My no:[protected], I faceing no Network (Signal) problem in my cellphone.My cellphone display "Please Contact Relioence Customer Care" So i contact your customer service many times but every times, they said contact your nearest realience Servive telecom, I go there but your customer service agent refer another telecome.
they do not solve my problem last to week.
So at last i contact u write this complaint please solve my cellphone network problem quikly.

    dear sir
    i purchased a microwave oven from your dealer ALPHA ENTERPRISE om complex B/s jivraj park police chowky, AHMEDABAD on 14/10/2008.
    first your company person came for installation.he just plugged and went away.
    again we brought in notice of your dealer as well as your custmor care.but from your side nobody turned up up to 1/11/2008.
    one your technition named jignish came and declared the system failed due to micro system failure.
    again we approched to dealer and your digital care at Ahmedabad. But nobody is replying neither for replacment nor any repair.
    pl look in to the matter earliest and solve my problem either by replacement as it cover in warranty period or refund my amount which i have paid towards this purchase.

      Dear Sir,

      I have purchased LG TV -20 Gem Sr.No:-804nllgo16584 in the month of 12th Apr-08 from your Bikaner Dealer- Gahlot Electronics. But the TV is not getting power supply from 20th Nov-08 and the same day i had given complaint to rectify. But your service Engineer has came only on 24th Nov-08 and checked there is problem in FBT. Then he committed that spare part is not available at right now tomorrow i will bring and fix it. But today is 26th neither your service engineer nor dealer come and attend the same till date. So your service is very very bad. So kindly give us suggesion what to do. I have called more than 50 times to your dealer and service engineer. we are so much disappointed in this circumstance.

      LG — No Power Supply

      Dear Sir,
      Refrigerator No GR 584 YLS 76 RE 1069
      No power supply since 4 days,
      (purchased the Refrigerator at Bellary District Karnataka)

      Once we had the Wheel problem, One the company person came and went by telling will come with the spare parts, till today the person has not came and not informed also.
      We gave complaint about this to concern dealer and the action has not yet taken since 4-5 months.
      Kindly consider the same as urgent and serious.

        We bought one LG Refrigeratorin Dec 2007 and even before completing a year it is sstarted giving the cooling problem, the cooling of the refrigerator is not good at all, after so many requests on phone nothing has happened so far. Pl help us on this isssue.

        Pl do the needful & oblige otherwise we will move to the consumer court.

        I have purchased LG FF Refrigerator 280 L GL-295TTG4 Tango Blue on the name of my wife Geeta Singh 117 Rani Bagh Khandwa Road Indore on dated 14/04/2008 from your Authorised dealer M/s Lotus Electronics Super Market Sapna Sangeeta Road Indore vide his bill No 02R 801258. Now I have been transferred from Indore (M.P.) to Lucknow during may -2009. The above mentioned refrigerator is not cooling since last night (Dated 05/08/2009). Further more this refrigerator is under guarantee period.
        So it is, therefore, requested that necessary instructions may kindly be issued to your service Manager Lucknow centre for attending / rectification of our complaint immediately.

        LG Refridegerator — cooling problem with LG Refridegerator

        I bought my lg fridge 7 months back but it has cooling problem it is not cooling well even milk is getting isspoiled when it is Refridegerated kindly do some needfull
        50 days back i bought LG refrigerator (192 liters). the cooling effect of the fridge is not at all good.
        all the vegetables and fruits being kept inside the fridge are becoming waste in 2 days. the purpose o[censored]sing LG fridge became senseless.. there is no reply from LG after many requests..

        I have made complaint for the poor cooling in the refrigerator compartment some person came to me but at unsuitable hours so did not respond to him. He checked the problum and said that the timer of the Ref. is not working so replacement of it the only solution for that. I wants to know about the cost of the original timer and function of the timer. Kindly send the detail of the informations for the same.

DURING THIS PERIOD ONLY TWO THIGS IN WORKING ONE IS MY LG FREEZE AND SECOND IS FAN. MY AVERAGE UNIT IS 45 TO 50 PER MONTH. PL TREAT THIS VERY ABNORMAL AND I WANT RESULT IN THIS MATTER.

          Sub: Troubleshoot in the colour tune

          Dear Sir,
          This is to complain that I Mr. Sharat Chandra Nayak a customer of your valued product (Slim Magic 21” Colour TV purchased on October 2007) face some problems in the colour tune. The only problem is that when the set is on, as many as white spots come on the screen. The spots look like the dew of dawn. It is too awful to watch any proggrame on the troublous T.V.
          So It will be a great pleasure if you check & correct the troubleshoots. Please ring me before you make any arrangements.

            Hello,

            I had purchased a DVD player from LG. It had some problem in the month of September and i had filed a complaint at LG customer care center during the same month. The complaint was recorded and the respective measures to be taken were informed. An LG official came to check the DVD player and confirmed the replacement of a part which was not working.

            LG provided me the details of the part and told that it would have to be ordered for getting it to us. We have been contacting LG since then and till date we have got no positive response for replacement of the part.

            Last week i had spoken to LG customer service and they promised to completly rectify it by tuesday (18th Nov 2008). Also, i had come to known that initially there was a wrong part which was ordered and they have re-ordered for the correct part. Then they tell me that one more customer had reported the same problem and he also was awaiting/he has got his replacement(i am not sure).

            I have been regularly contacting LG to help me out but they do not respond positively. I have been torutured mentally by them everytime i speak to them.

            The details of the complaints made are :

            3. LG Order No for the Part : W8CB1206395

            When i asked them for their official email id i was told that they donot carry any official LG id. They didi not connect me to the manager for the same.

            LG — Part Replacement

            I have booked a complaint with LG regarding LCD TV the complaint number is RNA[protected] there engineer visited suggested a part replacement by Monday but still it is not replaced I have already called the customer care 1000 and speak every one in LG customer server in last 15 days and still my complaint is still unresolved and I want compensation on problem and wasting of resources or tell me how to file a case against the LG in consumer court.

              Dear sir,

              With a reference to the above i purchased lg 29" colour tv on 25.4.2008 at veritas next-pondicherry.

              Since from the purchase the colour patches are seen in the screen after sometime (In june) the lg service from pondicherry changed the picture tube. After the two months again the same problem is coming the screen. I complaints in the service station and service engineer. I am totally upset and quit unhappy with your product and the service.

              LG 29'' colour TV — SCREEN PROBLEM

              DEAR SIR

              Dear Sir,

              I HAVE PURCHASED LG ELECTRONICS FLATRON 29” Color TV From SAMUDRA SALES, JAMANGAR in YEAR 2006. NOW I HAVE FACE Problem with my Color TV that Screen of my TV Compressed and we are not able to See clear Picture.

              I Have Longed Complain for same by online Registration on DTd 05.01.2010 and my Complain NO is C[protected]. After Complain registration No Phone call received from your end Till 4-5 Days. Again I Have called ur customers phone No for my complain and they have ensure me that within 2 Days ur complain will be resolve. But nobody will come for complain. After that I have again call and I have received feedback that within 24 Hrs ur complain will be resolved but no action.

              I Fill Bed after Purchasing LG Products. I am not getting clear response from customer care services. After this I will not be purchase any LG Products and not suggest any one for same.

              LG — Television Screen problem

              We bought 29" inches TV in 2008 and now we have problem with Golden eye functioning and some lines are appearing on the screen. We request you to send a technician to solve this problem.

              one month it became faulty , since it is under warranty period i lodged my
              complaint with LG customer care ,after several request they sent their
              service engineer ,who after several hit and trial could not correct the fault
              and took out few parts from TV ,now it is being over 15 days but no communication
              is from LG side each time I call them their reply is that they are going to look into the matter ,
              Iam quite frustrated with their approach,now i want to know whether i can take any sort of action

                This is regarding the refund and compensation which I have been following up
                for almost a month now for one of the LG.Direct cool refrigerator which had
                purchased almost 3 yrs back.Due to some short circuit in the refrigerator, it
                caught fire on 14th of Oct, 08 which in turn caused a severe property damage
                at my flat.

                We had an L.G.Direct Cool Refrigerator 178ltrs which was bought 3 yrs back from a store called as DASS on E-Street, Pune, India in the month of September 2005 on the name of Miss Sumita Malik.Since there was a huge property damage cause due to the fire caused by the product, we have lost the papers(manual, receipt etc) also.

                On Tuesday (14th of Oct, 08), we all left our flat for usual work schedules, the
                only electrical appliance which was kept on was the Refrigerator. At 11:30 A.M, we got the news from our neighbors that our flat had caught fire due to refrigerator. We rushed to our place immediately and to our worst experience ever, our whole flat was on fire, kitchen being the main source as the refrigerator was kept there. By the time we reached there already the society people had called for an Fire Brigade. It took almost 2 -3 hrs for the fire brigade also to put an end to the dreadful fire. On Tuesday (14th of Oct, 08), at around 2 PM we called the LG service people and at around 6 PM, an inspection team visited our flat.Thier names are –Mr. Rahul(R & D Department).Mr. Reddy(Quality Department and Mr.Kulkarni (Service Department).They inspected the whole product and on Wednesday (15th of Oct, 08), some people from service came and took the product remains with them to investigate the product further. When we asked for the receipt or written acknowledgement for the product, they told us that we will receive the same in 2-3 days which we have not received till date. We also have the fire brigade report as a proof which says that the fire was caused due to the Refrigerator short circuit.

                We are from a middle class family. The fire has taken away with it all the assets or precious things which we had at our house. Moreover my sister is also about to get married and we had started collecting marriage articles also for her from which not a single thing is left out. The fire has caused huge property damage. Apart from the property damage caused, we have gone through huge mental stress, work disturbance and mental agony. I hold your company(L.G) responsible for the damage and therefore seek full refund(with interest) for the product and compensation for the damage which has occurred due to the product. Following is the list of articles for which am asking for the compensation.


                1. L.G.Direct Cool Refrigerator 178ltrs(approximately between 6 to 7 thousand)
                2. Gold Jewellery(approximately between 40-50 thousand).
                3. 2 Cupboards(approximately between 7 to 8 thousand)
                4. Toaster(approximately between 2 to 3 thosand)
                5. Music Player(approximately between 8 to 9 thousand)
                6. Mixer Grinder (approximately between 4 to 5 thousand)
                7. Other Kitchen utensils and Crockery(approximately between 12 to15 thousand)
                8. Food Items(Extra Storage) (approximately between 14 to 15 thousand)
                9. Clothes and other valuables(approximately 1 lakh)
                10. Guitar(approximately between 3 to 5 thousand)
                11. Roti maker(approximately between 3to 4thousand)
                12. Tape Recorder(approximately between 2to 3 thousand)
                13. Electrical Blanket(approximately between 2to 3 thousand)
                14. Blankets and other bedding items(approximately between 30 to 40 thousand)
                15. Furmiture(approximately between 25 to 30 thousand)
                16. Juicer(approximately between 2to 3thousand)
                17. Watches(approximately between 7to 8 thousand)
                18. Other damages(fitting painting etc)(approximately 50-60 thousand)




                We have found this most unusual. Not only this has caused huge property damage but has also caused unavoidable Tensions/inconvenience to us. In my life, am not ever going to buy an LG product again. This was the most dreadful incident which has ever happened in my life and I hold L.G. responsible for the same. The product was like a live bomb which blasted on the dreadful day.

                I have also lodged an online comaplaint on the lg website and the complaint no for the same is[protected].

                We have been continously calling the customer care and ppl concerned in the service but no one is bothered enough to listen to us.Whenever we call we are been told that they will reach
                back to us which they never do actually.In fact they banged the phone when
                we were trying to get the explination from them.Now they don't even reply to
                the mails.

                In spite of string follow up, nobody from LG Electronics within India has initiated for fruitful solution to sort-out the issues, It is my patient to follow-up with all the concern persons through mobile phone and through Email i.e. Mr Richard Prasad and Mr.Sachin from last one month and the final result is humiliation of myself. Nobody is interested to listen from my side that how much trouble I have faced from last one month due to the fire which caused heavy property damage at my flat.

                My grievance related to compensation had not been settled till date. It seems that nobody is interested to understand the real facts.

                You are requested to settle the same at the earliest.

                  An expensive high end microwave which was purcahsed from 'CROMA' turned out to be a defective piece - after numerous complains the company acknowledged this and agreed to change some of the body parts. they collected hte machine from our house on 30-7-08 with a promise to get back to us in 3 days - as per telephonic conversation on [protected]. as we did not hear from the agency - Digital Care - we called them up and were assure a result the next tuesday. this went on for about two months and then we were told that since they could not get the bill from 'CROMA' we should give it to them as they need to change the whole machine. we e-mailed a copy of the bill and confirmed the receipt with 'Biren Shah' on their end. he again promised 3 days. its 3 and half month now, still nothing has happened...this makes you wonder about the effeciency and ethics of companies in India...I wonder how can they become 'world Class' like this?????

                    i bought lg tv 21"inch on nov/05 and aftr seven months there was little problem on part of sound and i contacted lg service centre in jammu for reparing but incomptenet service engineers in jammu's lg service centre damaged my tv a lot and aftr hectic tries from my side the sales manager in jammu exchanged my old tv with new one and aftr 2 yrs i.e in nov 08 i again experince a problem in my tv coz this time the problem was regarding picture because the sound was coming and picture was not there in tv and again i contacted lg service centre via complaint nmbr n8cb1003818 and service engineer who came in my home told me tht picture tube of tv is out of order and will cost rs 4500 approx but when i went to local service engineer in the market and told him regarding this problem and he checked the tv and got repaired it with in 10 minutes and took only rs 100/ for that. so now tell me what is the service Lg is providing to its customers

                    LG / TV — not satisfy with services

                    sir i am saket dixit. i purchase lg tv from jhansi (U.P.). after 7-8 month i have problem in my tv regarding color . i register my problem in customer care and they repair my tv after 2-3 month my tv have same problem again but at this time my warranty expire.

                    My 37LP1D HD TV lost its TV-Guide on Screen for the second time. the first time LG fixed it. Now they do not even want to talk to me. Customer Service blows me off with, "you're out of luck" comment.
                    The system has a flaw in the software and LG does not want to step up to the plate and fix what is their design flaw.
                    I have purchased the LG TV Model No-21FE4RGE. Serial No-708MRDZ000722. from Mahavir electronics, Bibwewadi.Pune. as on 30.12.2007.
                    Now from few days the on/off button problem is occured.
                    I enquired to LG customer care, they are saying that, I must pay servicing charges of Rs.250/- & spares charges extra.

                    I request you to kindly known that what is the warranty period of this TV ? & why i will give the charges.

                      Hey, I have LG RD 3510 also but my battery is working for atleast 2 days and sometimes 3 days. Standby time and Talk time is great in comparison to other mobiles. I suggest that you go to the nearest LG Service center and get replaced your battery.

                        I have purchased a LG PC model No.LG MY PC XDZ in Oct. 2007, under warranty of 3 years. The PC developed technical problems during October 2008. M/s.CA INFORSYSTEMS, TRIVANDRUM, Kerala, the After Sales Service Agency of LG, deputed their unskilled technicians against my various and started TRIAL & ERROR METHODS, by replacing /repairing of SATA CABLE, MOTHER BOARD, HARD DISK, reloading of safteware etc. But till today they could not put my PC into trouble free operation. Yesterday again they sent their technician with an old REPAIRED motherboard as replacement & the same being old & repaired one, I did not allow them to replace it. Further, to have a direct talk with Mr.Rajkumar, In-Charge of CA INFORSYSTEMS, Trivandrum, their call Co-ordinator, Mrs/Miss. Priya, did not connect me with him and behaved in a very rude, abusive and unpleasant manner. It is not at all advisable to keep such kind of nuisance as a Call Co-ordinator in a reputed firm. M/s.LG should direectly take it as a serious one and initiate some corrective action.

                        However, since their unskilled technicians put my PC in a irreparrable condition, I am taking up the matter with LG for free replacement of etnire PC with new one.

                          we bought a lg microwave 2 yrs back.one day we observed that the food placed inside the micro was rotating on the plate but was not getting warm.i dialed the customer care (toll free) i suppose i was connected to bangalore & iwas given an id S8CB0406239 ON 4 NOV, THE TECHNICIAN HAD COME ON 6TH &Said the magnetron needs repair & said will be done on 8 but till date no response.

KG 370 & Invoce no. 44223/ cal receipt no.[protected]. my handset major problem is display & SMT and i alway pay to this amt after the servicing. but my mobile SMT will be not changes. "Sai Teleservices" employee is given to the response it is not avilable in my centre.when is come back i was forward u message. but every time i can calling the sai teleservice employees they will given the same answer. nobody can take the responsibility properly.
                              LG should improve their products and service support or CLOSE DOWN !!!

                              I had lodge my complaint regarding the window AC(Complaint No:-W9C[protected] four weeks ago about the fault in the autoswing motor and buzzer problem.The technician from the Genext company came on the next day and stated that since he does not have he spare part in hand, he would come next day and replcae the spare part.He didnt showed. I called up 10 times in the customer care center and everytime I was been told that i will recieve a call from Gnext when the spare part will be changed.I was provided with the cell number of Vaibhav Vartak who is the manger in charge of complaints and when contacted he told me that he will give a call within 30min updating the timelines when the parts will be changed.He didn't called up that day and when called up next time he is sometimes disconnecting the number, not picking up the cell and somtimes sending a SMS stating that he is busy in a meeting and will call up.However he doesn't cals up and I am the one who has been calling up more than 8 times but in vain.
                              Being a manager this is the way to treat a customer.I was also provided with Vinesh cell number and on contacting he stated that he doesn't have the buzzer spare part and the motor will be replaces soon.Still my AC is not being repaired
                              I have taken the AMC and the after service provided by the LG is really pathetic since there is no vale for the customer and would recommend others not to buy LG

                              I absolutely agree that your complaints are not taken care of in Mumbai, at least. With this attitude, I am sure that there will not be any LG dealer or LG product on sale, at least in Mumbai, if not India. A problem started in my washing machine on 18th October 2009, made a complaint (CA 09A1813298). An LG representative visited my house on 19th October and said that some part needs replacement. Since then nothing has been done to repair the machine.
                              What is worse is that whenever I call the few numbers that I got from the call centre, I am not able to get any response. I am at a loss, I do not know what to do. My only option may be to buy a new machine, not an LG, of course.
                              I wish these comments get shown on some news channel so that making a choice gets easier with LG brand out of everyone's mind.
                              I have also same problem, My mobile display problem costing Rs.201/- by M/s.Grace Tele Service, Manek Nagar, Borivali ( w) does not have spares of display material for last 2-3 days. Just now l have phoned them yet they do not have. When it will come no idea? Pl let me know what to do ?

                              i had bought lg cookie fresh four months ago. till date i have visited four times to service centre. i.e. on an average once a month so that they can take care of the customers.

                              hence they are called customer care. and this time they say it will take 2 weeks to repair and they dont have spare mobile for me.

                              they have one hour service committment or a mobile till your mobile gets repaired... all this is bull and they should stop putting that committment or else we should launch a complaint to grahak samiti so that actions can be taken against such false claims.
                              Same experience has been shared by me. Had called the LG helpline on 2nd Jan'11 for Microware, however till date - 24th Jan'11 I haven't got any response. all get to hear from the customer care executives is false hope. Hope this experience helps other guys not to buy any LG products.

                              OK, maybe life is good for your other LG customers, bur certainly not for me.
                              I regret being your customer, to put it very mildly, and in very polite language.
                              I was lulled by your colourful adverts into purchasing your 32" LCD TV from M/s Eetachi
                              Electronics on 12/2/11, who incidentally happen to be related to me.
                              On my last brush with your very inefficient service dept, I dialled your customer care center
                              about two weeks back, to register my complaint vide your RNA[protected], who assured a
                              service "within 24 hours", which never came.Only faint ghost images were coming on the
                              screen.Repeated numerous reminders thereafter always elicited promises of "24 hours
                              service", not fulfilled to this day, a fortnight after the complaint.A technician then arrived
                              at my home, and diagonized the problem as a faulty "small board".He took photos of the faulty
                              part, as well as of the warranty still valid until 2016, and went away promising me a quick
                              repair, "as soon as the part arrives from Pune".He did agree that this was a common complaint
                              in the seafronts of Mumbai.My requests for a standby in the meantime have gone unanswered.
                              Three days later another technician came to see what was wrong with our TV, and I knew my
                              troubles had just begun, if there was such a poor coordination at your service centre.Maybe you
                              have outsourced your call centre repair operations to Somalia or Mongolia.This technician too
                              went away after taking a few more shots on the spiffy camera they have been kitted with.Maybe
                              this is the only hi-tech thing your company has done, giving them nice cameras to shoot
                              troubles with, maybe to paste in nice albums.
                              And for being "customers" of your multinational company, not only has my family of 8 been
                              confined indoors during Diwali, when some o[censored]s can't venture out into the pollution due to
                              health reasons, without no entertainment whatsoever, and missed out on Tendulkar's ongoing
                              matches as well.Had I another brand of TV, or without a warranty, all I needed was to call a
                              technician to come fix the problem within a few hours.And an end to my torture is not in
                              sight, making me wonder if your Pune factory has ordered a special manufacture of this "small
                              board" for my TV from Korea, to be then sent by slow sea container across the seven seas.Why
                              can't a common spare-part, which is a frequent failure according to your technician, not be kept
                              handy at your Mumbai offices?
                              Lastly, I might have been stupid once, but like hell I'm not going to tolerate this nonsense any
                              longer.If my tv is not fixed by tomorrow, I assure you I'll go viral with my complaint, and
                              approach the right authorities and consumer rights fora for redress under law.Enough is
                              enough.I'm also sending a copy of my anger to your parent company in Korea, so they know how an
                              otherwise excellent Korean company can be reduced to by distance.
                              And please note, this is the last LG product either I or my large group of friends will ever
                              fall victim to.That is a promise.

                                  I have purchased/ using lots of lg products such as A.C., Fridge, DVD, etc for a long period of time. And I trust in lg but after repeated and several requests my remote - television problem is not atall solved. I regret to state that today it the last date of my warrantee and the whole year I kept on complaining you with same grevances. Please let me know that whether the remote or the television set/ model is a defective one. Still once again I request you to extend my warrantee period considering it to be a special case. Please refer all the previous complaints earlier made to you. It seems from your acts that lg is not willing to solve my problem wholeheartedly.                                     I have bought by cash payment "LG 80 32 inch FR 50000ratio LCD TV" from an LG dealer but received actually LG80 32 inch UR 30000ratio LCD TV, the dealer have taken back the TV (we have the sign and stamped receiving copy) but now dealer is asking more prices for the original required TV (LG80 32 inch FR 50000ratio LCD TV) which is much higher compared to the other dealer nearby

                                    1. Pls advise in the event of this situation can I claim my money back if the difference asked by the dealer is much higher compared to the other dealers and I do not want to buy from that dealer or

                                    2. Do I am bound to accept whatever price the dealer offer and have to accept the TV and cannot get my money back

                                    Pls help me

                                      Hello,

                                      I am frustrated with the LG service center, I purchased a 25 ltrs Microwave oven from the Giriya’s (Bangalore) showroom on 26th OCT 2008. I was told that someone would visit my place to give a live demonstration of the product within 24 hrs.
                                      When no one is attended for demo, I have registered the complaint to LG service center on 28/10/1008 (Ticket number S8CA2806021). Again same problem no one has attended for demo, I was just call service center every day, always getting false promises. Lg service does understand the meaning of “sorry for the convinces”, every time they say this but till now no one has attend for demo.

                                      Other ticket numbers are s8ca3105399 and s8cb101260, till now I called more than 10 times to LG service center and just iam increasing mobile bill. Now I do not want to waste my time and money and I will do next action ?
