am unable to switch on the set or switch of it. So I have given my set to your ACS at pondicherry ( Digital Logistic ) for service, they set the board has to be replaced so they asked me to give the zerox copy of the bill . I send my bill copy to them . Finaly they have given me a rectified set that does not contain my original Sl. and the outer case has been changed by them apport from this the display is not good the letter are partialy block and brown in colour . More over they took 16 days to complete this type of service. When I was in your ACS office every body coming their are scolding the service persone for his improper service. So why don't you take necessary action so that they can post a good technician for service

Last Six Month back I Contact LG service center at my native town for acid wash and drain & input water tube. They charged near about 2000/-. Point is, after finishing their job they disconnect the drain pipe main wire and made it working. Then now this problem starting and making complaint to customer care through Toll free number. No body is responding. what is happening there ?

Mistake done by you people at the previous service and I am requesting you to make it correct. But very very poor responce. But at the time of purchasing you people are advertising " world wide customer service supprot " where it is ?

I have complaint on 02.04.09 regarding my Split AC for the fault of after switch on the Ac, it is running without chillness and after few minutes short circuit is happening.
After complaint registering of 20 hrs service man has came and found the fault of gass leackages and he suggested after 24 hrs we will providing the technical persons for Refilling the gasses.But after 24 hrs another serviceman has came (Inbetween we have follwed 6times with customer care as well as previous service man)
2nd service man has explained us that Fan impeller has got broken in outside fan settings.and gas leakages are not major but the broken impeller is in fan is the major.

I bought a LG mobile, Model KE-500. The mobile hangs every now & then and I
have to switch it off & then on again to use it. After sometime it again hangs.
I took the set 4 times to the LG authorised service centre at Faizabad Road,
Badshahnagar in Lucknow. Every time they said software is the problem &
they have reloaded the software. However, prolem remains as it was. It seems
a PCB level problem. Service centre doesn't want to take it seriously to rectify.
I am ix a fix not knowing where to take my complaint further for a redressal.
I have now registered my complain in the LG India site, no.[protected],
on 4th May, 09.

I bought a brand new split ac from lg india in April 2009, from simmer electronics amritsar and was installed at gurgoan. when the ac was installed it did not work as the out side fan of the outer unit was not working. we called the service center at gurgaon they said person will come within 24 hrs. but the person came after 72 hours. after examinig the ac they said "the relay is to be replaced and within two three days it will be replaced". Till today it is not replaced. What is the use of buying an ac which will not work in this summer.

Home Town and LG — No response from customer service

Hi All,

I wanted to buy a Kitchen Chimney as there was an offer in Home Town Pune, so I called up the number provided in the news paper. My call was not answered. I received a call on my cell from your sales department. I informed them that I need to buy a Kitchen Chimney; the first operator informed me that the range of the Chimney is from 3k to 8k. But again I received a call from some other person who informed me that the price for the Chimney ranges between 8k to 20k.

I visited Home Town on 30 April 2009. I came to know that the chimney needs to be fixed 1 foot above the stove. I did not have that kind of an arrangement at my home, so instead of chimney I decided to purchase a LG microwave. At that time there was a LG agent named Shewta who informed us that if you book the item today we will get a free Nirlep pan. So I booked the LG 26liter microwave by paying booking amount of Rs 699. I informed them that I needed the delivery on 7 May or latest by 15May 09. They informed me that they will not be able to deliver the item by 7May, however, will deliver it on 15 May.

After making full payment for the LG microwave, I particularly informed that I need the delivery of Microwave by 15th May 09, however the associates there insisted that I take the delivery on 13May 09. I reminded the delivery boy about the Pan, which was promised to me by Shewta. They informed that the Pan comes from the warehouse so it will be provided by Home Town. So I called up Shewta who told me that home town will provide the pan. So the delivery boys called Home Town and then I spoke to Gamin (Manager) from Home Town. He informed me that if there is an offer he will make sure that I will receive the pan and he forced me to accept the delivery mentioning on the invoice that the delivery for pan is still pending, I agreed. I also informed him that I need the demo guy to be at my home on 23rd to 25th for demonstration of the LG Microwave who agreed the same.

I called Gamin to enquire about the free Pan, he told me that there is no such offer so he will not be able to provide the same. I was very furious when he told me this, then he told me that this was offer from LG people and now I need to speak to LG regarding the same. After that I received a call from a girl name Tasneem as I needed to make the remaining payment for the microwave which was booked by me. I again informed the whole issue to her again she informed she will call me back with the resolution of this issue. I never received any call from Home Town or LG.

I wanted to log a complaint about this but I just ignored this issue. Again on 23rdMay I call up Gamin as demo guy never called or visited my home so that I can start using my microwave. Gamin informed me that he will arrange it by 24rh or 25th of May. After some time I received a SMS from LG, but till 26th of May I again did not receive a call from LG nor Home Town. So I again today call the Home Town # and spoke to Mr Ramchendra Pardeshi (Service delivery manager). Again explained him the whole issue but still did not receive any response from Home or LG.

Please HELP.

My Name Manoj M Asawa a regular customer of LG household products. My Refrigerator is not working and I logged a complaint on 31/06/2009 to LG customer service Center Bhayander, Thane. Complain no. W9C53101778. The service engineer had visited my house to rectify the issue, after his visit he told me the timer is not working and we have to replace it . As per the service engineer, the timer had manufacturing defect, and so you have to wait for another 5-6 days to get a new one and get refitted,

My question why should it take so many days for a small thing, and if it takes so many days than he should have done some temporary arrangement, how can in this modern world can some live without an proper refrigerator that too in the summer season, when the temperature is more than 40 deg.

Please look into matter and provide proper service which will give 100 % customer satisfatcion.

I hope my case would be heard and immediate action would be taken.

Hi All,
I purchased a double door 265 ltrs refrigerator on 03rd Sep 2008 from M/s Vivek's, Nanganallur at Chennai. My nightmare started since Mar 09. My refrigerator stopped functioning and the Vivek's directed me to LG customer care. Please believe me that in the last four months my Fridge stopped functioning 4 times. do you know what is reaction time of LG ? 48 Hours.

So I suggest if you are using one please throw away all the products stored specially during summer or have two refrigerators (impractical suggestion I know !! but helpless). Every time I get hollow promises from LG but nothing concrete on ground..My suggestion keep away from LG products, it is no more reliable. LG stands only for LOOKING GOOD !!! don't expect anything more !!

I had lodged a complaint under reference N 9C 62003388 on 20th June about my Window AC making a noise and not giving proper cooling.

The Complaint was attended on 23rd June after a lapse of 4 days in the afternoon.

The person attending the complain said that there is problem with the motor which has to be replaced and the same will be attended on 24th June in the morning. I am writing this e mail on 24th June at 1630 hrs and no body has turned up to attend to the complaint. We made several calls on the Mobile Number given by the person who attended the complaint on 23rd June. We are assured every time that some one is coming to our office in short time. Just for your information the AC unit was purchased on 25th February and the Complete Unit has already been changed once. The original Unit was not giving proper cooling and a New Unit was replaced.

This speaks of the Quality of LG products and the service given .

About 2 months back We bought a new TV LG42LCD ZAAZ .It is well working.But getting some audio disterbance during a refregiretor relay tripping ON and OFF.We shifted refregiretor to other room but no Use.we scare about whether that electrical disturbance damage TV set.please sugest solution for this.

My LG Fridge did not work properly within the guarantee period. On giving complain, your person came and replaced a part. After 4 months of this same symptom & troble apears. Now warantee period expired. Is it not your manufaturing/design fault? What is my fault to bear the expenditure?

He was told me that within 12 hours you have contacted by our service Engineer but after 4 days a Engineer came and told that the A.C. would be repaired in workshop and we will collect by tommorrow morning But the person has come to collect on monday evening i.e. 06-07-09 and he gave assrance that the AC will be delivered by Wednesday Evening. But I have not received the My A.C. till now. On enquiry in the Service Centre, they inform that we have not any covered vehicle for delivery so that we can not deliver the same.


I am reqesting you to take the matter at top priorty and arrange the delivery today.

It is quite normal with them. You will have to follow-up 50 times before your work is done. Or you can just give up - they will not listen to you unless you make 50 calls to them.

We Purchased a 32" Plasma - LG make from Metro Hyderabad May 2008 . We never used it since only my mother watched TV. When the TV Stopped working we complained to LG and they deputed some who came and told us the TV tuner circuit or board has gone due to bad Cable signal and collected Rs 200 for a device that prevents that, he promised to repair the set then one day he came with a board and replaced it only to realise that it did not match so another complaint then he came back and took the board and disappeared . After complaining again and after a month he returned and replaced the board but the set did not even start. Even the DVD we were able to watch is gone. Then LG sent another mechanic and he ran away after seeing the situation . Today after complaining another time he has come and told mother board is gone. She told that the Engineer/Technician can only speak Tamil.

LG Electronics — NEW LCD TV NOT WORKING -- NO SERVICE SINCE 12/10/2009

1) Purchased 26 inch LCD on 12 Oct 2009 (my sincere apology to LG)

2) Color of panel turning green since installation. (complaint C09A 1217487 dtd 12/10/2009) (May be LG’s Go Green policy)

3) Lodged complaint no. C09A 1406864 dated 14/10/2009 (call center number was working: thanks)

4) Mechanic came on 14/10/2009- said PANEL NEEDS TO BE REPLACED (hopeful)

5) I followed up with Ms. Swagata -- Customer Care Executive, Kolkata on 22nd Oct 2009. (got her number from call center only)

6) Today is 26th Oct - Ms. Swagata says -- she doesn't have any info from stores so she can’t give me any timeframe as to when I may get it repaired (poor me)

7) Called the call – center, to locate my existing complaint details. Get to know that the system deletes any complaint more than 7 days (brilliant strategy … fortunately I located it from my sms box)

8) My question Sir—when can I watch LG LCD (now hanging like a dead photo-frame) next week, next month, next year or next decade (if at all)?

I have a LG lcd 26LC2R, had purchased it on 13th of january 2007, the problem in the tv is that the colour screen has become black and white, I had calld up the customer care and the person turned up after 20 days of the complaint.the cost for all repairs is about rs5000, whereas we get a new LCD for rs 20000 itself, we had paid rs35000 to purchase the LCD and cannot afford to spend more on it.

LG Customer care — TV repair process

I had registered LG TV repair complaint with LG customercare on 7th Oct 2009,with no:C09A1912611.
The service center(SC) technician came and checked n taken few parts for repair on 8th.He said he will comeback regarding cost of the repair in 2 days,but has not contacted for 10days.When i contacted him he said it will cost 2.2K n i said go ahead with the repair.He said it will b done in two days.They registered complaint on 19th with website.From that day of 15th Oct to this day they never contcted me,i hv contacted them may b 10times regarding the status,all the time they said it will come in two days like that.Still it is not done.
No body updated me the status.When i contacted their supervisors n area incharge they first entertained n promised it will b done,but later they started to reject my call.
I hv been raising this with customercare,but they too offered little help.

LG — No proper Installation in 5 days

I am completely disappointed by the service provided for my newly purchase LG washing machine. I am providing the chronological sequence of events and am thoroughly disgusted with the unprofessional attitute of the engineer responsible.

I purchased LG washing machine Model F1256NDP on Nov 13, 2009. At the time of purchase, I was promised that the machine would be installed the next day.

No one turned up the next day despite reminders and in turn assurance by the seller.

After several followups, the engineer turned up unannounced on Nov 15 (Day 3 of purchase) for installation. It was just a coincidence that I was available at home.

Upon opening the pack, the engineer discovered that one of the legs of the machine was missing. He broke off one piece of Thermocol from the packing and inserted below the machine in place of the missing leg.

The engineer switched on the machine and performed some checks without explaining anything.
The engineer said that since I had already used an LG front loading machine (the one I purchased 8 years back which now is not repairable), the functions are similar hence there is no need for him to explain. I completely disagree to this statement since later I found that the functions are very different than the machine I had used in the past.

The engineer stated that I could run the machine with Thermocol leg in place of the missing leg. Whereas, I could clearly see that the machine was not balanced - the operator manual clearly says that the machine should be balanced properly otherwise it could be damanged. This clearly demonstrates the callous attitude of the engineer towards manufacturer's instructions.

The engineer promised that he would be replacing the leg the next day (Nov 16) and also would get an extension pipe for water connection (since the original one was short) which he said would be charged extra - I accepted that. When asked if I have to sign any installation report, he stated that there was no document to be signed.

After the engineer left, I took a logical decision not to use the machine on 3 legs untill it was properly installed on all 4 legs and proper water pipe.

I called him several times during the next day finally he picked up the phone in the evening. He told me that he had been able to find a replacement leg and water pipe for the machine (I am surprised it took him one day to find this) and would fix it the next day i.e. Nov 17 by 12:00pm.

I specifically asked someone to stay at home so that when the engineer visits, he doesn't find the door locked. The engineer didn't turn up throughout the day, when I tried to reach him over phone, he didn't pick up the call. Under complete frustration, I sent a text message to him - he didn't reply to that too.

The end result is that today is the 5th day of purchaing the machine and it is standing on 3 legs and is unusable.

The above episode has left me under complete disappointment due of the highly irresponsible, callous and unprofessional attitude shown by the LG engineer.

    An expensive high end microwave which was purcahsed from 'CROMA' turned out to be a defective piece - after numerous complains the company acknowledged this and agreed to change some of the body parts. they collected hte machine from our house on 30-7-08 with a promise to get back to us in 3 days - as per telephonic conversation on [protected]. as we did not hear from the agency - Digital Care - we called them up and were assure a result the next tuesday. this went on for about two months and then we were told that since they could not get the bill from 'CROMA' we should give it to them as they need to change the whole machine. we e-mailed a copy of the bill and confirmed the receipt with 'Biren Shah' on their end. he again promised 3 days. its 3 and half month now, still nothing has happened...this makes you wonder about the effeciency and ethics of companies in India...I wonder how can they become 'world Class' like this?????

      i bought lg tv 21"inch on nov/05 and aftr seven months there was little problem on part of sound and i contacted lg service centre in jammu for reparing but incomptenet service engineers in jammu's lg service centre damaged my tv a lot and aftr hectic tries from my side the sales manager in jammu exchanged my old tv with new one and aftr 2 yrs i.e in nov 08 i again experince a problem in my tv coz this time the problem was regarding picture because the sound was coming and picture was not there in tv and again i contacted lg service centre via complaint nmbr n8cb1003818 and service engineer who came in my home told me tht picture tube of tv is out of order and will cost rs 4500 approx but when i went to local service engineer in the market and told him regarding this problem and he checked the tv and got repaired it with in 10 minutes and took only rs 100/ for that. so now tell me what is the service Lg is providing to its customers

        i purchased a LG mobile RD-3510 (Reliance Sim), before 3-4 days but its battery is working very short time only 6-7 hours after full charging, but company mentioned its working 200 hours standby mode, and talktime 200 minutes, its totally wrong. what can i do?

        Hey, I have LG RD 3510 also but my battery is working for atleast 2 days and sometimes 3 days. Standby time and Talk time is great in comparison to other mobiles. I suggest that you go to the nearest LG Service center and get replaced your battery.

        I purchased a new reliance rd 3510 in january 2008.when i purchased it its battery back up is good.
        it full charges in 3-4 hours but now in the month of november it doesn't show that the battery is full charged even when i charged it for 12 hours it will go on charging up to an infinite limit.

          I have purchased a LG PC model No.LG MY PC XDZ in Oct. 2007, under warranty of 3 years. The PC developed technical problems during October 2008. M/s.CA INFORSYSTEMS, TRIVANDRUM, Kerala, the After Sales Service Agency of LG, deputed their unskilled technicians against my various and started TRIAL & ERROR METHODS, by replacing /repairing of SATA CABLE, MOTHER BOARD, HARD DISK, reloading of safteware etc. But till today they could not put my PC into trouble free operation. Yesterday again they sent their technician with an old REPAIRED motherboard as replacement & the same being old & repaired one, I did not allow them to replace it. Further, to have a direct talk with Mr.Rajkumar, In-Charge of CA INFORSYSTEMS, Trivandrum, their call Co-ordinator, Mrs/Miss. Priya, did not connect me with him and behaved in a very rude, abusive and unpleasant manner. It is not at all advisable to keep such kind of nuisance as a Call Co-ordinator in a reputed firm. M/s.LG should direectly take it as a serious one and initiate some corrective action.

          However, since their unskilled technicians put my PC in a irreparrable condition, I am taking up the matter with LG for free replacement of etnire PC with new one.

            we bought a lg microwave 2 yrs back.one day we observed that the food placed inside the micro was rotating on the plate but was not getting warm.i dialed the customer care (toll free) i suppose i was connected to bangalore & iwas given an id S8CB0406239 ON 4 NOV, THE TECHNICIAN HAD COME ON 6TH &Said the magnetron needs repair & said will be done on 8 but till date no response.
            iam presently in coonoor & my contact no is [protected].
            iam sorry but if this is the response then i must say i regret buying an lg product which has apoor after sales service.incidentally i have an LG LCD TV & ALSO AN LG AC.
            i guess i have to bear with ur services a little longer, but see i[censored] can help at the earliest.

              THE ABOVE FRIDGE IS PURCHASED BY ME ON NOVEMBER 08, 2007. SINCE THAT DATE THE FRIDGE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE FIRST TIME ON 4/4/2008 THE PERSON CAME AND CHANGED THE TIMER, THE SECOND TIME ON 8/4/2008 THE PERSON CHANGED THE COMPRESSOR AND AGAIN YESTERDAY I.E. 10/11/2008 THE PERSON HAS COME AND CHANGED THE COMPRESSOR. PLEASE CAN YOU JUST RELIEVE ME OUT OF THIS PROBLEM. EITHER BY REPLACEING MY FIDGE OR GETTING IT CHECKED PROPERLY. I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM FOR THE PAST ONE YEAR, WITH NO RESULTS AT ALL.                 i was got very bad experence in your service centre. i was repair my mobile for 26/02/09 in "Sai Teleservices" in ghatkopar (E) A 110, Mezannine floor, satyam shopping centre M.G. road ghatkopar (E). my handset no. KG 370 & Invoce no. 44223/ cal receipt no.[protected]. my handset major problem is display & SMT and i alway pay to this amt after the servicing. but my mobile SMT will be not changes. "Sai Teleservices" employee is given to the response it is not avilable in my centre.when is come back i was forward u message. but every time i can calling the sai teleservice employees they will given the same answer. nobody can take the responsibility properly.
                LG should improve their products and service support or CLOSE DOWN !!!

                I had lodge my complaint regarding the window AC(Complaint No:-W9C[protected] four weeks ago about the fault in the autoswing motor and buzzer problem.The technician from the Genext company came on the next day and stated that since he does not have he spare part in hand, he would come next day and replcae the spare part.He didnt showed. I called up 10 times in the customer care center and everytime I was been told that i will recieve a call from Gnext when the spare part will be changed.I was provided with the cell number of Vaibhav Vartak who is the manger in charge of complaints and when contacted he told me that he will give a call within 30min updating the timelines when the parts will be changed.He didn't called up that day and when called up next time he is sometimes disconnecting the number, not picking up the cell and somtimes sending a SMS stating that he is busy in a meeting and will call up.However he doesn't cals up and I am the one who has been calling up more than 8 times but in vain.
                Being a manager this is the way to treat a customer.I was also provided with Vinesh cell number and on contacting he stated that he doesn't have the buzzer spare part and the motor will be replaces soon.Still my AC is not being repaired
                I have taken the AMC and the after service provided by the LG is really pathetic since there is no vale for the customer and would recommend others not to buy LG

                I absolutely agree that your complaints are not taken care of in Mumbai, at least. With this attitude, I am sure that there will not be any LG dealer or LG product on sale, at least in Mumbai, if not India. A problem started in my washing machine on 18th October 2009, made a complaint (CA 09A1813298). An LG representative visited my house on 19th October and said that some part needs replacement. Since then nothing has been done to repair the machine.
                What is worse is that whenever I call the few numbers that I got from the call centre, I am not able to get any response. I am at a loss, I do not know what to do. My only option may be to buy a new machine, not an LG, of course.
                I wish these comments get shown on some news channel so that making a choice gets easier with LG brand out of everyone's mind.
                I have also same problem, My mobile display problem costing Rs.201/- by M/s.Grace Tele Service, Manek Nagar, Borivali ( w) does not have spares of display material for last 2-3 days. Just now l have phoned them yet they do not have. When it will come no idea? Pl let me know what to do ?

                i had bought lg cookie fresh four months ago. till date i have visited four times to service centre. i.e. on an average once a month so that they can take care of the customers.

                hence they are called customer care. and this time they say it will take 2 weeks to repair and they dont have spare mobile for me.

                they have one hour service committment or a mobile till your mobile gets repaired... all this is bull and they should stop putting that committment or else we should launch a complaint to grahak samiti so that actions can be taken against such false claims.
                Same experience has been shared by me. Had called the LG helpline on 2nd Jan'11 for Microware, however till date - 24th Jan'11 I haven't got any response. all get to hear from the customer care executives is false hope. Hope this experience helps other guys not to buy any LG products.

                OK, maybe life is good for your other LG customers, bur certainly not for me.
                I regret being your customer, to put it very mildly, and in very polite language.
                I was lulled by your colourful adverts into purchasing your 32" LCD TV from M/s Eetachi
                Electronics on 12/2/11, who incidentally happen to be related to me.
                On my last brush with your very inefficient service dept, I dialled your customer care center
                about two weeks back, to register my complaint vide your RNA[protected], who assured a
                service "within 24 hours", which never came.Only faint ghost images were coming on the
                screen.Repeated numerous reminders thereafter always elicited promises of "24 hours
                service", not fulfilled to this day, a fortnight after the complaint.A technician then arrived
                at my home, and diagonized the problem as a faulty "small board".He took photos of the faulty
                part, as well as of the warranty still valid until 2016, and went away promising me a quick
                repair, "as soon as the part arrives from Pune".He did agree that this was a common complaint
                in the seafronts of Mumbai.My requests for a standby in the meantime have gone unanswered.
                Three days later another technician came to see what was wrong with our TV, and I knew my
                troubles had just begun, if there was such a poor coordination at your service centre.Maybe you
                have outsourced your call centre repair operations to Somalia or Mongolia.This technician too
                went away after taking a few more shots on the spiffy camera they have been kitted with.Maybe
                this is the only hi-tech thing your company has done, giving them nice cameras to shoot
                troubles with, maybe to paste in nice albums.
                And for being "customers" of your multinational company, not only has my family of 8 been
                confined indoors during Diwali, when some o[censored]s can't venture out into the pollution due to
                health reasons, without no entertainment whatsoever, and missed out on Tendulkar's ongoing
                matches as well.Had I another brand of TV, or without a warranty, all I needed was to call a
                technician to come fix the problem within a few hours.And an end to my torture is not in
                sight, making me wonder if your Pune factory has ordered a special manufacture of this "small
                board" for my TV from Korea, to be then sent by slow sea container across the seven seas.Why
                can't a common spare-part, which is a frequent failure according to your technician, not be kept
                handy at your Mumbai offices?
                Lastly, I might have been stupid once, but like hell I'm not going to tolerate this nonsense any
                longer.If my tv is not fixed by tomorrow, I assure you I'll go viral with my complaint, and
                approach the right authorities and consumer rights fora for redress under law.Enough is
                enough.I'm also sending a copy of my anger to your parent company in Korea, so they know how an
                otherwise excellent Korean company can be reduced to by distance.
                And please note, this is the last LG product either I or my large group of friends will ever
                fall victim to.That is a promise.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have purchased/ using lots of lg products such as A.C., Fridge, DVD, etc for a long period of time. And I trust in lg but after repeated and several requests my remote - television problem is not atall solved. I regret to state that today it the last date of my warrantee and the whole year I kept on complaining you with same grevances. Please let me know that whether the remote or the television set/ model is a defective one. Still once again I request you to extend my warrantee period considering it to be a special case. Please refer all the previous complaints earlier made to you. It seems from your acts that lg is not willing to solve my problem wholeheartedly. Lg has any how managed to complete the warrantee period without solving a problem. Isnt it a deficiency in service???????

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have bought by cash payment "LG 80 32 inch FR 50000ratio LCD TV" from an LG dealer but received actually LG80 32 inch UR 30000ratio LCD TV, the dealer have taken back the TV (we have the sign and stamped receiving copy) but now dealer is asking more prices for the original required TV (LG80 32 inch FR 50000ratio LCD TV) which is much higher compared to the other dealer nearby

                      1. Pls advise in the event of this situation can I claim my money back if the difference asked by the dealer is much higher compared to the other dealers and I do not want to buy from that dealer or

                      2. Do I am bound to accept whatever price the dealer offer and have to accept the TV and cannot get my money back

                        Hello,

                        I am frustrated with the LG service center, I purchased a 25 ltrs Microwave oven from the Giriya’s (Bangalore) showroom on 26th OCT 2008. I was told that someone would visit my place to give a live demonstration of the product within 24 hrs.
                        When no one is attended for demo, I have registered the complaint to LG service center on 28/10/1008 (Ticket number S8CA2806021). Again same problem no one has attended for demo, I was just call service center every day, always getting false promises. Lg service does understand the meaning of “sorry for the convinces”, every time they say this but till now no one has attend for demo.

                        Other ticket numbers are s8ca3105399 and s8cb101260, till now I called more than 10 times to LG service center and just iam increasing mobile bill. Now I do not want to waste my time and money and I will do next action ?

                          I have entered in to A.M.C on 01/04/08 and LG had provided servicing on the same day by handing over the cheque. The second service was due in July -08 and 3rd in October 08.
                          However I regret to inform that your technician did not carried out the servicing as per AMC, Hence I have complained to your Mumbai office in send weak of october on telephone. Since nobody came for servicing, i have registered complaint vide W8CA 2200400 on 22-10-08. One technician has visited my residence on[protected] but he did not carried out service in absence of AMC paper. I have to mentioned here that, I have not received from you inspite of several follow up.

                          We have bought a split A/C from Rahul Electronic, Dahisar on 28/05/2008 and after one year entered in to A.M.C. with L.G. since last four months A/C has got leakage problems, service person says that he has to re-install the A/C, as initially it was not installed properly, and for that we have to pay extra money.
                          We are ready to pay the money but he did not report again

                          Till date we have not received any help from the customer care in spite of several follow up.
                          We there fore request you to please arrange to carryout the re-installation immediately.

                            I have a problem with the transformer of my microwave oven.On registering a complaint, the electrician checked and informed us that the transformer was required to be changed.But there was no further attendance or service from the LG Customer Care inspite of many calls made by us.
                            Its been almost 3 months now yet the transformer has not been changed and the LG Customer Care here, in Hyderabad, are giving us false excuses.please take this into notice.

                              I HAD PURCHASE A LG WASHING MACHINE NO WM WF7066MN ON 26 10 2008 FROM NEXT RETAIL INDIA LTD., GALAXI, SAHIBABAD FOR RS. 11800.00. SINCE THEN WE HAVE BEEN CONTINEOUSLY MAKING TELEPHONE CALLS TO THE SELLERS, BUT ENGINEER FROM THE COMPANY HAS NOT TURNED UP SO FAR.

                                I have purchase lg tft model no.L1615s .Tft has some problem i called up coustomer care they gave rms technolgies pvt ltd number. I had given tft for sercvice they made ready and told par no:6871TPT282E they has charged rs 1200 for the repaire after 6 months again lg tft monitor has gone bad they r telling again you should pay 600 rs for same part they r telling no warranty they r cheating me first they charged 1200 rs and now they r telling for same part 600 rs they have duplicate part it think early lg logo was coming now differnet logo was coming after replacing the part

                                respected sir, i have a lg laptop, model XNOTE RD400, and i conveince my two freinds to buy lg laptop, im satisfy from my lg laptop, his quality is too fine,
                                problem is this-- my laptop charger wire have a cut, i go to lg customer care, sri ganga nagar, rajasthan, i saw charger, customer executive says this is not repairable, u must buy new charger worth rupees 1500/-, i tell him, charger is ok dear wire have a cut only. but they neglecting me, only says buying new charger.
                                then i go to market. go in shop bahadur electronics, and showing charger, he says this is repairable, i cut this wire from this area and joint here, he repair my charger in rupees only 30/-. now this charger doing work properly.

                                  I have purchased this LG KE 330 Mobile Handset from a dealer at Nagpur a few months ago. There is no voice clearty no clear availibilty of receiption several compaints made to company dealer they agree to defective technology of the company but could not solve the problems.
                                  Suggest tough remedial loss measures.

                                    sir/madam i am a user of lg kg195 handset. i am using the sim card of airtel. when i bought the handset i used to call the settings of airtel live and after saving those settings in my phone, whenever i have tried to access the home page i.e., "http://live.airtelworld.com" i always get the message "connection failed". then i went to lg care center, there they formatted my phone for this problem. After that when ever i call for airtel live settings in reply, instead of getting the settings i get the message "this service is not currently enabled on your phone". when i talked to the customer care service (airtel), they told me that your handset is not compatible. I want to know sir/madam that "WAP" is one of the features of lg kg195, so why they (airtel customer care) are saying that my phone is not compatible. And also sir/madam, before formatting, i used to get the settings, but that time also the handset was unabled to open the homepage. HOPE YOU LOOK AFTER THIS COMPLAINT AND REPLY SOON.
                                    u go to wap after that go to setting then ok after that go to edit profile select profite then edit profile then ok.setting provide by airtel put it there is a mistake .In connection u ok on http after that u see proxy address that provide by airtel put here after that proxy port hrer is 0 change it 8080. i m sure ur gprs work .HAVE A NICE DAY

                                        i bought an lg mobile phone model -p7200 on 10/07/2006 costing rs.13400/- FROM NOKIA WORLD NU-YORK, , TELE WORLD, OPP LALBAZAR HQ, KOLKATA,
                                        SR. NO.-602KPJP109876, battery no-SBPP0013302, IMEI NO-[protected], CHARGER NO-TA-25GD2 DATE OF MFG.-02/2006. THIS WAS ONE OF MY BIGGEST MISTAKES I DID IN MY LIFE... WITH IN TWO MONTHS PROBLEM STARTED WITH BATTRRY. WHICH DISCHARGED TWICE A DAY . I CONTACT TO CUSTOMER CARE KOLKATA.. THEY SAID IT WILL BE OK AFTER 4-5 MONTHS.NOW THE BLACK COATING OF FRONT OF THE MOBILE GOT OFF GIVING IT AN UGLY LOOK. SOME HOW IT WAS CHANGED AFTER SOME DAYS.. BUT THE PROBLEM WITH THE BATTERY CONTINUED.. AS I LEFT KOLKATA IN THE MONTH OF JAN 2007. AFTER THEN I AM LOOKING FOR NEW BATTERY . BUT ITS NOWHERE AVAILABLE.                                         I have got a LG P7200 mobile in 2006. After 6- 7 months i found that my battery is completely damaged. I have visited the service station several times in Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkatta, Bhubaneswar but they said, this model is stopped . This is the most worst experience with LG in my whole life.
                                        I also purchased LG P7200 MOBILE IN 2007 at Hyderabad. Now I am not bale to get the battery. The LG company should supply the batteryies for these mobiles.
