I have LG air conditioner Model no LWA18GINAI / serial no 506NLK004173. I have made a complaint regarding cooling problem in Ac and on 28th june engineer came and checked the ac. He told us us that there is a gas blockage in my Ac and told us there other person will come and take the Ac to there service centre. today is 11th of july no one from LG has come to take the ac and Ac is still not working. i have job sheet issued by that engineer....

This is in reference to my LG REFREGIRATOR, i had registered a complaint regarding the same in January.

On 7th January 2009 an LG representative (Nadeem Khan) came and changed the following quoting they were not good-

I purchased two LG Split AC 1.5 T from Lotus, Surya Sadhana, Choti Khajrani, Indore on 15 April 2006. Out of which, one AC sprinkling the water with cooled air from last more than a month. I compliant to Glacier servicing, which is authorised by your company in Indore. They deputed 5 persons time to time to repair the same, but they failed.
