Dear Sir
I have purchased subject Fridge on 7th Aug 2009 (last Friday day) from SAHU Agencies Aliganj, it was installed by Mr. Mukesh of LG on Sat day eveng. The door opening & closing of this product is not smooth. Mr. Mukesh told that after proper cooling it will become smooth but it is still the same.

Problem in this Fridge is of misalignment of door. the distances of hinges (top & bottom) are not equal. So that the opening & closing is not smooth.

I am surprised to see how the product of LG has been supplied without QUALITY ASSURANCE..
I do not expect any problem & delay in its rectification from LG.
One of your service Enginner attended on 11th Aug but could not rectified it.

Please arrange to rectify the problem or replace it immediately .

AFTER THAT I REMEMBERED SEVERAL TIME BUT NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR SERVICE SIDE. NOW I AM VERY UNHAPPY OF YOUR ATTITUDE. PLS CHECK AND ARRANGE TO SERVICE MY PRODUCT AT THE EARLIEST OTHERWISE I WILL COPLAINT TO CUSTOMER PROTECTION COURT.

    Dear Sir,
    I am very sorry that our company has purchased some Split Air conditioner from local market of Tatanagar (Jamshedpur) East Singhbhoomi. From the first day of installation the following complaints are lodged at you CCC on different dates, I am sorry for the installation some young boys were sent and they have after several persuasion installed the split AC but with a surprise all Gas was leaked and refilling was done by them. Again the AC was not working several complaints made and again one gentle man called engineer visited and informed that outer unit of 2 ton Split AC is not fitted properly and therefore the cooling effect is not their with an assurance that they will fix properly on 3rd Aug till that date I am following regularly but sorry no action till date. At present also at the time of writing this mail one AC of 2 ton is not giving proper cooling effect and second 1.5 ton split AC is simply giving fresh air as the functions are not working or their may not be Gas.

    The Names of some of the executives who have very politely replied and cleared the complaints without attending or consulting the customer may I ask why they have done so? why I am forced to make regular complaints? the name of some executives are Mr.GARUV/MR RAHUL/MR.SAHJAD/MR PRASHUN/MR.VIPUL/MR.RAHUL/MS ARCHANAMS.RAJNI/MR.AFTAB/MS.MANJU/MS.RAVNEET.

    I want to know when the AC's will be in proper working condition ? if not may our company should go to Indian Court for getting the compensation? may we report the matter to media and local papers? I want a reply with ion 24 hours failing which necessary action against the company will be lodged including Police complaints at local police station which may please be noted.

      hello,

      i was purchased one LCD TV on 01.08.2009.after using three days i was getting white lines coming on the screen from top to bottom.i was made customer compliant on 09.08.2009 complaint no :S9C[protected]i am unable to compliant with short period because of my family occasion).service engineer was visited to rectify this problem.after checked the TV and he said mother board has problem we need to change MB.but i am not agreed to change the mother board i need to replace the new one.because of this problem i got negative impact on mind please replace new one.

      LG LCD 19" — getting blank screen

      while operating the monitor on screen it showing 2" size while belt is coming. Last 15 days i am trying to contact your lg people all telling different stories of it. this is very bad service of yours. if we are not getting any feed back within 2 days we will proceed consumer court. This LCD on warranty period itself. Pl. do the action at the earliest.

      I am not from LG but would like to try to help you out.
      May be your problem is genuine but have u tried to change format size of picture on your LCD. Like 16:9 or 4:3.
      Try to change picture format and hope your problem gets resolved.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I had purchased a 32 inch LG LCD on 2nd August from snehaanjali, amboli branch, andheri west mumbai model no. 32LG60UR

        On 3rd August we had registered for giving a installation and demo of the product which the engineers were suppose to come within 48 hours for installation of TV and provide demo.

        Till date on 10th August 2009, the service center on calling daily from 8th August 2009 says that " we are sorry and the engineer will come on the date itself"

        The TV dealer snehaanjali also not doing anything to help in this matter. Please provide help how it is possible to teach the company lesson. and improve their after sales services.

        Please advise.

          Refrigerator model: FF250L-GL-265TMG4. Bought on 18-May-2008 with two year extended warranty.
          Dents are forming on the big door and side body of the refrigerator. And big Door was making noise while closing. First complaint was lodged on 1-Apr-09 (W9C[protected]. There was no response and no service was provided.
          Up on calling again, the CSR had lodged another complaint on 18-May-09 (W9C[protected]. Following this we were informed that the refrigerator door gasket need to be changed. The problem was not resolved even after changing the gasket. After examining the body dents and uneven surface, the technician (Rishi) spoke to his manager and informed us that the refrigerator need to be replaced. The replacement division executive (Sanjeevini)was in touch with us and asked us to choose the alternate model, as the current model was no more in production.
          Upon selection of alternate model, again we were informed that the replacement is not allowed and the piece would be serviced and returned back. The refrigerator was picked from our home on 22-Jul-09, after several rounds of calls and follow-ups with the concerned executive (Parveez).
          The job number registered was W9C72301822. During the pick-up, we were told that a stand by will be provided if the service time is more than 48 hrs. But till date (9-Aug-09) neither our piece was returned nor a stand by was provided. But every day when we reach Mr. Parveez over phone, we are being informed that the stand by will be sent by end of the day. Mr Irfan from workshop informed that the stand by was sent on 8-Aug-9 afternoon and till now (09-Aug-09 1900 hrs) the stand by did not arrive to our home.

          Really feeling why did we buy the LG product and all the customer care related promises shown in the advertisements (including in this website) are truely making the customers fools.

          Not able to get to know whom to reach to escalate this problem.
          I strongly decided that never will go for a LG product and may also advise all my close friends about the poorest and worst customer care being provided by LG.

          To manage the perishable products, we are depending on our neighbors and it is really embarrassing.

          Need an immediate attention of an escalation manager.

            Air conditioner not working

            Respected sir,
            I have complainted about a week ago and i have called many times but no response is given towards you my AC number is 802MLTR001017 and model number is LWA18C1AM1 sir i have purchased AC from krishna electronics unnao(up) and i have complained there and the kanpur office also but there is no response.
            Sir please help me and send anyone to check it my AC is in warranty and its compressure is not working.

            L G Microwave — automatic start after set timing

            i brought lg microwave on 5 jan.2010. at GURGAON CENTRAL MALL.but that is not working properly,its start automaticaly after settle timer.its light blinks some times.In these three months 3 times the company engineer came but the problem is same.now i request u to change the piece and solve my problem.because i cant bare the visiting charges in future so change the piece.
            we purchased LG microwave oven on 20 th march 2010 from BIGBAZAR VIJAYAWADA, ANDHRAPRADESH.. they said that company local representative will come tohouse to give a demo regarding the proer usage of the oven... but till now nobody came to give us the proper details... n moreover, the complementary pack given is not satisfactory to us.. . another problem is utility mode is not working properly...
            My self Rasika Teredesai from Ratnagiri I have aslo experiance that no demo person came after purchasing. after lot of follow up person visited who was not that much knowledgable about operation of microwave. I have attended free cookery class from kolhapur ater 8 month of purchasing. Now I would like to start these classes at Ratnagiri. my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com.
            Yes seriously ... We too purchased an LG oven on 10/01/2011 without any choice... till now no one has turned up for a demo..!!! Viveks Kandanchavadi promised that a service person would come in 48 hrs from the time of purchase... and we had called around 50 times still they say we will schedule a demo... We spend money from our pocket and keep begging those ppl who r very lethargic... less than 0 percent responsibility.. ! !Very gud cheats...!!!

            I had ppurchased one LG microwavw oven model LG MW 4049JL on 26/11/2011. They gave us two contact numbers [protected] and [protected]. We caaled up several times at this number but did not come to come to give demo. I think i make a mistake to purchse this oven from LG. very poor service
            I bought LG MICROWAVE, and i called 10/11/2012 up customer service for Demo they told me that a guy will call u within 24 hours and then u can fix up the appointment but nobody turned up and nobody called me.
            I Call so many times for consumer cell and email but nobody is come.
            very poor service is LG .

              My LG refrigerator door handle broke within a year after I purchased it, i.e in December 2008. Luckily as it was in warranty period it was replaced by LG people. It broke again a year and a half later, in the second week of July 2009. I lodged a complaint with their customer care people who said it would be replaced soon(Comp no. W9C7001666).I also called Vijay Sales Thane, the place from where i had purchased the refrigerator who said the LG people would replace the handle in a couple of days (complaint no.0712B100061) Since there was no response for a week I wrote an email to [protected]@lgindia.com on 27th july . Mr Ravinder Choudhary from customer care dept replied saying that the complaint had been forwarded to the branch service manager in my area and that I should contact Mr Janak Doshi the branch service manager. I conacted him a couple of times and he said the handle would definitely be replaced before 4th August 2009.It is 7th August and the customer care people are unable to tell me what the problem is. I called Mr Doshi five times on his cell phone, but he is not picking it up. I wrote an email again to [protected]@lgindia.com but no reply so far.First of all the quality of their product is flimsy and the service provided is worse.If this is the kind of service provided by a multi national company like LG, it is deplorable. There are many better products and service providers and I would request people not to buy LG products.

              LG Refrigerator — door change

              I am a retailer and selling lg refrigerator which are purchased from local market.I had stock complain about door change but the servicing center,krishnagar refused to do so as I didn't purchased it from their krishnagar distributor. how could they say that as they are coy.servicing center and the product I selling is also same.Is the product I am selling does not belongs to their manufacturing or the servicing center is an advertiser of that distributor. Your early reply is very much required .

                Product: Washing Machine-Frontloading

                Regarding my Washing Machine problem as mentioned above, the first complaint was logged on 13th July. The service center allocated was New Electron Care, Lucknow which after repeated followups, responeded as late as after 10 days, picked the equipment from residence on 23rd July. No status thereafter--neither from LG service Center nor from the co. itself.
                Again after taking several followups, Service center confirm the delivery on 4th Aug.
                But since 4th Aug, the personnel of Service Center-New Electron Care was neither responding telephonically nor updating the status, otherwise. Except getting new complaints no. every time from LG call center no other positive move found.
                Could I know, why bying washing machine from LG has made me victimised to this extent that even after 25days of complaint, neither the equipment was brought to correct status nor anyone is taking pain to update me.
                If such is the condition of the service dept...which will be termed pathetic in terms of response, quality and other such attributes why you claim to be so service effective claiming world class services...If the problem will still unresolved, just evaluate the condition of the Washing Machine and take it back to yourself giving me back the necessary value in monetary terms, as not only my faith is shaken with LG but it has taken aback in all future decisions.

                  I bought an LG plasma TV, actually i gifted that to my mom on 12th may 2009, and on 23rd july the tv was not functioning, there was no picture and there was only the sound that was coming .I called them the next day 24th and they scheduled a service tech who came out the next day and said that the panel was bad and that needs to be replaced, and he said that he will order the part and he ordered it the same day and since then till now the part is not available and when i call them i get the run around .They say that the part has to come from noida or some place and was not available any where and when i called the tech, he said he will get the tv replaced and that made me feel better, and he never showed up after that at all.Its very bad the way they treat their customers, i have an LG microwave, a split a/c and a refrigerator and not to mention three mobile phone's and i am serious thought .i dont think i will ever buy an lg product after this .
                  I am Elavazhagan, TV details are:
                  LG CTC 21 I and the Model is 21FAZAG

                  There are two issues with the TV:

                  1) Auto switch on.
                  2)Volume raising automatically.

                  The Service Engineer came and simply eneable the child lock on and informed us the problem was solved.I made multiple complaints, but still no positive response from them

                  If they do not fix this kind of issues in the specified model, Sure I will escalate this in the consumer court.

                    I have purchased LG FF Refrigerator 280 L GL-295TTG4 Tango Blue on the name of my wife Geeta Singh 117 Rani Bagh Khandwa Road Indore on dated 14/04/2008 from your Authorised dealer M/s Lotus Electronics Super Market Sapna Sangeeta Road Indore vide his bill No 02R 801258. Now I have been transferred from Indore (M.P.) to Lucknow during may -2009. The above mentioned refrigerator is not cooling since last night (Dated 05/08/2009). Further more this refrigerator is under guarantee period.
                    So it is, therefore, requested that necessary instructions may kindly be issued to your service Manager Lucknow centre for attending / rectification of our complaint immediately.

                      I bought an LG DD refrigerator (GL -244 GP4 ) in the month of May’09 from LG factory outlet named S K Roy located at kankugachi in calcutta ( kolkata ). The refrigerator was Rs. 800
                      cheaper than the other outlets . The reason for this was explained as this shop was a direct factory outlet of LG.

                      But my misfortune started in a couple of weeks when both the compartments started freezing and the thermostat had no effect to reduce the coldness. Nearly all vegetables and other products started over freezing and got spoilt soon. I waited for some time and called up LG customer care where I was given a serviceId of N9C[protected]th July) and the service man was prompt to visit me and on inspection he found the thermostat has burned out and needed replacement.

                      But as soon as he saw the receipt bearing the heading of M/S. S K Roy he claimed that products bought through this shop is not under the service umbrella of LG and I need to talk to his boss in LG Service Centre though the bill stated a 12 month warranty.
                      I called up his boss ( Siddhartha dey[protected] and stated my whole problem. But the answer I got back was that LG would not service this faulty unit.

                      I am at wits end what to do with the faulty unit and really feel that both LG and the Factory Outlet shop ( S K Roy ) have cheated me .

                      I would advice everyone to stay away from this shop and also LG products as now I have lost faith totally on LG.

                        kepar. send one local person for instalition i do n.t konw that person was told me he is comeing

                        from lg company so i had gave the chance for instaltion but now my AC not working i inform to

                        shop kiper he told u call lg custmer care. and i also inform to lg custmer care . there are told

                        me.you asked your shop kiper.no body responsible any thing what i will do please help me

                          I purchased one LG LCD Tv 32LH20R from Dass Electric, Kalyaninagar, Pune on 30th June 2009 against Bill No. 00849KE under ‘ Buy LG LCD TV and get a DTH SET top Box and 6 months subscription free offer. As per the offer, one DTH connection was to be provided free with TV.

                          The TV set was delivered to me on 2nd July 2009.

                          On 13th July, I sent following documents by First Flight courier vide docket No. M17344288 in one envelope to M/S Spectramind Marketing, Noida as per the terms set out:

                          1) one Draft of Rs 99/-
                          2) One coupons 236639
                          3) one Bar code sticker
                          4) One copy of Bill

                          Till date, I have not heard anything from Spectramind Marketing or LG Electronics Ltd.

                          The helpline provided on the redemption card is beyond reach. Is LG company is listening to our complaint and help.

                          Lg Plasma TV — Non Receipt of Gift - Airtel DTH

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had purchased a LG Plasma TV from M/s Electronics Pavilion, New Delhi on July 02, 2009. The requisite documents alongwith a bank draft of Rs. 99/-. The documents were sent through Track On Courier on July 11, 2009 and delivered on July 15, 2009 as per the courier company.

                          It is regretted taht we have neither recived the gift nor any response from the company. Request confirm the likely date of instyallation of the gift.

                          I purchased one LG LCD Tv monitor from R R Systems Pvt.LTd. Nehru place New Delhi, on 07th July 2009. Bill No. RR/09/7492 dated 0707/2009 under promotion of DTH SET top Box and 6 months subscription free offer. As per terms and condition DTH connection was to be provided free with Monitor TV.

                          On the 21th July, I have sent following documents by courier Blue chip vide docket No. 10120300 in a envelope to M/S Spectramind Marketing, Noida .One Draft of Rs 99/- Bank of India One coupons No. 236639 one Bar code sticker original and One copy of Bill duplicate.

                          Till date, I have not get it confirmation or DTH from Spectramind Marketing. I have allready sent the several time mail with reminder but there is no response.

                          I purchased one LG LCD Tv 32LG80UR from Sound and Image GL -17l Road New Delhi on 09 Aug 2009 June 2009 against Bill No. 2741 dated 09-Aug 2009 ‘ Buy LG LCD TV and get a DTH SET top Box and 3 months subscription free offer. As per the offer, one DTH connection was to be provided free with TV.

                          The TV set was delivered to me on 9 Aug 2009.

                          On 11 Aug, I sent following documents by Speed Post vide Receipt No DEL 36833285IN in one envelope to M/S Spectramind Marketing, D160 Sector 26 as per the terms set out:

                          1) one Draft from Dena Bank Hari Nagar Branch New Delhi No 829710 dated[protected] of Rs 99/-
                          2) One coupon 306588 with halogram of Spectamind
                          3) one Bar code sticker S, No 905LPBL005189
                          4) One copy of Bill No 2741 dated 9 Aug 2009

                          Till date, I have not heard anything from Spectramind Marketing or LG Electronics Ltd.

                          The helpline provided on the redemption card is beyond reach. Is LG company is listening to our complaint and help.

                          I had enclosed all the necessary documents as mentioned:
                          1. Completed filled DTH Claim form having Spectarmind Marketting original hologram: no. 140735
                          2. Photocopy of the original invoice: no. 1488/2009
                          3. Orginal LG LCD TV Serial no. Model no., Bar code cutting from the carton : S.No.: 901LPDX001666, Model No. 32LG80UR ATR.
                          4. One Draft of Amt: Rs 99/- ; No. 846338; of State Bank of India in favor of Spectramind Marketing Private Limited.

                          Till date, I have not got any confirmation from Spectramind Marketing regarding the DTH box. Its nearly 2 weeks now since I have send the documents. Funny thing is the TV is just lying in the house as a showpiece.

                          Please try to understand that further delays will affect the reputation of the dealer as well as of LG.

                          Kindly let me know when the DTH box will be delivered,

                          I also am facing the same problem. The set top box nor the 50 DVD pack as promised in the newspaper ad has been given. LG does not register our complaints. Their customers service executives (Sarah) are very rude. They just put the phone down. Soundarya digital Mall Vizag where i bought the LCD from, is also not responding. LG has promised us, and they should give us service but they are making us run between pillar and post. Very Very poor service. I will never buy a LG product again. I will not recommend LG products to anyone.
                          Almost 45 days have been passed after the purchase of 22" TFT TV LG but Spectramind is not giving any type of respose. What is the matter ? The responsibility is Totally of LG Electronics. They must provide an alternative to the problem. because the Total defame is going in LG's account. Listen LG Marketing Deptt. .

                          I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
                          I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

                          I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

                          And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

                          Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

                          As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

                          Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

                          LG lcd tv — Non receipt of GIFT Items.

                          Dear Sir, We purchased LG LCD TV in the month of April 2009. That time LG offer on for 100% Guaranteed Gift by scratch card. But Till date i.e. 4/12/2009 i didn't get my gift. So please do not faith on LG offer. LG not full fill there Commitment.

                          Lg Plasma TV — Giving trouble since installed TV

                          Dear Sir,

                          A LG Plasma TV installed at my home on first week of Feb'2010, which was bought from home town Noida on 26th Jan'2010.Last week 11 June my TV was not being started and it showed a black screen. This problem was coming since the TV installed at home but it started back automatically so we ignored it by consider it some wire loose issue etc. but last week when it didn't start at all, I called up LG call center. There service Engineer visited to house and told the inverter P.C.B not working and no-roster. We have to take the TV at service center because problem can't resolve here as it could be possible of inside modular is defected.

                          It looks me a defected TV has provided me by Home town Noida of which I have paid amount of as new TV. I have requested to LG and Home town both to replace my TV with new one, and I don't want defected TV after repaired.

                          I need you help to force LG and Home town to justify with me and give me new TV. I have also bought samsung freeze from Home town, but they were ready to refund amount of refrigertor when issue came,why they are not ready to refund my amount TV if issue is coming in that device also.

                          LG LCD TV — LCD been dead for a month

                          My LCD TV has been dead!!!! For last 30 days, I have been continuously following up with LG. But there has not been any response. There is a small part which needs to be changed. But there has been no response from there end.
                          The toll free number goes to a call center, where they are only interested in verifying my address. Then they promise that someone from the service center shall revert within 24 hours. But I m yet to get a call.
                          Please avoid buying LG products.

                            Sir,

                            I have Savings Bank A/c with No: 511785 in the Alwal Post Office, Alwal, Secunderabad-500010, Andhra Pradesh. I have opened MIS Account with No: 8030501on 23.08.2000 and given request of Auto Transfer. The Auto Transfer was not done regularly and I lost my yearly interests on the SB Account. I was taking my interests for every 4 to 6 months. If the interests was transferred from MIS to SB A/c, I would have got the yearly interests on the SB Account and that is the purpose of keeping Auto Transfer. The pass book is lost by the post office people when it is given for interest updates in Oct.2007 and they have given the duplicate pass book on 02.04.09 with out any proper entries.

                            In my requests in written dated on 14.02.09 and 25.04.09, to the Alwal post office, I clearly mentioned about the book updating(Including MIS Interests) with actual yearly interests from the year 2000, and the address change, the Postal department have not updated anything and even they are so much careless they did not change my address in their records.

                            In this view I request you to kindly take proper action and do justice tome.

                            I have received a coupon from Home shop 18 which expires on April 30th. I received the post on May 2nd, after the coupon had expired. The stamp on the envelope reads April 18th. Why the delay? I have an annual subscription of Elle magazine. I have received it for 3months. Since past two months i am not getting the magazines. Kindly do the needful.

Staff for attending customers of N.S.C., K..V.P., Term Deposit, M.I.P. etc. is only one, whereas cumtomers for said services are too many. Cumtomers have spend no. of hours to complete transaction and many seniour citizens, sick customers, ladies and service oriented customers can't wait for long time, behaviour of your staff is irrogant.                               This is in Refrence with LG refrigerator (Double Door) purchased dt 13-10-08 from Sales Corner, Baroda in name of Mr. Vijay Afle. The refrigerator is not working properly since purchase. It often works properly for few days and then all of a sudden cooling is lost. The refrigerator is working but there is no cooling.
                              The first complaint was booked by us around 3 months back.That time the service engineer instructed us on telephone to adjust the timer. After that the fridge started working but again the same problem arose within 2 months.
                              Again last week the problem repeated . complaint was lodged at around 12 noon on the Toll free no. on 31st July.There was no response till 4.30 PM on 1st Aug. when again complaint was made .The service engineer came around 7.30 PM that day and checked the fridge. He informed that the problem was with the timer and it is required to be replaced.He also informed that the timer is not available and it will be received and replaced. On our insisting for early replacement he asked us to contact the incharge of service centre. He assured to try to get it done by monday evening.But even till today the problem is not solved.
                              We are not at all satisfied with ur service and hope the issue wil be resolved by tomorrow.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I Dileep Bajpai had bought a DVD writer of LG company on 31/01/09 from Om Computer Agency, Naza Market, Lalbagh, Lucknow. I have consumed the product approximately 6 and 1/2 months since 31/01/09 and now the problem of reading/writing of any kind of disk i.e. CD/DVD is occurring. To solve this problem I went to Info Vein Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. situated @ 1st floor, Faridi Building, Maqbara Road, Hazaratganj Lucknow on 23/07/09. A replacement was made by the service centre and I had received a new DVD writer on 31/07/09. Now when I connected the new DVD writer I found that the previous problem is also persist in the received new one. I complained again in the service centre on 1/08/09 then the contacting person said to me to bring the DVD writer to him and he will be replace it again with new one on the spot, but when I went there then receptionist madam again gave me a job sheet and said to me that the part is not available so I gave him some more time to solve the problem but the company is not interested to do so because I have not been received a replaced product yet. I called to Mr. Subhash Chandra Verma ASM LG Electronics Lucknow to take appropriate action on my complaint on 03/08/09 so he told me that the product will be replaced on the next day i.e. 04/08/09 now when I called to service centre on said day Mr. Satyendra Singh ( contacting person of Info Vein Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) said to me to call him never and behaved very rudely. I told it on LG customer care and asked him the phone no. of higher authorities of his company then he clearly said to me that they do not have any phone no. or fax no. of higher authorities they provide me a phone no.[protected] of Ms. Shashi Singh, I talked to Ms. Shashi Singh to solve my problem then she also clearly said to me that she can not help me.

                                  Good Day,

                                  Somebody accessed my account and replied important emails. The hacker replied to an email asking my decision and the reply was totaly opposite to what i should have replied/decided.

                                  The hacker also sent email to my friends with a printscreen attachment of one of my personal emails.

                                  This has caused me a lot of troubles and worries for days now

                                  When i acces my account, it always say its locked.

                                  please reset my account and send me the new password in my alternate email [protected]@yahoo.com

                                  And also, how can i be assured that this will not happen again. What do I need to do?

                                    I purchased new dvd player on12 june 2009 from BAKSHI TELEVISION CO., 7542 Ram nagar market, Qutab road, Pahar ganj, New Delhi-55. the RECEIPT NO.. is 17309.I faced some problem with pan drive port and i made complaint on 7 july as it was under warranty for 1 year. ( FIRST complaint no. N9C[protected] One person from the service centre visited my place and said spares are not available.He promised to come again after two days but no one came again . I made a complaint again on 14 july 2009 about the same matter (SECOND COMPLAINT NO. is N9C7140563).Again there was no resolution being found to my problem .Then i made a complaint to dealer . After the dealer complaint one person visited the site and took away DVD PLAYER on 25 july 2009 job sheet no. is AFB9C71700108. He told that due to software problem he has to take it with him to the authorised service centre and will return it within 3 days otherwise they will replace it.But there is no response till date .Again i made a complaint on 1 AUGUST2009(COMPLAINT NO.                                       My complaints is Regarding the Institute from where I have done my MBA it is "Galgotias Institute Of Management & Technology, Greater Noida" (Affiliated to UPTU, Lucknow). At the starting of my MBA course in July 2006 i have submitted Rs 10, 000 as a security money along with my fee. But once i have completed my course, they asked us to come for a security fee refund but once i moved to college they refused to return the money by saying that Fees o[censored]PTU has been increased & Security money is adjusted in that increased fee. But if we talk about similar institues all of them have returned money. and when asked why Fee is increased they told us to Come by a court. This is really such a bad experience with this institute. I am writing this complaint so that Students who further take admissions there will not be any exploitation of Students.
