DEAR SIR,

MY NAME IS RANJEET KUMAR SINGH, I LEAVE IN BHILAI MY ADDRESS IS QTR. NO-2H, STREET NO-86, SECTOR-06, BHILAI DIST-DURG (CHHATTISGARH) INDIA.



SIR I HAVE DONE A VERY BIG MISTAKE WHEN I WAS PURCAHSED LG REFRIGERATOR FROM AUTH. DEALER M/S. SNEH ENTERPRISES, BHILAI VIDE BILL NO: 2811 DT: 26/04/2008, MODEL NO: 244GM, SR. NO:4084 AFTER ONE YEAR AND 1 1/2 MONTH MY REFRIGERATOR HAD STOPPED THE COOLING THAT AFTER I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 13/06/2009 AND REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN ON 15/06/2009 LG ENGINEER HAS CAME AND CHECKED THE REFRIGERATOR AND FOUND TIMER & BI-METAL WAS NOT FUNCTIONING HE REPLACED THE BOTH AND CHARGED RS: 700/- AND MY REFRIGERATOR HAS BEEN OK.



AFTER 3-4 DYAS I FACED SAME PROBLEM AND I AGAIN REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN TO CALL CENTRE ON 21/06/2009 AFTER ONE DAYS ON 22/06/2009 LG ENGINEER CAME AND CHECKED THE REFRIGERATOR AND TOLD GAS HAS BEEN FINISH AND YOU WILL HAVE TO CHARG THE GAS, I ASKED LG ENGINEER WHY PROBLEM IS FREQUENTLY COMING HE TOLD AFTER GAS CHARGING YOU WILL NOT FACED THE PROBLEM, HE CHARGED THE GAS AND AFTER GAS CHARGING REFRIGERATOR HAS BEEN OK. LG ENGINEER CHARGED ME RS: 800/- FOR GAS CHARGING.



AFTER 2 DAYS AGAIN I FACED SAME PROBLEM AND CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND REGISTERED THE COMPLAIN AND CALLED SERVICE CENTRE TALK WITH MR. AGRAWAL AND TOLD HIM ABOUT MY PROBLEM, I WAS SURPRISED WHEN HE TOLD THE ABOVE MATTER IS NOT IN MY KNOWLEDGE AND I DON'T WHO WAS GONE FOR REPAIR YOUR REFRIGERATOR, I SHOCKED WHAT IS HAPPNING, I GAVE DETAIL OF ENGINEER TO MR. AGRAWAL ENGINEER NAME WAS MR. IMRAN AND MR. RAVI MOBILE NO: [protected], AFTER THAT HE ACCEPCT AND TOLD THEY ARE LG ENGINEER AND WWE LOOK THE MATTER. ON 25/06/2009 AGAIN A LG ENGINEER CAME AND CHECKED THE REFRIGERATOR AND TOLD IT WILL REPAIR ON OUR SERVICE CENTRE AND SERVICE CENTRE SENT A AUTO FOR COLLECTING REFRIGERATOR ON 25/06/2009 AND CHARGED RS: 100/- FOR AUTO.



SIR, BUT TILL WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFRIGERATOR AND IN THIS MATTER I HAVE CALLLED 10 TIME TO YOUR BHILAI SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY TELLING COOLING COIL OF REFRIGERATOR HAS TO BE CHANGED AND WE HAVE ORDERED IT, BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO TEEL WHEN THEY WILL RETURN MY REFRIGERATOR IN GOOD CONDITION, IN THIS MATTER I ALSO DISCUSSED WITH MR. GUPTA BUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY REPSONCE.



SIR, THIS I S MY FINAL REQUEST I WILL WAIT ONLY TWO DAYS THAT AFTER I WILL GO TO CONSUMENR COURT .

Dear Shri Ranjeet,
This is an emotional blackmail with its costomers by LG.
Any costomer who purchased any branded product for faithfull and uninteruppted operation and future service conditions which were assured by the company at the time of purchasing.
I think that " Naam Bade aur Darshan Khote" is suitably fit for company Like LG.
I am also facing similar problem with LG costomer Care You can read my complaint in this forum.
Why not a strong action should be taken againt LG jointly ?

i puchased lg refrigarator(model No-211NM4) from Nipun Redios, jail road, ara, bihar, (cont. No[protected]on 10-12-08.
my refrigrator has not cooled. i have registered a complain to authorise dealer on 14-07-09.But LG Engineer has not came till now. i also called to LGEIl, Sumitra Sadan, 2nd flr, west boring road, Patna(Cont.No-2204845, 3298714, 3299156).may be this No. is wrog or changed.please take action.

    Suggest me how will i get money back under warranty period of any product.
    Why a costomer has a choise to purchase any branded product even after a high price?
    (a) reliablility
    (b) better servicing
    (c) unenturrepted operations
    All above factors has not being fulfill by LG.
    LG is not faithful to its costomer
    and product of the company are not able operate in domestic conditions.
    I have purchased a LG Microwave Oven (7688 DP BDRQEIL (IN) S NO 808 DRL Y 001088 from Pande General Agencies, Dharmpeth, Nagpur on 7 feb 09. first demonstration on 20th feb 09. during demo by technician of LG door switch found faulty.
    the same has replaced ( 5-6 days elapsed).
    On 17 march 09 again same problem (door switch fault) arrised.
    On request and a long discussion the m/c has replaced with new one (?)
    M/c No. 7688 DP BAMQEIL 903 ABHBW 1385 on 10th april 09.
    On 25th May 09, Microwave a fault had occured showing error E10. for which a complaint had been lodged at costomer care LG on 28 May 09.(Complaint No. W9C[protected]
    One technician has visited and reported about PCB fault.
    after that so may conversation had been made with costomor care but no efforts to repair the same has been taken by LG.
    today is 5th July 2009 more than one month the product is not in working order.
    A telephonic communication has made with Service Branch Manager of LG in which he assured to take such early action. Is it the early action ?
    Why should I retain this type of product ?
    What should be after one year completion when warranty period has been lapsed ?

      I was purchased a LG Television model number LG CTV 29" FLAT Model 29FU6RG dated on 17/06/2009 from Chopra Radio & Electric Works, Katra Jaimal Singh, Amritsar.

      The Television of same model which is delivered to me is full of scratches on the front panel. At that time, I immediately contact with the dealing person of Chopra Radio & Electric Works, Amritsar about that scratches. He brings me some other reasons and also he registered my complaint with LG company with complaint number N9T61808013.

      After that LG service center representative named Deepak contact with me, but he tell only solution is to change the scratched part.

      But sir, till date I have no positive response to swap my scratchy TV with new one.

        UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

        Dear All,

        I am Sanjay N. Patil; I have purchased one LG make Flatirons TV from Ambika Electronics, THANE on 07/10/2008. The TV is under 1 year warranty. After 4-5 month I have facing display related issue, that’s why I have raise a complaint against particular issue & issue was temp. resolved after two days, but after some months back I have facing same issues so I log a complaint on 29/06/09 & after 2 days back...

          I have given the LG mobile hand set (which is provided by the Reliance CDMA service and it is in the waranty period) to an authorized LG service centre at Cuttack orissa since two months.While receiving the phone they told me they will send the phone to the LG company and after repairing the same they will return back my phone withing 5 days.Whenever I talked to them on telephone they said the phone is not ready.It is been two months.finally they told me to receive my handset.I am staying far away from the service center in another small town Kendrapara.When I arrived there they are just playing with me by saying the phone is not ready.What to do in this circumstances.It is not possible for me to go again and again there, because it is both expensive and time consuming for me.

Center Code is IN018473-CM00592. its postal address is 4-sararnagar(w) “vinod niwas” Nr.Astron Cinema B/W, Kansagra Hostel, Rajkot 360001 Ph. No. +[protected].

          Already I gave my mobile two times above your authorized service center and their receipts No. are R[protected] & R[protected] Customer information no are 32114 and 33775.

          This service center contact person is Mrs.Amee, she told me that this is a company fault so we are not ready to rapier this type of problem next time.



          Now I tired with your services so give me a satisfactory reply for the same.

          I need either case back or replace the mobile.

          After two days from today I am going for legally producer for the same. Also I am going in “GRAHAK SURAKSHA”.



          I hope a favorable response from your side as soon as possible.

            1. order no.[protected] cancelled after 3 months

            Order no.3 was for a mobile LG KG110, after keeping my money for approx 2 months, indiaplaza cancelled my order by saying item could not be procured. I lost even my bank interest for 2 month. No compensation for it, just lip service - we apologise for your inconvenience. after order no.1 indiaplaza promised that such thing would not happen in future, please treat this as a isolated case, yet after it 2 cases happened.
            As the mrp of lg kg110 was rs.2975.00, i requested them to supply me any other mobile within the same MRP but at the same offer price which I paid for LG KG110 but no answer to this point at all.
            INDIAPLAZA IS THE WORST PLACE TO DO ONLINE SHOPPING.

              Dear Team,

              I bought an LG Grilled Microwave oven almost 1 month back and the same has not been used by me as yet. I purchased it from a outlet called Big Bazaar in Chennai, below are the sequence of events which happened.

              a) I took the product after paying 8500/- cash
              b) LG representative came home and he installed and started to give demo.. but one of the start buttons were not working in the new product so he said he will replace in 15 days.
              c) We waited for 15 days no action, so he again called for..finally one person came with new piece and again tried to instal and give demo... result the product had same problem didnt work
              d) Now it has been almost more than a month we havent used the product and itz lying at our house.. we have lodged the following complaints with LG customer care.. they advised that representative will come and resolve but as of date it is not done.. we even request BIG BAZAAR the dealr to help.. but no progress.

              Below are the list of customer complaints we have lodged with LG for which ZERO action has been taken. I want to file a case against LG and claim compensation or atleast replace with new working product.

              Kindly assist.

                maine ek refrigerator purchase kiya jisme ki humring jaisi awaz aati hai aur uper to cooling hoti niche ki taraf nahi hoti hai aur bar-bar difrost karna padta hai maine kai bar complaint ki hai lekin koi solution nahi hua hai jabki maine to frost free refrigerator manga tha. jisko company wale nahi mante hai mera kahna hai ki yeh refrigerator wapas lekar dusra frost free wala kam awaz wala refrigerator dein diffrence ka amount main dene ko taiyar hoon.

                  Bought the kp500 lg mobile on the 1st of the 10th 2009. It now does not turn on after 3 months of purchasing this product. very very unhappy. LG company very unhelpful.

                    Dear sir, I am an indian custmor, I have one LG dvd player that is purchased from dubai shop is sharaf dj alfahidi streat, in 6 month back. becouse that is not working power is not coming that is the complaint, but i all ready complaint is registered by lg cosomer care he is follow up one person call for me he said "please take dvd and send for you nearest dealer i will come and solve that problum" after he is came that dealer shop and solve the dvd complaint then call me and he is said the power board is complaint therefore the bord is replaised then you come hear and collect the dvd and pay the service charge. thats all then after that i am calling branch office the lg electronics and i am tell the trueth my dvd is international varrendeed item but your service person is charged what will do sir she is said igive a number uoy call that person he solve your problum. then after i call that person i tell the sme thing he said you give the varrenty card that dealer shop and i will check the problum. then eavening i am going the dealer shop and collect the dvd. but iam cheeted dvd is not repared . what will do sir i am very very sad this case. pls follow the immedat action . with regards

                      I Sumanta kr. ganguly, had purchased a LG plasma42inch TV model no 42pq30r on 12. 05 2009, from RAMAN MUSIC HOUSE, 4 MADAN STREET, KOLKATA 700072. The TV was faulty (showing only 2 chanel only) from purchase day. which on complaint the dealer and also online customer care seevice, complain no, N9C60700786


                      A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and said some tuner problem. he said just next day he will come and change the tuner but no person attened next day . after 2 days again i complainto online service and also dealer, and again atecnician was sent by company and said mother board fault and he took my copy of purchase bill and saidhe will come with in 7 days, but no person attened my house, again i complain to online customer care and also dealer but still now not care and no service by company.

                            I bought LXU-800 datacard RSN No RLGCP[protected] for reliance net connect from vriti infocom on 2nd june'09 in rs 2000.they charged me rs 200 for rent agreement which later proved to be faulty.i issued rent agreement on my own and submited the required documents 3-4 times.still they are not able to sort out the problem.
                            its about one month and they haven't provided net connection to me.
                            the response of vriti infocom's executives are so pathetic and unprofessional that its hard to believe that they know even their work.

                            i have applied for refund of purchased money and request the authorities to look in to the issue.

                              We bought our fridges 3 year before and during this period we repaird it 3 or 4 times complaing by LG costmercare service every time they repair it and assure us that it will work properly but again there is a cooling problem .Neither they replace this defactive piece nor they give money back according to their 60% money back policy if the piece is defactive.Pls help us

                                i have purchased a lg cookie 2 months back. one day this phone hanged then i visited lg care for the same they restarted the phone and give me to the working condition. but after that the phone is restarting frequently. 3-4 times per day this phone is restarting even in pocket or when connected to usb cable (data storage mode)
                                I bought a new LG KP500 (cookie) on 18-july-09. When i bought this mobile it was workng fine. I kept the mobile for charging( same day )as mentioned in the mannual. So for that i switched off the phone and kept for charging.After that the mobile is not switching ON. Once it displayed LG screen and turned off.

                                  Hi.

                                  Bought a KF510 Dark grey on 19th October 2008. The phone started giving audio and speaker and keyboard problems in December . Went to the Mumbai Sion service center they repaired under warranty.( changes the entire board).

                                  Though they said if it happens again then something is wrong with the phone. Ever since then lot of problems have again occurred. Phone going off Audio Problems Speaker Problems. Please rectify this immediately though repairing/opening a phone twice is not recommended,

                                  Hereby suggest giving a brand new piece to us.

                                    We had purchased a LG refrigerator double door, 310 ltrs frost free model in Sep 2008 and within 1 year o[censored]sage the firdge has cooling problems. On lodging complain the service engineer had checked and said it was a gas leekage problem. The time to be taken for gas refilling is 4 days to 1 week. But if within warranty period this is the downtime of a fridge bought for such huge volume and price, what is the need of having a fridge at home. All the items being used and the daily life gets impacted due to the delay in servicing. This is totally unacceptable. The service center needs to consider servicing in 24 hours so the customers are able to have minimal impact on their day to day chores.

                                      Your service center of ambala cantt-Advance Electronics is worthless!!

                                      Dear Vendor,

                                      I purchased LG.-1400w vacuum cleaner from ambala cantt LG showroom. My vacumn cleaner dust bag was spoiled and when I demand it from your ambala cantt LG service center for the same they did'nt revert properly and I have already visited to them more than 5times and I did'nt yet get my vacumn cleaner bag.

                                      I think I chose wrong company product who dont have customer service on priority...
